You tell them you got into a minor accident and your [snorts] car had to be towed. You tell them whatever you want. Or you want to tell them the truth. I don't know how you how close you are to your friends. [laughter] >> Do you know their phone number? Yes. >> But I for like >> their numbers in your phone. >> Yes. >> Okay. So, >> I'll let you use your cell phone. Just please not take any pictures. >> No, I won't. [laughter] >> Like update your Facebook page. [snorts] >> No. >> No. >> There's two phones in here. Which one you need? >> Um the the bigger one. The one with the mouse on it or >> No, no, no, not the the mouse on it. The Yeah. The one [snorts] >> right here. >> Yeah. >> So, just let them know it'll probably be half hour or so before you get out of here. >> Okay. >> And you're [snorts] at the Villa Park Police Department. >> It's disabled for five minutes. >> Wrong passcode. Okay. Yeah, we'll we'll uh we'll put that on the side. I'll have you come with me. You can stand up. I'm going to [snorts] have you put your picture for me. [snorts] Check your phone if you want. See if your phone can come pick you up. Like I said, probably 25 minutes or so. Okay, cool. [snorts] court date for January 7th. [snorts] 26 days. >> Yeah. [snorts] >> [snorts] [laughter] [snorts] >> Sorry. >> [snorts] >> understand. [snorts] [snorts] [snorts] basically. Yeah. >> Yeah. So, >> yeah. Yeah, that's about [snorts] right. >> And then just we can verify that once you um do a All >> [snorts] >> right. EU2 driver accidentally check market. >> Yeah. [snorts] >> [sighs and gasps] [snorts] [snorts] >> Oh, >> did you double it? >> No, it just all Yeah. [snorts] >> [snorts] [snorts] >> And then shade 404. >> What? >> 1144. [snorts] >> Yeah. 5014. [snorts] >> She's calling right now. >> I think it's FaceTime. It's not [snorts] FaceTime, right? >> Oh, no. FaceTime. >> No. >> Oh, well, it's 407. [snorts] Authority by government 407 or 4047s are reported as a 404. So keep on damaging vehicle or other property. >> So So I can I can do that. >> You you could, right? So 1147 look up. >> Yeah, that was >> cuz we were right there. [snorts] >> [snorts] >> So here's the thing, right? So the requirement is to report it, right? But then it's like the time frame which you observed [snorts] it probably [snorts] 11 to stop. So 404 [snorts] stop. So that's that's [snorts] >> and then obviously [snorts and clears throat] [snorts] Check your jacket. >> I took it. >> Do you want to put your jacket on? Are you cold? >> No, you're fine. [snorts] [laughter] >> I'm still looking for it. [snorts] >> No. >> Is it? >> Yeah. [snorts] Is that [snorts] one two three [laughter] stage too? >> [ __ ] Ashley, bro. >> [snorts] [snorts] >> I have to go back and change this. [snorts] >> Can I do Yeah, you can do [snorts] [snorts] [snorts] >> [gasps] [snorts] >> [ __ ] Come on. >> [snorts] [clears throat] >> Please [laughter] [laughter] [snorts] [sighs] [ __ ] >> [sighs] >> [ __ ] [snorts] >> [gasps] [snorts] [snorts] [snorts] [snorts] >> Make sure [snorts] [snorts] [snorts] the [ __ ] >> [snorts] [snorts] [snorts] >> They got one school bus. >> [snorts] >> Okay. [snorts] [snorts] Here it is. I don't think there's another way to charge it. So, >> yeah. [snorts] >> [cough] [snorts] >> He's scared. [snorts] [cough] >> [laughter] [snorts and laughter] >> Come on. Wake up. Wake up. Wake up. >> [snorts] >> [ __ ] bro. [snorts] Person only. [snorts] My sister. My sister. Sister. [snorts] My sister. My sister. My sister. [snorts] Oh my god. My sister. What is this? [snorts] >> [snorts] [snorts] >> 38 643 duty damage. view of which was right. >> Oh yeah. What did I Yeah. What did I say? 720. Okay. Even 1144 we do [snorts] 625. >> Yeah. I don't know. Yeah. I was thinking criminal. Yeah. We're still we do accident. So do reference code 625 LCS in the top >> and then [laughter] special [ __ ] >> Yeah, we got it. No, we got it. We got it. [snorts] Yep. Thank you. I appreciate [clears throat] >> 720. >> Oh, [snorts] >> it's a traffic. [snorts] That's why you put in four, [snorts] bro. What the [ __ ] [snorts] [sighs and gasps] >> [snorts] [snorts] >> One more time. [snorts] >> Okay. So, first and >> [clears throat] >> Yeah, bro. >> [ __ ] >> [ __ ] [snorts and sighs] [laughter] >> [snorts] >> Where's the phone? [laughter] >> I give up. I'm sorry. Give up. >> You can call an Uber or place if you [snorts] want. >> Can you send me to the [snorts] vehicle here? >> Oh my god. >> Yeah. No, I got to put the registration number >> on the expire. >> [ __ ] you. [ __ ] you, bro. [ __ ] you. [ __ ] you. Gosh. >> Okay. So, moving forward, how does this work? Okay. What do you mean? >> So, I do Is it six? Six years. >> You [snorts] what? >> Six years. Do I >> What do you mean six years? What do you mean by that? [laughter] >> Sorry. I don't understand your question. [snorts] [laughter] [snorts] [sighs and gasps] >> So, moving forward, >> Uhhuh. >> like my records, [snorts] how does that look like >> as far as your driving record? >> Yes. >> Okay. Well, there's a lot lot that's going to come before that. So, on January 7th, we're going to have what's called a summary suspension hearing. It's essentially a hearing before a judge, which will likely have an attorney present to see if it's probable cause to move forward for the adjudication of the charge. Okay? And potentially a suspension other than driving privileges. Uh then you'll have an opportunity to go to court. So you plead guilty or not guilty. And then based upon the outcome of that will be what happens, right? So if it's if you're found not guilty, then Essentially, it's you don't have a conviction on your driving record. If you are, then there may be some penalties against your driving license, driver's license. >> Yeah. [snorts] Um but again, a a DUI is not is unlikely going to change the course of your life. >> I [snorts] know, but >> as long as you make you make better decisions from here on, right? >> I know. >> So, Yeah, I'm going to have you sign this cuz I told you earlier your vehicle was impounded. So, this is information. >> It's not even my vehicle. But >> where does this go to? >> Where does one go to? >> The car. >> It was towed to the impound >> cuz like I have originally I have an Alfa Romeo. >> Okay. >> The Algen blue or the algen blue. >> Blue. Okay. >> Yeah. So, I'm using my French color. >> Okay. So, your vehicle was towed. Like I said, there's a 12-hour hold on your cover. So, as soon as you can pick it up, it's about 3:00 tomorrow. >> So, when come to the police department at 3:00, you'll have to post the administrative empowerment fee and then they'll tell you where your vehicle is >> cuz I work all day tomorrow. >> Okay. Well, >> my like mom, whatever it [snorts] >> normally, the stipulations are that it would have to be the registered owner of the vehicle. Is that correct, [snorts] Silva? that the register owner has to pick it up. >> Yeah. >> So here to obtain the rear seat vehicle with the Hill Park Police Department which is here insurance for the vehicle. [snorts] So I'm assuming that the driver the owner of the vehicle will have the insurance card. Whoever is here has to be a valid licensed driver [snorts] pay the towe and then the owner must be present. Show me just here. It's just me saying if it can work for you, >> but when it comes to like worry. >> Okay. So, >> I have to worry. [laughter] >> So, the person whose beautiful it is, who is that to you? It's my my uncle or my aunt a uncle but my cousins. >> Your cousin? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> So, I would let your cousin know. What's your cousin's name? Is it Marta? >> Yes. Yes, it's her. >> Let Marta know that you were whatever your vehicle pounded and she'll have to come here to pick up the vehicle. >> Okay. Is her coupon? >> Uh, yes. It all goes um and then sign the back >> answer citation for this and this and then [snorts] >> so yeah that information A1 A2 [snorts] >> and then citation What about the insurance? >> Um, you can just do it for It's all going to be the same because it's all in one complaint. [ __ ] >> And then the date and time of place of refusal or test location. refusal for testing suspension given on the date. >> Yeah, obviously um driver's license. Come on, bro. Come on. It is his [ __ ] phone, bro. It's his [ __ ] phone. [laughter] Oh my god. What the [ __ ] are you doing? [snorts] >> Dude, what the [ __ ] are you doing? [snorts] >> [ __ ] are you doing? [snorts] So that since we're sending your driver's license, this is what we'll serve as your driver's license. >> Okay. Uh I'm sorry. What was your So call your cousin. Let your cousin know tomorrow, Marta, that she'll have to come here to pick up the vehicle. Okay. >> I'm going to have you sign [clears throat] this, Victoria. This indicates here. Okay. So this is notice administrative. >> Where does this go? Like is is it still here >> like the car? >> It's in here. >> Okay. >> But like in um >> it's like less than 5 minutes. [snorts] Okay. I'm also going to have you sign this. This is the child custody. So, officer, so we initially brought you here. [snorts] >> You need a copy of this for >> what? Um, >> no. That's That's ours, right? >> Uh, we have one. Yeah. >> Yeah. [clears throat] [gasps] No one answering. No one answering, bro. >> [laughter] >> Well, it is like 4 in the morning. >> I know, but like my dad at least my dad. [snorts] Get up. [laughter] It's the No, no, it's the number >> right [snorts] here. [laughter] This is a complaint number. >> Of [snorts] [clears throat] That's the county's case number. >> Same thing. Yeah, same thing. So, it's going to be [clears throat] >> this is the reference number for all of these complaints. >> The reason why these are different is if you wrote them on like separate tickets and they have separate [snorts] ticket numbers. >> So, all that's the one thing here. >> Um, you could scratch it out and write the same thing. [snorts] Same same number. [snorts] >> And that's same for this one. >> Oh, this one. [snorts] That one's going to be >> You can do the same thing too. >> W. >> So, um [snorts] nor be for like whatever but use editor for the um >> yeah [snorts] so we can do that >> so put the last >> yeah same >> yeah [snorts] [snorts] >> and then once you fill this out sign this >> [snorts] [snorts] >> You want to try calling in the Toyota? >> Yes. Location test. Is that where you park? >> [laughter] [clears throat] [snorts] [snorts] >> It's time. >> Yeah. over here. [snorts] >> What does it say? [laughter] >> Yeah. 255. [clears throat] [ __ ] you. [snorts] >> [snorts] [snorts] [snorts] [snorts] >> That's my dad. All >> [snorts] >> right. This is [snorts] [panting] >> [snorts] [snorts] [snorts] >> So same information the O number. >> We're getting about at the end here. So, I know I'm not rushing you, but >> when we get if you can't get a hold of stupid >> [laughter] >> Where am I at? >> You're at the Villa Park Police Department. >> Villa Police or Villa Police Police Department. >> Do you want me to talk to that person? >> No, you're fine. It's my friend. >> It's the Villa Park [snorts] Police Department. >> Unless you can't. It's a overhaul. >> [laughter] [clears throat] [laughter] [clears throat] >> You do you have to? You can't. [laughter] [laughter] >> [snorts] >> It's Villa Police. >> Villa Park. >> Villa Park Police Department, [snorts] dude. [snorts] [snorts] >> [panting] >> Girl, I don't care. I don't care. I'm pulling myself. [laughter] [snorts] Oh, >> you hear me? >> When's court date? >> January 7th. >> 7th. Okay. >> We're going to do that. >> So, J. Okay. >> Cool. >> All [snorts] right. Victoria, I just got some paperwork for you to send out, fill out, and then you're you're about done. [clears throat] [snorts] >> Can you sign this paperwork? >> Uh, January 7th on a Sunday. shows. >> Okay. So, come on. Come on. Sit up. All right. All right. So, basically, there's a sign right here. This is basically saying that you didn't have any kids under the age of 18. I didn't need supervision. Yeah. [snorts] Okay. Um, let's see here. And then here you need to sign right here. There's your warning to murderous. Okay. This is the thing that I read you earlier. >> Okay. [snorts] >> Yeah. Okay. Uh, and then let's see here. And she's saying here again, that's the same thing. All right. Right here on this line. [snorts] >> All right. And I just need you to sign your score report. I'm going to give you a copy of this. I just need There's [snorts] no >> Okay. I'm on my way. I'm like 16 minutes away. >> Park Police Department. >> I think >> it's 40 North. >> Did you get it? >> Yeah, I'll be here. I'll be there at 16. >> Okay. Thank you. [snorts] >> Your phone's coming. >> Yeah. She said she'll be here how long? >> 60. >> 60. >> 16. >> 16 minutes. Okay. [snorts] Is that you work [snorts] with? >> Yeah, I do. >> She's sleeping. [snorts] >> Here. >> Yeah. Or any restrictions? >> Yeah. So, license restrictions, >> but work won't be like >> D and [snorts] like um >> I'm sorry. But like work, they won't [snorts] know about this. >> We won't tell them. >> It's just like all my workers. >> Yeah, that's my [snorts] >> Yeah. Okay. >> Yeah. >> [sighs] [snorts] >> So they I know how DUI works just from history. Six years >> six years. I don't know. We keep on saying >> like a DUI stays on your record. >> I don't know how long it stays on your abstract. >> Okay. You know, you could talk with the secretary of state and again that's that's under the assumption that you're convicted of a DU. Okay. Which is a [snorts] you're a long way from being convicted. >> You've been arrested and if you haven't been convicted, >> right? >> If you have an attorney, as you said you did, I would consult with your attorney and see what he or she says and they'll be able to give you better advice than that. Not attorney, >> right? [snorts] >> Your driver's license has to go back to the Secretary of State. So, Officer Silver will give you a piece of paper. This will be your >> This will be your license to drive for a period of time. >> Okay. So, like let's say tomorrow cuz I work tomorrow. >> Let's hope you don't get stopped tomorrow. >> Yeah. >> You get stopped driver's license. Okay. >> Okay. >> So, this is your seat [snorts] to drive if you will. So, keep this on you. >> Okay. >> So, hopefully you don't get stopped tomorrow. Probably. Yeah. Does she have to? >> No. >> Okay. [snorts] Right. So, here they are. Okay. >> Mhm. >> So these intermediate charges right here. So again, they're not, you know, they're not convictions. They're going to be charged with for DUI A1 and A2. One for blood alcohol concentration of 08 or more. Uh and it's for DUI alcohol first or second offense. Okay. And you're also going to be charged for as well fail to give any fail failure to give information to owner either striking unattended vehicle or property for that exit. Okay. So that crash cost and the other one's for to operate uninsured motor vehicle. But when you go to court, if you have insurance today for that vehicle, then just show it in court and just toss the ticket out. Okay? So, this is for your own records. And right here, this thing I'm going to give you is your pre-trial release. So, then have your court date, time, location, and a room that you need to go to for court. So, this is the only time they're going to give you notification for court. So, make sure you keep this on on you at all times. Make sure you go to this date uh for court. Okay. Right. >> So, the 7th. >> Yeah. So, this is for you for to keep. Um, and then as well as here's your morning orders. This is the form I read you earlier. Okay. >> So, let's see here. >> All right. That's everything. Okay. >> Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. So I signed >> something I signed. Um, >> so this is what you signed right here. Right here is a warning of motor. This is what I I read through earlier. Okay. >> Okay. This long lengthy thing I read you a paperwork. >> So this is what you signed. But you're going to keep this for your record, too. My attorney if I come here with an attorney it's on the seven. >> Well, it'll be in court. Yeah. >> Okay, cool. Um, >> you don't come here. You go to Dup Page County. >> Dup page. I know where in Weeden, right? >> The form has it that preten. Um, DUI, but you said something else that I got um >> your charges. >> Yes. >> So, they're right here on this part. So like I said, so DUI for blood alcohol concentration of 008 or more which you wear more over limit >> and the ones for DUI alcohol for first or second offense. So for just that's a basic charge for DUI. >> Okay. And in the back right here like I said is going to have failure to give information to owner after striking vehicle or property is for that crash. That's sign. All right. We were right there. You didn't stop. We just took off from hitting that sign. Okay. So that's what you're being charged with. and also for operate uninsured motor vehicle. But again, if you have insurance on this day for that vehicle, the shorting court will toss it out. >> You'll get rid of it. >> Right. So that's it. >> I had insurance. So >> if you have insurance for the vehicle, which shows you insurance with today's date for that vehicle, you bring that to court, we'll dismiss the ticket. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Do you have any questions, Victoria? >> And your [snorts] friends come and pick you up. >> Okay. >> Okay. We'll we'll let you have a seat in the lobby. >> Yeah. So, we wait out there for her until she gets here. Okay. >> So, Melanie, >> we have a form. So, give your cousin the administrative form for the toe. They can come here today, sometime after 3 to pick up the vehicle. Okay. There's information on there. If you have any questions, there's also a telephone number. Okay. You got three. >> Go here. Okay. So, you want you just wait here in the lobby until your friend gets here. Okay. Heat. Heat.
