officers were dispatched after it had been reported that this woman had allegedly struck another vessel under the influence and several witnesses demanded that she stay for law enforcement to arrive but she left the scene of the accident due to a bystandard having a holstered firearm how's it going good how are you officer stamp offici nice to meet you nice to meet you so tell me about what happened today I have no idea what happened except that people like came at me like at full force I barely touched his boat I was backing out of either way and then like two boats came on me the one guy had a gun and he was like haded out and I just needed to leave and that was all okay basically all right I felt threatened and not comfortable and he he followed me the guy up there followed me home and I came here that was it all righty um are you willing to fill out a statement with all those facts that you just told me all right I provided you one yeah I can get my form and I know you did so uh let's do it on my form just to keep it consistent um you want to come with me in the whole situation and I I'm not a big like writer yeah and okay yeah you don't have to write I would rather they were just like very like all like whatever and I'm like you know what I'm just going to like leave this situation and go on my way and you guys can figure out whatever you want to do but I'm not going to be threatened by you guys okay because like I said it wasn't it wasn't the fact that I I mean I have insurance and we are all good but it was just the way it was handled okay so what about the incident itself how did that all happen I was pulling out a Hideway and I was backing out I barely touched their boat okay they it became this big huge issue I mean I've been I've been going to Hideway my probably for the past three years never had a problem right they I was pulled out Hiway they must have parked like right up on my ass and I was backing out and I barely tapped him okay and I pulled out and I was going and then they come up on my ass and two other people came out were like you hit my boat and it's fed up I'm like I barely touched her about what are you talking about right I'm like okay whatever I said I have no problem do you want my ID do you want this do you want that they're like no stay here we've called the cops I'm like no that's not cool the other guys like that's when I saw the gun next to the other guy and I'm like I'm going to go on about my way I said they'll figure it out I figured you guys would come figure it out out you saw the gun on his waistband yeah okay you said a second ago that he had it out no it was it was in his so he never wants to remove no he didn't pull it okay no he did not but you felt threatened nonetheless yeah okay all right well why don't we go take a look at your boat see if you have any damage yeah and then we'll get the statement okay from them probably not we have all their IDs yeah I probably don't need she was like backing up and then she wasn't sure so when we were pulling out the guy in the black boat started following us and chasing us and we really didn't hear what he was saying no see the gun until after the fact he had it in his back in his back um pocket and he was at the restaurant drinking and I know that was before the people that we hit well the the second boat came up and they were racing around us both of us they were trying to like trap us but the first one I'm sorry the second one with the the blue boat he hit her boat twice trying to get her to stop okay and then they were like exchanging words and you know we kind of felt threatened they're like you better stop and this and that and we're calling the police and was like she understood then after what had happened but then um whenever we were stopped them two the other the black boat and the blue boat were like connected together and the guy was standing on the boat with the gun in his back and I didn't see that before and I was like why do you have a gun that you're showing like in the back like CU he didn't have that before and I was like you're not supposed to have that especially after you've been drinking and the girl said oh he's allowed to have it because we've been fishing and you're if you've been fishing and hunting we've been fishing all day but I fact you cannot mix those two so that's when we decided you know it just we didn't feel safe after that nothing getting resolved it was just escalating fur and further so really are you willing to write a statement that would be those words
