[Applause]
Just roll this down, bro.
I wanted you to pull the right. That's
all. Okay. Sounds good. That's all
right. We're here now. It's all set.
Okay. Just got to wear your seat belt
the right way. Okay. Sorry about that.
Registration insurance. Uh, yes.
boss.
Um, I want to ask this one. This is my
uh cousin's rental. Okay. I don't want
that. I want the rental agreement.
That's the registration. So, are you on
the rental agreement? Yeah. I should be
authorized. Yeah.
Try to
get in the center maybe. Is there any
way you guys can search it up with the
plate? I remember I got into an
accident. Doesn't work that way. It
doesn't work that way. No. Is it in the
center? Maybe.
All right. Just hop out, guys.
Yeah, I want to talk to you outside of
the car.
Yep.
Get out of the car. Yes, I want to speak
to you outside of the car. But what is
your reason? All right, we'll we'll talk
outside of the car.
I'm just going to look for the
registration car. Okay. The United
States Supreme Court allows me to ask
you to get out of the car. All right.
Any weapons on you? No weapons. Just
keep your hands out of the pockets. I'm
not patting you down for that. Just come
over here. I just told you just [ __ ]
just sign on that
side. Just try. So, um jump in. So,
before you search up, I usually get like
a kind of annoying before you search up
my name.
Okay. I put this incarcerated same name
as me. Okay. So, it's they usually get
confused. Yeah, I got you. That's all I
want. It happens. Okay. Um I usually get
pulled out a lot and I know it's they
usually confuse me for him. I've never
met you. I have no [ __ ] clue who you
are or your brother. Appreciate it. I
don't care. All right. All right. Uh, so
it's your cousin's rental? Yes. Who's
your cousin?
Where you going now? Right now, I'm
going to get oil change at Firestone.
Sorry. I'm going to get a oil change at
Firestone right down the road. And I got
two nails in the tire. So, right after
that, I'm trying to get that situated.
Okay. Um, and where are you coming from
now? School. I love Province College.
Oh, yeah. DC. What do you study there?
Finance. Finance. I went to Roger
Williams. Did one year criminal justice
transfer there. Cool, man. Um, what do
you do for work? Right. I'm a bus
driver. I'm a bus monitor. I want to
become a bus driver. My mom's a bus
driver. She's trying to get me in that.
And I'm a lifeguard on the weekends. You
didn't park.
Um, you just took this car for the day.
I got it though. Uh, how's your license?
Say it again. How's your license? My
license is good. I just got into an
accident. It's all active though. Yeah.
Everything's No warrants or anything?
You been arrested? Never been arrested.
Never in your life. On a file. So you're
not on probation bail. Have you had any
recent tickets? Um I got a subpoena
ticket about a couple months ago. It was
at
I think it was in Rhode Island. Yeah, it
was in Rhode Island. Providence or Rhode
Island? Um not Providence. It was some
thing now. Do you live on farm? Oh, I
was I was coming from Fox. Oh, okay.
Yeah. No big deal. My grandfather lives
in Farmington. So, I usually I usually
reside with him. Where do you
predominantly you sleep there or? Yeah,
predominantly. Okay. So, you're coming
from what did you say? School. School
right now. Okay. On campus, too. You
already have class? I usually No, I
don't have class. All right. Nice.
Thursday, no class. No class. Friday,
but tomorrow is my usually my busy days.
That's 5:00. And you know the fire stone
to get an oil change? fire still to get
a oil change and then I'm going to get
the nails on my tire. Probably somewhere
in Union. Where's your cousin at? Are
you
doing 1020? Okay. Um I usually He told
me I can use the car tonight. I got a
big snake. So Okay. Uh anything illegal
in the car? No, nothing. Okay. No
firearms? No firearms. No cocaine? No,
no larger amount of US currency. Uh it's
probably like 1,000 bucks in the car.
1,000 bucks. Okay. Um, uh, fentanyl.
Marijuana. Large amount of marijuana. I
mean, I smoke marijuana, but Yeah. No
big deal. No large amount of marijuana
in the car. Okay. Um, no one prescribed
medications. No. Okay. What's in the is
it that all medical marijuana in the
trash bag in the back? But there's
probably like Are they empty or full?
Well, a lot of the boxes are empty, but
there's like There's like a thousand of
them in there. No. No. Trash bag's full,
so no big deal. Not a thousand. I mean,
there's a lot. It's full. I pretty I
like Yeah, that's cool. But I don't do
nothing else.
Yeah. Yeah, I got you. Anything legal? I
pat you down.
Just put your hands in the car.
There you go. Um, so you're not you
never been in trouble? Never been in
trouble.
Spread your legs a little wide for me.
Nothing in between your legs. Nothing.
Spread your legs.
How come your brother's not getting the
uh I mean your cousin's not getting all
that [ __ ] Ask me to do him a favor.
Okay. Just come over here for sure. Have
a seat in my car. You're not under
arrest. Okay. All right. Be for now.
Okay.
Um All right. Listen. I I've been doing
this a long time. All right. All I look
for is drugs and guns. So if you're
forthcoming with me, I'm going to be
cool with you. I'm just telling you my
I'm telling you my side. All right.
Understand? So, obviously I have a job
to do. All right. And I'm good at my
job. All right. You're displaying a lot
of things to me that make me very
suspicious. No, I totally understand.
All right. So, this is kind of your last
opportunity. If there's anything small
in that car, I don't I honestly I don't
care about small amounts of drugs. I'm
going to be completely honest. Just a
little bit of marijuana. Not that much.
What's a little bit? Probably like
literally just 2 oz. It's just in boxes,
so it looks a lot. Yeah, I got you. All
right. Just hang tight. And I have um my
cell phones in there, but Yeah. How many
phones you got? There's probably like,
but a lot of those are not even like,
you know what I'm saying? A lot of them
aren't. All right. Just hang that phone.
Appreciate it.
What's up? Yeah, it's on. I know it's
[ __ ] cold.
So, you're studying finance? Finance? My
last year. Did you just leave the
dispensary? Is that why it's all in the
car or what's the story? Well, honestly,
I smoke a lot of freaking weed, bro. A
lot of freaking weed. Okay. So, I like
to keep a lot on me. Well, not a lot. I
don't really consider that a lot. Do you
sell it or what? Uh, I wouldn't say I
sell it. Like my brothers hook your boys
up, whatever. My brothers smoke a lot of
weed. I have a lot of siblings. Okay. My
brothers give them weed and stuff like
that, but I wouldn't call myself or
anything like that. You get what I'm
saying? I got you. How much cash is in
the car?
Um, I just took the car for the
literally a day. I can't say the
bottles. Priced like $1,000.
Okay.
Literally just a car.
Where'd you pick the cop?
Where's that at? Whereabouts? About like
12 minutes from here. It's like
Southside.
Hey, uh, uncle cousin's address. Mhm.
Okay.
Yeah, they're not comfortable. All
right, give me a second.

on? I just uh found some stuff in the
car that we got to talk about. Okay.

me.

Can

airport.
[Applause]
101. Let me out of
training 104.
respond to a 1050
J1 is in a maroon
for Hey, uh are you uh by yourself?
You can go take it off here.
Um, I think there's 5 in this truck. I
think so. I think it's crazy. I'm
freaking out right now. Um, so I get him
out of the He drives by me. He's like
freaking out. I'm looking at him. He's
right in front of me.
And
uh I just um so he so I stop him. No
seat belt and I go to the re door and
there's a big trash bag full of medical
marijuana from the dispenser. Like it's
loaded. It's probably over 2 oz. So I'll
wait till you get
to your car right now. Huh? He's he's
detained. Yeah.
104.
SE
I was just filling him in, but I'll
start over. Uh, you can go on. I want
this on camera. Okay.
All right. He pulls in front of me. He's
coming this way. Rental car out of New
York. He's not on a rental. We can't
provide rental agreement.
uh says his
cousin's trash bag full of medical
marijuana appears to be over 2 o right
so he's I go through my whole interview
been taught extensively probably you
know my history anyway so
gives me theent consent to pass patent
down
extremely nervous numerous cell phones
in the center console $1,000 in the
center console uh I searching the car.
There's well what appears to be over 2
ounces of marijuana. I'd have to take it
off and cover. Anyway, Justin, can you
just do me a favor and just keep
detained in the backseat of my car? Oh,
okay. He's not here. Okay. Um Oh, yeah.
He's been out my gun. Oh, okay. Yeah.
Yeah. Um so I'm searching the car and I
see so the third row I pull down the
back seat, get to the third row and I
look I see the couple hold that. It's
it's [ __ ] up. It's not fixed properly
to the car. Yeah. So I pick it up and I
can see appears to be a tan rack. So I
lift it up more. I see several of them.
I think there's like five kilos in the
rear corner of this car right now. So
I'm just going to I have probable cause.
I can articulate everything. I just want
the dog just to just make it concrete
and then I'm going to take it off. Well,
I mean if the if the thing was [ __ ] up
when you saw it. All right. I can I just
I want the dog just to knock it in. All
right. Just Yeah, he knows. I just told
him. Okay.
And it's just him in the car. Just him.
So there's no nobody else we going to
worry about. He's not in handcuffs. He's
been very cooperative. Okay. But it's
it's all there. Yeah. Yeah. Okay.
Where's he coming from? Uh he says he's
coming from Providence. I I want to I
don't want to talk to him again cuz I
want him to hit and then I want to read
him his rights and then I want to Okay.
So if the
dog I'm I'm pretty confident it's kilos.
Okay. But I could be wrong. phone. I'm
on. Yeah, I want It's all on. It's fine.
Yeah, we're all on. There you go. Put it
on. Thank you. Um cuz so I saw one like
slid downh and it's the exact shape of a
key and I was like maybe it's like an
airbag. I don't know. Right. But it's
not an airbag. Yeah. And then I looked
further and I saw two stacked. One's
wrapped in red tape, one's wrapped in
black tape. It's all indic.
I have probable cause for the search
regardless. No, I'm just saying. Yeah.
Yeah.
So after if just stay over here, guys.
Yep.
Make
[Applause]
sure far once again.
[Music]
If it's not blown away cuz it looks just

got.

Yep.
Look in here. This is what
you kept coming back. Look right here.
I got
it. Look here. Look this way and then
over. Look, it's all cut out. It's
not electric.
See
it? There's two over here, too. Step
one. It's a kilo. Step one, right?
Grab um Sir, can you grab me my phone? I
want to take a photo, please. I got

right off.
This is all So, dude, I get up to the
car, you know, I'm fine. Which is fine.
I want it. It's fine. So, I see in a
jar. So, I lick it up and I was like,
that's not normal. He's got the He's got
the weed right here to mask the odor of
the [ __ ] drugs. He's got the air
blaster.
Yeah. Yeah, that's good.
That's
why I still want my grab it.
I'm going to talk
to anybody. Anybody on camera? I got I
got
Yes, we're good.
All
right. It's Teddy, right? Yes. Okay. I'm
just going to read you your rights. I
just want you to listen. Okay. You have

packages in the rear quarter of your
vehicle that indicative of heavy amount
of narcotics. Okay. What do you know
about it? I don't know nothing about it.
Okay. So, you don't know if there's this
car's loaded with a bunch of kilos? I
don't know nothing about loaded with a
bunch of kilos. I really don't know.

gave you
negative. Like this one looks mint. The
other one was a jar. And then I lift it
up and I saw the cutout.
Justin, did you stick your hand on that?
He popped this. He couldn't see my hand
popping through. So it might be
