strange man was observed picking mushrooms in a cattle pasture located in Orange County Florida FWC officers would arrive on scene and discover a man wearing Lilo and Stitch sweatpants carrying a large black sack full of mushrooms likely the illegal type cover off okay do me a favor and go ahead write yourth on this paper okay so what are you talking about about you've been trespassed before yeah there was four cops who were forc rers like yourself who said that I had a trespass and they were going to find the man to have the trespass written okay now you can't do that that's against the law oh so you're saying that you were on the property then somebody came the divorce Ranger said I was trespassing and they went to find him to get it signed and they already filled it out gotcha gotcha so you're so you're trying to say that they they falsely trespassed yes they did I got you not problem gotcha okay no problem that man actually confirm who what man the steuart of that man oh so so again this gentleman called cuz you're on his property okay he called us because you are on his property trespassing okay you are not allowed to be on his property at all no and you've been and you've been told this multiple time but was real suspicious I don't think so cuz I I well again we're going to look into that okay we're going to go we're going to look into what you're claiming and you're saying what the issue is uh obviously the trespassing issue like that that's that's our issue right now and then yeah like you said they're uh like you dry them out they the psychedelics and understand that a lot of these land owners when these cattle pastures and stuff we they have stand we have relationships with them right so we have standing we have in agreements with them like this gentleman when there's somebody so when there's somebody on their property they're not allowed to be there they want them trespassed they they tell us that and we we I know that's why I'm trying to tell you that these all these cattle pastures right here on Fifth on Taylor Creek they have already told us that if there is someone on our property that does not belong they want them trespassed they want them taken off I know but I'm letting you know that the issue is is this gentleman has told you he claims multiple times that you're not allowed to be there right you also have a a a trespass warning from our agency saying you're not allowed to be there um yeah so we're just going to wait on them though we're going to get some information from the Sheriff's Office and we'll go from there okay you got anything on you at all no no I mean I see your was like a little vape pen or whatever the thing you got in here okay no knives or ID or wallet or anything like that go ahead and stand up for me real quick yes right and you can just put the put the Vapes on the ground for me yes go ahead and turn around face that way yes sir all right put your hands behind your back all right boss hey how you doing what's going on not much take care of busy so I know what's going on AC for a couple hours he just told me he's like hey I'll spend a day in the AC and a free meal a drink if I got to go I appreciate God meal than your mushroom all right so right now obviously being hey right now you're being placed under arrest for trespass on the property which you know you're on there you've already been noticed on take the no I don't think the jail will take this oh well I know that's I'm saying we're going to have to we're going to have to dispose of them that's fine you don't got to like ain't a lot of mushrooms on the water right now but rocking a good old Lilo and Stitch baggies too that day the man was arrested for trespassing after an official warning and the man was transported to Orange County jail with no issues apparently in Florida picking psilocybe mushrooms isn't inherently illegal due to the few loopholes but if there's enough proof by law enforcement that there's an intent to use or distribute them this guy would have caught some more charges but I don't know if you would have actually cared anyways I hope you guys likeed today's video if you did be
