That way you guys know we'll work on >> All right. Yeah, it's just been a hot minute since I did it. So, >> [ __ ] out of here. [ __ ] >> [ __ ] Then you might as well just sign it. >> I just pissed her ran from the cops. >> What are you doing? >> And I'm [ __ ] Thank you. >> Go big or go home, I guess. >> See you later, bud. you douche. >> All right, Daniel. So, my name is Peter. Uh, I was the officer that tried to stop you. I was not the arresting officer. Those were the Onidita County guys. Okay. So, I'm the one that transported you. I was the one that tried to stop you. Okay. So, I just got a couple things I got to ask you. Are you willing to do field sobriety tests for me? >> Is that a yes or a no? >> That's true. So, are you going to do fields so Friday? >> Well, otherwise he going to take me to Rally and take my blood. >> I believe Anthony will draw your blood here. >> Well, I didn't even see it. >> Well, well, you just got to read this before I can even do that. Do you want to do field sobriety test or no? >> I do the field sobriety test. I'll do the [ __ ] drug bug. You want to name it, do it. >> Okay. Yeah, we'll do the field sobriety tests. >> Are you doing them in here or in the salt? In here is fine if you have enough room. >> But I give or take that's for you. >> Okay. >> He says thank you, but you need to be cooperative. Okay. >> Okay. [laughter] >> Well, you're not going to do that part yet. I don't think >> he's going to do this part. So, you got to look at Pete. >> All right, Daniel. We're gonna do three tests. Okay. >> I can make this simple for you. >> Okay. >> I'm drunk. >> I'm good. I failed. >> Okay. >> I appreciate the honesty, man. But I offer the tests if you want to do them. We don't have to. >> What do you want me to do? [ __ ] You already know I'm going to fail. >> I don't know that. I want to give you the benefit. I want to give you the benefit of the doubt. Okay. >> All right. All right. >> Okay. So, I'm going to have you do is stand with your feet together, arms down at your sides. Just mimic me. Okay. So, I'm going to do is I'm going to do a series of passes with my index finger in front of your face. Follow it with your eyes only. Do not move your head >> and just stay in the position that you're in. Do you understand? >> Okay. Are you wearing contacts or anything? >> No. >> Okay. I know you did get some pepper ball spray in there. Yeah. >> Can you see the top of my finger? >> Yeah. I'm supposed to need glasses. You You're supposed to need glasses. Okay. But can you see the top of my finger here? >> Yes. >> Okay. Can you tip your head down just a little bit and open your eyes a little wider? Perfect. Just follow the tip of my finger. What are you doing? Like I said, it's going to be a bunch of passes. Okay, keep looking. Keep looking. Keep looking. Keep looking. Keep looking. Good. >> Okay, you can stand and rest easy. All right. So, this next one, it's going to be a walking exercise. Ultimately, what you're going to do, >> you're going to take you're going to take nine steps. You're going to turn around and take nine sets. Yep. >> All right. So, I'm going to demonstrate it for you. Okay. And we have good lines in here that we can follow. >> So, I'll have you take a couple steps back. Sergeant Zar, can you have him go back there a little bit? >> Do you have any questions? Does that make sense, >> Daniel? >> Okay. Do you understand? I want you to understand the instructions before you start. >> I fail. I fail. >> Okay. All right, you can begin when you're ready. Just remember, keep your arms down at your sides, look at your feet, and count out loud. >> You said left foot, right? >> Left foot on the line first. Right foot in front of left. >> Why is it always going to be the left foot? >> That's just the standard procedure. It's the standardized field soiety test. >> Rightanded. >> It shouldn't matter if you're right or left-handed. It's all about your feet. >> But this is how you catch a ball. >> Is that how you bowl? >> I'm the same. Okay. >> All cops have routine. >> That's right. >> I can't change it. >> All right. >> All right. Ready when you are. >> 1 2 3 4 5 and 10. >> Okay. All right. We'll stop you. I don't want you to fall over. Okay. You're pretty pretty wobbly here. Okay, there's another test. It's balancing on one foot or do you think you'd be able to do it? >> But this is why you guys do multiple tests is because >> Yeah. >> I passed the one, failed the other. >> Okay. >> No, give me the other. >> Okay. All right. All right. So, what I'll have you do, it's just the beginning of beginning steps of the first one. So, bring your feet together, arms down by your sides like this. Okay. When I tell you to begin, you can choose whatever foot you want, but I want you to take that foot and raise it above the ground about 6 in. Okay? I want you to look at the raised foot, keeping your arms down by your sides, and count out loud in the following manner. 1,00 1,002 1,003 until you tell you to stop. >> And if I fail, what should I mean? >> If you fail, we'll take it from there. We'll cross that bridge when we get there. Like I said, I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt. I want you to try to do all these tests for yourself, too. All right. So, do you understand the instructions? >> Very good. >> Okay. Feet down by your side or arms down by your side. Feet together. Lift that foot and count out loud. >> Like this? >> Nope. Arms down by your side like this. Then you raise either foot. You can raise your right foot or your left foot. Okay. Privileges will be revoked and you will be subject to other penalties. The test results or the fact that you refuse testing can be used against you in court. If you take all the requested tests, you may choose to take further tests. So, Daniel, will you submit to an evidentary chemical test of your blood? Okay. Is that a yes? >> Yes. Yes or no, bud? >> Yes. [ __ ] >> Is Terra still your PO? >> Yes. >> She's pretty good. >> I just started a new job. >> Court records show that Daniel later pleaded guilty to felony fourth offense operating while intoxicated. As part of a plea agreement, the charges of fleeing and eluding an officer, resisting or obstructing an officer, and seconddegree recklessly endangering safety were dismissed but read in. On June 17th, 2026, Daniel was sentenced to 18 months in state prison, followed by two and a half years of extended supervision. His driver's license was revoked for 36 months, and he was ordered to install an ignition interlock device for 3 years after regaining driving privileges.
