Dude, we're having fun. We're having fun. Can you You tell me you Jake. >> That's the complaint that was made, sir. Stop. Are you going to cooperate with my investigation? Yes or no? >> No. No. >> No. Then turn around. >> No. No. Stop. >> And she called me and said, "Hey, there's this guy just standing outside. He saw you walk in. He's just playing with his." >> I turned around and there he was. He was on top of me. >> I watched the video. I was able to zoom in on the on the holes in the bag. That's where it's sticking truth, right? got the bag walking up next to people like this and you're using the watch in your hand without a band, which is weird in itself, to take pictures. >> People who prey on children try their best to keep it lowkey. But it doesn't take long for things to go from suspicious to obvious. That's when officers stop creeps caught in the act. >> I'm suing these. You racist. I swear to God, I BETTER NOT GET OUT. THEY HAVE NOT TOLD me why I'm being arrested. They only said they haven't even they haven't done I'm suing these period. On August 22nd, 2025, police officers were dispatched to a public school following reports that a suspicious man had entered the girl's changing room. When officers arrived on the scene, they approached the suspect. But instead of sticking around to explain his side of the story, he took off instead. >> Hey man, can you come over and talk to me for a second? Hey, you on the bike. Can you come and talk to me for a second? I got to talk to you about something. >> Well, I need you to come talk to me. No, I'd be be better if you came over here. >> Well, I need to talk to you about something. >> Sir, you are not free to leave. You need to come here now. a possible subject in Park West parking lot riding away from me. >> Hey, I need you to come talk to me. Come here. Come here. I need you to come here and talk to me. You are not free to leave. >> I need you to come over here and talk to me. >> I would rather stand right here. Right here. >> Well, I need you to come over here off the street. Step behind my vehicle. >> I'm not being arrested. >> You're not free to go right now. >> I'm not being arrested. >> I did not say you're being arrested, but you're not free to go. What's your name? >> Frank. >> Were you just at the high school? >> I don't know if that was the high school or the uh I don't know what you guys are talking about. I was on the property, but I wasn't. [clears throat] >> Okay. Well, we got a we got a report about a suspicious person, and you match the description of that person. >> All I was doing in there was changing, using the bathroom against the wall. And we >> The suspect, Franklin, [music] continued to claim that his actions were innocent and that he had no bad intentions. However, a cheerleader reported that he followed her into the changing room, making her extremely uncomfortable. >> But like schools are like secure places for a reason for kids, right? You understand? I mean, you understand safety of the kids. They can't just have random people. >> I mean, it was it was adults coming out. So, I'm like, it got to be I can it must be a >> I know, but public place. >> You walk in. >> Yeah. >> You understand why school would call and say, "Hey, some random guy just came." >> Yeah. I mean, I only went in there. I'm like, I see people coming in now. So, I'm like, "Let me go in here. It must be >> But you just, right?" >> Yeah. >> That's that simple. >> Yeah. It's just He rolled up on me too. >> No, man. All I did was actually I approached you and asked you to come talk to me and you said no. And then you >> said, "Can we talk from a distance?" You said no. I'm like, "Oh, >> I said I would like you to come approach me and we can talk closer and then you took off and then you rode away from me." >> The problem was the school got concerned because >> that's why I left so fast. I'm like, "I don't I'm not here for trouble or nothing." >> Okay. So, you just changed and you got some water, talk to anybody, do anything else. >> His story was ridiculous right from the start. He wasn't 6 years old. He knew he wasn't allowed to walk onto school property and enter the girl's locker room. Giving lousy excuses only made him look guilty at that point. Let's just get this over with. I mean, I >> You're detained right now. We're figuring out what's going on. >> You're detained, but you're not in cuffs. [music] But if you keep walking around putting your hands in your pockets, we'll put you in. I can't >> I understand that, but you've been told several times. Keep your hands out of your pockets. >> I don't even want to [ __ ] with y'all. Like, what is this? What is this? Y'all ain't told me. >> This is an investigatory stop. I have told you and so did the detective. >> Stop. You haven't told me why. You haven't told me the reason I'm being stopped. >> The detective told you exactly the reason why. point. It's not a like, come on. >> It's suspicious activity. >> Give the phone. Give the phone to the office. >> We don't need to talk to that. >> I don't need to talk to whoever that is. I need to talk to you. >> Okay. Well, what is going on? >> I'm about to have her talk for me cuz I'm I really don't even want to talk to y'all no more. Like, y'all ain't told me what's going on right now. >> Yes. >> Why am I You were told because you were in a secure area when you were not >> suspicion. There's There's nothing else. [music] Just suspicion. >> In a secure area such as a school where you did not belong. >> But I already explained [music] myself. I gave y'all all my information, my address, all. >> But you're being extremely sir, you're being extremely combative and it's not helping. Do you understand that? >> Whoever Franklin was talking to over the phone, demanded the officer's badge numbers and told them to halt operations until a lawyer showed up, but that's not how it works. They had probable cause to detain him, and they were going to do just that. >> Put the phone away. >> What is all doing? Put your hands behind. Put your hand behind back. >> What am I doing? Relax, man. Just relax, dude. Pull him back. You pulling back doing nothing. Let go. Let go. >> We will take you to the ground if we have to. Do you want to go back? >> Give me your hand. >> You're being given orders and you're not listening. >> Stop resisting or I'm going to tase you. >> I will tase you. >> Put your hand behind your back. Are you kidding me? >> Phone's right here. All you got to do is listen. >> Stop resisting. You are under arrest. >> Right. What am I under arrest for? I don't have nothing wrong with that. >> You just resisted. >> You know I did it. >> Get it. >> Y'all going to be hearing from me. Okay. >> Y going to be here. >> Hey, get up. >> No. Y'all get me up cuz you got me on the ground. Get me up. You mean get me up. I'm not mean. Get me up. >> You know what? Fine. You can sit there. I don't care. But I'm not strong. YO, IT'S TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ME. >> Stand up, MAN. NO. [screaming] >> STAND UP. >> LET ME GO RIGHT NOW. Give me my phone first. >> No. Without my phone. >> I GOT YOUR PHONES, MAN. >> HERE RIGHT NOW. RELAX. >> WILL. Give me your phone. Just get in the car, man. >> I got your property. Get in the car. >> Get in the car. >> Where's my shoes? >> Get in the car. We'll get you in the car. >> Here, man. They're on the front. You'll get them in a minute. >> Thank you. Baby, can you hear me? I'm right by Oregon High School in the back. I swear to God, I swear to God, I'm suing these honkies. I swear to God to you. I'm suing them. I'm suing these. You racist. I swear to God, I BETTER NOT GET OUT. THEY HAVE NOT TOLD ME WHY I'm being arrested. They only said they haven't even they haven't done. I'm suing these period. >> So, let's get this straight. [music] Franklin wandered onto school grounds, spotted a cheerleader, and followed her into the changing room, making her visibly uncomfortable. Then he hopped on his bike, [music] and essentially fled from the police. Yet, he had the audacity to claim that the police were detaining him because they were racist. >> He went to the school, followed some kids in or what? >> Yeah, the girls cheerleaders said he was a high school student at the at the elementary school. >> I found him over there in the park parking lot. I tried to get him to talk to me. He took off on me. Ran around through here, came up through the yard. And >> I I don't know. I was talking to Mr. Hills coming out of the school to get down here. >> But if he was giving him an order and he didn't stop to do that, >> I told him to come talk to me. He said no. And then I said, "You're not free to go any resisting from when you want to get his handcuffs on." >> So resisting disording, disorderly conduct, and then serresing form. We'll get the camera footage pulled up. I'll get a look and we'll we'll get that to us. >> Weak. You mother weak. How it take four of y'all weak hunk to get me down IN HERE. YOU SUCK. AND I WASN'T trying neither. Now I'm on y'all. Watch this. Right. You mean watch when I bind out. Got you. >> With Franklin detained in the back of the police cruiser. He was transported to the station for further questioning. At the same time, other officers were dispatched to the school to speak with the administration. >> One of the girls came in and it it sounded like the girl said that they he followed her in. He followed her in >> in the building. >> In the building >> and then she went into the locker room. Okay. >> I guess he took a like a sip of water and then went into the locker room and she was just like >> So he followed her into the locker room >> and she was I guess she said that she was kind of like what the heck. So she left the room. I was here in the hallway. I went back in there and they're like there's a guy in the in the bath in the locker room. I was like okay that's never happened. So I went and knocked the door and I said hey how's it going? was in here and I opened the door and he was actually in the bathroom. Like actually going to the bathroom. He was in the stall. >> So you saw him in a bathroom? >> Yeah. Like he was in the stall. I'm like, "Are you a student here? Like at the high school? Are you a high school student?" And he's like, "Oh, I'm yeah, I'm a high school student." And the girls kind of I looked at the girls and they shook their head like, "No, he's not." I'm like, "Okay, well please like and like literally just walks out like just leaves the building." And I talked to the gym teacher. I was like, "Do you know this guy?" And that's when he kind of like followed him around and has >> Franklin was charged with criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and battery on an officer. On June 13th, 2025, [music] police officers in New Mexico were dispatched to a park following [music] reports that a man had cornered a mother and her young children in a public bathroom. According to reports, the suspect followed the mother and children inside [music] the restroom and began behaving inappropriately while blocking the exit. When they tried to leave, he lunged [music] toward them, prompting the protective mother to draw her firearm, causing him to run away. >> Hello. How are y'all? Are y'all okay? >> Never ever shaking. >> I've had a gun 5 years and I've never had a bullet. >> Oh man. >> And we got five kids between the two of them. >> Okay. I'm glad the kids are okay. Glad everyone's good. Yeah. When we seen we watched something and I was like, "Okay, maybe maybe we were just overthinking." And then he told my friend, I was like, "No, he was at something he shouldn't have been." >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. >> And she called me and said, "Hey, there's this guy just standing outside. He saw you walking. He's just playing with his." And whenever I came out, he wasn't out there. And then she had to take my niece to the bathroom. >> I turned around and there he was. He was on top of me. And he's like, "Oh, you have two very >> on top of you." How? >> Like just like in front of you? Yeah. And I couldn't go nowhere. And I was trying to keep the girls to the bathroom door and keep me in between him because I'd rather be safe. >> And I s and my daughter in the bathroom. I was like, you lock the door. >> And he just stood there. He wouldn't go. And I was like, leave me alone. >> So, was he blocking your way out? >> I couldn't get out. >> Did you ever tell him, "Hey, I'm trying to get out, move, anything like that. >> Can you please like I just want to go?" And he wouldn't. And when I lift up my shirt and pulled out my gun, he took off running. >> The woman reiterated that the suspect was absolutely blocking the exit with his body. She said that drawing her gun was the last thing she wanted to do, but said she [music] didn't have a choice as she needed to protect her children. >> Hey, >> Drew, stop. >> Stop. >> I haven't done anything. >> You better stop, DREW. >> Better stop, Drew. Get him. Get him. Get him. >> Hey. No. Get on here. >> Okay. Do it. Do it. >> Stay here. Stay under it. >> Get on your stomach. Get on your stomach. >> I really got to stop. >> Get your hand out from under you. >> I didn't do anything. >> Get your hand out from under you, man. >> I will. >> Do it now. Not will do it. >> Get it out. There you go. >> Here. >> What did I do? >> The officers [music] had him pinned down at taser point, so there was no way he was going anywhere. While Drew continued to feain innocence and talk gibberish, the cops eventually [music] got the cuffs on him. >> I haven't done anything. The magic in hell. I'm locking him out magically still. >> Hey, I'm turning the right. I'm going to let this man go. He's magic. >> He is magic. Executive magic. Let him go. He hasn't done anything. Go find the caller. Call her. You'll squirt. >> You didn't do anything. And yeah, I have to run cuz you try to radio. >> Hey, did I give that radio to you? >> What would you do? Is >> that yours? >> Is that yours? >> What would you do? >> And I'm magic. I'm the magic. How right, sir. Look, y'all are not going to be holding this, man. This is violation of magical order. >> All right. And yes, you have no right. >> Thank you, sir. >> To be looking. >> Appreciate it. I saw I saw that, >> sir. I haven't done anything wrong. And now I'm violating the law technically [music] >> because y'all trying to go and mess with me for no reason, sir. >> That's the truth. I haven't done anything. You're trying to [music] him. >> He wasn't magic. He was just a sexual predator. Plain and simple. They began the long walk back to the police cruiser while the suspect continued to make outlandish claims [music] that didn't make any sense. >> I'm the police chief. I know for certain you're trying to the man. >> Of course he's going to run. >> Yes, he ran. And now you're going to what? He's wrong. You can't do that. That justice has to be upheld. They just tried to violate this man's rights the other day trying to hold him in jail. He didn't have done anything wrong anyone. You're not going to be able to get away with it. I'm telling you right now, not this time. This is a break in the ties and then let him go. Make yourself a justice. Do yourself the right thing, man. What do you want me to do, sir? >> I want you to stop talking. >> Yeah, I bet you do. Because you don't want to have the truth out right in your face. And you cannot get away with this. You're not going to hide him anywhere. We're trying to make y'all ain't going to be even messing with him like that. >> You're not going to even worry about it. It's not your business. That's the thing. You're not going to be messing with this man's stuff. Leave his stuff alone, man. >> I'm the chief. No. You're trying to manhandle him. >> You're trying to do that and you're trying to make the wrong You're trying to violate his right. >> I'm just telling you. Stop pushing back. >> Yeah. No, I'm going to jail. >> The police chief is right here with me. You tried to violate this man's rights. I'm going to go over the damn What? What are you trying to mess with him for? Whoever you trying to mess with this man for, tell me I'm the police chief. I don't want to know. I know exactly what y'all are doing. >> Stop, man. Stop. Stop. Stop. I'm the police chief. >> If he was the police chief, then the department was in serious trouble. Even though a search didn't turn up anything, it seemed likely that he was under the influence of alcohol andor drugs while experiencing a mental health crisis at the same time. >> See? Yeah. We're going to make sure that he is not going to be outright. You're not going to get out of that. may made his clothes all dirty and want you jealous. What did he do? >> Put your foot in. >> Why are you trying to violate? >> We can't really acknowledge it outright because we know the theories and stuff, but the fact is is that we know we know what it is. And the president is uh ordered this and yeah, we're not going to be you're not going to be sitting there, sir. This is Mr. Trump. I guarantee you you're not going to be sitting there. This is my son-in-law. And yes, he is. He's my son-in-law. Don't worry about how. And he is going to be justified here. And there's no questions in that. I don't care what it is what anybody thinks. And I am the president. All right? And you know cuz you've heard and you know, do not be playing with this because this is not something we're tolerating anymore. The justice, the outright American uh securities of the nation are at risk in this technically and we don't play about our securities. And the darknesses, the blacks, they're they're all right. So, I mean, his wife and him and they're they're all good and they're they're going to bust the whole down, but we ready to go. So, either way, it'll be it'll be what it'll be. I mean, we'll bust it down. We know exactly where it is. We're not going to leave it there for a couple hours. Honestly, that's honest to God of truth. And we don't care about God. We do, but we don't even We're evil. Honestly, seriously, bunch of magical evil people. We're magical standing individuals. Rumble Stiltskin for one. I We are true. I'm Rumble Stillskin and I'm magical and this is a magical world at this point. This isn't even a real reality. >> They eventually arrived at the precinct, but it was more of the same with Drew. denial, refusal to admit any wrongdoing, and all around strange and disturbing behavior. >> Yeah, I guarantee honestly, I'm not going to go that way, man. I didn't do anything wrong. You can pick me up and take me over there. Come on, pick me up and take me over. >> I'm not going to pick you up and take you over there. Fact, >> I'm not going to walk. I ain't going to volunteer myself in here like that. You ain't going to volunteer yourself. You don't want to pitch do that. Y trying to straight to violate this dude. Of course you don't want to walk in there like Thank you. Here, man. Go ahead and just put me in here. We're definitely getting him out. We have already that movement is guaranteed. We just handed him directly out. Guaranteed. >> So, you're being under arrest for trying to light this dude up on some [ __ ] Are you kidding me? That's not >> Have a radio. Can you tell him to come and get this guy sooner than later? He's not being like cooperative. >> What are they talking about? Uh yeah, they're trying to put some on you, man. He's not going to stand. magic inside of a question. >> I'm glad that dude was staying with us. That's >> I'm not going to answer any questions. >> The officers needed to get him inside the station and into a holding cell, but it was as if he wanted them to use force to frame them for police brutality later. >> I'm going to just sit down. >> I'm not going to ask you. I'm telling you, go. >> You go and do what some do, sir. That's what I'm saying. I haven't done anything wrong to you or anyone. >> So, you would opt to carry it into this facility like a child? >> I'm not a child in that. I'm not doing anything wrong. I'm not going to willfully go and hurt myself like that. >> Okay, let me grab my >> relax, man. We'll make it. >> Appreciate it. Thank you. Drew was charged with resisting an officer, three counts of false imprisonment, [music] three counts of assault, and disorderly conduct. On June 26th, 2024, police officers were dispatched to Six Flags following reports that a man was caught recording underage girls without their knowledge. According to reports, he had been using a camera system hidden in a shopping bag to film under girls skirts. >> I had witnesses who confronted me. They showed me a video of you getting close fidgeting with your watch with your right hand and getting close to a girl who's wearing a skirt getting close doing this underneath the girl getting close to it. >> So I asked right I asked you to stop at Batman. You kept walking away. I asked to see your phone so we could just end it right then and there. You kept walking away. You told me no. >> Then we brought you here. Yes, you do. I saw it in your hand when we were walking. >> What phone was I recording with that? >> They said it looked like an Apple Watch. >> Well, so I'm asking I'm asking to see your phone so we can just end it right here and right now. >> No, no, not at all. You're not seeing nothing. You got no proof of anything. All you got is somebody saying all >> I have two witnesses >> saying that you're getting close to females with skirts. >> Who are they? >> I'm not going to tell you >> exactly. As the officer said, just because he didn't have a watch on him now doesn't mean he didn't have one and was using it inappropriately, if not illegally. Furthermore, the officers were under no obligation to provide him with the witness's names. >> Why would I tell you a witness's name? What's your name? >> I'm not giving you nothing. It's just it's pass or did you buy a one day ticket here? >> It's just a note, bro. >> Did you buy a season pass or >> Did you buy a season pass or one day ticket? No, bro. >> You're going to stay here. >> You're not free to leave. Have a seat. >> You're not free to leave. Have a seat. Have a seat. >> Here's the deal, dude. Right now, we're trying to figure out if a crime has been committed, right? Just bear with us, okay? If you don't want to tell us who it is, it's fine. >> A watch. I don't have a watch. >> Okay. >> He said you did. >> Nobody. >> Well, we'll go we'll go review the video and we'll we'll check. So, you just got to bear with us. Give us a few minutes. I don't have a phone. Like I wasn't had I didn't have my phone out. That's the thing. I'm not sure. >> That's why we're hanging on to you for a second while we investigate this. You want to give us your information so we can clear this up faster than >> Let's be honest. The suspect was acting guilty. Innocent people cooperate and do everything in their power to clear their name. They don't drag their feet and argue, refusing to provide the police with all the evidence that would prove their innocence. >> You say you don't have an Apple Watch? >> No. >> Are you watch? No, I do. I do have I have a watch, but I was just checking it. >> So, that's what I was trying to say. Like, it wasn't even on my wrist. I was just >> So So, you do have a watch? >> Yeah, I have a watch. I >> just told the guy you did. >> Well, I >> Come on, man. >> We're just trying to work with you. >> Trying to work with you here. >> It's not like a It's not like a >> Do you have it on yet? >> Watch. >> Yeah, I got it on. >> Oh, you don't have the trash or anything? >> No, I was just looking for text and right now it's not even on. So, it's like [music] that's all it was. Like you can't even record with an Apple Watch. So that's why I'm like what are they talking about? >> You can take photos with it. >> No, you can't. Not mine at least. Like I could go through it right now and see if I can, but I never did that before. So Apple, you can't take [music] video. You can try it on yours, but mine doesn't. >> And just like that, he remembered that he did have his Apple Watch on him. And while they don't feature built-in cameras, they act as a remote viewfinder and shutter button when paired with your iPhone. You can preview shots, set timers, zoom, and toggle settings from roughly 33 ft away. >> Would you be willing to show us your most recent pictures on your phone? >> I don't want to do that. >> It was just a >> I don't want to do anything. I don't I don't have to. >> I'm just I'm saying >> it just cuz they said I was recording on the watch and now it's like oh now it's the phone. I didn't even pull out my phone. So it was like >> Well, no, that's what I'm saying. Cuz sometimes the watch is like synced with the phone. >> No, cuz I don't know how to do all that. >> Hey guys, don't don't be deleting stuff on your phone now. Come on. >> I'm not deleting my phone. I'm just going through it. >> Hey man, phone. >> You were on your phone for a good minute. I'm sure you deleted stuff on there that you did earlier, right? >> That's not >> You got Miranda on you. What really happened out there, dude? >> That's what I'm trying to figure out. I was just trying to see what was going on with my people. >> Why would someone accuse you of taking photos? >> Like why why would someone because that's not a normal thing someone does. Someone just just doesn't come up and say >> everybody has their phone out. >> Everybody can have their phone out, but usually it's up here close to their face. >> It's not down low. >> So it's kind of fit down and I was >> on my phone and I was like that or something. >> What were you doing with your phone? That's why why would someone make >> I wasn't doing anything. So, why would someone make that accusation on you? Like, >> and like I said, I I know you probably just deleted it before we took it. [music] >> No, I wasn't even on the photo. >> Well, here's the problem. The video selling us videos or >> While the officers continued to grill the suspect for answers, other officers were busy with Six Flag staff reviewing the surveillance footage. And let's just say it told a different story than what the suspect was telling the officers. [music] >> Help me understand what's going on here, man. So, we've got a a bag, right? I watched the video. The camera is clearly positioned perfectly in front of those holes. Okay. I watch the video. I was able to zoom in on the on the holes in the bag. That's where it's sticking through, right? Got the bag walking up next to people like this. And you're using the watch in your hand without a band, which is weird in itself, [music] to take pictures. That's what it appears to me. Yes, it appears the witnesses help understand what I'm missing here. Is this is this accurate? Not accurate. >> What do you think? >> Not accurate. >> It's not accurate. Okay. Uh would you have any problem with me going through that phone? Just to prove that this is not accurate. You do have a problem with it. Okay. So, here's what we're going to do. We're going to take your phones and your watch and we're going to get a search warrant form. Okay. That's the other option. Um once you want to sign a consent form, I'm not trying to sway you in either direction. Either way is I'm going to apply for a search warrant for those phones and for the watch. If there's nothing to hide in there, you want to show me. That's cool. We can be done with this here. Get your stuff back today. Otherwise, that's the route I'm going to take. I'm going to ask the judge to grant me a social warrant for the phones. Right now, there's enough evidence to charge you with unlawful video recording. Right? It's unlawful. Take videos of people's areas like that. That's what they're alleging at the very least is orderly conduct, right? You got an empty box, bunch of stuff stashed in there. That thing positioned perfectly in front of the hole. It just it's it's just odd to me. Maybe you're not not maybe you're not doing anything wrong, but I'm trying to understand what could the what could the other possibility be here. You know what I mean? >> The suspect had been using his Apple Watch, which was wirelessly linked [music] to his phone to view a live preview of the camera feed so he could adjust angles before taking photos and video. The phone's camera lenses protruded through holes in the bag, which he strategically positioned directly under the skirts of the juvenile females who were passing it. >> Wow. You can see the cameras in the back there. >> So, our victims don't have they have no idea. >> Yeah, they're trying to track them down. We're going to take you to the police station and we're going to call the state attorney's office and um go from there. Fair. You want the transmitter back, dude? I don't have a car. >> The victim's parents pursued charges. The suspect was arrested and released the same day. While officers gathered additional evidence, they obtained a warrant for his iPhone and Apple Watch, which later revealed 40 videos depicting minors on the day he was at Six Flags. Investigators also learned that he had been uploading the images [music] and videos to a website that he created. So, the officers obtained a second search warrant for the suspect's home one month later. >> You remember me from like a month ago? This is a reference to what we talked about a month ago when we were at Six Flags. remember that? No, I'm done. >> What is this for? >> We have search warrant based off of that incident. So, if you want to talk, we can talk today. >> I was I don't know what you're talking about. I don't know what's going on. >> Well, it's hard when you just wake up and people are in your house. So, >> what's going on? >> I'm going to tell you in a minute. I'm just letting them finish doing their thing and then I'll then we'll chat. But do you have some pants that we can grab you? Do you want us to grab you some pants? >> I don't want them. >> No. You're going to need [laughter] relax >> here. Relax. >> Stop. Stop on the ground. >> ALL THE WAY ON YOUR STOMACH. >> On your stomach. >> Stop it with resistance. >> Get your hand behind your back. >> That was dumb, partner. Officers seized additional devices from the suspect's home, uncovering even more disturbing images. He was charged with two counts of unauthorized video recording, two counts of possession of child [music] essay material, and one count of resisting arrest. On October 9th, 2024, police officers responded to a call regarding a man who had been caught trespassing in his neighbor's home. The suspect claimed he was simply checking on the woman's son, but the officers believed he had more nefarious intentions. >> What's up, Mark? I'm Warhead. >> Give me just a Just come talk to me, bro. I'm just trying to figure out what's going on right now. >> Okay. I just got back from >> All right, dude. So, we pretty much got the call. >> Okay. >> Saying who's who's the neighbor that lives right there for >> I her name is >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. All right. So, she gave us a call. >> Okay. >> And she's saying that you were in her apartment. >> No, sir. I was I literally just got back from >> I I don't know. All right. You know what I mean? Like, this is my first time meeting you. It's your first time meeting me. We're just saying that we got that call that you were in a park or disconnected a phone line or anything like that? Oh, no. >> You ever had any issues like that? You ever been inside her apartment? >> Never, sir. >> No. Okay. >> Mark acted stunned, claiming that he had no idea why his neighbor [music] would report that he was in her home. The officers reassured him that if he had nothing to hide, then he had nothing to worry about, as the evidence would set him free. But as is often the case, the evidence said the [music] complete opposite. >> Are you sure you weren't in that apartment, did you? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. So, she's not going to show me a screenshot of you in that apartment, >> right? >> She's not. >> No. Okay. All right. All right. Very good. >> What' she say? >> She fell in. >> This isn't you and her apartment. >> No, it's her. Who is that then, dude? >> I don't know. >> What are we doing now? >> Nothing. >> Now, now you're just lying to me, dude. >> Right. >> Ask her if she wants to sign a complaint. >> Yeah. One more chance. Yes, sir. Were you in that apartment? Yes, sir. You were in that apartment? I was. Okay. >> Thank you, Mark. All right. Let's Let's Let's work, dude. All right. Now, we can talk. >> I just Well, no. The door was open, honestly. So, I was just checking, making sure the kids were okay because sometimes her older son is here and stuff like that. That's all I did. >> And just make sure because her son sometimes stays home from school. The door was It was open. >> Are you freaked out, dude? >> Well, because I wasn't sure because, like I said, it was the door is open. I swear to God. And I just wanted to make sure that there was nobody there and stuff like that inside their their apartment, stuff like that. I didn't do anything wrong in their apartment. I just All I did was do a quick look around and I left, sir. All right. I didn't touch anything. I didn't do anything. >> Mark was visibly beginning to panic, which was understandable considering he had just been caught lying to the police. Still, he continued to claim his intentions were innocent, essentially saying he was providing a neighborhood watch [music] service. >> How many times have you gone into that apartment, dude? >> This is the first time, sir. >> First time. >> Like I said, the door is open, which maybe skeptic cuz her son does stay home here a lot by himself and stuff like that. So, I just wanted to make sure that, you know, everything was there was nobody else in the apartment. So, like I said, >> All right. And she's telling us that you didn't have permission to go in there, right? No, but like I said, the door was open, >> but and I just so I wanted to make sure that >> there was nothing harmful with his with her older son >> cuz the older son does stay home quite often and stuff like that. >> Okay, >> I hear you, dude. I hear you. >> I'm missing the the the start of this. So, the door is open to >> the doors cracked open and the son stays home a lot. The older son, I think he's 12 or 13. And I saw this door cracked open. And so I just peaked my head in there to to look and and make sure that everything was okay because I didn't want that the kids to be harmed and I and I left. >> Do you have any reason to believe that they were harmed or that they would be harmed? >> No, but we've had a we have some section 8 uh black people over here that have been broken in actually to our place and they walk around a lot. So I just want to make sure that nothing was harm to the kid. >> Yeah. No, but I mean that doesn't give a green light to start going in any any >> No, like I said, I all I did was just, you know, peaked in and stuff like that and and went and got back out. Sir, >> you've been in here before, correct? >> No. >> That's a lie, too. >> What do you mean? >> Cuz you've been in her apartment before. She has you on video. >> No, sir. >> Yes. >> Okay. I I I >> Don't call me a liar. You're on video. >> I'm sorry, sir. >> You were lying to us before. We showed you a picture of yourself and you played the Shaggy defense. Oh, that's not me. 100% you. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, I'm not >> I understand, sir. >> So, you need to stop. >> Okay, sir. >> If you if we find out you took anything, you're going to get charged with the burglary. >> I did not, sir. >> All right. >> You did not. >> Wait here. Although Mark had claimed earlier that he hadn't been drinking, when asked again, he admitted that he had had a few drinks. Still, the officers just couldn't shake the feeling that he had nefarious intentions. >> Do you hear anything inside? >> No, that's why I went in there and to check seemed like it was okay. >> But you don't hear anything. Anything Anything distressing inside? No, sir. >> You don't hear anybody calling for help? You don't hear a boy or a young child calling for help? >> No, cuz normally he's got his headphones on. He plays video games on his computer. But at this point, you just see that the door is just cracked open by about an inch. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Um, do you try calling out inside the apartment before you go in? >> No, sir. >> So, you didn't knock and say, "Hey, low. Is everybody okay?" You just walk? >> I did not. >> And did you get a response? >> No, sir. But, like I said, normally he's got his headset on. >> What is his name? >> Do you know his last name? >> I do not, sir. >> Well, I'm just asking because you're very concerned about him. So, I would anticipate you would at least know his first last name. 100%. >> Uh, I believe so. Yes, sir. >> Do you know what school he goes to? >> I do not, sir. >> Okay. Um, does he go to school? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. >> How old do you say 123? >> Yes, sir. >> Um, middle school? >> Yes, sir. >> You know, you don't know what middle school is? >> I do not, sir. >> Okay. Um, does he take a bus? >> Uh, yes, he does. He pulled right over here. >> Okay. What time does the bus come back? >> I don't I I'm not sure. >> You see where I'm going with this? School's not even on. We're talking about 1:30 and school. I know, but normally sometime he he does stay home and then father picks him up and stuff like that or he stays home. I understand sometime he does stay stay home. >> So, like I said, I was just concerned for their safety. That's all I did. We've got some section 8 people over here and they've broken into my mom's apartment here already and stuff like that. They've broken into our uh bike room and stuff and they've stolen bikes. They've sat there and they've peed in they've peed in the back room and stuff like that. Um, like I said, they almost broken at my mom's place while she was home while I was at work. And so is this. >> And this is all documented through our police department. >> Uh, my mom didn't uh fill out a police report. No, they did not. >> Okay. What about the garage? >> We have with this with the association actually. >> Was there a police report? >> So, we don't have any document? >> No, just with the association. Just with our association. >> How long ago was that? >> Uh, about a year ago, sir. >> Without solid proof, the officers couldn't get him for much more than a trespassing violation. But that didn't mean he wasn't going to take a trip with them to the station while they figured out what to do with him. >> Victim wanting to sign complaints. >> Yeah. >> Um, did she have the the live video? Oh, you know what? That brings up my next question. >> Did you disconnect the camera? >> I did not. >> No, she said she got it. Might have been a glitch. >> A glitch. Okay. >> All right. Watch us walk around. >> Okay. So, she sent a video. the screenshot of him in the front. >> Okay. >> And >> wearing the same exact clothes. >> And at no point is um she watched him live and she wasn't able to see that he's like took anything, right? >> No, she saw him like walk around a little bit and she calls for trespassing. >> So, initially I told you it was a citation lawn. Normally trespassing is, but since it's a house, it upgrades it. So, that's why you're going there. Okay. >> We're going to go back to the station, process you, and we'll get some paperwork with a court date. You can call somebody to come pick up. Okay. >> Mark was charged with criminal trespassing. Let's hope it was a wakeup call for him and that whatever his intentions were, [music] he won't be stupid enough to act on them in the future. On March 9th, 2024, police officers were dispatched to an airport terminal after a 14-year-old girl told a flight attendant that a man seated next to her had touched her thighs. Before the plane could take off, it was diverted back to the gate where the suspect was confronted and detained by the police. >> Man, where you going? Have a seat. No, just have a seat. >> What you mean? >> I'm telling you, just have a seat. Hang on. >> So, I'm I'm the kind >> You're being detained? Yeah. >> I'm detained. Yes. Sit down. >> Okay. Well Well, thank you for letting me know. >> Just Just relax for now. >> Um, >> can you have this guy relax? >> Can you have this guy relax? I'm very relaxed, but you need to just hang out right now. I can't just be walking around. >> What do you think? What you mean? I'm a normal kind guy that just >> Nobody Nobody's swinging around. Just Just relax. >> The suspect was visibly intoxicated, slurring [music] his speech and being unnecessarily uncooperative. At this point, his strategy was to play the victim, acting as though the police were abusing their power. >> You guys are really like I am mighty. This guy just wants to like beat somebody up. You're actually kind of cool and I just got off a plane. >> What What What is your name, sir? >> I don't answer. But >> Okay, that's fine. >> But I'm sure this guy will rough me out. >> Well, no, we're we're not about that. My name is Officer Delir. My My My name is Officer Del. Just chill out. If everything checks out, then you'll be free to go. Can I get some water or something? >> What you mean hang on? I've been here for like 20 minutes. Can I get some water? >> Seriously? >> Hang on. >> What do you mean hang on? I've been here for 20 minutes water. >> You're detained, my man. >> I understand. I'm detained. Doesn't mean I'm a prisoner of war or something. >> No one. >> I don't know if you're in Iraq, Afghanistan. You probably actually I see the kill in your thing. So, you have Can I just get a cup of water before this guy taps me? >> Please, please, [snorts] a cup of water. >> There is no water around here. >> Seriously, bad over there. You guys think I'm going to go somewhere? >> You can't go back in there. >> What you mean? >> Like, I can't go anywhere >> back in there. It's a secured area. So I'm stuck stuff like >> the officers reiterated that he just needed to sit tight while another unit spoke to the flight attendants and witnesses on the plane. If he were as innocent as he claimed he was, he would be on his way in no time. >> You're holding me here because you're investigating. >> Investigating what? >> I've only been here for a little over 5 minutes. >> Okay. Well, >> I've been sitting here >> cuz a minute ago you said it was 20 minutes. Now you're saying it's 30 minutes. Just relax. >> We're way past you guys me over. Nothing happened. Like literally nothing happened. I would never hurt anybody. >> Can you please release me? >> I I don't give that. You understand you're under investigation, right? >> I literally can give a lesser about you. >> Yeah. >> So, you can >> Okay. >> And I will leave after you tell me to leave. >> Okay. >> Can I leave? >> Nope. >> So, you're going to be a You're going to >> go through the process. >> I'm not being a >> You are an a complete [ __ ] by the way. >> I can see it in your jawline. I'm pretty >> pretty good. >> You're >> okay. >> And you want to hit me right now. >> All right. >> 100%. Tell me you don't want to. >> No. >> No. No. If you had the choice, dude, you me in the face. >> I get I get this man. not getting stuck in you. >> Thank you for that. >> Can I leave now? >> The officers were quickly losing their patience with him. They had told him nearly a dozen times that he was just [music] being detained while they investigated a potential crime. He began fiddling around with his bag and when the officers asked him what was inside, he really [music] flew off the handle. >> Nothing sharp. No knives, no weapons inside the bag that we should be concerned about. >> Why don't you look, man? could just do the security kind. >> I'm asking. >> Yeah. No, I don't. >> Just for your safety and mine. >> What do you mean my safety? I don't give a I mean it's my backpack. >> Jesus Christ. >> Just relax. >> No, you relax. How dare you assume that the worst is the worst. He's assuming the worst is the worst. You know what? The best the best and it's going to happen. So you guys >> reaching for Sir, >> what do you mean? whatever the I want to in my backpack. >> Go through it, man. >> For what? >> Oh, obviously you you you think I have like weapons. I'm going to like stab you or something. That's >> something I always ask everyone I deal with. >> I don't give a, bro. I'm I'm not in your position. I'm a waiter, man. I asked for water or soda. You asked for knives and guns. How dare you just assume everyone's wrong. How dare you? It's like sad and sick. You can just like go through your life. You probably I'm not going to go through it. How dare you, man? It's sick. >> I mean, even when I'm serving, I mean, I assume like something's going to happen, but I don't have my guns on my kind. >> Exactly. You ever got shot at? >> Did you have you? Really? >> I have. >> Yeah, exactly. That's That's why That's why I get concerned about stuff like this. >> Don't retrain. Just leave it in there. Why are you bringing stuff out? >> I was just relax. >> I was looking for my phone. >> Just relax. >> What do you mean just relax? >> I I I'm supposed to go to a wahoo and I'm This is my backpack. >> Go through it, bro. I don't have any guns. >> I didn't ask you to go into your boat. I'm not I didn't ASK YOU TO GO INTO your relax. >> God, I wish I had you on camera. >> It is on camera. >> Oh, good. >> Yeah. And it shows that you're the one that's being uncooperative with us, right? >> Are you sure? >> Yes. >> Are you sure? >> Did I COME TO YOU LIKE THIS WHEN I FIRST CAME? >> ARE YOU SURE you're not walking? >> The officer's patience had completely run out. As they said, they had approached him with respect and understanding. Yet now they were engaging in a shouting match. >> Might have a vibrator sound. >> All right. >> I'm not You guys don't have to force anything you guys. >> What are you doing? >> Yeah. Yeah. We just Um, what's going on? >> You're being arrested. Who? >> We let the the officers come here and explain it to you. >> I didn't do anything. Get the handcuffs off me. >> I got you, bro. >> I'm sure you do. And I'm sure you Thank you for having that body cam because >> his his behavior is not acceptable. >> You too. Now my man. Okay, my man. like >> harassment. >> What you mean like harassment? I I was on a airplane. [laughter] >> So, what did you say? >> No, I don't want you to say again. >> We want you to incriminate yourself, my man. The suspect pleaded not guilty. However, he was found guilty in a court of law and was sentenced to 30 days in jail with two days credited for time served. His sentence was stayed for 6 months on the condition that he completes a substance abuse assessment and treatment program. On October 5th, 2025, police officers were dispatched to a restaurant following reports that a man was refusing to leave. According to staff, the man was getting a little too handsy with female patrons before being asked to leave. However, when staff told him it was time to go, he said he couldn't find his bag and wasn't going anywhere without it. >> Let's go from the beginning. What time did you come in? >> Uh about 30 minutes. >> And then what? You went to the bar. >> Bar area. >> Yeah. Correct. >> And then what? Then afterwards >> you sat had a couple drinks and then you had your bag on the whole time. >> Yeah. Put my foot back in. >> Did you put it down at any point? >> Um I think I put it down for one second and then it's gone. How did I find it? >> Can you Can you investigate? Can you figure out where they're at? >> That's what I'm doing right now. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, you put it down for one second. Where? >> Um probably by the seat. The man said his bag contained important work materials he needed back, including confidential information meant only for his eyes. He said that he suspected somebody stole it and wanted the police to review the surveillance footage. >> So, we've dealt with this guy. Like, >> I was going to say, listen, we kicked him out last weekend. He's a little >> He's a he's a um >> we kicked him out last weekend. >> He's a little bit. So, >> he was passing from um the Kle Bar over here. I told security already if he as if you asked the trespass Yes. >> Yeah. >> Um we'll just trespass him at this point. >> Okay. >> Um we kicked him out last Friday for weird now girls. >> Mhm. >> He got accused of touching somebody's butt. >> Yeah. >> He was doing the [music] same exact avocado. >> Um and then he came in on like Sunday or Monday, one of my solo shifts this week. >> Yeah. >> And every girl that walked through the door, he was like, "Hi, hi." >> Mhm. >> And not every girl wants to talk to you. >> Yeah. Yeah. No, I know he rides a bike. Like, you know, it's not all that I get. >> Trust me, you're telling me the same as Havoc was telling me he was doing the same thing. >> The staff member said he would be happy to review surveillance footage to see what happened to the man's bag, but it would have to wait as he was busy. He said he thought the man had stashed it somewhere and had simply forgotten where he put it after he had a few drinks. >> All right. So, I'm talking to everyone and they told me they don't they don't have >> Have you looked in the Have you looked at a camera? Yes. I've had them look at cameras and they told me they have >> what's going on with this situation right now. >> What are you talking about? >> Well, I'm trying to figure out camera. You looked at camera. You looked at everything. So, you do not see a bag being put down by me. Did you visualize me walking around? >> What are you talking about? >> Did you see me walking around the camera? >> Walking around the camera? >> Yeah. >> Inside like inside the building? Did >> you look at the camera? >> Yes. Yes. >> So, did you see me in the camera? >> Okay. So, here's the thing. You put your bag down for a second and then where does it go? >> Did you see me in the camera or not? >> I'm asking you. >> I don't know. Did you see me in the camera? >> Yes, I did. >> Okay. So, where'd I have the bag? >> I don't know. I'm asking you. >> I'm asking you. You saw the camera. >> All right. Well, you have >> I'm asking for your help. >> I know, but you have the back >> for the camera. >> Mhm. >> You have the back. >> I don't know where it is. Can you show me the camera? You know where the bag is. >> Where's the camera? >> Can you show me? >> I saw the camera. >> Okay. Can you show me the camera? >> Well, what would you like me to do? Show me the camera. >> Show you the camera. >> Yeah. No. No. >> I'm asking you. I need help. >> Okay. >> To find the bag. >> Can you help me find it? You looked in the camera, so you have to know where I'm at. Where is it at? >> Where did you go? >> I don't know. You tell me. >> Where did you go? And so you're at the bar. Where did you go towards? >> Can you tell me? >> I can't tell you because you're your own person. You know, >> did you not look in the camera? >> I did, but the camera only has the bar. >> Okay. So, where did you go? Where did you walk out? >> You just literally said that you saw me on camera place. >> Yes. At the bar. >> Where's it at? >> Trying to negotiate with the suspect was like pulling teeth. And the officer was just wasting his breath at that point. His bag wasn't the officer's responsibility. And the suspect didn't have the right to stay put and call the shots until he found it. >> I spoke to everyone. Security. >> Are you shooting me that way? Cuz I'm >> the bartender inside. I spoke to him. >> Okay. >> They don't know where your bag is. >> Right. Do you think it was stolen? >> So you looked at a camera. >> Hold on. So, this is what we're going to do. Okay. >> You looked at the camera. >> Can I This is what we're going to do. Okay. >> Did you look at the camera? >> This is what we're going to do. >> Okay. I need you to leave. >> Did you look at the camera? >> I need you to leave. >> Miss, >> you're being trespassed from this business. Okay. >> By who? >> By the managers. >> Who's the man? >> They want you trespassed. >> Who's the man? I know the bartender. They're not trespassing. >> So, we're not going to do this again. We're not going to do this again. Okay. >> No. Talk to them, please. >> We're not going to do this again. I already spoke to them. I spoke to everyone in here. Miss, can you talk to the managers in there and have them talk to me? >> I spoke to everyone in this business. >> He's already He's telling you basically he's already told you to be trespassed. >> Can I trespass by whom? >> He just told you the manager. >> Who are the manager's names? >> That's not >> That's private information. Dude, you need to get up and go. This is going to be the last time I warn you. Please. You're being trespassing. >> Who is trespassing me? >> Cuz I know the bartenders here. They're actually good friends of mine. I actually them. I actually friends with them. You could talk to them. They're actually really good with me. >> Okay, that's great. Get up. >> Okay. You're going to jail. >> Okay. >> 3 105. >> Yep. >> Why am I going to jail for trespass? trespassing. What? >> New York security. >> Security. Security. Who's security guard over here? >> Keep watching. >> Whatever world he was living in, absolutely neither the bartenders nor security guards were his friends. They were the ones who gave the officer the green light to have him trespassed. Next, the officers escorted him to a police cruiser and placed him in the back seat. >> Come right over here. >> Yeah. You have anything on you that might poke me stick me? No, sir. You're going to lean up on my car. Okay. Cool. You have no need to write. I don't care. You have no right to talk to you. >> Where's my book bag? >> Can you help me? >> Can you help me find my book bag? >> I need help. >> I need help. I'm asking for help. >> I'm asking for help. I have a lost item >> that I'm searching for. >> I have a lost item I'm searching for. >> I'm I have a lost item I'm searching for. >> The suspect was more preoccupied with his book bag than the fact that he had just been trespassed from the establishment and was headed to jail. It was like he thought he called the police to help him locate his bag when in reality the police were called because he had been harassing women. >> I literally just came from coaching. I've been coaching kids. I came from coaching kids and I went out today. I literally just came from coaching kids. >> I asked you to leave multiple times, >> dude. I came from coaching kids and I'm losing my book bag. I lost my item. >> My item is lost. I'm the one victim over here. >> Okay. Well, you have the entire business, multiple people are coming up to me and telling me that you're going up to girls and harassing them. >> I couldn't approach any girls. >> And it's crazy how you were doing the same thing at Havoca. >> I haven't approached any girls in Havoca either. >> You remember when I trespassed you? >> Then I haven't approached any girls in Havoca either. >> I don't care about I don't care about women. >> That >> I care about business. >> You care about business at a cafe, Martier? Yes, cuz I do real estate. I'm a realtor. >> What What business do you have there? >> I do real net real estate. I talk to people about finances, education, talk to my friends, my high school friends. I've been born here. I've been born in Haiti, but I've raised here. I have lots of friends that go to over here. I have millions. I have more friends than anybody. The suspect was charged with trespass of an occupied structure. Although his bond was set at just $150, he remained in jail because of a probation violation from a previous DUI case that was recently reopened. [music] On June 21st, 2024, police officers in Livingston County, Michigan were dispatched to a familyoriented community event following reports that an adult was initiating unnecessary physical contact with children and interfering when their parents tried to intervene. >> He's over there with children and he's picking them up. >> He's right there walking that way. >> Yeah, he's in the tank top playing football with us with his boys. >> All right. Can you guys hang out here at Brian's boot that way I can find you. >> Yep. >> Right there with the glasses on his head. >> Barefoot right now. >> Okay. >> I'm just going to watch for a second and then deal with it. >> This guy behind me >> has been goofing around with >> the one with the gray. >> Yeah. There's another kitty was rustling. So, just a heads up. >> I'm going to keep an eye just for a second. I'm going talk to him. You got a minute so we can chat. >> No. >> No. >> I mean, I could. >> Do you know these kids or >> Yeah, absolutely. >> Who are they? >> Uh, uh, >> are they yours or >> No, my best friend. >> Who's your friend? >> Uh, Carmen. Okay. >> Why you Why are you questioning me? >> Cuz I got a complaint about you. >> Bomb me. >> Correct. >> All right. Let me say that. >> See what you say to the complaint. >> What am I supposed to show you? Someone came up talked to me. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. So, what am I going to show you? >> You came up to me and said that you have a complaint. >> Yeah. >> There's no complaint. >> No complaint? >> No. Absolutely not. >> Do you have any ID? >> Four kids of my own. >> Do you have any ID on you, sir? >> Yeah, I do. >> I see a police. >> No. >> The man claimed he had done nothing wrong. so he didn't need to identify himself to the officer. When the officer told him that he had received several complaints that he was touching kids, it really pushed him over the edge. >> Dude, we're having fun. We're having fun. And you you tell me. >> That's the complaint that was made, sir. Stop. >> Okay. If you're not going to cooperate, you're going to wind up in handcuffs and detain. >> Yeah. Well, yeah. >> Do that again. My parents, >> are you going to cooperate with my investigation? Yes or no? >> No. No. No. >> No. Then turn around. >> No. Come on. >> Put your arm behind your back. Give >> me your hand. >> Arm behind your back. >> Fighting with one downtown. >> Arm behind your back, dude. >> Put your hand behind your back. Do it now. >> Other arm. Put your arm back. >> Put your arm behind your back. >> Other arm behind your back, dude. >> Put your arm behind your back. >> WHAT THE [ __ ] PUT YOUR ARM BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> I have one behind my back. >> The other one. >> What the am I supposed to do? >> Are they still that family still over at Brian's table? >> I'll go get him. >> I don't I don't care, dude. The suspect, Jeremy Mills, had every opportunity to [music] deescalate the situation. However, his refusal to cooperate only made the officers more suspicious. And seeing his children were involved, it wasn't a case they were willing to walk away from. >> I'm going to roll you up on your side. I want you to lift one leg up so we can get you up on your feet. >> I had I did nothing. >> Okay. Roll over. >> Bend this leg up. We're going to stand you up on your feet. >> Okay. >> Station. Well, right now you're under arrest for resisting. >> No, I'm going to add disorderly if you don't keep your mouth shut in front of these kids cuz you're not cooperating. >> Okay, whatever. >> Dude, my parents are going to >> It was a strange threat from a father of four towards [music] two grown police officers. While you would expect to hear the threat like that from a teenager, it just had a ridiculous ring to it when it came from a grown man. My parents own uh tons pizza. We are grateful, >> dude. We are grateful for you guys. Like what the tackle me? >> No. You want to be bad? >> I'm I had I had nothing to do with this. >> You want to tackle somebody because I did nothing. I >> What the is your problem? >> Stop. >> Don't face me. For whatever reason, Jeremy kept trying to intimidate the officers by insinuating that his parents would come after their jobs, which obviously didn't scare the officers one bit. It was just weird more than anything. And it made him look like a bratty and entitled oversized toddler. >> Dude, my pot is going to have youing embarrassed, you >> How much you need to drink, bud? >> Two drinks. >> Yeah. Yeah. And guess what? I uh had fun with everybody. up until you want to like >> I don't care, dude. I had no reason to be pulled over. I had no All right. He claimed that the officer was trying to break his thumb, but by then he was just looking for an excuse to complain. Next, he was led inside the police station where he continued to namerop his father to intimidate the officers. >> Walk inside. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Look at my thumb, dude. >> Walk inside. >> WALK INSIDE. >> GET YOUR HERE. >> WAIT. [laughter] Jesus Christ. How stupid are you, dude? >> START IT. LOOK AT MY MOTHER. Bend backwards. >> I'm holding YOUR PHONE. >> MY DAD IS >> I DON'T CARE who your dad is. >> I don't give a Who the You are >> Are you serious? Turn your face out of the way. >> I don't do I don't give a like dude. My dad knows you guys. Stand up, >> dude. >> We don't Stop talking about your pops. We really don't care about him. >> OKAY, SO STOP TREATING ME like >> Jeremy pleaded guilty to assaulting and obstructing police, resisting arrest, one count of assault, and disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 180 days in county jail, 2 years of probation, and 90 alcoholics anonymous meetings in 90 days. After all was said and done, there were no excuses left and no way to explain their creepy behavior away. What started as suspicious turned into something undeniable right in front of officers.
