then you came home went and had your cigar on the porch yeah right and you haven't drank since which you already told me which is fine on my backyard so that's where we're at so so you don't want to go through the test would you provide a preliminary breath test for me again it has no bearing in court it just shows me whether or not alcohol is on board which you already told me there was so all it's going to do is confirm to me that you're not lying to me I'm not saying that you're lying to me I'm just saying that I never dealt with you before so you know obviously all it does is confirm
