And I said I need a minute. Godamn. >> Giving you a minute. >> Well, then I need another minute. >> Turn it back up, you piece of you. You >> don't touch me. Don't you TOUCH ME. >> YOU BETTER PUT THAT. >> People who get arrested usually don't think they deserve it. But some Karens decide to take their frustration to a whole other level. And it's always a great deal of chaos when cops arrest the worst entitled Karens ever. >> Oh, I'm not going. >> Okay, so that's your [clears throat] next step. >> Too much money going hand. >> Oh, I don't care about that. >> Are you guys crazy? >> Did you just go to the bathroom? >> You think I'm going? [music] >> On September 4th, 2025, the Florida PD received a call from a local hotel. The report said that a guest was causing a disturbance in the lobby. When the officer arrived and realized it was an old lady, they probably thought this would be over quickly. They were mistaken. >> Hello. >> Yes, I have a little bit of problem here, sir. >> Hang on one second, ma'am. >> Do you mind escalating your chain? Because [music] >> yes, not listening to me at all. And she was surprised to talk. >> Yes. Are you from Naples or >> I'm I'm from Naples. >> I've got two homes, one in Naples and one. And I have two friends that are in the police department. >> Okay. >> Uh uh Mr. Null, Sergeant. >> Mhm. >> Sergeant Null and his wife that his wife her name is uh I can't remember her first name, but she said, "You call me if you have any more problems." I had [music] CO2 in my house. I had gas leaks in my house. This is criminal. Uh I don't know if you can comprehend that, but [music] >> Oh, I'm pretty good at comprehending things, but why is >> 641 Alder Keeling? >> Yeah. >> How can I help you tonight? >> How can you help me? >> How can I help you tonight? >> How can I help you? >> Within the first minute, the officer was able to get a basic read of the situation. The suspect was likely intoxicated. Her speech was slurred, and she had trouble remembering things. Also, she believed her status and connections would get her out of trouble. >> Do you want her staying here or do you want her out of the hotel? >> I've been here. >> Okay. >> I've been a long time. >> Can I talk now? >> I have mold issues in my house. I've been a longtime client here with this company. >> Mess. >> A little messy. >> I'm going to I'm going to tell you something now. Okay. I want you to listen to me. >> Yeah. >> We're going to walk down. We're going to get your stuff and then we're going to uh have you take off from here. Okay. >> Okay. Fine. You want to follow follow me? >> Yeah, my attorney will get >> That's fine. Yeah, you can call whatever attorney you want. >> Why you making me link? Because this little girl >> Yeah, because she's a representative of the property here. And >> what did she say? I did not. >> She said you're calling in disturbance. >> I'm disturbance from what? >> The woman couldn't understand why she was being asked to leave. She acted like her money and her being a long-standing client of the hotel meant that she could act however she pleased. The officer was about to show her that that wasn't the case. >> My attorney will call. >> Yeah, that's fine. You call whatever whatever attorney you want to call. I'm sure you are mere like this. >> And can you call my my [music] friends in a sterile place? >> No, I can't do that. >> I can. >> You can? Yeah, sure. >> What's your name, lady? >> Listen, you're not going to listen to me. Illegal. >> You're not going to sit here and berate this woman. Do you understand me? >> No. >> For us, you're going to go in handcuffs. That's your next step. Oh, I'm not going. >> Okay. So, that's your next [clears throat] go hand. >> Oh, I don't care about that. Do you understand what I'm telling you? So, do you want to get Do you want to get your belongings? >> Okay. What did I do wrong? >> Do you want to get your belongings? >> What did I do wrong here? >> This is the last time I'm going to explain it to you. We're being asked to leave because you're causing a disturbance. >> Disturbance. >> So, would you like Do you want to get your things and leave? >> A disturbance? >> Or I can arrest you for defiant trespassing because right now you've been advised that you're no longer one of >> a disturbance with who? her >> with her. Yes. >> Well, I didn't. >> This is I'm telling you right now, this is going to be your last >> me. And [music] so, why are you sitting here? >> I'm trying to be patient with you, ma'am. Okay. Do you want to get your belongings or are you going to abandon them in the in the hotel room? >> 1165 a single runway. >> I want a police officer. No. Number one, and his wife to come rescue me back to my house. >> Okay, that's not going to happen. So >> once the woman started insulting the staff member, the officer took a stricter approach, but it didn't seem to work. The lady was so entitled that the subtle threats of arrest and stern language made no difference at all. At one point, the officer brought up her intoxication. >> Are you feeling okay, by the way? Are you Are you okay? >> There's nothing wrong with me. >> How much have you had to drink tonight? >> Uh, two drinks I have. >> Two drinks? >> Yeah. How many you have? Do you want to uh start calling some like a friend to come pick you up or take an Uber? >> That little guy with a black ponytail. >> Well, no. No, I don't think so. >> I'll have him drive my car home and you drive my car home and we'll call my attorney tomorrow. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Yeah, sure. >> I've been I've been a longstanding client here for 3 months and little little uh what's her name? Pull it up. Yeah, I'm a good client and a good uh and I have mold issues. I I live in I have another home and fellow street. >> The entitled Karen kept going back to how much money and how many houses she had. At times, her behavior bordered on being erratic. But the officer knew she was an elderly lady who had one too many drinks. So, he kept trying to reason with her. >> Okay. Do you have somebody that can come and get you? >> Be smart. >> Do you have somebody that can >> I'm smarter than you? Do you have somebody that can come and get you? >> No. >> You drive me home. >> We're not going to drive you home. >> You have someone at home. I see you're wearing a ring. Do you have like a husband or something at home? >> No. No husband. He's an ex-husband. Yeah. >> Okay. So, you >> was the goof. Yeah. >> So, you look by yourself. You don't have any friends or family? >> No. >> Do you have a neighbor that come get you? >> You're smarter than >> 102, mister. >> Yeah, she's she's being trusted. So, this is what's going to happen. All right. You're going to need to call a friend or family to come get you. If not, you're going to end up going to the jail and sitting in the junk. [laughter] Okay. >> I'll call my sister. >> There you are. >> Okay. >> Am I drunk? >> Yes, you are. >> You're not arguing that. Call your sister. >> The lady was convinced the officer couldn't touch her and kept demanding they take her places. But the one thing that really got through to her was when the officer mentioned spending the night in a drunk tank. Are you crazy? >> Do you want to get your phone? >> Grab your phone. >> This little girl Austin or what's her name? >> Sir, you think you're going to need anyone? >> I'm not drunk. >> I'll give you a drunk. >> I beg to disagree. Call your sister or else we're going to have to we're going to place you under protective custody. Okay. So, here's your last kind of your last chance here. >> And you're not my last chance. I'm your last chance. I got millions of dollars. I'll take you down. >> That's excellent. I'm very happy for you. You're being trespassed on the property. Number one for causing a disturbance. They don't perform. >> And what's your name again, man? >> What is your name again? >> Diana. >> Okay. >> Let's go drive over to her house, sir. >> No, we're not doing that. >> We'll go in your police car. Okay. Um, hi. This is Michelle. Sorry I can't take your call. >> With the call to [music] her sister falling through, the officers were left with little choice. The witness said that the altercation started when the bar closed down, but the woman, Diana, refused to leave and started causing a disturbance. The officer asked her for a written statement and then returned to Diana. >> Here's a pen. >> Hey, C. [music] >> Yeah. >> Who's that? >> Hi, sisters. Uh uh. Hi. Uh >> okay. >> Can your boyfriend live here? >> Here. >> Uh do you want me to call DS? >> Yeah. Do that. >> Okay. Caller. >> All right. There's no reason to throw the phone out. Do me a favor. >> You're not putting me in jail. >> You're under arrest. Stand up. Stand up. >> Can I do this? >> Don't Don't make it worse, miss. Okay. >> You're under arrest. >> I'm resisting. >> Don't resist. Don't resist. >> Do you hear me? >> Do not resist. Uh, I'm an >> Stop resisting. >> I'm an MMA boxer. Don't Don't >> What? >> The officer clearly felt like Diana was physically resisting. But there was more than one way to resist a police officer. And whether it was out of rebellion or just pure necessity, she was about to do something nobody really expected. >> You're under arrest for disorderly intoxication. Do you understand? >> Intoxic. >> Disorder. You're being disorderly. You're disrupting the business here. You're harassing the customers and the employees. >> What customers? >> 11. I picked up the 36 panic. >> CH31. I'll have one female contact. >> I got a little doggy in my room. I can't leave this. >> Did you Did you just go to the bathroom? >> I'm very sick. I've got a big tumor on my back. You want to see? >> No. No. Stop. Stop. >> Give me my purse in my phone. Stop. Stop. You go get my purse and my phone. >> Knock it off. >> I'm sick, sir. >> We're going to have an ambulance. We're going to have an ambulance. I had an ambulance in my house and I had gas in my house. Yeah, that's terrow. >> She was clearly a fragile elderly lady and the officers were well aware of that because she kept complaining about being ill and having back issues. As they were escorting her to the squad car, they called in EMS to have her checked out. >> Yeah, you you guys don't. Are you done? Are you listen to me? >> How long you been in the place of >> Are you done defecating? [music] >> Yes. >> You're done. >> Oh, you got me so scared. >> Well, you were fighting me. You were resisting me. Do you understand that, >> sir? I didn't do anything wrong. I swear to God. What? What this girl turn me in for? >> You have to go. Have a seat in here. >> I want That's my identity. Sit down. Have a seat. Who who called this place a scam? >> You need to sit down right now. >> Spin your feet around. Spin your feet around. >> Take the Zelda bris. You're going to make it. >> Don't make it worse for yourself. Spin your legs around. Put your legs in the car. >> 135 out of the car. >> Let's go. Have a [clears throat] seat. >> Hey, you guys are There you go. Yeah. Uh Joel. Yeah. Julius Carol. No, >> she got all over her foot, too. >> Despite claiming to have $6 million and friends in the police, Diana was still arrested and spent the night at Naples jail. She was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. When a woman named Barbara left the gym on February 26th, 2025, the last thing she expected was that she would be involved in a car crash. Even worse, she was the one who caused it. Sure, accidents happen, but the problem was that she just plain forgot about it. >> Hi, how are you? >> Doing fine. Everything okay with everybody on scene? Okay. >> I want you to very safely Okay. >> No, no, nope. It's already in park. It's already in park. So, I just need you to step out of your car. Okay. >> All right. See that button there to stop the engine of the car? Hit that button. Please hit the button. What's your name? Barbara. >> Hi, Barbara. Can you turn off your car? Okay, Barbara. Now, I'm going to come around to the other side. Okay. >> All right. Perfect. She's wigging out. All right. Can you step out for me? Sure. >> You got your seat belt still on? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I know. >> Good. Go on out. Yep. >> Yep. >> You can bring your phone. >> Please do. >> Say hi. >> All right. You not going to bring your phone? Your wallet? All right. Go ahead and stand over here for me. So, yep. Over here. >> The officer immediately noticed signs of impairment, but Barbara acted like everything was okay. In fact, she appeared to be annoyed that the officers were bothering her over nothing. Are you okay? >> I'm fine. >> Okay. You're not acting like you're fine. Okay. I understand that you're very stressed out cuz you got into a car crash. >> Have you Have you taken anything today? >> No, sir. >> No, you haven't taken anything. Okay. Where were you on your way to? >> I just left the gym. >> The gym? >> Okay. >> Okay. What was your workout today? >> Uh, you fit. >> You fit? >> Yep. >> Okay. What'd you do? Arms, legs, abs? >> Arms. >> Pickle ball. >> I don't know what pickle ball is, but >> Okay, cool. So, listen. I wanted to get you out of the car, okay, because you're having a hard time following my instructions. And there was a couple of times there you put the car in drive with my CSA in front of you, okay? So, I don't want her to get hurt, so I brought you out of the car. Okay. So, tell me, how did the crash happen? >> I don't know. You tell me. >> When the officer said that she was involved in a crash, it didn't quite register to her. And when he asked her to explain what had happened, all that she remembered was the police pulling her over. You told me to pull over by putting your headlights on >> before that. Before that, before that. >> Okay. So, before I left the gym. >> Yes. >> You told You put your headlights on and told me to step out of the vehicle. I'm I'm sorry. I'm not trying to make silly of what you're asking me. >> I understand it's your job. >> Okay. But I don't know what else I can do to and I don't understand why there's this many officers here. >> Okay. Where's the gym from here? >> Okay. So, you fix that at uh it used to be the mall, which now it's really not. Okay. Uh that's where I go to the gym. >> She displayed several alarming signs of impairment. So, the officers called in EMS. They attempted to evaluate her, but she refused to be checked out. At that point, the officer still hadn't IDed her. >> Your driver's license. >> Can you get your driver's license for us, please? >> Don't walk out of the street. >> That's oncoming traffic. So, that would be the direction you want to take. >> So, where would I go? This way. >> Yes. >> Hey, do me a favor. >> Yes, sir. >> Let's put this back. Okay. Let's put this back in there. >> No, I'm not. Okay. Okay. >> I'm not trying to make fun of what you're doing, but >> can you um can you get your driver's license for me? >> Oh my god. >> Do you know where that is? >> Okay. Can you grab your driver's license for me? >> Okay. >> Oh my gosh. >> I know you. We've met before. Not in this uniform. I used to serve you at Flanigans all the time. You and your ex-lo. >> Barbara denied knowing the officer, but the pressure was slowly getting to her. She was slowly but surely starting to come undone. Realizing things could get out of control fast, the officer tried to snap her out of it and gave her two very clear choices. >> I don't know anymore. >> Listen, listen, listen to me, Barbara. Right now, you've got two choices. Okay, listen. You're going to go with FD and we're going to find someone to come take your car. A friend of yours. We'll call a friend of yours. Listen to me, Barbara. We'll call a friend of yours to come take your car. Okay? That's going to be your best option because the other option that we have is going to be way worse. You're making a bigger scene. That has to be. Stop. Okay. You see what Joy? Uh-uh. I >> I know what I'm doing. >> I'm saying that you refused all assessment and vitals. >> Is that what I said? >> Against our medical advice >> and that that is your right to refuse all all assessment vital. >> So why are you making a big sense? >> The officer gave her ample opportunities to remember what happened and what caused the crash. Still, she couldn't remember. But that did not concern her at all. Her main problem is that so many officers were there who in her eyes were harassing her. >> I give you a moment to >> to try and recall. >> I'm trying to understand. >> Okay. >> What the heck is this? Many people pull over for me for what I did or what I didn't do. >> Okay. So, what did you do is what I want to >> I'm trying to figure that out. I I remember tapping. I remember. >> And which direction were you? Where were you coming from when you remember tapping? >> I'm going to be honest. >> Okay. >> Was I completely paying attention? >> No. Was I with my radio? >> Yes. >> Do you take any medications for your health? >> Yes, I do. >> What do you take? >> I take Xanax to go to sleep at night. >> You take Xanax? >> I take Xanax. I don't use it. >> I have not slept in three nights. You haven't slept at all in three nights. >> I slept in Haven't had slept in three nights. I finally got to sleep and I decided to get up and try to work out. >> Okay, that's it. >> The officer finally got his answer. Barbara said she took 2 millig of Xanax at 8 or 9 that morning, but when asked if she had taken multiple doses that day, she couldn't say. After that, there was nothing left to do but to place her under arrest for DUI. >> Can you step out of the car for me? All right, >> Barbara, can you go ahead and turn around for me? Turn around. Face the car. Turn around. Face the car. Thank you. All right, go ahead and put your phone behind your back. No, no, no. Barbara, Barbara, Barbara, Barbara, Barbara, I want to know what >> Barbara, do not make this. Barbara, you are under arrest. I need you to for DUI. [music] I need you to turn around right now. Barbara, Barbara, I need you to turn around. Barbara, >> stop DUI. >> Nope. Nope. What are you doing? Stop. >> Barbara, stop. My arm. What the [screaming] Stop? Stop. >> Barbara, I didn't do anything. [screaming] >> Stop. Stop. Stop. Barbara, stop. [screaming] Stop. You hurt me. >> Even though she was clearly drowsy, realizing she was being arrested gave her a quick rush of adrenaline, and two police officers struggled to handcuff her. >> Dad, you hurt my arm. [screaming] >> Sit her down. >> YOU'RE HURTING ME. >> PUT IT DOWN. Put it down. >> Sit down, Barbara. >> Sit down. [screaming] >> STOP. I WAS DOING ANSWERING ME. STOP. >> Grab the other one. >> You go. Stop. >> Stop. YOU'RE BREAK. YOU'RE breaking my You're >> After she was cuffed, the officer had to put pressure on her arms to keep her under control, and it would be easier to get her into the squad car. However, that didn't seem to be the case. >> YOU'RE BREAKING my [screaming] You're breaking my You're breaking my Oh my god. I'm going to shoot you. STOP. [screaming] STOP, >> BARBARA. >> STOP. STOP. OH MY GOD. >> BARBARA, STOP. DO YOU SEE what you're doing to me? >> Barbara, >> stop. [screaming] >> I'm gonna close this on. >> STOP. YOU'RE HURTING ME. YOU'RE HURTING SOMEBODY. [screaming] >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. >> Barbara. >> Barbara. Relax. >> No. Listen to me. Listen to me. >> Why are you doing this? >> Listen to me. Hey, >> look what you did. >> Look at me. Look at me. Look at me. again. Look what you did to me. >> I'm not going to hurt you. >> No, [clears throat] I just asked her to glove up. >> I'm not stupid, man. >> I'm gloing up because you're >> Stop. You're hurting me. >> There you go. You knew I saw >> Yep. >> After reassessing the situation, the officers decided to have the medics take her to a hospital. Barbara was booked in jail and charged with DUI with damage to property or person and resisting or obstructing an officer. Her bond was set at $2,000. She pleaded not guilty in court. [music] Having her flight cancelled is frustrating enough, but imagine already being midair, but your plane is forced to turn back due to maintenance issues. On August 14th, 2025, passengers on a Southwest flight at Orlando airport found themselves in this situation. But one lady took it very badly. >> Your manager broke some monitors. had denied boarding for her behavior. >> She didn't tell us. >> No, she was on a flight that had it took off, had a maintenance problem, had to air as she was boarding the second flight, she got upset >> and then it went from there 12 subject. >> Hi, >> what happened? What happened is that I had a breakdown [laughter] because this >> distance you don't have to get close. >> Just keep talking. >> Oh, okay. I've been waiting for this flight after 45 minutes that I was hitting the road after all the time that we need to wait, right? >> [laughter] >> I was >> according to the staff, the woman was very angry because of the situation and assaulted them verbally and physically. That's when they decided to deny her boarding the replacement flight which only fueled her anger further. Once she started destroying equipment and hitting the staff, they notified the police. >> It also happened. Forget about my mom. It's my mom. >> Okay, Mad. Mad investigating M. How old are you? [laughter] >> She's 75. >> How old are you? >> I'm 46. >> Okay, you can talk without your mom. >> So, what happened? >> So, this is what happened. I get into a breakdown because I was talking with my mom out the hallway in a louder voice. So one of the guys come to me and is screaming at me that the people don't need to hear my conversation which is I'm agreed. All right. But right now I'm really frustrated. I am in medications just because my brother is dying. He's going to be disconnected. I need to be there because he's going to be disconnected tomorrow. The woman had good reasons to be sad and even angry because of the situation. However, that didn't give her the right to destroy property and assault people. [music] At least when the officers pushed her for more answers, she didn't lie about it. >> It's not my problem and not my fault. >> So, what else happened? >> What else happened? Did I get angry and I [laughter] hit all the computers and everything because I told them, "Okay, I can you you kick me out of the flight." Okay, that's perfect. Huh? without giving me my money to buy another chicken in another flight. Right? Because it's not my mistake that after 45 minutes the Southwest be on the air go back to MCO because one of the tire is damaged. >> So what else? After you hit the monitors then what happened? >> Nothing happens. I calling you nothing happens. I'm being here. >> Okay. Did you break a monitor? >> Huh? Yes. I think because I hit them with them with my phone >> right here. >> You hit who with the phone? >> I hit them the monitors with my phone. I hit that all monitors. >> The lady admitted to destroying airport equipment but did not mention attacking the staff. Luckily, witnesses had filmed the altercation and it clearly showed how unhinged the suspect had become. >> Hey, how's it going? >> Excellent footage of him kicking him and punching him and >> Cool. Can I see that? I also have it right here, too. >> Yeah. >> Oh, that's a soul. Two nights wasted. Two nights wasted. Two nights. Two nights. Three plays after 45 minutes. >> Hey, is it a joke? >> Do you want to press charges? >> Well, you got you got two views of it. So, >> do you want >> you know how to work axon? >> Yes. >> I just talked to my station manager Raphael and Yes. >> Okay. Can you going to write a statement for me? >> Yeah. >> Okay. And apparently she broke >> a >> The man explained that the suspect, Salom, hit him on the wrist with her phone and then kicked him. She destroyed two monitors that were estimated at around $500 each. When the officer returned to her, she was still out of control. So his colleagues proceeded to arrest her. >> Hooker. Uh >> manager wants to press charges. All right. Who's Who's primary on this? >> I want to press charge. >> Okay, we'll we'll we'll settle that out. We'll settle that out. What happened? >> Stop moving. >> You want >> I want to press charge, too. >> Okay, we'll get you to write a statement. Okay. >> Stop moving. >> Stop moving. Just stay still. >> She's too closer. She's >> Why I'm Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Don't do that. >> Because you're broken. >> Don't do that. Don't do that. >> Yeah. And they broke my heart. And they broke my flight. >> It's not a crime. >> Huh? It's not a crime, Dad. >> No, that is not a crime, right? It's a small area. >> That is not a crime. >> Huh? >> To mess up with people's life. That is not a crime. >> All right. All right. No problem. >> That is not a crime. >> You got ID? Stop. Stop moving. Stop moving. >> Just release me. >> Stop moving. >> I will not stop moving. >> Okay. I need you to stop moving. >> I have my I have my medication. >> Let's go. >> Getting arrested did not help calm her down, but the officers didn't want to waste any time arguing. The moment she started resisting and disobeying direct orders, the officer used force to make her comply. [laughter] >> We didn't get the paperwork. >> You're proud. >> I'm not proud. >> Yeah, you you are really proud. >> I'm not proud at all. If you're >> Stop swimming your arms. >> Yeah, but why you are squeezing me? >> Stop. >> You are squeezing. You are hurting me. >> Come on. >> But you are hurting me. You're hurting in my hand. Not resisting. >> Yes, you are. Ah, how how how am I resistant? Ah, you have me bent over. >> Because you're instruing your arms and you're trying to get out of these handcuffs. >> Okay, my lawyer is going to see all the bruises. >> Oh, yeah. >> Oh, yeah. >> Is there an elevator over here? >> Yeah. All the bruises. >> Elevator. >> All the bruises. >> We get downstairs. >> All the bruises. The woman utilized all the usual Karen tactics: anger, frustration, crying, threatening, and berating the officers. But none of those worked as these were clearly seasoned officers who knew how to deal with such a suspect. Let me walk. Why you are still doing pushing up against back? I am not resisting. >> Okay. >> I am not resisting. I'm telling you that it's hurt. >> SEE MY HANDS ALREADY. >> I'm hurt. >> Yeah. I hope that you >> stop. You're going to take pictures of the that you are creating on me >> because in any moment I'm resisting and [snorts] I'm doing anything wrong. >> Stop pulling me. >> Can you stop? You are pulling me. Why bullying me? [gasps] Abuser. You are an abuser. All of you are an abuser. Just abuser. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. >> You understand? Stop pulling me. You're done pulling me. You understand me? >> You are. >> Walk slowly. You pull me again, you're going to the ground. >> By the time the officers were ready to put Salom in the squad car, she had emotionally collapsed. She didn't resist or berate the officers anymore, but continued sobbing. This >> is not hard. You start pulling me around, we're going to have problems. >> One second. >> One second. Get him. Get over right there. >> You got any information on her? >> That's Armani. Armani's got everything. >> Salam. All right. The airport. >> Are you listening to me? They're trespassing you from this airport. You cannot come back here for 1 year. Okay? If you come back, you are subject to arrest. You understand? >> How I going to get to Puerto Rico to bury my brother? >> You would you would you would have to take another another uh airport. >> Well, airport >> Miami, Tampa, Jacksonville. >> How I going to get there? >> I don't know. I I don't know what to tell you. You have to figure it out. As tragic as Saleom's circumstances were, the truth is if she had acted cordially, she would have already been on the next flight home, not on her way to jail to face charges of battery, criminal mischief over $1,000, and resisting without violence. On Christmas Eve 2025, a woman went to Red Robins for dinner and got into an altercation with another customer. Things got heated. She was asked to leave and eventually the police had to get involved. >> What do you guys want? Just want her to leave. >> I just want her out. >> Do you want her banned or anything? >> If that's possible. Okay. >> Can we do that? >> Was she served any alcohol? >> Uh, one margarita. >> One margarita. Okay. Um, >> which is like an ounce. >> Yeah, I know. We still have to do a report though cuz it's a liquor establishment. >> Hello there. How are you doing? threw water at me, threw a glass at me. >> Who did that? >> The gentleman sitting right there. >> Why would he do that? >> I don't know. Who are you talking to over there? >> I spoke to the manager here. I don't know who you're talking about, though. >> The customer that was sitting there asked her for the camera roll. >> Okay. What did you guys get into an argument or something? >> I asked him to move his jacket. Moving the jacket was a very poor reason to get into a fight, and the officer knew there had to be more to it than that. Luckily for him, the woman proved to be pretty talkative and didn't need to push too hard to get some answers. >> That's it. >> Yeah. And then some of the women sitting next to him said something and I said something to her and then he said, "You don't talk to my sister like that." Uh-huh. >> And then he did what he did. >> Uhhuh. >> And she, the manager, told me to get out of here. And I said, "Call the cops." I said it like five times. >> I said, "He just did this." >> Okay. >> So, they let him leave. >> So, the business just wants you to leave. They're a private >> paying for this. >> I mean, hopefully you you ordered it, right? >> No, she did. She just brought it. I didn't touch it. Okay. But you ordered it? >> Yeah. >> Okay. And you did you plan on paying for it? >> If I'm going to eat here, I'm going to pay for it. >> Okay. So, you don't want to pack to go or anything? >> No. >> Okay. All right. >> There's a million other places to eat cuz she didn't do what she was supposed to do. She's arguing with me. >> The staff were so eager to see the woman leave that it didn't matter to them if she did not pay for the food. They just wanted her gone. But she was so convinced she was right and needed closure so badly that she was willing to get it no matter the cost. >> All right, great. So, we'll just head out. >> Yeah, I will. Give me a minute. >> Okay. >> I want to document it. I want to know why she didn't do what she was supposed to do and why that guy got to leave and why I'm sitting here and he threw the glass at me. >> Mhm. Okay. >> And she didn't stop him. >> Okay. >> And she was ignorant to me. >> Okay. I'll ask them for video. >> Okay. >> Okay. Usually >> an incident number, please. >> Sure. Usually takes about a day to get the video though. So >> that's fine. >> But I'll review it. See if they have any I didn't get up. This is exactly what happened. >> All of it. >> They just said you don't Okay. They just said you don't have to pay for any of this. Okay, that's fine. >> She said it's fine, but it really wasn't. Whether she was waiting for an apology or another free meal, the woman kept sitting there complaining about how she was treated and asking to be acknowledged. At the same time, the officer just pleaded with her to let it go. >> It's Christmas upset. >> I understand that and it's Christmas Eve. We got other We got better things to do. Okay. >> Me, too. >> Okay, so let's just leave. >> Me, too. >> Come on. >> I will. All right. You know this is a lot. I've taken a lot of >> Okay. >> Okay. No, you don't know. >> I' I've met you once. Okay. >> Okay. Where? >> Uh the church by Samberg. >> Everyone's doing whatever they want and nobody's doing the right thing, >> but I'm the one that's always getting assaulted. >> Well, it's not what witnesses stated. >> They said you started with them. They said >> I started with what? >> Yeah. You You started with the staff and then and then >> staff >> and just leave. I'm not going to go back and forth with you. Come on. >> Christmas Eve is definitely not the time to be dealing with entitled people who have nothing better to do than argue. The officers were eager to end the ordeal and go on with their business. However, the woman an other plans. >> Answer the question. >> I don't have to. I'm not going back and forth with you. >> It's about answering a question. >> I already did. Come on, let's go. No, it's the first time we're Are you going to leave or no? >> I've said yes to him. >> Okay, so then go. >> Him and the manager. >> Okay, so go. >> And the customer. >> Okay, so go. >> And I said I need a minute. Godam giving you a minute. >> Well, then I need another minute. >> Well, you're not going to get another minute. >> You're asking me and you're waiting the hell out of me. >> I'm not asking you to. I'm telling you to. >> WELL, YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE to wait. >> I'm not waiting. We're not waiting. Go. [music] >> Yeah, you got to wait cuz I'm gonna write down the information, including your >> It's g s34. [music] >> The woman kept writing down everyone's names and badge numbers as if it mattered. But the officer's patience was running thin. At some point, they would be forced to take action, even if it meant carrying her outside. >> Come out. >> You think that scares me? >> Go ahead and put your hands on me. You know, you got to be in the about it. >> Get your jacket. >> Give me my coat. It's got my medicine in it. >> Give me my coat. >> Give me my coat. Let go. JUST BEND MY KNEES. GO SO I CAN WALK. >> LET GO. SO I CAN WALK. THAT'S RIGHT. See if they want to sign for trust. >> You want go >> sit down on the bench. >> I want my coat. >> Sit down on the bench. >> GIVE ME MY COAT. >> Sit down. >> Sit down on THE BENCH. >> NO. >> NO. >> Sit down on the bench. >> No. Give me my coat. >> All right. >> Give me my coat. You really accomplished something. >> As she was being carried outside, Anne kept trying to knock down everything she could. She kept resisting, berating, and threatening. For some reason, she believed that when this was all over, she would have the upper hand. >> You don't need to grab me. >> Okay, we do. >> You're going to get You're going to get it. >> Okay. >> I want to leave in my car. [music] >> Too bad. >> You're going to pay for this. You're twisting my body that's already injured. You're hurting me. And you're going to pay for the toe. And you're going to pay for the hospital bill. And you're going to pay for everything. Don't be throwing my stuff. So my things throw off. >> They're not even zippered. And you're throwing my stuff away. Anything in your pockets? >> My medicine. >> Do you have anything in your pockets? >> I don't know. >> You probably should, right? >> I should What? >> Know what's in your pockets? >> You asked the question. [music] >> I did. >> I answered it. >> We're not talking about your car. or phone by your pocket >> and everyone put in there too. >> If the officers hoped that would be the end of it, they had another thing coming. On the way to jail and kept arguing, she still didn't get the memo that she does not call the shots there. >> I'm under arrest for what? >> Disorderly condom trespassing. >> Oh, so you lied about me being able to move my car and leaving my car. That's nice. What >> if you had waited a minute? Cuz I said I needed a goddamn minute, but it wasn't a minute fast enough for you and the other officer, but the could let the other leave out of the door. You weren't fast enough to get here toing find out who that customer was. But you're going toing arrest me, officer, and you won't identify. You just send him in there to see if they want to press charges and you don't know. And you're escorting me. And then you got the nerve to say, "Oh, we're not towing your car." No. You could have let me move my car, didn't you? No, you did not. >> In the end, Anne didn't have her way. She had to come to terms with the fact that she would have to spend Christmas Eve in jail. She was charged with criminal trespass, resisting a law enforcement officer, and disorderly conduct. [music] On February 15th, 2025, an officer spotted a vehicle with expired tags and followed it to a gas station. When he approached the driver, the young woman was polite and cooperative. She seemed to be under the impression that there was nothing wrong, but the officer quickly picked up on some very disturbing signs. >> Hello. Hello. I'm Dr. Green at the sheriff's office. I have a camera that's recording. I'm just talking because your plates are expired by quite a while. You were >> Yeah, I know. I I just talked to someone literally last week about them. I'm getting them cold this week. >> Okay, cool. All right. Yeah. Here's here's our >> Oh, yeah. You got this in the insurance for the vehicle. >> Um, I don't have the up to-ate insurance, but I am up to date on my insurance. I just told him about it last week. >> Say what? >> Um, last week I got pulled over for the same thing. >> Okay. >> For a Super Bowl. And I I know I'm out of date, but I do have the >> um I am up to date with my answer. I just don't have the I don't have the card. >> Okay. Um, do you have like anything on your phone or email or anything like that? Um, I could call my mom. >> Okay. Do you know what insurance company goes through? >> Yeah, it's country insurance. >> The officer immediately noticed the slightly slurred speech. There was also a faint odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle. Initially, she denied taking anything, believing she could lie her way out of the situation. >> All right. Um, anything illegal in the car? You have any drugs of any kind? No. How much you had to drink tonight? >> Nothing. >> Nothing. Are you in prescription pills or anything like that? >> No. Are you sure about that? Are you I said, are you sure about that? >> Prescription pills? >> Yeah. Any prescription pills? Anything um like like any sort of depressant or like that? >> No. >> No. No alcohol? >> No. No. No. No. >> No. Okay. All right. Let's go and stay in the vehicle. I'll be right back with you. Okay. >> So, where are you coming from? >> I'm coming from Danville. From this place. >> From what place? from the for petite. >> This is Westville. >> Yeah, Danville. Westville is the same place to me. Sorry. >> Here's your driver's license bag. Cool. >> Um and then I'll explain the citation. Then we're going to go over a few more things. Okay. >> So, that's yours. And then um I'm going to have you step out real quick. We're going to talk about a few things uh back here. Okay. >> Okay. >> The suspect had no problem getting out of the car. She was still under the impression that there was nothing physically wrong with her. The first thing the officer did was confront her about the alcohol. >> Um, so what where what were you doing in Danville? You just stand right here. >> Um, I was just over working on a painting. >> Okay. >> I'm an artist. >> So, how much alcohol have you consumed? >> Nothing. >> Tonight. I can smell it on you and you're slurring your words. Okay. So, if you had one or two, it's not a huge deal at all. >> Okay. So, you just have one or two? >> Yeah. >> Okay. What did you have? >> I had two beers with my mom. 2 years of your mom. Okay. What time was that at? >> That was I don't know 5:30. >> 5:30. Okay. Without looking at a watch or anything, you know what time it is right now? >> Probably 7:30, 8:00. >> Okay. All right. Not fall off. Okay. This is what I like to do just to make sure everything's okay before I leave her is just run through a series of tests. Okay. All right. >> This case proved once again that alcohol makes people overconfident. The woman felt okay. So, she immediately agreed to do the field sobriety tests. It sounded simple enough. >> I'm going to have you imagine a line directly in front of you. Perfectly straight line is no wider than the width of your foot. All right. What I'll have you do is I'll have you place your left foot on that line. Okay? And then you're going to place your right foot on the line ahead of your your right foot on the line ahead of your left foot with the heel of your right foot against the toe of your left foot. Place both your arms down at your side. While you are walking, keep your arms at your sides. Watch your feet at all times. Count your steps out loud. And once you start walking, don't stop until you've completed the test. Do you understand the instructions? Okay, you may begin. >> All right. 1 2 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 hose. >> Okay. All right. The young woman looked like she was having fun doing the test and her counting from 1 to 10 was spoton, but everything else was a disaster. The problem was that she thought she aced the test. >> So, you're at your mom's house and what were you doing there? >> I was literally over there finishing a painting. >> Finishing a painting. >> Okay. And you said that you'd consumed >> uh what kind of alcohol was it? >> I did two beers. >> Two beers. What kind of beers were they? >> Just regular NLETRAS. >> Nultas like a can or a bottle or not? bottles. I had cheap drinks. >> They have like brown bottles. How many ounces is that? I don't I'm not familiar. I don't drink Mickey ultras. >> I'm sorry. I don't know what you're trying to do. >> Like how big are the beers? So they're not like 40s, right? >> Just a regular whatever 8 oz. 12 oz. >> Just regular like whatever she had boughten in a pack. >> Okay. Let me ask you this. Do you feel like you're too impaired to drive? >> No. >> No. >> No. >> Not at all. >> Because I'm seeing several clues on these tests that we just ran. Okay. So, let me ask you a school bus, I know it's middle of night, but say a school bus driver has a heart attack, all these kids have to get home. Would you feel comfortable driving a school bus home or you >> Absolutely. Yeah. Yeah. I don't I don't I don't feel impaired at all. >> The officer already knew he was about to arrest her. He just wanted her to go over the timeline from the evening once again. That way, he would have more than enough probable cause to charge her with a DUI. >> I feel like I just stood here and did everything that I could do. Like, >> no. So, at this primary man arrest, we're driving under influence of alcohol. Okay? Just based on what you don't resist me. You're going to get our charge. You're going to jail. Okay? It's going to happen. Don't resist us. >> Do not resist us. We're driving under influence of alcohol. >> The two of us. Are you really going to try to resist the two of us? >> For two drinks. What the is happening? >> What the is happening? >> Turn my >> What the Don't turn away. What's the happening? >> Food's alcohol. >> You guys are >> Let's try to get these uh sleeves off. >> What the >> Hey, you're going to go to >> ma'am. Do you think we can cuff over? I've got good over here. Do you think we don't? >> Do you think I can cuff over these or do we need to slow down? >> What the happening? >> I got cuts up. >> What happening? What? What are you doing here? >> Stop turning away. You're under arrest. >> Turn away for anything you're doing to me. >> The woman was still completely blown away that she was being arrested. As reality dawned on her, the polite demeanor slowly vanished and gave way to curse words and insults. The officers didn't really mind. It's not like she was the first entitled Karen they had ever encountered. >> I haven't searched her at all. >> You didn't even test me for anything. >> What do you think we've been doing here? Okay. What? What's in this pocket? [music] >> What the happening right now? >> A big ball of drugs. >> No drugs on you. >> No. What the >> What the doing to me? >> Are they talking to us? What? >> What the I just >> What? >> What the [ __ ] Stop. Stop. >> No. What the What did I do wrong? >> What the I do wrong. Huh? >> What the do wrong? Wait. >> No. Let me call my mom. >> No. You're my 40. You're not calling your mom. >> No. No. No. No. No. No. No. What the did you do wrong? I didn't do anything. I didn't do anything wrong. >> Did you kick me? >> What? >> Stop fighting. >> What the? >> Come over here. You're going to get in this sit in this seat. >> No. >> All right. I don't care then. >> No. By that point, they also suspected illegal substances might be involved because her behavior was so strange. Kicking the officer had turned a DUI charge into battery on a law enforcement officer. But when that car door got closed, her rage really erupted. >> Turning back up, you piece of you. You I was not supposed to be in there. I was never supposed to be in there. You of LET ME OUT. LET ME OUT. [screaming] LET ME the out. This is unconstitutional. You let me OUT NOW. LET ME OUT. >> You're about to get Do you understand me? >> I'm not supposed to be in here. This is illegal. You shut the >> the American Constitution. Give me the out here. Give me the >> All right. I'm code for my vehicle. She kicked me into spit on me. So, give me another unit here. We'll shackle [music] her. >> All right. So, this partition's worth about three dollars and she kicks it wide open. >> The two officers managed to shackle and restrain the suspect. She was taken to jail and booked on charges of DUI, aggravated battery on a law enforcement, and resisting arrest. In the end, those two beers cost her more than she could ever imagine. [music] On March 17th, 2025, a woman was seen smuggling a bottle of vodka into SeaWorld, Orlando. Park security called the police and what should have been a 5-minute trespass situation turned into a standoff. The folks that saw her saw her take out a bottle of vodka in that truck and th on the ground. As it turns out, we have a culinary manager that saw her back in the warehouse where that block is stored at. >> Okay. >> Okay. Um, this our park duty man. I'm thinking basically we're going to TPW and get her on the way. >> Perfect. >> Okay. You guys got one already? >> No, we don't. What's your name? >> All right. Turn around. Put your hands around your back. Turn around. Are you going to tell me your name? >> Are you going to play nice or >> Okay. Jan, what's your last name? Jan. >> Okay. Do you have an ID on you? >> No. >> Okay. You need You need to provide some sort of ID. Maybe a date of birth. Are you from Florida? >> Okay. So, here's the deal. I'm officially conducting business. All right. It's law enforcement business. Okay. You are no longer free to go. >> You're no longer free to resist without catching a charge. Listen, I'm not saying I'm arresting you. I'm conducting business. If I'm not under arrest, then I am free to go. >> I guarantee you're not. >> The officer spoke in simple terms and tried to be as direct as possible. They needed to ID her so that she could be officially trespassed. At that point, she was free to leave. And even though she was willing to do so, she didn't want to give them her ID. >> Okay? And I guarantee you right now, if you take off or if you resist in any way, you will catch a charge. But we don't have to go that far, Jan. All we have to do is leave. That's it. All the SeaWorld Stop talking, Jan. Jan, stop talking. Stop talking, Jan. Stop talking, Jan. Okay. >> All the SeaWorld wants is we're going to officially trespass you. You don't go to jail. There's no fee associated with it at all whatsoever. And then we escort you out and you're on your way. >> Escort me out. >> Okay. But before we do that, there's a certain way of doing things. All right. The right way and the wrong way. We're going to do it the right way. Okay. So, I'm going to need your full name and I'm going to need your date of birth. Okay? And I just I need your full cooperation. so that we can continue on with the process the way you wanted, which is you just walking away. >> All right. Can you spell your last name for me again? >> At first, Jan tried to give them the silent treatment. She plainly refused to answer any of the questions, but staying quiet was not Jan's strong suit. In any case, it did not go down well. >> I know neither one of you has the right to do this. >> Okay, I'll I'll tell you what. Put your hands behind your back, J. >> What am I under arrest for? >> Yeah, you're not under arrest. >> Okay, then why do I need to put my hands behind my back? Why do I need >> I'm sorry, but why do I need to put my >> Just put your hand behind your back for a second. >> Under arrest. >> That's right. That's right. >> If I am not the other one. >> Look, if I am not under arrest, >> now the other one, Jan, come on. >> If I am not under arrest, what is the >> You're refusing to identify yourself. You're trespassing on property. You can't do it, Jan. >> Come on, Jan. >> There you are. You swear you're not supposed to be back here. They told you to get out. >> I tried. They wouldn't let me. Come on. It's okay. I know you probably been drinking. You're not thinking straight. Okay, we can still get through this with the trespass. Okay, but for right now, since you're being a little irrational, let go of the hand. >> Despite her failing to cooperate, the officers were still trying to do things the easy way. They still hoped they could just identify her, give her a trespass warning, and let her go her way. But ultimately, it was up to her. >> Ma'am, you're not under arrest just yet. Okay. I just think that you're not thinking clearly. Maybe because you've been drinking a little bit and that's fine. We all get like that sometimes. Okay. >> What am I being arrested for >> right now? I need your help. >> Why are you handcuffing me? >> Because we're going to trespass you. Come on, D. >> Okay. >> Homicide 35. EID 5616 in case I'm not logged in. >> Hey. Hey. >> All right. Lean up against this. That's >> No, you need to explain to me what the going on. >> How about you explain to me your name, Jan? What's your full name and your date of birth? >> I don't have to indulge you in that information. What's your name? >> You really do. My name is Fabian Ramirez. >> My EID is 5616. [music] I work for the Orange County Sheriff's Office. I'm currently here at SeaWorld working off duty. They're asking me to enforce a trespassing. >> You are an offduty officer. >> They're paying. >> Arresting me for what? What are you arresting me for? You're not under arrest. You're being >> Why am I handcuffed? >> If you keeping because you're not listening to us, okay? We've asked you for >> I have to listen to you, mother. >> You do. You do. Yes, you do, man. Oh, you 100% do. >> A second officer intervened and tried to tell her the same thing. If she just calmed down and cooperated, it would all be over quickly. But instead of going home and sleeping it off, she picked the more difficult route. >> I I just need you to listen. >> I am not really intoxicating. >> So listen, you're intoxicating. >> Why is he jerking my property? >> Okay. >> Oh, why is he jerking me like that? >> All right. Get out of my pocket. You do not have the right to look in my pocket. >> Let's take her over to my car. >> Look, this does not have the right to look into my pockets. >> Let's go again. Come on. Right. >> Can you w to be Can you see your >> wannabe? We're just in the front. We're going to be >> You are >> cop car. Look at this. >> It is a cop car. I promise you. >> Oh. [clears throat] Okay. You want to hit the siren? >> You want to see the lights? >> Private luxury [music] top car. >> Okay. Where is Do you have a wallet on you there? >> No. >> You don't have a wallet on you. >> Most officers don't want to punish people for getting a little tipsy. The truth was that Jan didn't hurt anyone. She just made a mistake and broke a rule. The officers didn't hold it against her. She did not return the favor. >> Is there someone on this phone that can come and rescue you? You have a husband, a wife, a sister, a mother, someone who cares about you who's here in the park from right now. >> Maybe prevent you from going to jail for >> resisting you from jerking me up like I'm not [ __ ] >> man. Man, dude, >> I have someone on that phone to come and pick me up to prevent you >> from jerking me off. >> Who is that? Who Who is that person? >> My sister. >> Your sister. Okay. Is that her calling? Who's Johnny? >> That's my daughter. Do you want Johnny to know what's going on? >> Yeah. >> Okay, go ahead and answer. >> I want for you to I want for you to take off. That's not going to work right now, man. We tried that way. >> You do not have the right to put your hands on me. >> We're going to try to settle this. Okay. >> I'm here with your mom. >> You don't have the right to I'm holding you still cuz you're pulling away and stuff. You can't do that right now. >> Stand still by myself. >> No, you can't. Turn your right against my car. >> Perfect. Okay. And just stay right there. >> Thank you. You piece of you piece of >> sorry you feel that way. >> Despite the insults, the officer kept his cool and acted professionally. He tried to get Jan to understand the situation from a different angle, hoping that she would finally come to her senses. >> You have me here for no reason and you know it. >> How did you end up back here? >> I was trying to find my way out. >> Okay. Did you get lost? That's easy to do here. It's a big part. Yeah. >> Okay. Are you trying to get out of here? >> Yes. And I >> Mhm. So their job is to make peeps SeaWorld safe, right? Secure. Okay. >> And you're telling me I'm trespassed when I've never been trespassed from here. >> We're telling you you're not allowed back here. >> And they look they got up to this point. Apparently you've been drinking. >> How I got back here. >> You had you had alcohol on you. You took it out. They got the bottle in there. Now they're asking me to trespass you for that. >> Well, then trespass me. Trespass me. I can't do that without your name. Your date of birth. >> I told you my goddamn name >> and I need your date of birth. >> Do you have warrants? Is that what you're scared about? Are you wanted by some county or state? >> No. >> No. >> So, what's the big deal? >> I just The big deal is that you think you're all that and a bag of mother chips and then >> Have I been disrespectful in any way? >> Have I raised my voice at you? >> You pushed me to a point where I have to put you in handcuffs. >> Record button. >> I'm recording right here. >> Look. Say hi. It's right here. >> The officer sensed that Jan must be hiding something to be so defensive about identifying herself. The standoff kept dragging out. At one point, Jan's friend stopped by because she had the keys to their car. >> Most people say it's almost impossible to talk to someone that's an E-rated, and I'm starting to believe him cuz it's not things aren't registering. It's not the things aren't clicking. >> Okay. >> Do you have [music] the right to detain me if I'm not being arrested for anything? How so? The answer is yes. I'm not going to say. Nope. >> How so? >> Give me your date of birth and I'll explain. >> Could I have a female watch me? I'm going to take search your pockets. >> No, you're not. You don't have the right to search me. I do not give legal. >> You know that guy over there, >> Johnny. >> Do you know that guy? >> You tell these mother No, I don't know that guy. [music] You tell these they don't have the right to search me. >> All right, come on. Let's go. You do not have right to search me. >> In the end, they did have the right and they did search her and they found what she was trying to hide. Jan was arrested and charged with disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest, and possession of a controlled substance. Not to mention, she was also trespassed from SeaWorld. On December 15th, 2025, staff at a medical office in Lake Mary, Florida, reported that a woman had made threatening statements. The moment she saw the officer, she became frantic and tried to leave. The confrontation escalated faster than anyone expected. >> I No, I don't have a gun. WAIT. STOP. STOP. STOP. STOP. STOP. STOP. STOP. Please stop. Stop. Ma'am, >> stop. >> I didn't kill you. I don't need no police here. Get I need to get out of No. Get Get me out of here. >> Ma'am, >> I didn't call you. Just >> No. >> No. What? >> You get the gun out of here. >> Okay. >> Get your gun out of here, please. >> We're here to commit a crime. Nobody >> I need to get out of here. No. PLEASE. NO. DON'T TOUCH ME. DON'T YOU TOUCH ME. BETTER. DON'T TOUCH ME. DON'T TOUCH ME. DON'T TOUCH ME. TOUCH ME. NO. You not get off. I didn't call you. >> Just relax. >> No. Don't. You're hurting me. You are hurting me. YOU'RE HURTING ME. [screaming] YOU I got my shoulder. Listen. Help my Don't call me apologist. My shoulder. My shoulder. Listen. I do have a penis. Look at my collar bone. My color. My collar bone. And my shoulder. Listen. Tell her. Show him. My shoulder. >> The woman Leticia complained about her injuries, but kept resisting the entire time. That meant the officers had to exert even more force to detain her. At the same time, she continued spiraling mentally and emotionally. >> I do have wait. [laughter] Stop pulling it. Stop pulling it. >> Look at me. You're pulling it. Stop. Stop pulling it. >> You're going to hurt more. Relax. >> Look at my shoulder. No, I'm not kidding. >> All right, Laticia. You have to relax. I'm pulling your arm back. >> I know. This one. This one. This one. This one. This one's okay. This one. >> Relax. This. This one. Wait. My shoulder. Ow. My shoulder. My shoulder. Listen. This one. This one. No. No. This one. This one. Oh, this one. This one. This one. This one. This one. This one. No. This one. You're hurting me. Okay. This one. Listen. [laughter] Listen. my shoulder. >> Listen. Listen. >> Excuse me, >> Tisha. Relax. >> You're hurting me. You're being mean. >> What? >> Stop. Stop. >> No. Listen. Okay. Can you listen for a second? >> Taken into custody for a baker. That's it. >> I didn't do nothing. >> Leticia certainly looked like a confused individual and was likely going through a mental health crisis. That's why the officer mentioned the Baker Act, which allows them to take a person for an involuntary examination at a facility. >> No, you didn't do anything criminally. You absolutely did not. >> Wait, wait, wait. >> No. Hang on. Oh, my shoulder. My shoulder. My shoulder. My shoulder. My shoulder. Listen. Look at my color. >> Stop fighting us. >> Look at my color board. >> Are you done? >> Stop. Stop. You're hurting me. Can you put >> What did I say that you got me all [laughter] arrested? That's the dog. >> You keep moving around because you're hurting me. [music] You are mean people. >> After a few minutes, Leticia managed to calm down just enough for the officers to double lock her cuffs, making sure not to put too much strain on her wrists or joints. But then they needed to transport her. >> Come on, sit up. HANG ON. MY SHOULDER. My shoulder. My shoulder. >> Put your feet to your chest. >> Let me listen to me. >> Put your feet to your chest. >> My shoulder. >> You can get up on her. Put your feet to your feet. >> I don't like you. Listen, like [music] the only thing I'm asking for my right arm to go down a little bit more or somehow put it because I'm hurting. >> The officers tried to be cordial and get Leticia to comply, but that wasn't working. Leticia was offended by the way they had treated her and refused to cooperate. The officers were slowly realizing that this was not going to end as easily as they hoped. >> No, >> I don't want to go because you're not nice to me. You're nothing but by hurting me. >> I'm trying to be nice to you. >> No, you're not. >> Yes, I am. I'm talking to you. >> You can't make your hands. Get the away. Get your hands away from me. I should have never done that. >> Stop pulling away from her like that and stop talking to her like that. We're trying to be nice to you. You need to relax. >> Not from where I'm standing. >> Bring your feet up. >> Not from where I'm standing. No. [snorts] >> What? Okay. Can you tell me why did I say wrong? >> Let carry you out of here. I don't care. You have to stand up. But you be careful with this knee. >> Great. That way you don't hurt your on her feet so she can walk. >> If I put you on your feet, are you going to stand up? >> Where's my game? >> I'm not doing that back to you. The cane was partly what started the altercation when Leticia swung it at the officers. And even though they really gave her every opportunity to keep things civil, she wasn't quite through with assaulting them. >> You got your gun and all that. >> Please give me something. Yeah, >> I'm trying to do that to me. >> Charges. What is wrong with you? Relax. >> What is wrong with her? Why she push my head my my foot like that? She can walk. What do we have to do for you to calm down and work with us? >> Well, first of all, she needs to take her hands. I promise I won't. >> She's not going to do that. >> If she does, I promise I'm not going to do nothing. >> I give my word, and when I say something, then I mean it. >> Leticia eventually explained she [music] spent years in construction, went through an marriage, raised three children, and ended up with no income, chronic pain, and a $50,000 hospital bill. At the office, she said she was giving up, which the staff interpreted as being. >> I was never in jail. I never committed a crime. I [music] pay every single penny I make. Even though I was making cash, I claimed every freaking penny. [music] I didn't steal anything from nobody. Never done anything bad in my life or that at least that I know or consciously not purposely never did anything or hurt anybody. >> Okay. >> But you could make you not scared and feel threatened. [music] And what do you think is going to happen if somebody corner you and know that now I can see that? >> Well, so no, that's not really what happened. >> I didn't never told that woman. I wanted to [music] myself. >> Okay. I wasn't there. >> Yeah, >> we covered that. >> She misunderstood everything or twisted things out. >> Okay. >> What makes you think if I can't handle the pain right now, if I have the guts or the or the energy to myself? So that's too painful. If I can't deal with this, you think I'm going to be able to? >> Like I said, I don't know. I've only met you 20 20 minutes ago. >> Well, if you go look at my records on my medical records, it'll tell you how messed up on my bones are or whatever. And I'm not lying to you. >> The suspect was taken to a hospital for a medical evaluation. And that ends today's video. Thank you for watching The Untold Files.
