[Music] this incident took place in Elizabeth New Jersey and the victim is Morgan Scott The Man Behind The Wheel a suspect named Vincent Jean who had reportedly been trying to harm Morgan since 2022 what makes this case even more disturbing is that Vincent Jean had a violent history in fact he committed a similar act back in 20 7 after the brutal attack police arrived at the scene and found Morgan Scott severely injured but still alive she had suffered multiple fractures including broken ribs spinal injuries and a serious knee injury officers immediately called for medical assistance as was there so the bus saw that and blocked him off so it took him a little longer to maneuver out of here so was able people to get the plate he took off down any other cars or anything no just give me
