Put that gun down. Put that badge down, bro. See me outside. >> Are you threatening me now? >> Are you threatening me? >> Stand up for me. Stand up. >> Stand up. Bring it back. >> Do not resist me or you're going to go to the ground. >> Guys, you do know the longer you hold me, the worse this lawsuit is going to get for you. Like, seriously, let me the go before you lose like [music] several hundred,000. >> Vacations should be fun. And for most people, they are. But some tourists just have no respect for the local laws. From the drunk and disorderly to the downright disrespectful, here's what happened when cops had enough of entitled tourists. >> When I opened the door, she just made something like that. >> No, you don't touch people. Do you understand that? On December 3rd, 2025, a Polish woman was causing a disturbance at the hotel she was staying at and refused to leave the premises. Officers arrived to find she was in the lobby with her dog and it instantly became clear she was going to be trouble. >> What's going on? >> What's that? >> It looks like your time's up. You got to get yourself and leave. >> No. >> No. This isn't where you say no. They can tell you to stay here or not. We are not playing this game. You've been a problem all night. You need to get your stuff and leave. Your time here is done. If they're going to refund you your money, that's fine. It's a business contract between you and them. The contract's done. It's time for you to leave. Do you understand? >> Get your stuff and go. >> Contract. It's done. >> Done. >> You know my service. Okay. >> Get your dog off me. >> Get your control of your dog. I don't want your dog jumping on me. >> So what? >> Just jumping. >> Get your dog. >> No. >> Yes. >> Time for you to leave. No, we're done. >> Get your stuff and get out of here. >> The hotel receptionist then informed the officer that the woman's room wasn't upstairs at all and that the room had been booked through a third party. But the woman remained unwilling to get her stuff and leave. >> Ma'am, you don't you don't get to say no. You need to leave. So, let's go to your room together. >> Sorry. >> No, you're not sorry. You're not listening, >> ma'am. >> You're trying to tell us what's going on. You are not listening. We are telling you your stay here is done. It is time to leave. Do you understand that? You've been a problem all night. You didn't listen all night. Now, it's time to go. All right. So, get your stuff and figure out where you're going. Who's the third party? Can we call them and say, "Hey, her time is done." >> Hotels.com. >> I don't know. Her son is the one who booked for her. call your son. Figure out where you need to be. >> Since the Polish woman didn't seem to understand the seriousness of her situation, the lead officer tried warning her that if she didn't leave, she would get arrested, but she just continued to argue and kept insisting she needed to go to her apartment upstairs. >> Ma'am, if you don't gra if you don't go to your room, gather your belongings, you're going to get arrested, okay? >> So, let's not do that. I don't want to arrest you. So, let's go get your stuff. This is so funny. You okay? >> I'm not laughing. >> Catch me just >> I just want to say I'm here. Your room is here. >> No, no, no. >> What do you want to say? >> Uh, how about your room? >> No, no. Yeah. >> The officers then told the woman it didn't matter if she understood what was going on or not because she still needed [music] to leave. But she claimed she did understand. So the lead officer asked her what the problem was. >> No, just now. Okay. >> What do you mean no? >> No. Because I wait for my son. Okay. >> Call your son to pick you up now then cuz it's time to leave. Why? >> Because you can't behave. Do you understand that? >> Seriously? >> No. Just check. Don't. No. Just >> What am I checking? Don't write. No. That is not yours to write on. >> No. No. >> Maybe it's different from wherever you think you're at. >> Just write me why. Just write me why. >> Just write me. >> One, you're drunk. Two, you're obnoxious. >> Your room is right here. Let's go check for your phone so you can call your son so you can get out of here because you're not staying. No, there is no more excusing. They've been here all night. >> Excuse me. >> Can I be drunk? You can be drunk and I can't be drunk. >> Yeah, you can be. >> But you know what? You can't be obnoxious. >> Yeah. >> Let's go to your room and get your stuff. >> Mhm. No. No. Absolutely not. Yeah. Mhm. >> Are you going in? >> After initially walking away, the woman did come back to her room. But when instructed again to collect her belongings and leave, she again refused and then claimed she'd worked with the police as if that entitled her to special treatment. >> Explain them to me. You can cause a disturbance in this place. They can ask you to leave and you have a right to stay. No. This is a private business. They want you gone. You have no rights in this establishment. Do you understand that? Do you want to explain law to me? Are you going to explain in Polish? You going to explain in English? You don't have rights to stay here. Your stay here is done. The next step is you get arrested. Do you understand that? >> Seriously? >> Okay. I asked my friend Trump. >> Go ahead. Tell them I say hi. >> I'm sorry. I'm not [snorts] leaving anymore. Okay. You don't have a choice. >> I'm sorry. I do have because I'm citizen of the United States. >> Then understand the rules of the United States. [music] You have to leave. You're no longer welcome here. >> The officers tried warning the woman one last time that she would be arrested if she didn't leave and asked her again if there was someone she could call to pick her up, but she again said no. >> They did delayed everything. Okay. So, I'm stupid and crazy. Okay. You know what did she do? >> I don't care. >> You don't care. >> No. >> Yeah. >> Not at this point. >> Tell me what she did. >> Do I >> tell me what she did? >> Yeah. When I opened the door, she just made something like that. >> Yeah. >> No, you don't touch people. Do you understand that? >> She did made for me. >> Are you okay? Oh, yeah. She is. But someone who did for me. >> What was this? I'm >> not. >> You've been knocking on everybody's door. They've been with you all night. >> The officer who'd left to write a ticket returned and they were able to get the woman's son on the phone. So, they put him on speaker. But if they were hoping he'd talk some sense into her, they were sorely mistaken. No, I'm waiting for No, waiting for my son. Okay, >> this is your son right here. >> Patrick, go ahead. >> Hello. >> Can you tell her like we'll take her someplace? I don't want to arrest her, but that that that's the way this is going. So, if she's going to sit here and refuse to leave, she's going to get arrested. I'm happy to take her someplace else, but >> Okay, I'm going to >> Okay. What? He just hung off. What's going to happen is you're going to get a ticket for trespassing. When you don't leave, you're going to get arrested. >> Your dog is going to go to animal control. >> They're going to have your dog because you cannot take care of your dog while you're in jail. >> So then you'll have to get your dog out of from animal control. Do you understand that? >> I see you understand that. >> No. No. >> Okay. >> Despite the officers explaining the situation to her multiple times, she still remained uncooperative. They tried explaining it to her one more time, but her attitude showed no signs of improving. >> Okay, here's the deal. You've been given notice of trespass by me now. Um, >> now you need to leave. Are you getting arrested? >> You're going to get arrested now if you don't leave. >> I want police officer who was speaks Polish. Okay. >> Okay. Well, there's no such. We don't have police officers that speak Polish. >> This isn't Poland. We're not required. >> I wait. I wait. >> You wait. You're going to wait at county. >> I will. Okay. Would you like your phone? Would you like any stuff out of the room before you get arrested? >> I don't have >> Would you like a pair of shoes? Cuz we're going to be going outside. No, we're done. Would you like to get a pair of shoes before you leave? >> What's that? >> Polish. >> I know. But who is that? >> It's me. It's a translator. >> Okay. I will. >> Do you understand this? >> Yes. >> Okay. Are you going to leave? >> No. >> Okay. After being nothing but patient with the woman, the officers had finally had enough. She was on the verge of being arrested just like they'd been warning her would happen. This is your last chance. Do you want to leave? >> I want to spoke my lawyer. Okay. >> Call your lawyer. >> You can call your lawyer from the police department. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Seriously? >> Yes. >> Hey. Hey, >> stop. >> Would you like a pair of shoes? >> It hurts. It hurts. >> Stop. >> It hurts. It hurts so much. >> It does not hurt. Stop. >> Yeah, I do have Okay. The officers tried asking her one last time if she'd like shoes to walk outside in, but she didn't seem to recognize their efforts to make her more comfortable. Upon arriving at the station, she was still difficult [music] to deal with. >> Step out the car, please. Step out of the car or I will pull you out of the car. Do you understand? >> You understand English? You did before. Step out of the vehicle. I'm just going to open the door and make it cold in here. And you're going to want to get out of the vehicle. You know what? Forget it. No. Step out. I'll do the use of force. Come on. Let's go. Step out or I'm going to have to car pull you out of the car. Step out of the vehicle or I'm going to pull you out. Do you understand? >> We are done doing this. You're going to get another charge for resisting. Please step out of the vehicle. Please. I am asking you. >> Then I am going to tell you. Then I'm going to pull you out. You understand what I'm saying? Step out of the vehicle. >> One chance. Step out of the vehicle. Three, >> two, one. Step out of the vehicle. >> Oh my god. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> The [ __ ] into the damn booking room. >> What the hell are you doing? >> We're done playing your games. Have a seat over here. >> Even spoke. >> Sit over here. Here. >> Okay. Don't act like a victim. I asked you. I even said, "Please step out of the car." You are not listening. You understand what I'm saying? >> If the woman had just left the hotel when asked, she could have avoided her trip to jail. But her antics had only made the situation worse and resulted in her being charged with obstruction and criminal trespassing. On October 17th, 2024, a Walmart reported a shoplifting incident involving one man and two women. Officers arrived on scene to find the man in the parking lot. >> Where you from? >> Uh like >> what country? >> Originally from India but living in Australia at the moment. >> Australia. >> Yeah. >> So you do that in Australia? >> Uh >> did you did you ever do that in Australia? Just take stuff without paying for anything? >> No. >> Okay. So if you don't if you don't do that over there, what makes you think you do this here? >> It doesn't make sense, right? >> Good. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Let's head back. So, you've been here less than a month. >> Yes. >> And you're pulling stuff like this. >> That's not a [music] good start to your stay here in United States. >> I don't think it is. >> The man's wife was already in the Walmart's loss prevention office. He was asked if there was anyone else besides the two of them, and he said his [music] sister was with them, but little did he know, she had also just been stopped by Walmart's employees and escorted to loss prevention. Come here. >> Take a seat. >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. >> You can decide it. Is that it? >> Stand out here with both of them. I'm going to interview the other one first. >> Okay. Do >> you guys have IDs? I >> not the passport. >> Okay. >> So, did you explain a little bit what was what happened to the other officer? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> That was not like something not planned. We just have to give to somebody as a gift. That what we stolen as a stuff. Not nothing else. We just we just have to give somebody as a gift. Some chocolates and something. So that's why we just stolen. That's a sum of the sort of money. So >> nothing else. >> I I understand. But we got to keep this in mind. >> Yeah, I know. But a gift >> No, >> it's got to be given to somebody from you, not from another person. >> That's what that's what you guys are trying to be doing. >> I absolutely understand. I'm really really sorry about that. >> At the end of the day, >> it's still a crime. You guys understand it. What do you mean? >> I know. After the female officer was done interviewing the sister, she sent her out of the loss prevention office and the brother was sent in for questioning. The male officer continued to chat to the female suspects while they were waiting. >> How long have you been here in the United States? >> 2 and 1/2 years. >> 2 and a half years. Is this the first time you've ever been in trouble? >> I I don't buy this much. I'm normally buying $30. I have all the time bills and all 30 to explain yourself. It's okay. Just relax. Take a deep breath. All right. I know that's a first thing we've So, you guys never been in trouble with law enforcement, right? >> Never. So, >> okay. So, >> we just have to give somebody as a gift, nothing else. It's our >> um your husband was saying that you guys had like $200 or $300, right? >> Sorry. >> Your husband was saying that you guys had like $200 or $300. >> Yeah. Okay. >> But I'm going to pay because I have a car. >> Whatever you had that you paid for, that's what you're taking [music] home. Anything else? >> Yeah. The husband and wife were asked to switch [music] places again. Meanwhile, the sister claimed her brother and sister-in-law were on vacation and would be returning home the next day. Although they tried to appear that they were [music] good people who just made a poor decision, the total value of the goods they'd stolen didn't reflect that. >> It's unfortunate. I get it. >> But is it worth it? >> Right. It's >> not a lapse of judgment. It's $397. >> I don't mind. So, $397. That's a lot of stuff. >> You've never been in trouble with law enforcement. Is that correct? >> The male suspect confirmed he'd never been in trouble with the police before, either for shoplifting or in general. So, the officer explained that should help their case at least a little. >> Um, but she'll let you know what happens next. I can't. me. If I was in charge of this investigation, I'm just being honest with you guys. All three of you would go to jail. That's just me. But I'm not in charge. >> I'm not in charge. Just so you know, okay? I'm not in charge. Just keep that in mind. I'm not in charge. Okay? She's the one in charge. Got to let you know what's going to happen next. >> The officers then discussed the case amongst themselves and agreed the excuses they'd given were weak at best. Next, it was time to inform the sister of the decision they'd reached. >> I would normally take you three, but I don't fit all three in the car. I'm cutting you the break so that you can bail them out of jail. Do you understand? So, now you have to use the money that you could have used to pay for their groceries originally to bail your brother and your sister-in-law out of jail so that they can make it home on their flight on time. regardless of if they go to the they're going to jail and everything happens, if they have a court date and they have to come back, they're going to have to set it up and come back or never come back to America, whichever one. So, they're going to have to handle whatever the legal things are through you. Okay? I'll probably put the bail. It'll probably be $50 per person. So, it's 500 whenever they see the judge. So, it'll be 500 for each, but you only pay 10%. So, you're going to pay $50 and $50 depending whatever I put the bail at. Okay? And then they'll call you from their phones or wherever from the jail and tell you to come pick them up. Okay. >> I don't know when. I'm just I only arrest. I don't do the court stuff. >> Hey, can I >> You keep saying please. It has nothing to do with that. If you want to ask for forgiveness, you can talk to whoever you religiously believe in. Um, do you have any questions to me about the case? >> I don't know what I'm what I do right now. >> Right now, you take their stuff. You guys are cool with her taking whatever is your bag. The female officer continued to explain the process of bailing them out. The sister seemed to understand what she'd been told about having to wait for the call to pick them up, but then she asked what she needed to do. Again, >> I already told you 10 times. I don't know when. It doesn't matter when they were leaving because you guys decided to do your your commit your crime. So, the crime the plane isn't going to stop because you guys decided you wanted to steal and then they've been arrested. Your plane if they miss it, they miss it. that that's it is what it is. You have to reschedu it. Okay? So, you can leave and they're not trespassing you or anything like that. Just pay attention for that. Okay? >> Trespassing hasn't. >> No, you're not trespassed. You're not trespassed. But what I'm saying is you can now grab your stuff and go. I'm going to deal with them. Have a good day. Go ahead. >> The sister eventually left the store still in tears. The brother and sister-in-law were taken to the squad car moments later, and all three suspects were charged with petty theft under $750. On New Year's Day 2025, police were called to the Hilton in West Palm Beach, Florida, for reports of a drunk man who'd been cursing at staff members and insulting a child. >> How are you, sir? >> Good. >> Okay. Are you a guest of the hotel? Like, are you staying here? What room are you staying in? >> Uh, 811. >> 811. What floor is that? >> Last name. >> 811. 8. >> What's the last name? >> Last name. >> What's your last name? So they can check your reservation. >> Why? >> To confirm it. To see if you're actually stay here. >> Are you joking? >> Why am I in danger? No, because I guess >> listen because I guess based based on your behavior, they don't even want you here anymore. Okay. >> Oh, >> okay. Do you understand that? That's why I'm here. All right. >> So, can we can we remain calm? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> The officer then asked the man, Joseph, for his ID, but he didn't seem to have it on him, so he asked him for his full name and date [snorts] of birth, but he just laughed as if it was all a joke and acted like the officer was wasting his time. Come on. What the is wrong with you, man? >> What's wrong with me? What's wrong with you? >> I've been nothing but cordial with you. >> And you want to give me attitude? >> Stop. >> Okay. I'm sure if you were sober. >> Excuse me. >> Excuse me. What? Excuse me. What? >> Listen, I don't need your attitude. You understand me? You're You're a grown man just like me, but you're acting like a child. Okay. >> So, why don't you act like an adult? Okay. >> While the first officer continued to question Joseph, security spoke to his partner and clued them in on the incident with the child. The first officer then went into the hotel's lobby to find out more from the front desk. >> He was putting his hands on people. >> I'm sorry. >> He was putting his hands on people. He went off. >> Okay. >> He actually this 10-year-old kid, he ran up on this kid over here. Is that the the dad over there? You guys had an issue with this guy over here? >> Yeah, he we were at the pool, but he came to the front desk to uh check something and he was verbally assaulting me. >> And what what did he say to you, buddy? >> Uh a bunch of like bad words and it wasn't really like was trying to like uh like say I was like something. >> He's just being >> saying rude and mean. >> Yeah. >> Did he touch you or anything? >> No. >> No. >> Because they they tried to like get him away from me. Did Did he ever touch you? >> No. >> No. But >> he was trying to touch you. >> Yeah. >> Like like when I say touch you, like grab you. >> Yeah. >> Was he was like trying to but they pushed him away. >> Okay. Like did he like >> did he walk towards you or run towards you? >> He walked towards me. >> He just walked towards you. >> Yeah. Okay. >> The kid confirmed that Joseph swore at him but hadn't made any threats. The officer then took their details. Then he went back outside. The hotel had rescended Joseph's reservation so he needed to leave. Jesus. >> All right. You're no longer a guest of this hotel. So, uh, >> who's staying with you here? Are you in the hotel by yourself? >> Are you going to stay in the same uh bed? >> No. I don't want to be out here any longer than I do. [snorts] >> Don't be a smartass. Are you here by yourself or do you have someone else staying up in the room with you? >> Who's here with you? >> There's someone here with you. >> Are you deaf? Who's here with you? >> Yes. Who? Shut up. >> Who is here with you? >> I have no >> I had no idea what's going >> What the is wrong with you? >> Joseph. Joseph. Joseph. Joseph. Look at me. Hey. Hey. Joseph. >> I I I don't need to tell you guys. So go yourselves. You guys going to tell me. >> Stand up. Stand up. >> Yeah. Now it's disoriented conduct. How about that? and struck it to surely that's fine by me. >> Keith, this could have been a lot easier if you had just told us what the what where you were staying at where you're staying with. But no, >> I'm not I'm not saying it's should be on lock down. Oh, here. Hold on. Let me grab that stuff out of the way. >> If anyone else was staying in his room, they would also have to leave. When the officers checked the room themselves, they only found his stuff in there. The first officer then spoke to another witness. >> So, uh, what what did he do here? >> Um, so by the time I got out there, he was talking with the front desk manager is the one you saw. >> Well, just to be clear, this guy we got in the back of the car. Okay. >> And he was just >> And he's a guest of the hotel. >> No, we figured out he was the guest of the hotel. We didn't know at the time cuz he was too drunk and we were trying to get information or the manager was trying to get information from him. But then he just started going crazy and then saying you >> to you and the staff and everything. >> Yeah. Me um the manager and the bellman that he went back and forth with as we were just trying to get him outside away from all the other guests that were waiting to be assisted. >> Um and then when it came to the whole kids situation as we were trying to get him out, he's drunk and can't walk straight. So he was like stumbling towards the family that was like right there. So the kid only went back and the family went to the side. Um so I didn't see him hit the kid. He could have touched him. >> I talked to him. He he didn't touch him. >> Okay. >> He just he just bered him. >> Yeah. And then I think [music] was doing exactly what he was going to do. Anybody was going to interact with him that they get to that state and that's what they do. >> He just got him out here and just trying to keep him in this area. and he finally sat down. >> So, was he at the bar initially and then? >> No, >> I think he saw in his room. There's what, a 12-pack of Jail empty gin. >> So, presumably, he just came out of his room. >> It was time to take Joseph to jail. But he wasn't going quietly. He complained he couldn't breathe and medics had to be called. But after being initially cleared and transported for processing, officers observed a cut on his head. >> Yes, sir. >> Hey, I'm Lieutenant the How are you? >> Good. Good. I come out uh not because you're you're arrested or anything, but because you got a knot on your head. >> Can you can you uh loosen this up because it hurts me? >> Yeah. Yeah. I I'll have him loosen up in a second. I just want to ask you, how did you end up with that on your head? >> I don't know. I got >> I don't know. >> You don't know? >> What? What's on my head? >> Well, it looks like you hit your head there. >> What's up? Cuz I'm in pain. >> Yeah. Can you >> double check his handcuffs? >> Okay. Uh, I'm hurt in here. >> Two fingers. >> Looks like they slid down your [snorts] >> I can I can fit two fingers in both. >> There you go. Is that better? >> He continued to complain about his handcuffs. The officers tried again to figure out how he had got the cut on his head. >> Oh, I don't even know. you remember banging into a honestly a door or anything? >> I'll tell you right now. >> I don't even know how the if if you're saying I have a knot on my forehead. >> I agree with you. >> Okay. >> Because I don't know cuz I'm uh >> Okay. >> But you know what I am worried about? >> Why am I being arrested? >> Apparently you're at a hotel drunk and and being disorderly. Yeah, but >> I'm not a danger to anybody and I have to get back to my kid. >> Okay. >> Where do you Where do you live at? >> Can you please I [snorts] I'm a Chicago boy. >> Okay. And where's your kid at? >> He's in Chicago. >> Oh, okay. >> I have to get back home. >> It wasn't a great start to the new year for Joseph. He was charged with disorderly conduct and booked into the Palm Beach County main detention center. On April 28th, 2025, he plead guilty and was ordered to pay a $300 fine. On March 5th, 2026, a man tried to order food in a McDonald's, but he was unable to pay. Employees canled his order, and he then went behind the service counter and into the kitchen. Later, he tried to pay for the food at the drive-thru. >> My boys, >> he went home like 20 minutes ago. They they basically ass out of here. But like we I'm I'm sorry. >> No, no, no. I like Look, I know this. I'm so sorry. I don't want to drive this car cuz I'm totally up. Sorry. Is that okay? [screaming] I'm I'm from the UK. I don't really want to like >> How you getting home or your hotel or whatever? >> Where you staying at? >> I'm not getting fine. Where you staying at? >> Where's my car? >> That was my car. >> His car. >> Whose car? >> That's my car. It seemed the man, later identified as Max, had misled the officers into thinking the car they'd moved was his, when it actually belonged to an innocent bystander who'd just been picking up an Uber order. He was already trying the officer's patience, but his antics were only just beginning. >> Listen to me. >> Now, you are trespassed. >> Have they trespassed me? >> Yes, they have trespassed you. They called and want you trespass. >> Have they trespassed? >> I am giving you legal law on this property. >> I don't give a back. on your back. >> Are you 6:00? >> Yeah. >> 6:00. >> Um I'm relax. >> Yes, for you. Yes, for you. >> Yes, cuz I'm >> I've done nothing wrong. >> They want you off the property. >> Your dentist is not listening. Well, you're not leaving. >> I'm not on their property. >> Yes, you are. This parking lot is their property. >> This parking lot is their property. >> You genius. Get over here. >> Should I ask you glasses that are recording all of this, right? >> Yeah, that's fine. I'm recording. He's recording. Everybody's recording. >> You can do this. And like >> Where's your ID? >> I don't have my wallet on me, buddy. >> You don't have your wallet on me on you, buddy. You said You said do you want my ID? >> You You can check my pockets. My ID's in my pocket. You just said your ID isn't that's our phone. >> Oh, sorry. >> He continued to insist that his ID was in his pocket and then asked the officer if he wanted to see his Israeli passport despite initially telling them he was from the UK. I'm >> from Israel. I'm from Tel Aviv. Do not care. >> We'll see. We'll see. Buddy, there's no reason to be a giant douchebag. There's nothing in my pockets. I never told you. >> We've given you a million reason or a million. >> Yeah. And you and you can take me to a million chances. >> See what happens tomorrow morning. >> Let's go. Let's go to your police station, buddy. >> We're not going to the station. >> No, no, no, no. Let's go. Let's go to the station. >> Come on. >> Let's go to Let's go to the station. >> See what happens to you tomorrow morning. >> Are you going to take him? >> Your superiors, buddies. >> Hey, are we Are we serious right now? >> Yeah, we're serious right now. You're in handcuffs. >> What do you think? >> What do you think? >> Oh, that's fine. Do you guys have my phone? >> Yes. Can I Can I >> have a seat? No, you're not going to see your phone. Show me my phone before I get in the car. >> Oh, he's so sick. >> Yeah, dude. You know you're going to >> The officers might have gotten Max secured in the back of their squad car. He continued harassing them from the back seat, even though he only had himself to blame for ending up there. >> All right, awesome. Get me home so I can get the You idiot. This an idiot, bro. Guys, you do know the longer you hold me, the worse this [music] lawsuit is going to get for you. Like, seriously, let me the go before you lose like several hundred,000. Y'all can me if you want. I've done nothing wrong. [music] What happened, bro? >> Since the lawsuit threats didn't phase the officers, Max told them his mom was coming to pick him up. That didn't work either. So, he went back to threatening to sue, claiming he'd done nothing wrong. >> I gave you my ID. I have said nothing wrong. I've done nothing wrong. >> I told you who I was. I have not >> incorporated with you on any point. You're being a giant douchebag. Do you study law? >> Yes. I'm a I'm a [ __ ] Are you kidding me? He went on to plead with the officer to let him go, but the pleading didn't last long before it turned back to threats and the officers had had enough. They closed the car door and prepared to take him to jail. >> It's okay. >> Let's Let's go to the station, [music] bro. Let's go. No, no, no. I've done nothing wrong. >> He maintained he'd done nothing wrong and that the officers were looking at a lawsuit which would result in a lot of money for him. Then his antics turned even more surprising. >> It's going to be so sick. I'm so excited. Bro, can we get some like WCO music on in here? Last Friday night. Last Friday night. Last Friday night. last Friday night. I'm a mega ch. I'm a fating cop and I have no my is small. All right. >> Relax, buddy. >> Max was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting detention by a public lodging operator, and resisting an officer without violence. On February 11th, 2024, officers were dispatched to a Universal's Islands of Adventure theme park in Orlando, Florida to assist security with a male guest who was accused of deliberately running into and using religious slurs against a group of foreign visitors. Officers arrived to find Omar arguing with the Universal staff. >> Me and her are not here to cause any trouble. That's cool. We [music] like that. >> Pelosi, I promise you, my name is Omar. Oh, yeah. >> Look, I'm I don't know what this is about. Right. We're me and my fianceé. We're not here to cause any trouble. I don't know what it is. I paid like everyone else. >> I don't know what's going on either. >> I I don't know what it is. I don't know what's going on either. Honestly, Brandon, I promise you, me and her, we're enjoying the park like everyone else. I promise you that. I paid like everyone else. I did my savings after this perfect. >> Universal decided to [music] trespass the man for battery. It also seemed like a hate crime may have been committed as the victim was a Muslim. But of course, Omar played the innocent act and did not take kindly to being [music] instructed to leave. All right. But you're going to do that on the phones. I'll give you a phone number. >> I want to respond now. >> Well, that's not going to happen. So, >> so in that case, Cody, you >> listen. Listen. All right. >> Right. Your wife cheats on you. >> Your wife don't want no matter. I got freedom of speech. >> No, you don't. No, you don't. It's going to wind up being disorderly conduct on top of that. Listen, I already told you if you keep it up, it's disorderly conduct. >> Like you wouldn't believe. >> That's fine. But right now, you just have to leave. >> Not only was his behavior disrespectful, it was highly inappropriate in a public place where there were families with children. He was warned again about being arrested for disorderly conduct, but his behavior only worsened. >> If you start threatening, you're going to go to jail for threats. So, stop it. >> On tape? >> Yes. Everything's on tape. >> A threat is anything anyone perceives. >> Anything. If someone perceives a threat, that's a threat. >> And then you go to jail. >> That is fine. You can sueever you want. You could sue whoever you want. >> Yeah. It's you. >> Yes. Thank you. >> That's fine. He's a >> That's fine. >> He's a Watch out. >> He's a Cody. He's a >> All right, knock it off and get off property. >> You're going to wind up going to jail. I already warned you. >> For what crime? For what crime? >> That way. That way. That way. >> That way. That way. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Let's go. >> Yeah. Yeah. That's where I go. >> What are you saying? Get the hell off property. >> What are you going to do about it? His girlfriend did her best to calm him and made sure they continuously make [music] their way towards the exit, but he continued walking backwards so he could keep on taunting the cops. They just had one more land to walk through before reaching the park's port of entry and the exit just beyond. But Omar just couldn't accept defeat. >> Let's go. >> Yeah, that's right. Oh, you're so cute. You're so cute. You're like mini size. You're so cute. You're so cute. >> Watch where you're walking. >> Yeah. Hey, I'm watching alone. >> Damn. Yo, if I was your wife, I would have to take Do it. Do it. You're going to have a lawsuit on your hand like you wouldn't believe. Do it. Do it. Do it. >> Watch where you're going. >> Yeah. Do it. Do it. >> Do it. Do it. >> Let's go. >> That's what I you piece of Do it. Do it. Do it. You're going to have a lawsuit on your head like you wouldn't believe, right? Listen to him. >> Put that gun down. Put that badge down, bro. See me outside. >> Are you threatening me now? >> Are you threatening me? Got it. >> Amazingly, despite the fact the officers already had him in cuffs, Omar seemed to think he was still in a position to make demands. He told them he wanted his shoe back on and remained uncooperative when it was time to get him off the ground. sit up for you. >> Oh, there we go. There we go. [laughter] >> Yeah, you did you did good tonight. You did good today. >> Yeah. Look how that backfired on you, you look how that backside you. >> Right, >> Brandon? Don't be like this. Don't be like this [ __ ] Wow. Look at that. Right. And I'm fine. Right. >> That's all right. >> Yeah, that's all right. I'm good. Right. You're still a You're stilling a dude. >> You suck hella, >> bro. >> You suck hell. >> Wow. You struggling right now, right? You're struggling. >> The officers finally got him up on his feet and began walking him out of the park again. His girlfriend tried to go with him, but he was already headed to jail, so she was asked to move aside. Cody, you a suck my dick. >> Is it a way to get out of here? >> Good luck. Orlando police officers don't have a muscle on their hand like they wouldn't believe you. >> Hey, how do we get these off? Is that what I go through here? >> My family is one of the telling you, bro. >> But it's cool, right? You put that badge down and put that gun down. What you got? What you got? I'll go to jail, but I'll get out. >> Right. But you're still a >> Let's go. >> You're still a >> Yeah, it's crazy. Get broke on me without his handcuffs on. Come on. >> After all the warnings they had given him, he'd only had himself to blame for getting arrested. They ignored his insults and kept walking him around the back of the park. >> Go to the left. Left. >> Yeah. Yeah. I know my left and my right. >> You had faith on you. >> I had faith tried, bro. >> I gave you so many options. I gave you so much opportunity. You kept going. But it it didn't go to force like that. Right. I was I wasn't being hostile. >> When you right amount of times you pull up your >> as if you wanted to fight >> in the right now, right? If you got kids, they're right. So, what you doing to your brother, bro? >> Sweet. >> What you doing to your brother? >> Look what you trying to do. >> Yeah, I've been put on. >> Look what you doing to your brother. >> I want to do that to you. Come on. What you doing to your brother, bro? >> I serve for this country. >> I'm serving currently, too. >> All right. Look what you doing to your brother. >> I'm trying to help my brother. I've been trying to get what you doing to your brother, right? You slinging to the ground, bro. >> Since accusing the officer of betraying a brother in arms wasn't working, Omar switched to threatening to sue them. The officer instructed him to sit and surprisingly cooperated, but he wasn't done with his threats. >> This is a waste of my time, right? I know my rights. I have my lawyer flying out here on first try, bro. He's going to be here, bro. Nothing's going to come out of this situation. And I'm going to sue you, bro. I have the best lawyers in the country, bro. I have nothing against you, bro. You're doing your job. Right. But you're following the white man, bro. You're following the you >> right, bro. All right. Right. You're following them. I didn't do anything. Waste your time. >> I'm still going to jail, right? >> Yeah. Yeah. You're a cop. >> Are you a I'm a retired. >> You're a [music] Yes, I am. I guess. >> Yeah. You're a rich, >> right? >> See, you can rhyme, too, bro. >> Yeah. Yeah. I got bars, baby. I got bars. >> Okay. Good boy. >> Despite all of the abuse Omar was giving them, the officer still had a duty to ensure his well-being. Since his eyes were still burning after he got pepper-sprayed [music] during the arrest, they called medics to the scene. >> I got pepper-sprayed by the officer that's walking away, >> right? He's a [ __ ] and his wife is cheating on him. She's getting the right >> his eyes out and you guys can >> Is that good for you? >> Do you want your eyes rinsed though? >> Give you we'll have you stand up. We'll lean over. We'll give you some water. >> You guys have more girls. >> Well, that that's that that's a capsation inside. >> Have a lawsuit like you wouldn't believe. >> I don't really care. I just want to make sure you're you're you're stable. You're good. Hit me with it, buddy. Hit me with it, buddy. Hit me with it. Yo, you're a Yo, your wife. Yo, your wife is cheating on you right now, bro. It's crazy. Yo, if you >> They going to rinse you out and then we're going to get out of here. >> All right. Perfect. Perfect. Cody, yo, CODY, YOUR WIFE IS GETTING up the Your wife is getting off the ass, bro. Watch. Watch, bro. You >> too. >> Here, just stand up. Can you stand him up? Yeah. Stand me up. Stand me up. >> I don't want you to. >> Okay. Now, lean over a little bit. Lean over. >> I want my I want my elbow triggered to right. >> Yeah. >> You guys are going to have a Come on. Come on. Come on. Don't get in my face, man. You know what? You want you want me to rinse you off and take care of you or you are you going to >> your elbow man a little bit of a brush. >> Yeah. Yeah. By that >> the medics finished treating Omar and left the scene, but in the back of the squad car, he suddenly insisted he needed medical again. The lead officer tried explaining to him there'd be a medic once they got to the jail, but that wasn't good enough for the badmouth tourist. No, I need a medic now. >> Okay, but if you need a medic now, >> if it's for something that's already been treated, we can't. >> No, it hasn't been treated. It hasn't been treated. I'm gushing blood from my [ __ ] face. Get me a medic. >> I'm looking at You're not gushing blood. >> Yeah. Yeah. I'm dripping. Right. Right. You see that? >> I don't see any blood dripping, sir. >> Right. Yeah. You don't see that? >> I'm telling you it's not blood. >> Yeah, I need a medic. >> All right, boss. You going out your head? >> What's up, >> What's up? >> What do you mean? I'm I want to get out. >> Well, that's not my call. Like the fire. to treat my wounds, bro. >> Hey, dude. Can you speak to us like normal? >> Oh, you Yes. Okay. No, I'm sorry. >> I see. You just got Yeah. I got a band. >> Yes. >> You just got So, you got an abrasion here. >> Yeah. But your short >> and then you got like a little lock here. So, I'm just going to >> Yeah. On my knee, right? On my knee. My My elbow, right? I'm up cuz your short officer that's his wife is sucking right now. Right. I need you to treat my wounds. Right. As a public servant, you need to treat my knees right now. Right. No. My elbow and my knee. Yes. In fact, >> you're not. >> Dude, that's old. There you go. >> What do you mean it's old? >> You can tell that OLD. >> WHAT DO YOU MEAN IT'S OLD? You dumb >> now. Okay, >> we're done with this guy, dude. >> Going to be like that. >> Elbow, too. Elbow, too. >> Yeah. >> I'm glad this is all recorded, >> right? >> You guys good? >> Yeah, we're good. We appreciate it. >> The victims decided not to press charges. So Omar was only charged with disorderly conduct and resisting an officer. He was able to return to New Jersey after bailing out of jail and accepted a plea agreement. On January 8th, 2023, a restaurant rang the cops to report a physical [music] altercation between customers. The fight had broken out after a woman and her husband had started [music] getting aggressive with the server. >> Who are they? Excuse me, sir. Excuse me. Excuse me. They got a >> Excuse me. Hi. >> It was insane. >> I'm officer on the other. You need to come outside with me, please. >> Who? >> As well. These two. >> Okay. Come with me, please. >> You don't have to. >> Come with me. Don't tell me what to do. All right. >> I'm coming. >> Come over here. Come over here. >> Jesus Christ. >> Come over here. >> Walk. No. Stop. Walk. >> Walk to your right. >> As they were walking, the couple began insisting there was more to the story. and both tried giving their side at once. The officers attempted to restore order, but the couple wasn't making it easy. >> Sir, we uh >> Are you going to give me back? >> Uh, >> I'm happy to, but >> Okay, back up. >> WE >> OH MY GOD. STAY BACK. >> WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO MY HUSBAND? >> Do not push away from Stay back. I was I was reaching to give you I was reaching to give you my >> 19 in my back pocket right here. >> The officers proceeded to cuff the husband despite his insistence he wasn't resisting and had just been reaching for [music] his ID. The woman Melanie of course wasn't happy and was determined to make her [music] side of the story known. We were having dinner and somebody came from behind >> and crashed a glass on his head. >> You were eating inside here in the restaurant. >> Yes, that's my husband. >> Okay. >> And that's what happened. >> Okay. >> I will tell you. >> Okay. Do you have your ID with [music] you as well? >> I have my passport. >> Okay. You have a passport, but you don't have your ID, >> guys. Seriously, look at us. >> Is your ID in here? Is your ID in here? >> What is going on with you guys? >> She went on to accuse the officers of not knowing what happened. So, they pointed out to her that that's [music] why they were investigating the incident. Her husband was then given an opportunity to tell his side of the story. >> They said that you were refusing to pay and that you started to get physical. >> I'd be more than happy to pay our bill. We were we were happy to pay. >> Okay. So, now please start at the beginning. Bill for the last five nights here. >> Okay. So, listen. Obviously, you've been drinking and that's not a crime. Okay. So, try to get your thoughts together and I need you to start from the beginning. Okay. So, what happened, please? >> Okay. So, what happened was we were wrapping up everything and I went to the restroom. Excuse me. And I came back and we were I had asked for the check and I had put down as they have obviously yelled out at me when maybe you guys were here or not. But they said, "Oh, here's your American Airlines credit card, but I put down my credit card to pay for the bill." The husband went on to claim that he didn't know where the accusations [music] of not being willing to pay the bill had come from, but his story didn't seem to be fully adding up. So, the officer clarified that it was just an accident that he put down a card that wasn't a credit card. >> That is not at all. It's an American Airlines credit card that is a credit card that is completely valid. >> But when I went to the restroom, >> when they said, "Here's your American Airlines card." What were they meaning by that? Like, >> no. What? What? No, but >> understand >> what occurred was I put down my credit card. I put it in the envelope and then I went to the restroom. >> Okay. >> So, >> and and everything's fine up to this point. >> I come back and then somebody jumps on my head. >> Who? >> I don't know who because >> an employee. >> Not not probably not an employee. some other people in the restaurant and they start hitting on me and I'm like >> like striking you? >> Yes, striking me. >> The husband then claimed he'd gotten his asalent in a chokeold so that the ladder couldn't keep hitting him but that he hadn't hit him back. But Melany's version of events seemed to contradict that as she claimed the asalent was choking her husband. Officers then went to speak to the restaurant staff. >> How you guys doing? >> Good. >> Hi. >> Hey. >> How are you? >> What's going on? this late. So, >> it started with >> Okay. >> You had a video? >> I do. >> Yeah. Multiple people. >> Yeah. >> How would you like me to get it to you guys? >> Um, do you mind if I watch it? Yeah, you can watch it if that's >> where you >> don't you Hey, hey, hey. >> What are you doing with my friend, man? >> I got you. >> What are you doing? with me. I did nothing. >> The video then showed Melanie and some of the other customers trying to pull the two men apart. They weren't having much luck. But then Melanie had a new outburst brewing and it seemed completely consistent with the way she and her husband were behaving. What the >> My husband is very very classy. We are very very high brow. >> WHAT THE HELL is going on in this car tonight? >> What the hell? >> My husband is very high. >> My husband responsibility. >> Get away. Get away. Get away. trash. I don't know what >> you want. >> I'll throw a cop. >> What's wrong WITH YOU? >> STAY OUTSIDE. >> You with my friend with my friend. After the officer watched the footage, he asked the man who'd filmed it if they knew who the man in the gray shirt who Melany's husband [music] had been fighting with was because they needed to get his side of the story. >> No, the one with I think it's the one without the >> Yeah, >> without the jack with the jacket on. >> I jumped the guy some punches on me. I'm good with it. >> Yeah, I'll probably get punched some. >> Yeah. douchebag jumped out of nowhere giving a to the employees and I just said, "Hey, you mind right here?" >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, were you the first one to go ahead and grab him to try? >> No. So, my I was probably the first guy these guys with the waitresses. Dude, what are you doing? The guy [ __ ] punched me. I said, "Dude, you don't want to get into this with me. [music] I grew up doing this." >> I said, "Don't do it." I drugg him to the ground. I said, "You got two options. Either stop or I'm going to beat the living out of you." Okay. So, I said, "That's how it's going to go." And he said, "I don't want a problem with you." I said, "You you you want nothing to do with what I'm going to bring to you." >> Okay. So, I choked him out and just let him hang there. He was the main guy. I said, "You going to throw? It's going to get >> bad." So, you were on the ground with him holding on to him? >> Yep. I held on to him and said until were you being hit by anybody else or >> his buddy and his wife hit his wife hit me a couple times in the face. >> The man didn't wish to press charges. Meanwhile, the couple still wasn't happy about the fact that the husband was in handcuffs. >> Are you kidding me? >> No, I'm not kidding you. >> No, it doesn't make sense. We're being held here, but all the locals who are here are completely fine. >> I know. >> We're just going to ma'am. Ma'am, stay right there. Do not pull away from me. Do not pull away from me. Don't touch me. Do not pull away from me. Don't touch me. >> Stay right there and don't move. Do you understand? >> Melanie remained uncooperative. And given the video evidence of her involvement in the fight, the officer decided to arrest her, too. She was seated in the back of the squad car while her husband continued [music] to protest. >> When we're conducting an investigation and we tell you to do something, we mean exactly what we say. And when you don't do it, >> it was a problem away. >> It doesn't matter, sir. obviously needed some consolation from her husband because she's freaking the out. >> Well, it's because she's drunk. That's why. And she's not in her and she's not in her right mind. Okay. She doesn't have all the faculties. >> That doesn't mean that like it's a crazy thing to like come and talk to her husband. >> The husband continued to protest but cooperated when the officer told him to stay so the officer could discuss the case with his partner. They now had a clear picture of what happened. >> They were upset because they cut her off. Um, he went to pay for the bill. Wife came out, told him that they're not paying for it because they cut her off. So, she grabbed the book, threw the book. Her his card went flying somewhere. He thought it was the waitress that stole the card, took the card. She's trying to find the book to find the card, can't find the [music] card. She puts he he stands up aggressively, comes at her aggressively like we saw in the video, and she puts her hand up like this. It's when like he kind of comes forward, his face hits her hand, and then he pushes her, and then that's when the whole thing starts. Melanie might have considered herself and her husband quote unquote very classy and very highbrow, but their drunken behavior contradicted that. They were both charged with disorderly conduct and then took a plea agreement and were ordered to pay fines. On April 15th, 2025, an officer on patrol spotted two girls drinking alcohol on the beach. As the consumption of alcohol is prohibited on beaches in Florida, he approached the girls to make them aware of the fact. >> Hello. >> Hello. >> Hey, there's no alcohol out on the beach. I'm sorry. Where can I check you out? >> Uh at one of the nearest trash cans. You guys have your IDs with you? >> Yeah. You guys at least 21? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> The officer finished taking the girl's details and returned to his vehicle to check the IDs they'd given him, but one of the IDs appeared to be fake and his colleagues were quick to confirm it. >> Okay. >> All right. Stand up for me. >> Stand up. What? >> Stand up. Put your hands behind your back. >> Do not resist me or you're going to go to the ground. Do not pull away from me. Put your hands behind your back. >> What? >> Put your hands behind your back or you're going to go to the ground. I don't want to hurt you. Put your hands behind your back. >> I get it. But can you just expand? >> You provided me with a fake ID. Put your hands behind. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Get it for about a minute. >> Back. I'm not going to tell you again. If you cannot do what I tell you to do, you're going to go to the ground. I'm going to catch you resisting charge. Relax your hands. Put your hands together like you're praying. >> The officer then asked the young girl to walk over to his car with him so he could figure out who she really was. It didn't take long for her to start making excuses like the ID belonged to someone else and that she had no idea it was fake. >> Is this necessary? >> It is necessary. >> Can you just take the ID and let you >> I can take you to jail right now. >> For what? >> Well, let's see. For providing a false name, >> for possession of a fake identification card, >> and alcohol on the beach. >> Alcohol is not allowed on >> It is not allowed on the beach. That's why I That's why I stopped out with you in the first person that lives here told me that alcohol was >> they told you wrong. >> The officer took down the suspect's details a second time and she confessed that she was born in [music] 2007, so she was 18 years old, which explained why she needed a fake ID. While the officer waited for his colleagues to run another check, his partner arrived on the scene. >> She gave me a fake ID. >> Sorry about that. >> And when I run the deal, number comes back like a 70-year-old lady. >> I'm sorry. with a picture. >> I don't know. >> It wasn't my fake. It was my friend's fake. >> But you provided it to try to [music] identify yourself with it. >> Can you stand by with her for a sec, Joey? >> Your subject came back out of South Carolina. >> When asked again, she confirmed she was from California and claimed she was in Florida to study radiology and that her sister lived in the state. When asked if she had any warrants, she answered no. >> All right. Um, I got some good news. I got some bad news. Okay. The good news is I am not going to charge you with providing me with a false name. Okay. The bad news is you have a fake ID. Okay. And and it is unlawful to have a fake ID. Okay. And it's unlawful to provide a fake ID to law enforcement. Okay. >> Certain things I have discretion on, right? Meaning I can write you a ticket, I can take you to jail, whatever. Certain things I have discretion on, certain things I don't have discretion on. Okay. The fake ID part and you're going to be taking a ride today. Okay. So, you are under arrest.
