with the tests you can either consent to letting your blood be draw or we get a warrant and we get your blood it's going to go a hell of a lot quicker if you consent but it's it's up to you but we can side you're going to count out loud 1 1,000 2 1,000 3 1,000 until I tell you to stop do you understand okay ready go 1000 2 1000 3 1000 so now so we're done with the test okay so now about the blood drill what would you like to do this whole thing will be a lot quicker if you do consent to have your blood drawn but it's still your choice so what happens if I don't so we're going to get we're going to type up a search warrant for your blood okay get it signed by a judge and then we will get the blood even if we have to hold you down for it I don't I really don't want to have to do that but we will I mean I don't want to get it held down but people are not supposed to do that but that's that's the point of the search warrant CU we are we will be getting it that's what I'm saying though there or like the you got to get processed first so like I get your information get you clothes and everything and then and then I can like can I get on my phone to pick that or like I off top my head
