Is Tyler alive? On December 15th, 2024, Jordan was awoken by screams and found Tyler bleeding while Britney stood nearby in a panic. Britney's conflicting statements and strange behavior raised serious suspicions as the investigation unfolded. The woman at the center of the entire incident acted irrationally and refused to accept any responsibility, yet suddenly ended up in handcuffs. What caused her to break down so quickly under pressure? I don't know what's going on. She's holding pressure on a wound on the back that she won't let anyone see and I took this. I didn't hear a noise. I don't know what exactly happened. Okay. But there's a lot of blood on the floor. He's like hitting on a pressure wound. So, so you His girlfriend What's her His girlfriend's name? Britney. Britney. So, you heard Britney scream. Yeah. She yelled "Jordan, please help." And your name is Jordan. Okay. You went to sleep and what happened? I went to sleep. Okay and then you woke up? I woke up to to this. Okay and what did you see? This? Just him laying on the floor bleeding? Is he okay? I have no idea what's going on. Jordan, please help. You come out of your room and then he's just laying there on the ground. What's She's holding him laying on the ground. She's holding him. Did you see like a Did you see anything around like a knife, any type of weapon at all? I mean there I'm pretty sure there's a pistol, but I don't I think I would have heard a shot. There's a pistol? But not in the hallway or just right in the living room out in the open. I know he has one and I'm pretty sure she does, but I didn't hear any shots. hear any gunshots? The woman's behavior was extremely emotional while the officers were conducting the investigation. She kept portraying herself as the victim, yet she claimed to be completely unaware of what had happened, something that made absolutely no sense. Like I said before, they're taking care of him. They're They're doing what they got to do with him. Do you have his ID or anything like that? I have to find it. What's going on? They're taking him to the hospital. Why? Cuz he was bleeding. What's going on? My dogs are in there. Yes. Just leave them be for now, okay? But you didn't hear any gunshots. Did you hear any fighting or nothing? No. This is something that happened outside. He was with Britney at home like I don't I didn't see it. I don't know what happened, but I heard him say that guy shot him in the back. He just talked a little bit, but it was mostly you could just see it and then he would try to like move his head and his head would just fall back and I could see him try to open his eyes, but it was definitely not like he couldn't stand up on his own. Was he still Well, he did say one other thing is um like when I first saw him, I said "Tyler, what's What happened? What happened?" He's like "Just call 911." You guys chat anything about her, the relationship, how things were going? I always thought it was pretty good overall. Uh the little bit we talked about it, you know, they they seemed happy. It was for him it was more like when I saw him unhappy, Tyler was like long days at the boat yard full of fiberglass dust and he was just not happy. He was about his job more or less. Never had anything to do with her. Happy like Tyler thinking like this is the one I'm going to marry this girl or like hey, this is fun for now kind of thing? I that's a tough one to answer cuz I've only ever seen him with one other girls, you know, so I don't That's more of a probably more like fun for now, but I have no idea. Would you be willing to While the officers gathered information, the woman's emotional drama did not stop. How could someone so emotionally unstable remain unaware of such a serious incident while another witness recalled every detail with such clarity and cooperation? She kept insisting that she was not guilty and had done nothing wrong. If she truly claimed to be innocent, then she must have some evidence to prove it. She should present her evidence and stop wasting everyone's time with excuses. Maybe she thought the investigation was a magic show and expected the truth to appear out of thin air. Okay. Like on his side of the bed, but like up. And like my dad did this to me when I was little and I think it made me freak out a little bit and probably I started swinging. I don't know, but he held me up by my throat. You say held you up like off the ground? Yeah. Like Okay. You know, I don't I don't I don't know why. I don't know why. We had everything. How did you escape? I don't I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. He had you his hand around your neck up against the wall. KNOW WHY YOU WOULD DO THAT. What's the next thing that you remember after that? I just don't remember it. It doesn't make any sense at all. Do you remember how you guys got from the bedroom to the living room? No. I remember screaming and like trying to scream and he was trying to strangle me. Okay. Was the gun on the nightstand at this point? I I don't know. It stays there. It's I don't know. Do you remember how you got out of that situation? No. What's the next thing that you remember after being up against the wall? Do you think it's possible in that She told the officers stories as if she were a professional storyteller. It was impossible that she was telling the complete truth and had no connection to the incident at all. How could someone create such elaborate tales and still expect to convince the officers of their innocence? Like when he's trying to strangle you, that you might have picked up that gun? I don't know. I I don't know. I don't know. Like I'm not a [ __ ] murderer. I would never kill him. I loved him so much. Well, it seems at this point you're trying to describe protecting yourself. I don't even know why we were fighting. I don't understand why. I don't What makes some sense is he had just quit his job. I can see how that would be pretty stressful. No, he's not a bad person. No. No. Absolutely not. No. He had more than that now. It was Tyler's fault, but he's not a bad person at all. Absolutely I'm not saying he's a bad person. But income and you had a job that he wasn't really liking. I don't And he he quit to try to find something else. But right now nothing else is lined up. And He's fine. Rent is $3,600 a month. That's a lot of stress to not know how you're going to pay next month's rent. Do you remember anything else in the kitchen? This is Tyler's. Am I going to jail? What are you going to go to jail for? I don't know why I don't under I don't know. Like I don't know what's going on. I don't anything. Why do you Why would you say you you are you going to jail? Why would you say that? The woman was crying and the drama did not stop. She insisted that the officers accept her as the victim. However, the officers would not make any decisions based solely on her story. Their main goal was to solve the case and discover the real culprit. Cuz I'll tell you if I'm going to fight for my life and I can reach over and grab a gun on a nightstand, I I never shoot a person. I would never kill, like Well, it's a pretty good way to scare somebody off, even just holding it, grabbing it. He felt him squeezing over and over again, or did you get away and then he grabbed you again over and over again? Well, I have to get away from him, that's the thing. Like, he's the most kind person. Well, not at this moment, and it seems like crazy violent encounter. I mean, I obviously it scared No, he kept screaming at me saying things that like weren't making sense, like calling me like you [ __ ] and saying that like he was going to teach me a lesson, and that like just that made no sense at all. And he was just like, "Look at what you're doing to me." And I was like like like, "I'm not doing anything at all." It seems like what you're describing is putting putting a switch that's not That's It's not. almost a different person that you're dealing with at that point. It's not. It's really scary. Well, at that point it's perfectly understandable. Someone reaches over that nightstand and grabs that self-defense gun that they have. Yeah, I see myself really doing it, like, you know. How else do you Do you think it might have gotten away? Say it again. Do you think I'm a murderer? I don't think you're anything. We're just trying to figure out everything that happened and piece it all together. I mean, we have your your your bedroom incident. You uh fight or flight, you're scared. You said you left the room. Now we need to know this part from there to you holding Tyler. You have no idea. We don't want you to make up anything. Well, what happens to me? Like, do I go on trial, or do I What What happens? Going to have to go to a a judge and a jury to try to piece together the other part. Then what? How I mean, how does this end regardless? Like, do I go and sit in jail? The evidence and proof were clearly against the woman, yet she made every possible effort to avoid being caught. Escaping the law is not easy, especially when the crime committed is undeniable. If this woman had indeed committed the crime, how could she possibly be set free? Justice demands that no one is above the law, no matter what. At this point, you're under arrest. All right, come with you down there. And we were all sitting by the pool having a good time. It was really like the first time I actually got to meet her and like, you know, talk to her. I could have sworn she told me that, "Oh, my dad's selling the property." And my buddy, like a week or two before, he was all excited to go hunting. My buddy meaning Tyler, sorry. Mhm. And I was talking to him in the front seat, she's passed out in the back seat, and I said, "Oh, Tyler, that sucks her, you know, her dad's selling the property." And he's like, "What do you mean?" I'm like, "Yeah, I was talking to her at the pool, she said her dad's selling the property." And he says, he reaches in the back seat and says, "Hey, babe, is your dad selling the property?" And without hesitation, she throws a [ __ ] left-hand hook, and punches him in the face, and she says, "Don't ever [ __ ] talk about my dad." And she has no idea what we're talking about, you know, we're not talking bad about the dad. It was like, "What the fuck?" I got scared because I'm doing 55 mile an hour and she's throwing hooks. I thought she was going to punch me, like, Jesus Christ. She threw all of his [ __ ] like either from in the house or on the porch into the [ __ ] neighbor's. Sorry for cussing, I'm just all worked up. Sure, that's all right. But uh yeah, she threw all of his stuff, they got in a big fight. Like, "Tyler, what are you doing, dude? Like, she's got to go." You know, and the thing is, the sad thing is is, you know, Tyler, he hadn't had a girlfriend in a really long time, you know, he's been lonely. I I get where he's coming from, where he felt like maybe, you know, he had to help her, or I I don't know. You know, I heard after she shot him, the cops, they put her downstairs, put her in the corner, they put the roommate in the other corner, and what does she do? She passes out on the [ __ ] beanbag chair. Like, how are you going to [ __ ] [ __ ] shoot someone in the back and just pass out? Like, you're [ __ ] up. Britney lost her last relationship over over drama, you know what I mean? I That's what I call it, I call it drama, you know? I mean, craziness, everybody has that, but I mean, it's just her drama, and um the involvement in her drinking, and we all thought, you know, cuz her ex-boyfriend before Tyler, he he drinks, so we thought that he brought out the worst in Britney from drinking, but it was really just her drinking in general. But over at American Rock Bar, she was like scratching and slapping Tyler, and everybody felt very uncomfortable about the situation. She broke a bunch of stuff in the house. She wrecked the house, and um she beat Tyler up pretty bad that night. And this was all over the Chris Jazz thing. Tyler started blaming himself for it, and then that's where, you know, I kind of stepped in. I was like, "Tyler." I was like I was like, "You're not in the wrong here." And he was like, "I should have never met up with Jazzy." You know, he was he loved her, he was obsessed with her. She just used to go crazy, dude. Like, she would just throw her arms, you know what I mean? Like, beating him up. She's beat him up a few times, that's the thing. And uh he kind of just like used to take it. We were walking in like the parking lot area, and she ran and jumped on his back uh being playful, trying to jump on him, but he almost fell because, you know, he had no We didn't know it was coming. She was like a raging bull, like went and jumped on him, he almost fell over. Mhm. And uh was like, "Oh, come on, Brit, remember, you know, you did that before, and you almost, you know, you I almost I fell on my face or something." And then she got really pissed off and was like, "You're a [ __ ] faggot." Excuse my language. And she was punching him in the arm and calling him a [ __ ] saying, "Come on, you can't like pick me up and stuff." And I was like, "Oh." I was trying to make it funny cuz it was uncomfortable. I was like, "Oh, everyone's gay in Key West, so we're fine, you know, like, she's just messed up." And I didn't like her for Tyler. I was like, "That's He's not a [ __ ] up person, he's not mean, you know, he's so good to her, and I just didn't like the way she like treated him and was so messed up and what was going on with her, so uh When she was punching at him, was it like weak punches, playful, or do you think she was like trying to hurt him? I don't I think it was it was like She was definitely aggressive and being intoxicated and punching him in the arm, like really like pissed off, and she's got like that brute strength. She's not like a little weak girl, is like how I had in my mind, you know, she paddleboards and stuff, she's got like a strong hook. So, I remember her getting punching him in the arm and being like, "Okay, like." Trying to make it like a joke and just take away from like The woman was taken into custody and transferred to the police station, where paperwork and a formal visitation awaited her. However, the officers maintained a professional demeanor throughout. It was clear that after everything, the next stop would be jail. But how would she face what was coming next?
