On September 26th, 2022, the Dallas Fort Worth Airport Police Department was called to the scene at the airport for a call for service. My boarding agent sent me a message that she needed help because the passenger was getting aggressive. Um, I called 911 on my way up from my office downstairs on the ramp. I tried to talk to her while I was on the phone with 911. She dropped her bag and so I was walking up to tell her, "I need you guys to walk over there and stand by the the ticket counter, please. Thank you." Um, so I was I was walking out here while I was giving a description to the 911 dispatcher and asked her if she wanted her stuff. She came back and um pulled off and hit me in the side of the head. >> Was it close or she >> It was close fist. >> I mean, it was like I don't know if it's red, but >> was it jaw or neck?
