I can't >> get off of me. >> Hit me in the back of the head with a hammer. That's where it does come from. >> Where's the hammer at? >> She gets violent for no reason. She was just kind of like goating me and I'm just like stop hitting me and she kept it up. >> Some girlfriends think love gives them a free pass to hit first [music] and ask questions later. But what happens when the deputies show up and it's her, not him, who ends up in the back of the patrol car. >> She had my phone was threw it at the wall and I grabbed it and then she grabbed the knife. She freaked out and she said, "I told you. I told you. grabbed the knife from in there. Literally, he's been on and off because of her wanting to fight and just >> That man has abused me more times than you even know. And he's playing a victim right now. I mean, I don't know why he he is calling you guys in. He asked me to hit him. >> These were the moments when officers rescued boyfriends from highly [music] ab girlfriends. We begin with a case where a woman's drunken rage left her boyfriend. And what investigators used against her was something she didn't know had been there rolling throughout the entire fight. What's going on between you and the boyfriend or husband or who is it? >> Nothing. >> That's not what I'm hearing. >> Nothing. >> She was just kind of just started kind of like me in the head and stuff and I'm like I'm like a man. Stop hitting me. >> You're going to be placed under arrest for possible domestic. >> So it's his words against mine? >> Not necessarily. >> On August 8th, 2025, deputies responded to a domestic disturbance call and found a woman sitting outside drunk, [music] unable to start her own car because of a court-ordered ignition interlock device. The woman quickly tried feeding the officers a story she'd clearly settled on beforehand, unaware it wouldn't hold up for long. What's going on? >> Hello. >> Just waiting to start my car. I've been drinking. I haven't to talk a lot, so I can't start it. So, I'm just chilling, waiting to go home. >> What's going on between you and the boyfriend or husband or who is it? >> Nothing. >> That's not what I'm hearing. >> Nothing. >> That your story sticking to it type thing or >> Sure is. >> Okay. Get up. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> Why? >> Cuz you're going to be placed under uh arrest for possible domestic. So, it's his words against mine. >> Not necessarily. I'm going to continue the investigation. We'll determine if you get charged or not. But that's what's happening right now. >> Put your pony back on. >> Can you grab my bag, please? It has my work laptop in it, and I can't leave it sitting out here. >> Of course. >> Thank you. >> We're going to take you to my unit first and then I'll come back and grab it. Okay. >> I'll grab it. I don't want you to fall down the hill. What? >> Don't Don't walk away from me. >> No, I didn't hear what you said. What do you want from me? >> You happy? You happy, Matt? >> Yeah, >> I'm not. >> Sure. I'm sure you are. >> Do you feel like a big man now? You loser. Let's go test this. >> Do you have any weapons or anything on you? >> Nope. How do I even get into this? >> Amanda gave officers almost nothing to work with, but the boyfriend Matt had spent [music] the last several hours collecting exactly what she didn't want anyone to see. >> What's going on, >> dude? She has a very bad alcohol problem. Okay. Um she she has an intoxic lock in her car and she's not even supposed to be drinking. She does it um a lot and when she gets drunk, she gets violent for no reason. Um she's drunk right now. So I was I drove her to her job for her to have a um she had a she had a meeting. Um took her to her job. Um left and she had a doctor's appointment. Took her to her doctor's appointment. left there and she was just kind of just started kind of like slapping me in the head and stuff and I'm like I'm like Amanda stop me and she's like like she was just kind of like goating me and I'm just like stop me and she kept it up and she's like let's go get some lunch. I'm just I'm just hungry and we went to Taco Bell and she ordered her food and I said uh like when it came up to pay you know she was like you're going to pay for my food and I was like no I'm not. And then she said, "Well, I'm not paying." And I just told the lady, I'd say, "I'm sorry for wasting your time." And we drove off. And then she just like just started pummeling me. And I record I I have it on recording. >> According to Matt, what started as a normal day of errands turned into hours of unprovoked hits from Amanda, all while he just kept driving. What Matt showed the officers next would prove he wasn't exaggerating a single word of it. >> Um I don't know if my my teeth are still bleeding or not. >> Yes. >> But yeah, so yeah, she did that. She did this. >> Um, >> stop me. >> Stop hitting me. >> No, you just >> [ __ ] off. >> You punch me in the face. >> Who gives a >> I give a I don't want to be >> by the person supposed to be my girlfriend. >> Take me home. I'm not your girlfriend. >> Well, you are. I mean, but yeah, not anymore. >> Duh. >> Yeah. This isn't a braid. Where's the breakup? >> This is why I don't like you drinking because you're violent when you're drunk. >> You >> stop me, Amanda. >> You >> stop me, Amanda. >> You me again. See what happens. Okay. >> Home. >> I'm taking you. >> Take me home. >> Hold on. Amanda, >> take me home. >> I'm going to my house and you can drive home. >> Oh, >> what are you going to do with that? Tell me. What are you going to do with that? You going to call the cops on me >> and show him thising video? >> Why? >> Loser. >> Stop me, Amanda. >> Such a loser. I can't believe I evening dated you. You're such aing piece of trash. >> Yep. >> You >> Yep. >> Yeah. Take me home and you'reing whatever. You're stupid. >> Yep. I'm You're right. I am. >> Stoping recording me. Stoping recording me, you piece of >> stop. [screaming] Stop. >> I can I can send I can send everybody to the for evidence >> for sure. Yeah, I'm going to need it for evidence. But yeah, that that's all I need right there. >> The officer watched the footage, taking in the chaos and contempt Amanda had shown throughout, and it was clear which direction this was now heading. what the deputy told her next wasn't going to land well, and it showed almost immediately. >> I got you. Let's uh if you want to grab me your ID. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. For sure. >> And then I'll coordinate some stuff with her. >> So, you're going to be placed under arrest for battery on a house phone number. Okay. >> Okay. When do I get to go home? >> Uh probably tomorrow. >> What the >> Are you serious? >> What? I have TO STAY OVERNIGHT IN JAIL? DUDE. OKAY, THEN LET'S ON WITH IT THEN. LET'S GO. >> OKAY, some things need to happen first. One, are the keys to your vehicle inside your purse? >> No. >> Where are they? >> Why? >> Because it's his driveway and he >> and he's having my car towed. >> No, he's saying that your parents can come pick it up. They don't live far from here. >> YOU UNDERSTAND? I HAD SPENT THE NIGHT IN JAIL. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT? WHAT THE IS WRONG WITH YOU? WHAT the you? >> HEY, >> DUDE. WHAT the is wrong with you, >> Dude? What the >> Jesus Christ, KID? >> WELL, WHAT THE THIS IS CRAZY. [screaming] This is >> While Amanda sat in the back of the patrol unit, her parents arrived and tried to plead her case, asking if there was any way to keep her out of custody. The officer's response was about to make it painfully clear that this decision was never really theirs to make. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Yes. Talk to me. >> I understand your daughter is extremely rude and belligerent and drunk, but if you want to talk to her, you're more than welcome to. Here's her purse. >> Here's her key. >> You want to talk to her? >> Can we um can can we uh keep her here with us? >> No. She's going to jail for battery on the house. >> Battery arm. >> Yeah. So, they're considered to be in a domestic partnership. So, because of their domestic partnership, one party can't determine if they want to pursue charges or not. The state requires us as law enforcement officers whenever we have probable cause. >> Amanda, stop. Please. >> I can roll down the window for you. >> I I wouldn't look Look here. I'll show you the video. >> I don't want to see it. I don't want to see. >> Well, don't look at me like I'm an aggressor. I didn't do anything. I even know who could have given us a chance to come. >> Listen, your daughter may be a sweetheart, but right now your daughter is not in the backseat of my car. A highly intoxicated woman who's on video beating him is who's in the back of my unit right now and she's going to be charged for that and she's going to be taken to jail. >> Her purse, her keys are with you guys now. The only thing I'm taking of hers is her ID. Like I said, I'll roll down the window if you guys want to try to talk to her. I'm not going to open the door because she just jumped out a minute ago on me and broke my sunglasses. Luckily, I was able to put them back together. But yeah, your your sweetheart is not in the backseat of my unit. I >> understand. >> You guys want me to roll down the windows and talk to her? >> Okay. >> The parents didn't deny what their daughter was capable of. If anything, they seemed almost resigned to it. Like this wasn't the first time they'd had to answer for her. What the parents were about to reveal about her past would only confirm everything the officer had just seen play out on camera. >> Talk to me. What can I do for you? >> Officer, I know you. >> Yes, sir. Unfortunately, this is not new things as you can imagine. Okay, she has a problem. She's under therapeutic care. She's on the meds. She has bipolar. She's taking this heavy duty medication from with bipolar and and she knows she's not supposed to drink with that medication. It reacts >> crazy. But she's been in this relationship with this guy, but they broke up two days ago. Um, she'll sober up and she'll be fine. But if you put her in custody, she's going to nuts. She's going to hurt herself. She's like this to everybody. It's not going to happen. >> So So listen to me and and please know that I'm being honest with you. >> My sympathies are with you. if if she's dealing with an issue and and she's dealing with alcoholism, I I honestly sympathize for that. That's unfortunate. It's sad. And obviously, alcohol on top of whatever medication she's on is creating what is what is in my unit right now. I get that. I understand that that she is not the person that's in my back seat. I get that. >> I know. >> And if I had a choice, I would love to let you take her and we could resolve this issue that way. I would love to. However, I would lose my job. the the state requires me to take legal action on this. I do not have a choice. >> Even if he says not. >> No, it doesn't matter. It doesn't he never even told me he wanted to pursue charges. He called because he didn't know what to do because he couldn't control her and she was >> so he didn't he never told me that he wanted to arrest >> it's I come here and make that determination. >> I got >> because they're in a domestic partnership. >> Okay. >> The father seemed determined to find some way to soften what was coming for his daughter. looking for any angle that might make this easier on her. What the father tried next showed just how far he was willing to push the officer to make that happen. >> How can we avoid getting her confined or can we is there some can I come with you to the jail? >> So, unfortunately, she's going to have to see a judge. A judge will have to see her, schedule her a court date, and then release her. Today's Friday. Judges will show up on Saturday and make a determination uh if she can be released or not. She's going to be released and assigned a new court date and that'll probably happen tomorrow morning. >> Yeah, it definitely happened in this afternoon. >> Yeah, cuz it's already what 1 or 2:00. The judges are they're they're done doing that now. >> There's no emergency judge. I mean, >> just be aware too when she gets released from jail, she's going to be released with conditions of release. That means she's not really allowed to come back here to have contact with her. Yeah. And if she ends up coming back and doing this, it might go even more. >> I understand. Understand. Um, is there any way I I used to be a attorney general in the state of California. I work with policemen all the time. I understand. Um, but I also know you don't want to make it any worse than you have to, but you know, I know you're caught in between. Is there any way I mean I know I started to say is I know from experience that officers sometimes would like have some cool down period like drive a person around while they sobered out trying to do something to kind of get the you know >> before I take her to jail >> or before you know or >> she's going to jail no matter what. >> Yeah. And a cool down time for her will be as long as it takes me to do the paperwork right here in front of this house because I'll do it in my unit. I don't take her to the station or anything like that. I do everything in my unit. I print out the paperwork that is required by the detention center and then I drive her to the detention center. Paperwork typically can take me anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes. I'm in no rush to do it, but I'm also getting it done. >> Yeah. >> If that makes sense. >> Okay. And once we get to the detention center is what? >> She'll be she'll be booked. Um, that process takes about maybe 30 minutes to 45 minutes depending on her behavior. Could be an hour and a half. >> Yeah. >> Because her behavior depends on how how quick that booking process goes. Because if she does to me what to to the detention officers, they're just going to put her in a holding cell and and pause her booking process. >> That's what I'm trying to >> Right. >> But those guys are just as patient as I am. I'm patient. I haven't lost my cool with your daughter at all. >> I'm not prompting you. >> I I know you're not. I know you're not. I'm just saying find a way we can work with this situation to make it as, you know, and to try to keep it under control as best as possible. >> I can tell you she's in good hands with me and she's going to be perfectly fine. Unfortunately, the process is the process and I I really can't dictate how that goes because like I said, I'm required by the state to do what I'm doing. >> Despite the back and forth, the officer never lost his patience with the parents, answering each of their concerns calmly and respectfully, one by one. bail, the timeline, and the booking process, as if doing whatever he could to make the next few hours a little easier on their daughter. >> And what can we do as far as contacting the detention center to get information? >> You can call down to the detention center. I don't have an exact number for you. Just Google it and let them know who your daughter is and and that she's incarcerated and see if they can get her on the phone for you. Um, she'll also be able to make phone calls there. inside the the the cell that she'll be in. There's a phone. It's probably I mean, she's probably going to have to probably collect cuz I don't think you can just call out for free. So, you'll probably get a collect call. >> He says he doesn't want to testify. >> Out of my hands. >> One one last question. Yeah, go ahead. >> Is there anything to be gained by her, your wife, and I going over to the detention center waiting for her? And >> no, honestly, just be on standby sometime in the morning. I would imagine between 8 and 2:00. It could range. So, it just depends. But I can tell you that usually a judge will show up on Saturday. Sometimes not Sunday, but Saturday they'll show up because we we don't want anybody in jail that doesn't need to be in jail. It just it's it's crowding up room and resources and money. So the way that the system works here is if they can set somebody up with a court date, for example, like her, then they'll judges will go in the morning, set whoever can be released with a court date, and then process them and get them out. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Usually they're out by 5:00 in the afternoon. They'll see a judge at 8:00 and they'll release everybody like around 5, 5ish, 4ish, and I see everybody walking out. With the parents questions handled, the officer's attention shifted to Matt, who'd been waiting quietly with concerns of his own. What the victim was about to ask for next made it clear he wasn't just looking for protection for one night. He wanted this over for good. >> I I want a restraining order again, sir. How How do I go about getting >> So, a restraining order, you got to file for uh in the courts, >> right? So, do I have to wait for after her court argument or can I go to the courthouse today and get it? >> You you can go and uh petition for it, file for it. Yeah. Um, ultimately the judge has the >> the say >> the ability in denying or approving >> Yes, sir. >> uh, the protection order. But yeah, that's how you go about doing it. Go down to the courthouse, file for protection order. Um, we'll get you a case number before we leave right now. You have the case number actually on your phone. Officer is going to work on uh, getting them trespassed from their property. >> Okay. >> With everything settled with the parents and Matt, the officer turned his attention back to Amanda, finally ready to get her transported to the station. Even something as small as a simple pat down was about to show her attitude hadn't changed one bit. You don't have anything in your pockets or anything like that? >> Um, I'm not going to search you whenever we get to the jail. I'm going to reach over and grab this whenever we get to the jail. Uh, they'll have a female officer search you. I just don't want you to take any contraband or anything like that inside because then I'll have to charge you with it. So, I'd rather you just be honest with me if you had anything like that on you out here. >> No. Okay. I see you have a necklace. Do you want me to take the necklace off and give it to your mom? >> Sure. >> I I can I'm asking. >> I don't know what you're got. LIKE, SURE. IF I CAN'T HAVE A NECKLACE ON, then yeah. >> Will you lean forward for me a little bit so I can look so I can look at it? You want to move your hair so I can find the >> In the end, Amanda was arrested for domestic battery and taken to jail to await arraignment while Matt began the process of filing for protection. Next, we have a case where one woman's [music] jealousy spiraled completely out of control, leaving her boyfriend wounded and her own freedom on the line. >> What's going on? >> I'm not doing nothing. I'm standing in my front door. >> What's going on? >> Stop grabbing me. >> I would rather charge a gun than knife. >> Yeah. >> She swung about four times right there and one time got me on the hippie. >> On September 9th, 2025, officers responded to a residence for a domestic disturbance. And what they found once they got the door open made it clear this had already gone far beyond a shouting match. >> Right here, please. >> Where she at? >> You need anything? >> Uh, Taylor. She's nice. >> Do you want me to take him into >> Hi, pup. Taylor, >> sweetie. >> I think just step out there for a second. >> Okay. What's going on? >> I got anybody else in the house, man. >> He's a crybaby ass that likes to me. >> Oh my god. >> What's going on? Push your dog up. Sorry. I get bit. >> Hey, thanks. >> Listen, stop. >> What's going on today? >> I know. Sorry. >> You step in there. Talk to him. Hey, what's going on? Hey, I'm not going to ask you again. Chill out. What's going on? >> Officers were met with a tense scene the moment they arrived, finding a man standing off to the side. visibly shaken while a woman shouted from the doorway behind him. But the second the officer tried to get involved, her behavior made their next move an easy one. >> I'm not doing nothing. I'm standing in my front door. >> But what's going on? >> STOP. >> STOP GRABBING ME. point out here. I don't think that's not Yep. Once Taylor's aggression toward the officers crossed the line, there wasn't much left to discuss but to cuff her and place her in the back of the patrol car. With her secured, officers finally had the chance to turn to the boyfriend and hear his side of what had actually happened. >> All right, man. >> What up? >> Do you want EMS? >> No. She was just swinging and um it barely nicknamed >> you kind of. >> Yeah. So, >> I was trying to go for the arm. I'd rather charge a gun than a knife. >> Yeah. >> And uh Yeah, she just got me a little bit. >> Okay. Yeah. Let me Did she get you anywhere else or just >> Not that I know of. >> Okay. Do you care? Turn around. I'm going just double check. Make sure. >> Yeah. All right. I'm going to take a picture of that real quick. >> Sorry, I'm shaking. >> You're fine, man. All righty. So, from the very very beginning, >> woke up >> whenever this um >> apparently she went through my phone. I have a contact Jay. Um I have a friend named Jay. She deleted every single female on my phone because I mean I had to do the same thing just because uh >> giving the same treatment that she was giving me. Yeah. >> Woke up um went to Yopez. She freaked out saying, "Who the is Jay? This is Jasmine. This is Jasmine." I'm like, "I don't know. who deleted her off my phone. I do have a buddy named Jay. >> Okay. >> She called. >> My buddy didn't answer. His girl answered. And so she freaked out and she said, "I told you. I told you. Grab the knife from in there." And then I would try calling you guys once. And I was like, "No, I'm just going to call her mom." Her mom was like, "Can you text me?" I'm like, "If she's got a knife, I'm just going to call the cops." Yeah, >> her mom usually can calm her down, but um she was knife and >> yeah, you know, you did the right thing 100%. >> According to the boyfriend, the whole thing had started over something as small as [music] a saved contact in his phone. What followed was a heated argument that quickly escalated and by the end of it, he had a small cut in his hand. Even so, the victim was about to prove he didn't have it in him to make things any worse for Taylor. >> Pursue charges on her face. No, she just needs to get back on the M. >> You don't want to pursue charges for her stabbing you? >> I mean, it's a little neck. I'm not >> It's up to you, man. Hey, it's an unwanted contact. It does not matter. >> Yeah. >> I mean, she's going to jail regardless. She fought one of our officers. She's going to jail. >> Jesus. >> Yeah. So, it's um it's if you want to pursue charges against her, totally up to you. >> No, let her deal with that. I just need a witness. I mean, I can't I'm not going to I'm sorry. I'm not going to hit a girl. most >> well >> that's that's what I know >> crazy I mean >> I'm not I'll be honest I ain't been on too long but >> I do know that that's it for now >> as serious as it had been the boyfriend told officers he just wanted Taylor to get help but when asked if this had happened before his answer showed this was far from the first time >> is this the first time she's ever done anything like this >> pictures on my phone of her my face that was the first time I called you guys I was like I'm just going to call her mom >> so >> uh it was a bigger one than that but yeah I didn't know that one was in there, too. I bet it's between the bed and the wall. >> So, there's a history of this. >> Yeah. She She is >> doing this >> not with just me, but with the other dudes. And uh Yeah, I guess I just got tired of it. >> Then, are you guys >> Are you guys dating orating? >> Okay. How long have you guys been dating? >> Since like uh Super Bowl of last year. >> Okay. >> Of this year, actually. Not that long. And it's been literally it's been on and off because of her wanting to fight and just >> Yeah. >> The victim's answer made it clear this had happened before with the photos on his phone backing it up. Taylor was about to walk officers through exactly where it went down. >> Like a chef's knife. It looks like >> Yeah, it's like a miniature >> thick chef knife. Yeah, it's remember >> black and silver. Just like that one, but it's the blade is a little bit thicker. >> Where exactly did it happen? Did it happen? >> It happened literally right here. Uh >> okay. kind of in the hallway. >> Yeah. Right here is whenever she actually started swinging and then you were right there and that's whenever I >> tried to grab her hand and she got my pinky. >> So she was back where you are and you were >> here. She was right where you at and I was trying to walk out calling the phone. Well, she had my phone was threw it at the wall and I grabbed it and then she grabbed the knife and >> Yeah. >> Okay. So you were >> back there walking out >> and she was >> right here >> next to the couch and was >> she swung about four times right there and the one time got me on the hickey and then the other times I Yeah, I just called you guys. >> Yeah, >> that's good thing to do. Uh rough time frame, you know, when >> the yelling started when >> Oh, uh literally within 5 minutes of me calling you guys. I I called you guys the first time. That was immediately when it started happening cuz I I'm not done with the knife. >> In the end, Taylor was charged with battery. Next, we have a case where a girlfriend's drinking [music] turned violent behind closed doors until the boyfriend started filming every hit and handed deputies the exact proof [music] they needed to step in. >> So, but why she >> Why? Cuz she's drunk. She freaking hits me and says, "What are you, Bam? What are you going to do? Are you going to hit a woman?" Oh my god. He's hit me [music] for the last 4 and 1/2 years. It's a long history. You guys, you're at the wrong person. >> On March 26th, 2025, deputies responded to speak with a man who said his girlfriend's drinking had turned into something he could no longer just brush off. What the victim was about to lay out for the deputy painted a much darker picture than just one bad night. >> Hello. >> How are you? >> What's your name? >> Mark. >> So, Mark Stoi, that's how you pronounce it. >> Nice to meet you, >> Liberty Bear. So, what's going on, >> Paul? My girlfriend's been a drunk. I didn't know that when she when I first met her. Uh >> what's your girlfriend's name? >> Renee. Dana. Renee. >> Okay. >> Well, now >> uh she's she's been me off and on a little bit. I let it go, but it's really uh I mean, she's punching me. I got probably five or six videos in my camera where she doesn't know and I'm videotaping her. She's punching me. >> Can I see that again? I'm going just where you got hit. She come in my right shoulder. >> This looks good now. >> Yeah, it was >> she punched me all cuz I live or I I on this side of the bed. I don't mess with her. She's drinking all the time and it's just it's getting out of hand and it's it's been going on and I I didn't think it would happen to me. Do you know what I mean? I thought it'd be done by now. >> Gotcha. So, but why she here? Why? Cuz she's drunk. >> It just every time she drinks. >> Yeah, she's not a She wasn't uh She wasn't drinking when I first knew her, but now that I find her history, she's been going to AA all these years. But uh let me I don't know if you can see out here, but I have all kinds. >> The man identified as Mark didn't waste time getting into it, telling the deputy his girlfriend Dana had been hitting him on and off for a while, and what Mark pulled out next backed up every word of it. >> Let's go to uh photos. I have to lock it because I'm afraid she'll get rid of it. All a lot. Most of these are bottles where I find I know all her hiding spaces. What? I don't know if you can you see the redness in the chest. >> I can see the redness. >> She freaking hits me and says, "What are you?" Bam. What are you going to do? Are you going to hit the woman? Bam. You going to hit a woman? >> Look, a scratch. >> Scratch me only when she's drinking. She scratched me in the arm. Then everything else is I got video. There's There's when it was worse. >> Yeah. >> When I'm in the car, I hardly even do anything with her anymore. I'm down here taking care of my dad. I came down here 14 months ago. He's 90. He's got dementia. I'm a nurse. And so I came down here. I wanted to get rid of her in Ohio. She had nothing. She would have been living under a bridge. So I told her I'd bring her down here and get her on her feet. >> Okay. >> She's not on her feet. >> How long you guys been together? >> About 3 or 4 years. >> Okay. And I got video after video where she she calls me fat gay. Calls my dad a mother. He she's been into it with my dad and his girlfriend. She's 87. She hasn't done any physical stuff verbal to them all the time. And and uh she doesn't pay for anything in the house. She pays no bills. >> Does she work or anything? >> Well, she was at the fresh market. Oh, can I give you a little history? She likes to drink and drive. She came home freaking passed out her uh face head first in the uh in the seat when she got out. >> You guys ever called 911? So, >> I took uh me and the guy behind me who is uh worked for the sheriff. He was a ex uh retired sheriff. He helped me get her in the car and I took her to the ER. >> Okay. >> And uh this is this is uh after they cleaned her up and stitched her up cuz she fell head first into the payment recently. She was in Claremont for an exam. >> Yeah. >> They thought she had a psychotic episode at the exam. They called the police. They took her ambulance to Claremont. She blew a 380 on a BAC. >> Okay. And I know they need to be AC on there cuz I told her she was drinking. >> She normally starts [music] everything, all the arguments and all the physical stuff >> cuz uh in every video I'm not doing anything. >> Can I see one of the videos? >> Yeah. I mean, these were uh this is what I found in her trunk. >> I got other where she she goes, "No, I didn't know I didn't is why I started taking pictures." >> Yeah. Passing out >> under [music] her carboard. I found these in her car. All the I know all the secret hiding places in the house. I got boxes and boxes and bags of bottles that I've saved just in case I in case I get in trouble. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> You know, I I'm I'm It's heading Something's going to happen. I'm going to get I'm going to blow it or she's going to do something. >> No, I get you. When she's she gets aggressive like that, right? She drinks, she gets aggressive, right? And starts you. Yes. >> Do you fear for your life, your father's life? [music] >> Oh, I fear for their safety. I fear for my safety. >> So that's that's why I'm asking. That's why the reason why you >> I mean yeah I mean I'm tired of it. I mean it is escalating. She's drinking more. Uh she's not going to her a like. >> Mark's collection of data made it clear this wasn't an exaggeration. Videos of Dana swinging at him along with photos of bottles he claimed he'd found stashed all over the house, the car, and her hiding spots. But what Mark admitted next about how far he'd go to make her stop was about to complicate his own story. >> Her back. >> Yeah. Uh I let it go most of the time. Uh, when she keeps doing that, I will slap her once in a while just to quit it. I mean, honest. I mean, instead of beating the out of her, I slap her and that usually does it. >> Where at? >> In the face. >> In the face. >> I mean, >> right hand, left hand. >> Right hand. >> Open hand. >> Yes. >> Or close face? >> No. Right. Uh, open hand. I mean, she stops. And there's times where she's been kicking me on the bed and me. I have to hold her down sometimes. I mean, I can take a little. You know what I mean? >> Yeah, I get you. What I'm getting at is >> Let me find her. >> You slapped her for >> to quit. Get her off of me. >> Protect yourself. >> Yes. >> Okay. And obviously >> Well, you'll see that I'm doing nothing. I've been All I do I click it on cuz I know it's going to happen every It's been every night lately. >> Okay. >> Before wrapping up, Mark played one more clip. This time with audio, letting the deputy hear exactly what these arguments sounded like behind closed doors. >> I took some additional pictures. Almost all these are verbal abuse and where she's actually me too. >> Wait, where's the one that she hit you? I want to see. >> Oh, there uh >> if you can get the one. >> Yeah, it's on Thursday 3:52. Oh, there you go. See, there's times where I'm not videaping her cuz he didn't know how. But you can hear her hit me. >> Oh. Oh. Oh my god. I have not even started. >> Oh, I have not even started. >> He's going to threaten me. Don't >> shut up. Don't touch me again. >> Shut up. >> I'm not touching her just to show you what I'm putting up with. >> Shut. >> You're a [ __ ] drunk. You're a [ __ ] drunk. >> She blames me for abusing her. Everything is is she's abusing me. I'll tell you what, she drank so much and she was stealing all my alcohol. I quit drinking. I've lost 93 lbs in the last year and a half because I I quit drinking. You >> smell like a bottle. >> You smell like a bottle. Want to say that again? >> Yeah. Forget me. >> That's nothing compared to how he I got >> what you do. You'll kick my >> Yes. >> He's threatening to get someone to kick my >> You pay somebody to kick my ass. You're drunk. >> You're drunk. I'm sorry. You're just stupid. Stupid. >> Um I mean, I got video after video of that. >> Okay. >> With Mark's statement secured and a clear picture forming, the deputy made his way to the house to hear Dana's side of it. And what she was about to claim would flip the entire story on its head. >> [clears throat] >> Hi, this is Deputy Van Sheriff's Office. Okay, you >> um I'm just trying to investigate uh an occurrence, okay? Um between you guys. >> Yeah. So, first of all, >> give me a second. I'm going to have him go inside, okay? So, I can just have a conversation with you. He's not here. >> Can you go inside? I'm pretty sure your father's inside. I'm going just have a conversation with her. Okay. I have medical records of him beating me like absolutely freaking beat. He broke my thumb. He's thrown me against a wall. He's choked me. Do >> you have the records on on you? >> I don't have them. How would I have them on me? >> Normally they >> Well, Ketaring Hospital has them in Ohio. No, this man has literally the out of me many times and he finally let me on the arm so he could feel what it feels like to be beaten. >> Okay. And that's why he's got the braces on his arm. >> When was when was this? >> 2 days ago. >> Did he hit you? Talk about He's me for the last 4 and 1/2 years. >> Okay. >> It's a long history. You guys, you're after the wrong person. >> Okay. I'm just I'm just here to investigate. He told me his part right now. That's why I'm I'm contact. >> Okay. Listen. I already talked to him. Okay. Now I'm here trying to talk to you. Okay. I'm just trying I'm just trying to get your side of the story. Hey, just >> do you have pictures, videos, something that I can see? >> I have pictures. I have pictures. >> Can I see them? >> Okay. >> The moment the deputy brought up the incident, Dana didn't hesitate, [music] immediately pointing the finger at Mark, claiming she had been documenting his harsh behavior for years. But when Dana pulled up her proof, it told a very different story. >> Hold on. I got pictures. >> Yeah. Yeah, you can pull it up. >> But I don't have a lot. It was mostly at the uh the hospital. I mean, I don't know why he he is calling you guys in. He asked me to hit him. >> Okay. >> He asked me to and I'm like, "Okay, this feels great. I can finally hit my perpetrator. I have pictures." >> Okay. >> Bruises under my arms when he would throw me to the ground. >> Yeah. Do you normally drink? >> Yeah. So to >> wants to portray me as a big alcoholic. I know. >> Normally how much you drink when you drink? >> Uh maybe. Hold on. Let me find this for you first. >> Okay. >> God, why can't I f I had the pictures. I have the pictures of the bruises. Okay. >> And Ketaring has has medical records of the he's done to me. Here's one of them when he he sucked me in the side. Okay, hold on. That's him talking me in the side. Okay, but I got more. Okay, this is when he hit me under the arm. Hold on. I'll get more. I'll get more cuz I I took better pictures. Oh, here we go. Here we go. There you go. That's when he grabbed me and threw me to the ground. >> Okay. [music] >> Yeah, you can't get bruises like that just falling on the ground. That's from somebody grabbing you. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> But did you hit him first or anything like that? How >> can you tell me what happened there? >> Yeah, it's him cussing at me and he threw me to the ground because he was pissed off. >> Okay. But why? Why the all whole altercation happened? >> Because he's mad. He's got an anger issue and he throws me to the ground and he's throwing me against the wall several times trying to me. That was in Troy, Ohio, which broke my thumb. If you notice, my thumbs are different. Okay, >> this one's different because he broke it. It's all on medical records. That man has abused me more times than you even know and he's playing a victim right now and you need to know that. >> As the deputy kept pressing for details, Dana's story started slipping. What she admitted to next wasn't going to help her case in the slightest. >> Are there any videos of a physical altercation? Not photos after the fact. >> My gosh, should I run a video tape on my life? I mean, I'm not saying I'm not saying you're lying, but >> No, >> those bruises. >> You are saying my bruises can come from anywhere. >> Where where can you fall on the ground? >> All right, put your hand back. >> Why are you arresting me? >> Deputy Rubber will tell you. >> Yeah, I'll tell you once we walk to the car. >> Seriously, Mark? Seriously? Let >> me get the key. All right, let's walk to my car. I'll explain it. With Dana's account falling apart and no real evidence to support it, the deputy made the call to place her under arrest. And that's when her composure went with it. As Dana was searched before being placed in the patrol car, she admitted there was something hidden in her bra, and it proved Mark's claims. >> So, you're getting arrested for simple uh battery. Okay. Domestic. >> What was he doing? >> Okay, just keep on walking. >> Oh my god. >> Do you have anything on you? >> No. >> Okay, so he got video and proof of you. >> Oh my god. Oh my god. I have video cam. >> Do you have anything on you? Stop moving. Get into the car. [music] >> Get close to the car. >> I'm Okay. [laughter] All right. All right. >> Do you have anything on you? >> No. >> Well, actually, I do. >> What you have on you? >> I It's It's here. Oh my. >> It's up here. >> What is it inside your bra? >> Yes. >> What is it? >> It's alcohol. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. You mind take so you can take it out? >> Yeah. I'm gonna click one your left hand. Okay. Out. So, you can just go ahead and just remove everything that you have. >> Oh my god. I I can't believe >> I'm going to remove it. Don't try anything. You understand? >> No. I'm not I'm never going to do anything. It's here. >> Hold on. >> Wait. That's my lipstick. >> Take everything [music] out. >> There you go. >> All right. Just put in the car. Put it on top of the car. >> Take your lipstick off. Whatever. >> Anything you have in there needs to come out. Anything inside your bra because they're going to search you in the jail. >> Okay. If they find anything, that's another charge. You understand that? >> I don't have anything on me. >> I'm just letting you know. You understand? >> Okay, I'm fine. >> I can't believe he did this. He's He's the perpetrator, not me. [music] >> Take a seat. >> Thanks. >> Going to be a little uncomfortable. >> In the end, Dana was charged with domestic battery, [music] disorderly conduct, and providing false information to law enforcement. Next, we have a case where a woman's out of control behavior left her boyfriend injured in the driveway. And when the second officer showed up, it was obvious this went well beyond a typical domestic dispute. >> You called 911, right? >> Yeah. >> And clearly on the 911 call, I heard the voicemail, but he just said we had he can go south. >> He didn't. He Yeah, I know. I didn't want to like say that, but I was just upset. >> You were upset. That's why you lied. >> Well, you were saying some somebody you that's a big deal. Mr. Better. >> On May 12th, 2025, officers from Hanover Park, Illinois, received a 911 call after a woman accused her boyfriend of assault and rape. When officers arrived, the woman calmly retracted the claim, admitting that the accusations had been made as a reaction to stress. Hello. Did you call us? Did you call police? >> Ma'am, >> did you call police? >> Yeah. >> Do you have a knife on you? >> No, I do not have a knife. >> Doesn't dispatch mention that you may have a knife on you? >> I have this on. >> Just that? No. No sharp objects, anything? >> I have nothing on me. >> What happened tonight? >> Well, we just got into it and he was acting crazy. He just I don't even want to get into all of it, but it doesn't matter. Um, >> well, obviously you called us for assistance, right? >> Yeah. Well, I mean, like he was, so I was like, well, then I'm going to, too. >> So, okay. So, because you saw him on the phone with police, so then you called after him. >> Yeah, because I'm not going to sit here and act like I did everything wrong when he's the one that was acting. >> Okay. >> Like, >> okay. Obviously you guys had some situation going okay that's why we are here right we just want to make sure that you are guys okay obviously you guys had some argument going right >> so are you hurt at all >> no I mean I'm fine >> not known not you have no injuries on you or anything like that though nothing physical happened or something happened what happened huh >> no >> what was the allegation you made over the phone >> when uh for I've known her for 2 years but we've been off and on for the last couple months >> okay um what happened today >> uh we just found an argument >> about >> it It's literally over every anything serious like it was nothing serious. >> Okay. Um you mentioned that uh something happened, right? Or no, you just exaggerated. >> I was exaggerating. >> So nothing happened. You not got assaulted? >> No. No. Sorry. >> Okay. Quick question. How his shirt got ripped off? >> Or ripped? >> I fell. >> I'm sorry. >> I fell. I came out of the apartment and we were arguing and I fell. >> You fell? What do you mean you fell? Well, I we I've been drinking. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> As the investigation began, the alleged victim had already confirmed that no assault had actually occurred, something she had not mentioned during the initial 911 call. At that point, officers began to question what had really happened, especially after noticing signs of possible violence on the man's clothing. >> So, how how his shirt got ripped? If you fell, did you like try to >> I was just grabbing to reach so I didn't fall. Like I was trying to catch myself. catch and then you caught his shirt and that's how they got ripped. >> Yeah, it was very >> How you were falling though? >> Yeah, because I tripped. I >> tripped on what? Trip how? >> Like over my foot. >> Over your foot. Inside or outside? >> Outside. >> Like outside on the here. Not Not inside of the >> No, it was outside. There's >> What made you trip though? Like just your over your feet? >> Yeah. So, like not these steps, but over there by the front door, there's like a little ex like a little dip and I just literally tripped and it's kind of stupid. But yeah, >> you don't have any weapons or on on you, right? >> I have. I have. Okay. >> Do you have your ID with you anywhere? >> Not on me. No. You have a picture of it or anything? >> Um, >> no weapons. >> No. No, I >> have no weapons in like none of you guys have like firearms inside. >> No, I'm not allowed to have firearms. >> Okay. Just came back from work. Maybe >> we just moved in the fifth. >> Yeah. Yeah. But how long um >> he just >> How long you guys been arguing before we showed up or >> like not even an hour? >> Okay. Is he was gone before? Before uh like an hour he was gone. So you were by yourself inside. >> Yeah. >> And then he came back and you guys start arguing. >> Yeah. >> Over what though? Do you remember any specific? >> I was hanging out with my friend Becky. I'm um been friends with her since 2020 and he said I was outside with some guys and and was talking to us about >> outside like here. >> Yeah. Yeah. Like down there and anyways, but yeah. So that's >> so he got mad over that you were with someone that he didn't know. >> Yeah. He thought to some guys and Yeah. >> Okay. And then All right. And then what happened while you guys were arguing? We just kept arguing and we came outside. I guess he was going to leave and I tripped like the web or something like that and I fell and I just >> as you were falling down you said you were trying to like catch yourself and by >> then you grabbed him by by the shirt. >> Yeah. >> At this point the woman claimed the injuries were the result of an argument with her boyfriend. She said she had fallen during the dispute and pulled him while trying to steady herself. But as officers continued questioning her, they began to wonder how much of the story she was leaving out. >> So when you were falling down, you were up like in front of him or you were in behind him? >> I was in front of him. >> In front of him. Okay. >> So how was his shirt first off if you don't mind me? >> Um it was like a little corner like that on >> You were in front of him, correct? >> Yeah. >> So how does you falling? >> I was just trying to catch myself. I just I wasn't really >> Well, you were falling forward. >> I was falling backwards. I was in front of him. You were falling backwards >> and you were trying to like reach. >> Yeah. I can touch your hand real quick. >> Yeah. >> And then is that was is that was outside or inside when you were falling? >> What happened to your finger? My nose. I have >> you were outside when you were falling or you were inside when you were falling? >> I was outside right in front of the door. >> Outside. Okay. Did you Did you end up falling or No, >> I wasn't almost but no. >> You didn't fall down. You were able to like hold to his shirt while you were >> like it wasn't a like a fall. No. >> Okay. >> Yeah. No. >> So you you were you were not pushing around or if you guys were not pushing each other around? >> No. Nothing. >> Like um >> so everything was fine when he showed up and then you guys, you know, end up in a bed and then you guys start arguing >> and Yeah. >> So how he found out that you were outside? >> I was I told him. >> Okay. literally just talking to them cuz they asked me about their dog that had ran away and asked if I had seen the dog and he I guess I see when he had pulled up he saw me outside with her and some guys and he thought I was like up to no good cuz I've been drinking and >> he saw you outside with some people yeah and I was just talking to them because they said that their dog had ran away or whatever and but I was with my female friend Becky >> but he got mad when he saw you >> and I tripped over literally a curb like that and that's how the shark got ripped cuz I >> you guys hit after you were arguing outside or >> before. >> As the investigation progressed without showing much emotion, the suspect continued repeating the same story. But as officers looked closer at the evidence, it became increasingly clear that the truth might be very different from what she was claiming. >> He saw you outside was coming from work, right? That's what they told me. >> Like we didn't really we got in an argument over the text like text messages. >> Text me. Okay. But then I mean like when he came inside we were fine and then we started to have and then let it like there go too well and then Yeah. >> Oh what giving up? >> Um then that was the argument and we came outside cuz he was going to leave and that's Yeah. So I accident >> Okay. Anything with tonight? >> Yeah. >> Does drink too much? Any abuse of or anything? >> No. >> You guys have wood? >> No. I can't have >> what? Okay. No. He's saying that you attacked him with um what is that keys in your left hand? You had keys. You him couple of times and then with a knife with this part of the knife, not with the edge part. You hit him couple of times. >> Is that true? It's not true. >> No. >> Can I ask you to just put your hands out of your pockets? I trust you have anything sharp or anything that might hurt me, but still let's keep it. >> Yeah. Sorry. Now it's cold. >> No, I understand. I'm cold as well, but please keep your hands out of your pockets. There we go. Thank you. >> So, what what do you want done? How you guys What going to happen after a while? >> I can keep on living together or >> Yeah. I Yeah. >> Oh, >> so you guys been together for on and off one, two years or something? >> Yeah. I mean, like, yeah. >> Okay. However, the suspect didn't realize that the false accusations she had made against her boyfriend were about to lead to unexpected consequences. By that point, officers had already uncovered evidence suggesting she had attacked him, possibly attempting to seriously injure him with a sharp object. >> I have a couple questions before you going on whatever was going on. Like, you called the 911, right? >> Yeah. >> And clearly on the 911 call, I heard the voicemail, voice message saying that he raped you, but you just said we had >> Did he rape you? He didn't rape you. But this one can go south. He didn't. He didn't want to like sit there and do Yeah, I know. I didn't want to like say that, but I was just upset. Did >> he rape you or he didn't? >> No. No, >> he didn't rape you. >> No, I >> Why did you say over the radio? Over >> you were I was upset. >> You were upset. That's why you you lied. >> Well, you you're saying some somebody raped you. That's a big deal. Now you're saying he didn't rape you. You cannot be lying to the police stating that somebody raped. Somebody can end up in jail because of something like that. You know, right? Turn around though. A little bit more. >> Oh yeah. >> Um, this one is fine. I got it. >> You shouldn't have anything that's going to happen. No, I don't have a video. >> Sorry. Tomorrow. Watch out, please. >> Mr. B. Show me a video. He a couple of times like he's got a video. you you're holding your uh keys in your left hand. Can you come in then with a knife hit someone like give me just a couple minutes. >> In the end, the suspect was arrested and charged with domestic battery and falsely reported to police. Moving to a case where officers stepped in to save a boyfriend. This time from a girlfriend whose reaction to a simple phone argument went further than anyone expected. >> I got the out. You don't have a warrant. I don't have to. I got choked up because he's been drinking. I throw beers the road. He choked me out of corner. He choked me the out scratch on. >> He choked me out, sir. You choked me out. >> How did he get to scratch? >> I don't know. No, sir. >> Stand up. Stand up. >> What are you talking about? >> Please do. >> I didn't even do anything. I didn't do nothing to nobody. >> I didn't do nothing to nobody. My car is stolen. On June 15th, 2024, officers in Florida received a call from a man accusing his girlfriend of domestic battery after she allegedly lunged at him with a knife. When officers arrived, they found the woman extremely aggressive. Showing no intimidation by the officer's presence, she continued trying to attack her boyfriend. Gina, >> CHOKE ME OUT. TAKE YOUR ALCOHOL AND GET OUT OF HERE. >> GINA, stay up there. >> KICK SOMEBODY ELSE OUT. >> YOU CHOKE ME OUT, you put your hand, get in the in front of the house, >> dude. We're going to help. >> I know. I know. >> But this is the time that she needs to actually get locked up. >> Well, you need to tell us what happened. >> Listen, we was in the house. She's been beating me all freaking day, dude. >> Punching me in the back of the head like this. I went to le I I left three se separate times to go get a haircut, one to the store, you know, just taking a walk cuz this is what my boss told me to do. I've been taking walks, man. I've been I've been I went to the haircut, got my haircut, and and she's she's just outrageous. She's got a knife. She cut me with it and then and then and then I had to hide it from her after the fact that she she sliced me with it. I don't know if you guys see it, but I got blood on my hands. I said, "Damn, man. Oh, dude. Now I got So now we got to get law enforcement involved." She's been acting crazy all freaking day, man. I don't want no problems. Seriously. And And I don't know, man. I I don't know what to tell you. She She took my shoes from me. She freaking everything. I don't know. She's talking with somebody on the phone and and and I don't know who the hell she's talking with, but I'm just trying to keep it calm, cool, and collective. And obviously, there's a mark on my face, dude. And and and dude, I don't know. I just don't want to deal with it no more, man. And and I'm I'm cool with PADD, man. You guys are cool. You >> So So what started this whole argument today? >> I don't know, man. And I just went to go get a haircut. >> But I thought she was you before you got a haircut. >> She was. >> So what started that? >> An argument. I don't know. She goes, "Oh, well, you can't you can't um uh take us out then then I can't be with you." I said, "All right, that's fine." You know what I mean? Like whatever. >> At that point, the man explained that the argument had been going on for most of the day, adding that fights like this were not unusual for the couple. But when his girlfriend threatened him with a knife and left marks on his face, he realized he could not handle the situation any longer and called the police. The woman was later identified as Gina. >> But I listen, I have not started no problems today and and I don't know. I live here. I just I don't know, man. >> Are you guys even dating still? >> Yeah. >> How long you been dating? >> For 4 years now. >> Listen, I just don't want no problems, man. You know what I mean? Look at Look what she's doing, dude. You know what I mean? Like, yo, I don't want no problems, man. Obviously, I'm the chill one. You know what I mean? Like, >> let me see the back of your head. >> Where she Where she been heading? >> She struck me back here, but but she punched me in the head. I mean, you guys are not going to see that, but but there's a she cut me with a knife. I don't know. There's an abrasion somewhere cuz I I know I saw blood. I don't know, man. All right, put your hands out flat like this. Palms up. >> Listen up. >> Let me see your face. Let me see the back of your head. >> All right, turn around. >> Yes, sir. >> Well, then come out here. >> I got the out. You don't have a warrant. I don't have to. I got >> Then tell me what happened. I GOT CHOKED THE BED. STOP. >> LEAVE ME ALONE. >> TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED. >> I GOT OUT. >> How did you get out? [laughter] >> Because he's been drinking. I threw all his beers in THE GROUND. HE ME OUT IN A CORNER. He me the out. He hurt me out. Heard me. He me out. He called his mom. He told his mom to call you guys. I told his mom to stop calling me 3 hours ago. He the god straight. We did a hotline. You me the out. >> Okay. How did that start? >> Cuz he's been drinking. I don't want nothing to do with that. He's no I don't want with that. Your ex-girlfriend now. Don't me out. He me out in my corner. >> Gina, how do you get the scratch on his face? >> What? >> How did you get the scratch? >> I didn't stretch him. >> As the investigation progressed, officers were speaking with the man when Gina suddenly came out of the house completely out of control, shouting and acting aggressively. The tension quickly escalated as Gina began making new accusations, claiming that she had been physically assaulted. However, when officers questioned her about the marks on her boyfriend's face, her reaction showed them just how difficult this situation was going to be. >> He me the out of my scratch. He me out, sir. >> How did he get the scratch? >> I don't know. >> Okay. Did you hear him today? >> No, sir. Okay. >> Do you know how long you guys been dating? [sighs] >> I don't know, sir. Out. You don't know how long you guys been dating cuz you got >> Sir, I don't want to do that. I don't even want to I don't even want part of that no more. I got out. >> It's a simple question. How long you guys been dating? >> I don't know. >> Do you need medical? [laughter] >> I got I needed medical 3 hours ago, but if I would have called you guys with some problems, I got the out. God knows the truth right now. [laughter] >> Gina, God, >> sir, I gotina, let me ask you. Do you need medical now? I don't want to be bothered by nobody or nobody's problems. I got out. >> Do you need medical now? >> I got out. >> Tina, do you need medical attention right now? >> Hours ago when I got out right now? Do you need out? >> Go at him. He me out. He out. He me out. And I'm hurt. And I'm hurt and I'm crying about it, >> guys. >> My mom's watching everything. How you trying me like that? I'm going back in my house. You ain't got no You ain't got no war. He's me the out. No, sir. I got the out. I'm not getting set the up. >> I got out. >> What do you mean? What's my plan? My plan is to press charges on her. >> Okay. >> I have a scratch on my face. She's been beating me all day. That That That's the plan. I want a sergeant out here if anything. >> Okay. >> I have a scratch on my face. Yes. I I want to press charges. >> Okay. So, here's the thing, right? Yes, sir. >> I I need her to go either go to TC or go to jail. >> I can't make her go to circles care. >> Okay. Well, then she's going to jail then. >> I can't I can't say that. >> Okay. Well, I have a mark on my face. >> Okay. It's your word against her is this at this point. >> I'm not doing you wrong. I've never done you wrong. >> At this point, the situation was far from clear. Both sides were accusing each other of physical assault. But when officers questioned Gina's boyfriend about the allegations made against him, his reaction raised even more concern. >> Oh, what's going on? I can't determine a primary aggressor. She's saying one thing, you're saying another. So he said, she said. There's no independent witnesses. >> She has no marks on her. She She abused me. She I'm the She abu She's been abusing me all day. >> You keep coming back, dude. >> I understand that. But she's been abusing me all day.
