These mug shots are from different arrests with similar names, but only this woman is definitely involved in this case, Rebecca Velcu. The full value of the suspects' 42-item [music] Lululemon haul was totaled at $4,963.68. [music] The state's attorney approved charges of retail [music] theft as a class three felony for all four suspects, with additional charges for possession [music] of a security device and obstructing identification as class A misdemeanors when appropriate. All on one condition, [music] that all four be released for an upcoming court date. Later that same night, after their release, Lake Forest PD [music] received an urgent call from Culpeper County, Virginia. Police there did have a fully extraditable [music] warrant for Rebecca Velcu. Fortunately, Lake Forest has their commuter train station under complete video surveillance, and she was quickly spotted. >> [music] >> A unit was dispatched to the train station, and what did they find? All four suspects cooling [music] their heels on a bench, waiting for the next train out of town. Rebecca Velcu was quickly taken into custody [music] as a fugitive from justice.
