need to get him on a flat more of a flat surface here y with compressions do not stop compr 5 yeah I want to get just a rhythm check on it we already had a no shock advice said there was a injury to out airbag were you guys involved or did you witness it okay I was sitting right here when the the truck came flying by I thought he hit me but I don't know if to do what what truck I'm sorry I just that one down there yeah okay it came flying through here I don't know what happened but it came flying through and hit a bunch of cars and then FW down that way okay where was this car the guy in that car where was he had it do you know straight that way so was there a were you guys have a red light or something something or I was yeah it had it had just turned red it was green but there was like the traffic was I don't know if there was a lot of if it was like paused right there cuz we it wasn't solid going but then it turned yellow and red so I waited obviously cuz it was red and then all of a sudden this that and this that truck down there yeah that's the one that hit every this this car they were turning in front of you no nobody was turning everyone was going straight or that I knew of I didn't so that truck hit these cars too yeah and push them out yeah okay all righty can you guys just hang me so it was just these two in this car here we had to pull her out um all right so TW is working on this never had a pulse with him I think they're going to did you get hit in your car no IO no okay do you want to move your car up over there thank you appreciate it want me to hang to my house okay so you're going up to Appleton or you're going back was going to Appleton to to ashkash my house ashkash your house is in ashkash yeah okay and what's in St Cloud uh St Cloud was a project I work on okay and that's where you're coming from right now that's where I was going from that's my workplace okay what time do you get done with work I got done probably right before all this I know what time do you get done though like do you remember what time you got done I normally don't work on a Saturday and Sunday but today I worked okay and my workers didn't show up so I worked okay and then I any idea what time you worked till I worked until 4: 4ish 5 and then what between 4 and 5 I headed home now here this right now do you know about what time it is right now if you had a guess if I had to guess 5:30 all right yeah anything to drink at all today no no no oh [ __ ] this hand hurts really bad so you usually come down 23 I'm assuming from s cloud I come down 23 to take 151 around to 41 black and then hit 41 okay that's all right we're going to throw a coll on you here okay you want me to step out yep try to slide your butt that hurts yeah yeah you feel intoxicated uh is he is he drunk I can't smell anything on him right now but I be say i't been that close so right I was doing super with him but we pulled him out of the driver's seat um she has no idea what happened she's got a huge gash in the back of her head they're probably going to soon sure so he's um he's the ATA driver from what I've understood B should I told B to track him down and talk to him so we're trying to get a hold of literally anybody I called lieutenants Captain gski Sheriff nobody gotcha all right it looks like we got a couple Vehicles work with Bryer um I I I don't know why don't you just start taking pictures but otherwise way back there okay I say Bryer is working on insurance information for every car that was involved too um we got a fatal on 151 and 41 so um I got highway coming out here I'm assuming we're going to want to Recon it uh the one driver who died it might be drunk but the ATA driver I don't know what condition yet um just Recon I think we his house in Oshkosh takes 151 South all the way around fond like it's on 41 okay wases North I was I don't smell nothing on did he say what happened at all he doesn't remember anything not a thing a major concussion on him okay where is he going him they just got him up to the road for the next ambulance to transport him okay is he the only one in that car only one in this one okay all righty let's do um yeah hey yep hello were you in the passenger seat of this vehicle can you tell did you remember what happened um we were waiting for this Lane here this left lane cuz it turns but we were the first ones at the red light back there okay so which direction were you guys going like we were in the five we were going to turn on South 40 okay we were the we were on the other side of the yep waiting at the red light yeah we were the first ones at the red light I think that truck was the one that caused it cuz he was the one going the fastest and we heard the screeching then we heard hit this car and then they hit us okay we didn't end up here we were initially parked where you guys were working on at first we pulled up you were the first one at the red light waiting at the red light that vehicle right there was behind you yeah okay and then the other vehic behind them hit that vehicle which hit you well we were we were the first ones at the red light because it was green but there was this whole Lane was backed up we knew we couldn't wait in the intersection cor he was in the right lane so this guy he flew past him he was in the left he was three cars behind us this guy these old people were in the right lane he never stopped that's I think that and then he blasted into them and they actually went Diagon I don't feel like it was a direct hit on us I feel like it was a more sense there would be a teeter why they got fully t- and we got so he was in the right Lan been here the whole time he never heard brakes I only heard he his brakes cuz he after he hit this car he kept flying still he had so his car at the ABS and it just locked him into the ditch okay all right is he okay down there he's okay he's okay yep okay um did anyone ask for your name or anything perfect I appreciate it did he ask for insurance company he took my name I didn't give him a carard what do you have for insurancea insurance you told him that though sound okay um just in very brief conversation with the female I can smell alcohol but the highway department on the line they have a couple questions are you available for a call affirmative 117 do you have um her info too what's that do you have the girls info that got trans Sergeant col hey Annie so so that vehicle was waiting at the this it was green but traffic was backed up all the way back to here okay so they waited cuz they didn't want to be on the intersection all right this vehicle is the second one behind that white vehicle okay that truck came flying up at the green light hit as pack this one and then this one went into that one so he's the ATA driver he's the ATA driver correct um [ __ ] okay when you're doing CPR you have to overcome the pressure in the chest that breathing gives to actually refill the heart and get blood get blood moving around okay so that's why I just said just Oh no you're good you know I I don't want to come in here and you know anybody you're good I totally understood he's going to St Agnes all right what's your first name bud Brian Brian Brian Brian does that truck belong to you or is it a company truck that's Myck that's your truck all right 36 I have a white SUV here saying they have children involved in the crash wondering where they can go you advised copy go ahead with that state 366 I copy thank you thank you 45 call go I'm assuming he's a diabetic if we could get a blood sugar on him as soon as possible certainly if you want to jump in there go go to the side and just hit T I'm coming um how many witness statements have you handed on and then the white car the white car there okay has anybody given one to that black truck you know I have you given out any witness statements at all was this car involved at all I don't he struck at all she was a witness I told her not to leave back up like 15 [Applause] ft yeah she can up your car wasn't hit at all was it I thought it was but it doesn't look like it but it sure can I just have you back up about 15 ft we're going to take pictures of the debris under your car so thank you 483 at the hospital with and try and get inform why don't you just go to the hospital just go to the hospital and talk to her and then work on not work on notification and everything like that good so they are they think that something seriously as wildare as well so I'll let you know with him but try to figure out family meican everything like that yep his wallet and my Med bag are over there so just keep that there all righty can you hey burkel you didn't get a witness statement from anybody else did you no okay nobody ever witnessed it everybody else just came on scene and start helping with CPR I got it can you go do the black truck too you going to be able to keep track of all that what all who you talk to and everything okay [Applause] so this is our ATA driver um he's diabetic but his blood sug came back normal okay hey question for you not real well versed in these crashes um the ATA the ATA driver we don't think he's intoxicated I don't know where we're at with implied consent laws for we me for but he's in like a pretty uh he got a pretty good concussion out of the deal would we try to obtain a search warrant for his blood still or okay we're just going to go for a warrant cuz he's he doesn't remember anything so I don't I don't want to get that foggy so okay no couldn't smell anything I think I think the person who is deceased who was not the outfall driver might have been drinking cuz the passenger in his car is intoxicated but the driver who fault I don't think is so okay someone's got to do that all right but let's have any cameras over here uh I I Che the dispatch I don't sure that's not a big deal and then um on that side of 41 or wherever that crashes right in that intersection there I don't know if you have any over the bridge and then is that a s sake patrol car down there do you know I don't think it is I'm the only a tro I think in the area right now you the only here yeah okay all righty all right I'll figure it out but we might do is there anybody else working cuz we might need to clear we're going to need to help with traffic control I think um I can ask pull somebody down but pretty short you know so I'll ask I'll let you let she's uh she's intoxicated I don't know if the dead guy was or [Applause] not uh I don't think so his license plate for his car is like it halfway up the rear seat he got pal in the back yeah they were all stopped and this truck um didn't slow down for the stop lights and just piled piled in a bunch of cars in the back so 391 or 383 yeah yep so um anybody know where my EEG went it's freaking cold all right what needs to be done are we doing recon we're doing recon yeah well hey H I meant to ask this are we going to need this we can open this up right well I think we want to get the body out yeah probably wait until the body's out here or actually what you could do Park another car right here just to block it in but the Recon you're going to want to do need a whole intersection or just be fighting with other cars well on side of the road I guess what is it little was I didn't hear he's on his way oh you didn't talk to him directly I talked to him on some else but I didn't talk to him with the Recon we can leave we'll leave it shut down and they can open if they want so did they have any 5 five concerns for that guy or no coming from work who the guy was yeah you have everybody else's information witness statements yeah okay um that truck that one guy that was over here I you grab the statement yeah his wife said that I don't think it must SP when got his wife claims I mean I told her fill out a statement they had to get the wire but I quot a full understatement um claim said the truck went over the top did not go over the top but the way it hit I'm sure that car came off your own so it probably appeared that way all right schlasser where you at with your pictures let me put
