Florida where it's been reported to police that a camper head overstate is welcome with a littered campsite alcohol and an Unleashed dog for hey fishing Wildlife Hey sir fishing wild how all right all right how's your dog is it a a good dog that's not my dog when I got here couple days ago he friendly he Ain mine okay he's friendly comes up meets everybody that trail like looking for somebody got some people afternoon TR bags all that up just wait on container put it in okay um just so you know you can't have alcohol here see I don't have any that was I was going to make signs for the dog I found that out in the trail I'm telling you I found all that up in here and around here whenever I got here I've been picking up stuff just throwing it over it man I had been drinking out here I know better I've been living around here a lot you know a while I know better my taught my kids how to swim over here [ __ ] but yeah just collection just stuff that I collected out here trash throwing it over there trying to keep keep it clean man keep clean I got water bottles and stuff there you know I mean yeah I don't even have a cooler got instant coffee in a water bottle yeah um but no I don't even drink man I mean I picked those up I found the floating around with a Twisted Tea yeah I put them in some water you more welcome to do what you need to do with them but they're unopen I mean what's this thing right there sir the little uh with the Paracord what is it it's just a monkey just a monkey foot just a little ball what do you do with it like a keychain looks pretty neat what's inside it just a glass ball is it like a smoking pipe in there like a you can take it apart no I'm not it looks cool I don't want to take it apart I'll take no you're goodere two glass balls I found out here I see UMass so few things um you you only you said you've been here like three or four days days all right um call I got a call said you've been here quite a bit longer than that no I mean I was here for a few days and then I left and I came back okay so you can only camp for 14 consecutive nights in a 30-day period you're in Blackwater River State Forest right now um you are in possession of alcohol you got it right there and you got the no matter what you said about you found it you relocated this garbage to here all right um if that's the case these are Mountain Dews that was just a box that I found over there and so you drank some Mountain Dews those are cans that was all out here all right where where are your Mountain Dews that you drank I didn't have none that one right there that was one that somebody brought me the other day all right so you got I'm just saying not all it looks to me like you're littering the place and you got alcohol yes I mean that's not the case I promise you it's not I mean I know I got alcohol but I'm not I got reason to believe that's what's going on here so you got your ID on you can you get out the tent for me yeah I'm coming out yep you good foot youve been sitting on your foot a little bit ah no machete fell across the toe oh that stinks and uh I had put where's the machete at I see your axe you just leave that there um so you made this little mat thing yeah all right also you're not supposed to cut any the vegetation out here all right um so no hacking on anything like these I if it makes a difference it did it way back in the woods it's nothing like on trail you know what I'm saying it it doesn't make a difference the way the laws concerned um I appreciate you didn't do it like right here where everybody's going to see it but no you can't cut anything living you can cut some dead wood for firewood this is obviously living um these these are not that it's not that big a deal Palm front but this could have been a nice uh cypress tree so um yeah that dog doesn't help uh keep everything in one spot either like I said he's not my dog he been here how how do you uh where's your transportation at how did you get friends down the road okay uh down here on quiet Creek Road few friends other than just enjoying the outdoors why are you camped here I was working for my cousin he owns the airport over here in East milting and stuff and uh he just decided that he was having a bad ass day one day and want to take it out on somebody cuz that's just how he is and it was my turn and he kicked me out where he had me living took the truck away from me that he had let me drive and uh I ain't got nowhere to go man so you're living here temporarily all right so the idea this is for primitive camping here not living I understand all right and it's starting to grow you know I get I try not that's why I moved for a few days and come back and all right um I'm not heavily equipped or anything you know what I'm saying almost everything I got can fit in that pugy right there you catch any fish not really uh a little bit here and there I don't really where do you keep your fish at I don't I don't keep them I haven't eaten a single fish since your fishing gear um I just don't want trying to keep all this together um what what is that on your uh Hook is that like a A can thing is that a can what that that guy that was here last night yeah the drunk guy he wanted to catfish a little bit so he threw that out there he was like can't see the pole and I said well figure out some way to put a little jingle on there or something that's come up with I don't know I fell asleep whenever they come and got him finally about 10:00 last night I walked him up the trail and I got back and I kind of fell out yeah was there a name on that dog Coller hey come here come here come here what's up hey buddy what you got on here this so good I'll get animal control out here to get the dog so he's not just not necessarily um I'm pretty sure he's lost in the area if you're going to take C he needs to be on a leash yeah I don't have I get one today otherwise I'm calling animal control and they're going to come get them understand I'm going to this is lit man it is so and and you cut these I'm just going through everything and I'm going to decide how I'm going to deal with it and that's going to be a lot of that's going to be contingent on your cooperation with me well like I said that's going to get picked up I'm just waiting on trash bags to get put it in I just don't have anything to put it in yeah for now um you got some shoes you can put on not really are those your flipflops or did you find them in the woods sir no well you found a lot of stuff I have there was a lot of stuff here so if you won mind um walking up there with you yeah in my truck all my stuff's up there um as of right now you're there's no need to be you're coming back down here well I know that are you wanted huh are you wanted are you on probation all right then you don't have none of this is Criminal right now so I'm just that's a pretty good walk I just woke up yep so no need to panic let me get this out no I'm not panicking at all sir I just haven't talked to anybody in three or four days yeah know you got your Arcadian Rhythm back in order with you're sleeping at night oh I sleep every night the dog's just going to follow you huh that's what he does man I don't I don't I don't ask him to follow me he walk up here and like if I leave to go somewhere he'll just come back down H hey come on that's what I'm saying he just does his whole thing yeah he was 1012 with a dog when I got here he's claiming it's not his and I don't believe it's anyone else's down here if you could make 1025 animal control and see if they can pick it up 318 P call 1039 I'm going to see if he has anyone that can come get it but in the meantime just need someone to secure it and put all the stuff in the tent Hey sir go and what it is um can you make pH call for me real quick yeah can we do it now or like yeah we can do it now um I really want to get your stuff secured so well I have somebody that might come get it that's why I'm that's great stand right I don't want you get in the traffic I'm going to put you on speaker phone and let you talk to them is there any way you can come get my stuff like ASAP um like right now closest to right now as possible he's fixing to take me to jail for child support warrant um I uh it will it be okay until this afternoon I don't know probably probably not hey ma'am it it'll be okay this afternoon we'll uh secure stuff in this tent and you you can get it this afternoon it's another way they going to rob me of everything all the way in Pensacola right now there'll be another officer out here that can wait on you um so yeah if you could just come now that would be really great so I don't want his stuff to go he don't care about my stuff or he wouldn't be taking me supposed to be in communication with I wouldn't uh wouldn't do that okay so M's her own business and she's not somebody I'm not supposed to be in Comm she's a friend down the road okay but uh mom if you want to you can try all right so this is here and uh he had a probably going to embarrass myself trying to get under this thing um he had a fishing pole down there that fishing pole yes ma' the blue one yeah that's his uh in the stool oh I'm sorry oh you're no B deal I'll carry this back over there knew I don't know I don't know exactly what all is maybe goag okay I'll get i'll get this all cleaned up y'all come down tomorrow probably and I'll have it done yeah just take take your time my main thing was to get his property secure um yeah I see his wall sitting there yeah he didn't want any of that until ask him if he wanted to come back yeah last time he got locked up they lost his wallet so and I think they're I don't know if there's a phone down here or not you let me to think that there might have been one yeah I know he had one but I don't see it laying but he prob it's probably somewhere and he's got a lot of knives and stuff so be careful razor blades open there yeah yeah he does a lot of wood carving and stuff so yeah I mean I know him yeah okay yeah I'll be working on this for the next couple hours I'm sure okay well thank you no I appreciate you so much for
