Police responded to a single vehicle crash and found the driver is still seated inside. When officers and medics attempted to check on her condition, she immediately became hostile, refused medical aid, and began yelling insults and slurs at police. Despite repeated efforts to calm her and assess her safety, she continued shouting threats and aggressively confronting officers. During the encounter, she intentionally spat on an officer while still inside the vehicle, escalating the situation. She was detained and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and two counts of resisting. However, hospital scans later revealed a small brain tumor, which doctors stated likely caused her extreme emotional and behavioral outbursts. Due to this medical finding, prosecutors ultimately dropped all charges.
