[Music] welcome back to the Donnie Rapture Channel where I always bring you fresh never recycled body cam footage today's body cam video takes place on April 23rd 2024 on a walk trail located in Barrow Beach Florida police were called on scene after a man had reported that he had a very creepy Andor disturbing interaction with an older man on the walk I was walking back there okay and Guy following me let's let's go over here in the sh follow me and then he uh I got to one spot thought he was away from me and he was like this is a good place to be naked isn't it okay I was like what the so I walked away started running the other way he keeps walking past I turn around at one point when I got up to the observation tower and he was had his pants completely down Wasing off the guy that was chasing you he's still in there he's in the woods still yes sir okay I had to run out cuz he kept following me so did he did he touch you did any of that kind of stuff I just turned around and he was naked looking at me off okay and then he was chasing you after that point as well he was following me he he went right up to the bridge where I was and I was trying to get away from him and I had no other way to go cuz I observation tire and didn't know just goes right up so I was like oh I had to walk past him again okay did you see any of this or no you were just been working and he come knocked on my window and he he I no disrespect he was panicking sure and and I got off my conference call said I said I got to go somebody needs me and I he told me what he asked me if I'd watch cuz some guy was naked in the woods chasing him and I said okay it's the only other car in the parking lot okay and I believe he was standing I don't obviously that was a lot so I don't remember exactly but I believe he was standing before I walked in yeah like as soon as I walked in they started walking in after me so I okay so both of them were together both of them walk they were like they were like around each other I'm waiting for um Degan and his traine are going to take it but that uh car is I guess registered to a dude that got LW lascivious and all sorts of wild stuff down left or the one was here that one right there the one that left I haven't really heard a whole lot on it yet but he was freaking out saying that the dude was naked fing off chasing him and says the guy's still back here um white male what color shorts 60s I'm I'm not sure blue shirt white male 60s glasses uh-huh um not a big build how tall um shorter than me so 5 5'8 probably 5'6 so basically I have another Patrol Deputy that's going to come here he'll take the entire report uh I'm sure you want to go forward with whatever oh yeah that was crazy no problem would would you wait for something like then you wait we're going TR find and then see if okay had on a rtcc gave me some uh information on the suspect that's in this I guess he's had a prior history in St Lucy for lud lascivious and uh exposure all sexual organ some other stuff anyways he's a white male in his 60s according to the complaintant 58 140 in around that area blue shirt does not remember his pants doesn't really remember a hair style or color 140 and weight so far saying that he was pretty much almost to the observation tower if that gives you a better idea um that's where he's saying that this occurred at all right so obviously you read the notes in the call basically this guy is calling in saying that he was walking back here um the guy was following him and then he tried to get away from him then the guy pulled his pants down was off and started chasing him um when and I got here he was out in the middle of the road there was another guy here that he basically knocked on his window and he was freaking out the guy said he was like super Panic hello gentl you got any weapons on you anything like that no just my phone all right we going to ask you a few questions okay how you do good how's it going you have your ID on you car I believe you just walked out stand one second can I get it he's R he is yeah cool what's an R nothing don't worry about it here do me a favor just turn around put your hands behind your back can I get my get my car and get my ID nope I already know who you can I ask what this is about yep we'll let you know all right man come with me all right yes sir I don't know what's do okay so he's said blue shirt he looks like they gotta hey so I don't forget I'm putting this right here hey you can't have cigarettes man what's that I said I'm not taking cigarettes where can I put these at all right all right where am I where am I what's going on I don't know what's going on well you're detained right now but I'm not going to hold on to some cigarettes you got a car hold up so those are gentlemen so I started walking as soon as I started walking I was like they just started walking like they started walking as soon as I started walking I was like that's weird and then the blue the guy in the blue shirt he was already in there walked right past him so I keep going keep going about for a second is he closed at this moment yes sir oh sorry yes sir he's close we get to I believe it's called The Overlook of the of the wetlands or something and I sit down or not sit down I'm just chilling there he sits down he's like isn't this a nice place to be naked I'm like and then once I get to where you start walking up to Observation Deck I turn around and when I turned around his pants were down he was off and was he looking at you directly he was looking directly I couldn't I couldn't see I'm not trying to be vulgar no yeah I hear you I saw he I saw he Wasing off like I saw his hand he looking right at you he was looking right at me cuz I turned around and I was like holy and I think he might have had I think he might have been taking pictures of me cuz I had my shirt off too so I had I put my shirt on once I noticed he was like looking at me weird okay yes sir how you do what's your name Jack Jack all right so I'm I'm going to read you your rights okay do you understand each of these rights I have explain to you yes sir having these rights in mind do you wish to talk to me now I don't know what I did so here say it again I don't know what I did so yes sir okay all right so yes or no yes sir okay all right so once you got here explain to me exactly what you do when you when you got when you got when you to this location when I arrived here I sat in my car for a few minutes talking on my phone and then I decided to go for a walk cuz I come here walking occasionally okay and I started walking by the back by the trails I was going to go back to the The Overlook were were you meeting anyone here or you just here by your by myself so when you got to this location did you talk to anyone that gentleman there we talked a couple times we and passing the the gentleman in the in the vehicle yes sir all right anyone else no sir there's nobody else back there there's only one way in and out to the back to the to the tower back there when when did you talk to him we passed once when we were walking back that way he passed me when I was on my phone and then we went back I passed him another time and we chatted for a minute and that was it what you guys talk about just how nice a day it was and we were out walking that was it did you say anything else to him no just how nice of a day it was and just walking and looking at the water that was it all right did while while you were interacting with him uhhuh did you remove any clothing or anything like that not at all no sir okay because he he's saying that you were exposing yourself to him never and and wait w no we were never he had his shirt off I was fully clothed the whole time the whole time yes sir all right and when you had your phone were you taking pictures of him or anything like that no sir no no okay yeah I don't I take pictures of people unless I get permission from somebody to take a picture of them but no all right okay I'm going to ask you for the consent to go through your phone go through my phone consent from you to go through your phone you're saying you didn't take pictures of them right no I did not okay so I'm requesting consent to verify that yes sir that's fine okay all right good yeah some of his story matched up with what he said right right okay make it easy man right say some of the story matches up right like pull the trigger here and take him to jail like are you confident in both of your interviews that you just conducted that you have problem calls to make that arest yeah he said what he saying I I don't think he'll he'll look that up um now I'm I'm going throw I'm going to throw some in your head throw you off a little bit do we got any proof that anything this happened no proof do we have any Witnesses okay think about that for a second apply that okay you still think you can do it all right if not get with him come up with an idea on that not saying that that is just the end all be all to what I just said he's still alleg to be a victim of a crime has a history of doing this he just said he did it before okay we can't say p is the present but it gu this this guy has a history of it yeah he's been arrested for this before I didn't know and we just went to the phone there's no pictures of him taking pictures of the other guy so do you think you got enough to take and if and if you confused that's where he going to come in and play to help you so what the history do there so I need some help you you have enough problem calls right some of the things that both of them said now right obviously he's not admitting to the crime it's going to be hard to prosecute in court right cuz you have no real proof you just have that right so he did IDM he's um saying all that now that I know you know has history of it so you could do it but I'll be honest with you it's going to be hard in court for them for me I don't care I take them all right yes sir at the end of the day it's your decision right what you got talk to me um like you said the stories are matching up a little bit of the parts of the story are Ming up and the fact that he has history of it okay of of doing this same thing uh it's enough for me to take him all right I agree let's ride out make sure um we got everybody's information go through the cat take them gloves off hand them to me and uh we going to get up out of here me let me see if he has someone that can come get it do you have anybody that can come pick up your car am I going to be leaving here no you're not you're I me been leaving here I'm asking no you're being placed under arrest for what charge sir for similar what you did before exposure sexual organs I didn't expect I'm not arrest you this guy here making a decision based on what the facts he collected we're not here to argue about it we already made a decision so what do you need done with your car is anybody can come get it because if not then we were thinking about Towing it oh please don't tow so do you have do you have anybody where's your wife at it's my husband he's at work okay can he come get the car if I can call him okay I don't we're going to leave it here he's going to R somebody come pick it up what about the other guy the other guy yeah Che we don't have we don't have enough he wasn't here at by the time we arrived um I mean you did give us his his the license plate yes sir so we ranom up we couldn't really find anything oh really so like you guys can't like legally do anything at that point okay so he wasn't here he wasn't the one that that's F that is scary though like cuz it did seem like they were together it's the only so you think they were like trying to trying to 100 100% how they looked at each other and then looked at me and [ __ ] like yeah I knew something was up so that's the only thing so the the fact that he's not here it's kind of it's kind of tough but we do have his information from what you gave us we are we know who the person is so like the only way though he could get in trouble basically is for him to do something that's up damn I just don't want somebody else to like deal like a younger person completely understand completely officer uh yes sir am I able to use get into my phone from phone numbers um what we'll do in the jail they'll let you do that and if not I'll make sure that they know that you need to do that and you'll be able to collect some numbers and you make calls you get free phone calls while you're in booking and what am I being charged for again exposure exposure of sexual organs but I didn't do that well that's going to be between you and the courts we got he feels like he has enough problem cause but he says I did and I I didn't well that's where we're at with it okay I am not arresting you this guy's arresting you I don't disagree with his choice he's making as well it's because of the previous incident years ago no that's not that's like someone you know murdering somebody and then like now you know they uh someone say fight again I mean there's going to be some suspicion to it but you can't just necessarily say someone's doing well that's what I'm saying I mean but he he identified you he said that you were one but there's only two people back there I was well I'm sorry man hey I'm sorry to tell you man once again I'm not going to have court with you that's up to the courts the St ring office okay and his cooperation with the St ring office me I'm just telling you right now now that you're being placed under arrest for that okay and what's what goes on from here you go to jail and you get a $500 Bond it's a Mis pardon me you get a $500 Bond it's a mism you can bond out for
