An officer notices a car parked in a Walmart space reserved for law enforcement. When the driver sees the patrol car, he immediately leaves and pulls into a nearby gas station. What could have ended as a warning quickly escalates. The officer reports smelling marijuana and orders the driver to step out of the vehicle. The driver refuses, calls his mother, and argues that he has done nothing wrong. As officers try to gain control, the car suddenly moves with an officer partially inside. A taser is deployed, and the driver is taken to the ground and placed in custody. He later admits to heroin use and complains of chest pain.
