You're a cop. I'm a police officer with city of Felac. What's going on today? No, I backed up too fast. Oh, you backed up too. before you hit the Yeah, I took a hit there. Okay. What's going on here? Um, we decided to drink and it's just this whole thing and recent thing is he backed up out of the car and then picked up forward. Okay. Did he do anything to you? He kicked me. He kicked you? I don't have anything on. I need to go prove it. But yeah, he kicked me. Where did he kick you at? Like right here. When did that happen? Like 30 minutes ago. And then he busted our router over his knee. I think he threw it away and he was just yelling and screaming at me. What's he upset about? Cuz I asked if he got drinks tonight. So he came home drunk. No, he Were you drinking inside? We were drinking inside, but he was secretly drinking. And I asked, "Do you get drinks today?" And then me asking if he got drinks just when he kicked you, did that cause you pain? Okay, I'm fine now. It was just like the shock. Yeah. How long you've been living together? 9 years. 9 years. Are you married? No. Do you have any kids? No. Kind of been private tonight. You asked him if he had been drinking. and he got upset and then he kicked you and broke the router inside. Mhm. And then after that you guys came out and I I was just sitting in our back room just silent just you know sitting there cuz I didn't want anything at this time. How much damage you got? Some Oh, I see. Can I leave officer? Not right now. We're still investigating what's going on here. Anything to drink at all tonight, alcohol-wise? I tried a little bit, but I wasn't planning on going anywhere. Sure. Did he make any threats or anything towards you? Um, not to me. He tried to shoot up our landlords. Did he tell them that? No, he was. He was just talking about it. He was literally saying, "Oh, you guys were walking up." Has he ever done anything like this in the past? Has it been reported before? This isn't the first time kind of just got to a level where you can't maybe this already happened earlier this week. This week I think I've been so many times. But tonight so far it's just been the kicking, breaking the router and then just yelling yelling, screaming, calling me a whole ton of names. Do you have any injuries or do you need an ambulance for anything? No, I'm okay. I'll be back in a minute if you just want to actually let me grab your information real quick. What's up you guys? What do you want to do? I'm just gonna Hold on a minute. I want talk to this officer. He's he's kind of asking the questions. Trying to make sure that everyone's okay. Yeah. You want to lean up against the car? I don't care. Any weapons on you at all? Just the tape. What frustrated you tonight besides hitting the garage? Sounds like you were a little frustrated before that. What's that? I can't even. It was something smaller. Oh, you mean you got like in an argument? No, no, no. We didn't. No, we had no argument. It was just I was thinking I was going for coffee and I'm off with Police Department. Can you tell me what's going on tonight? Oh, sorry, offic. This is I went out for coffee and I backed out too hard and as you can see, I smashed into the uh side of the uh garage there. Smashed up my car. Have you been drinking tonight? Yes. Yeah. How much did you have to drink? I had a few drinks. What what happened before you even got into your car? What happened? What got you upset inside? Cuz there's some stuff that happened before you got into the car. Why are you upset? [Music] She say upset. Yeah, she just said that you were yelling a little bit and got physical at one point. So, I just want to hear your side of the story on what happened. I mean, I've had some drinks tonight, but yeah. Like, did you get mad when she asked you if you had been drinking tonight? Like, just get you a little angry a little bit. Mhm. But like nothing mad normal because I'm just trying to figure out how much you had to drink just so I can kind of gauge where you're at. usually buy tall boys. I mean, they're cheaper. Well, how many of those did you have? What time is it right now? Little bit after midnight. 15 after midnight. I started drinking around 6:00 p.m. 6:00 p.m. And how many of the tall boys did you have since then? You don't know how? Five. You don't do any tests? What about just the breath test? No. No. Sorry, officer. Okay, now you have that right. So, uh, can you stand up? Sorry. So, at this point, you can be placed under arrest. Don't reach your pockets for battery. Do you have any weapons on you or anything that's going to poke me or stick me? You can check, sir, but I I don't have it on. You have anything on you? Okay. So, you'll do paperwork with her. I can do the crash. Okay. I appreciate that. Crash. Do the paperwork. She said I kicked her. Um, she said that's what she said. Yeah. And so, I just want to But I can't ask you any questions right now cuz I haven't read your rights yet. So, suppose I should shut up then. Yeah. You know, I'm surprised how comfortable these cuffs are. Yeah. I try to painful. I see all those [ __ ] things where it's just like, "Oh my god, the cuffs are killing me." Yeah. It's honestly not that bad. I appreciate you being decent with me. No, officer. We've had incidents. I love that woman, but godamn that she put me through some stupid [ __ ] And I mean, first of all, I don't want to get shot by any of you fine police officers. Well, realistically, am I going to um am I going to get out here like tonight? I have work tomorrow. We'll see how things go. It just depends. You know, a lot of my family was telling me I feel like it was probably a good idea. [Music] You doing okay back there? Yeah, I'm fine. I just thought something really ironic. I had thoughts about joining the US Army. Okay. Or the Navy. It was the army or the navy cuz uh I actually tested really well for um on my ASVAB. You're going to the police station we got going on. You got to test my blood. Yeah. So once we get there, I'm going to read you a tour and I'll kind of explain it to you. You are married right now then? So you're married right now then, officer? Mhm. Yeah. Correct. So things are going good though? Yeah. Well, I'm glad for you, officer. I appreciate that. God damn it. Nobody in my family told me to marry that [ __ ] moment and I did it anyway. I'm going to lose my job, you know? Let me go in like the next like four or five hours. I have to go to bed and get to work. You have a bond. Will you be able to bond out? Uh, I mean, how much do I have to pay? I'll have to add it all up once. I mean, realistically, yeah, I can pay it. It's just I don't know how much it is. One sec. I'll be back in a second. I said realistically, yeah, I can pay it. It's just how much do you want? Like, 15 2500. How much do you want for bond? So, I'll have to add it all up. I don't know. how much it'll be yet. I don't think it'll be. Well, what do I got on me, other officer? So, right now there's going to be some sit. So, the OWI, that's just a citation. So, that you don't have to pay right now. I have battery and disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property. Criminal dam. No, not for the router. That's for uh backing into that building. Oh [ __ ] God damn it. Yeah. criminal. I don't The wording is funny. That's just how Yeah, you got me, buddy. These cuffs are pretty uncomfortable. Supposed I thought you were crazy. Still keep being cooperative. Once we go inside, I can take them off. Oh, yeah. So, I was just saying it there. I got to say it is kind of liberating. Officer, I've kind of already resigned to the fact that I'm going to lose my job over this. You said you might be able to bond out, so you might Oh, yeah. I can bond out just fine. I got like 20k in my bank account. I'll be fine. It's just I don't know that I didn't want to go to work and deal with that [ __ ] I'll talk to her and I get the feeling she like she told you guys all the things you need to know to put cuffs on me. I don't think she entirely understood what things she said at but at the same time I mean well good discussion. So this is the informing the accused form. Um, under Wisconsin's implied consent law, I'm required to read this notice to you. You've either been arrested for an offense that involves driving or operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs or both, or you're the operator of a vehicle that was involved in an accident that caused the death of great bodily harm to or substantial body harm to a person, or you are suspected of driving or being on duty time with respect to a commercial motor vehicle and consuming an intoxicating beverage. This law enforcement agency now wants to test one or more samples of your breath, blood, or urine to determine the concentration of alcohol or drugs in your system. If any test shows more alcohol in your system than the law permits while driving, your operating privilege will be suspended. If you refuse to take any tests that this law that this agency requests, your operating privileges will be revoked and you will be subject to other penalties. So, you're testing my blood for alcohol. Um, basically. Yeah, basically. Okay. I mean, we can list right now. Yeah. I just need a yes or no answer. If you refuse the tests or if you're willing to do the tests and if you need me to reread any part of this, I can reread it, too. Well, what happens if I say no? So, if you say no, I will apply for a search warrant and then if it's granted by a judge, then we'll still go in and do the testing. Well, like what do you mean? Like if I say no, I mean it's going to take like a day or two, I'm assuming, to get the search warrant. Yeah. No, the we have a process where it I have to fill out some paperwork and then I call up the judge and he looks over the paperwork to see if there's probable cause. So, realistically, if I say no, you will test me within what 24 hours. It would still be within the same like still tonight. Oh, if if the judge you'll just keep me in here and then you'll get the judge and he'll say yes and then I'll get my blood tested. It's up to the judge to decide. It's up to you though. Do you want to Well, who's the judge? I'm not sure who the on call judge is right now. Circuit court judge. Yeah. Yep. It's one of them. They have an on call judge. They they rotate through who's on call. Okay. So, if I say yes, I can win right now, right? Mhm. Get tested. I have to make the arrest. And at this point, I do suspect that you were intoxicated. So, I guess you have a yes or no answer. Will you submit to an evidentary chemical test of your blood? Well, sir, can I if I say yes, you'll test my blood right now? Yep. We'll go in right now. We'll get it done and then we'll be back out sooner. What will happen if I say yes? Will I go back in my house? If you say yes. Yes. Um, that depends on So, with domestics, there's paperwork we have to fill out for called the contact prohibition. So, there's a 72-hour no contact prohibition. wants to enforce that, then you wouldn't be allowed back there for 72 hours. I mean, [ __ ] it. I guess I'll test it now. And then, do you know anyone that will be able to pick you up? Well, actually, never mind. We'll have to go to the jail first anyway. But if you do, [ __ ] Am I going to be in a [ __ ] jail cell? Uh, you'll have a bond, but you'll also for this responsib responsibility agreement, you'll need to find someone to pick you up. Otherwise, you have to sit at the jail for until you get below a certain level. Like realistically, it's not simply like hours. They're probably going to get some police report from me and they're going to fire me. So, I can't just like leave here and walk. Oh, well, we'll have to go to the jail first because you have to bond. But so it'll be from the jail. But um uh can I take a quiz first? Yeah, we Well, we have to do blood draw first, but yeah, you can you'll be able to do that and we'll get you a drink, too. I'm I don't have the exact numbers on what his bond is going to be. Um but he needs a responsible party that can pick him up from the jail if he is going to leave. Otherwise, he has to sit at the jail until he is sober. Um, so he said he he'll have enough money, but it's going to be uh roughly $1,000 or 1500. I'll have to add it all up once I get back out to my squad car. But that's a rough est. We we we're not at the jail yet. We're still at the hospital doing the blood draw, but we'll be heading to the jail probably within the hour. I was trying to kick her ass. I gave her a kick, but I have to like put it back possibly be. Yeah. So, when basically whatever your blood is at when they take it, that's what is going to be the official level. Well, either way, um you get charged with operating while intoxicated cuz that happens tonight. But what you get let off on is the prohibited alcohol concentration level. Hi. Hi. Hello. Hello. Was there any medical treatment? No. Um like recently? No. No. As in No. Thank you. Since we're going to the jail, I'm just going to have to handcuff you in front. Brandon was charged with disorderly conduct, misdemeanor battery for kicking his wife, and operating while intoxicated. If you like content like this, please like and subscribe.
