This is how a quiet block got torn apart in under an hour. Hello. You having issues with your neighbor? Yeah, but make it so bad. I'm kind of I'm a little pissed off. When officers first arrived, they were greeted by shaken residents who claimed their windows were smashed and a neighbor had gone on a rampage. They say he came back minutes after police had left earlier. And that's when the destruction began because he went over there starting with them first and the police came. Nobody came over here, knocked on this door. Nobody asked anything. And 5 minutes later, he back here busting out windows. Now, mind you, we don't know from me to them. We all don't know what the his problem is. He just came out acting crazy. He threatened her. She called the police. They came. They talked to us for 5 seconds to pull it off. 10 minutes later, we as we're standing there, they like he There he is right there. And we heard smash. He smashed two windows. Okay. Like I said, they called, they called across the street, not knock. And 10 minutes later, he's back here busting windows. Now, mind you, when they came, they never came and knocked on the man's door. They never came and talked to him. They left in literally 5 minutes. And 10 minutes later, he's out here busting out windows for no reason. Yeah. He went back to his house cuz he did nothing illegal. Cuz he did nothing illegal when we were out here. What was it that happened? So he was yelling at them, went over to like their uh the sidewalk and was like spitting and just like throwing racial slurs at them like he comes out. There was a car here not here. Oh, all right. And so, when you guys came and everything, you guys left, the two lady came over because when he turned around, he he told a 16-year-old that house too to show up YouTube the Bor. And so, they came out and he was already inside the house. So, when the ladies come and talk to me, I told them the whole thing. And she was like, "Yeah, cuz I heard passing." And she was like, "I'm not even talking about he was to us and probably to one of our kids, too." And so she came over, she knocked on the door. She said, "Hey, that's not good." And all that. We saw all that, but he didn't come out. And so went around the house, their house, and they came back. Oh no, he just smashed the windows of my sister and my brother's car. I'm like, "How did he do that? I don't know." And so she told her brother to come and her brother knock on the door. He didn't even come out or anything. And I know I don't know who called you guys after this. Either him or them. Sure. And then all Yeah. Did you see him break windows or anything? Oh, no. We saw him come out from the back when we hear like two big thuds when they took his brother. So, you saw him come out and then you were the baby. Yeah, I saw him come out and then while I was talking to the ladies here and then that's when the lady was like I think he came out and then he ran back to the door. Okay. So, you saw him come out of the house, heard the two back door. Mhm. And then you saw him go back inside. Okay. Okay. I might be playing but I'm not sure. Okay. After multiple witness statements and mounting evidence, officers returned to place the man under arrest. But the situation immediately turned chaotic. Uh, let me give you the report number.
