show you all my builtin I got you and that's why I'm cracking up because I'm not hiding anything I've just always been taught never do a test from people in the your field sure investigators that's your choice yeah no investigators who say who I've known since they were 17 years old I was 13 14 years old and he's like listen sometimes like everybody je the J here we go I am not requesting that you submit to a lawful test of your breath for the purpos of determining the alcohol content will you take the test no no okay that day the man was charged with boating under the influence and refusal to submit a breath sample it's interesting to note that the officer apparently did not record any of his previous interactions during the safety inspection and that could really hurt his case for boating Under the Influence anyways I hope you guys liked today's video if you did please hit that like button and if you're not already subscribed I'd love to have you [Music]
