follows FWC officers after they receive a distress call from a captain stating that a family had broken out in a fight on his ponon boat station 164 we te cover offy fale the back there they said sitting down one right there in the BL the BL drun Got a notification what not he lays hands on her he laid hands on her what's the relation with him uh yeah family very it my fault I lost my ring lay next to us me and wife were talking I pull my wife towards the boat she hit the boat and the lady tripped out next to me he like hey don't be pulling no lady like that I was like I apologize I pull it from the [ __ ] side hit the boat I realiz it so shallow we need to get statements this ain't this ain't doing nothing wasting time can you come over here and tell me so yeah it started with he lost his ring we at nor everything's fine he was pissed off apparently the boat next to us got on to him said hey put your hands on her um don't do that and all that [ __ ] they started getting into it then the mom of that of the wife the Mother-in-law started hitting him and he was getting in her face I was like all right let's go to the dock y done said something to his daughter daughter's husband or boyfriend got pissed at him and said what' you say got in his face and they started going at it he had the husband who lost the ring over the board he was hanging off sideways like this they were hitting each other I thought he was about to go off my first radio got kicked out of my hand I don't know if my coms came through well but I had that second one thankfully and they were just wailing into each other for about 2 three minutes and they all screaming shorts the bigger the bigger he said he has 19 he was joking around about that earlier today so the pink shorts and then the guy with the tattoos that we originally talked to were hitting each other they were they know each other well apparently one of the girls said this happens a lot they fight a lot I don't know if they put their hands on each other like that and as far as far as the wife and the uh the as far as the wife goes the the initial altercation was did he act was he laying his hands on her then um I never saw the initial push which started at all but the lady next to me they already left I wish I could was it that center console that was coming out the same time we were it was a they were they were kind of F I think they were going out it was a center console jet boat with three people on it but she said he they pushed and then that's when I was kind of wrapping it up and they kept going I didn't feel comfortable driving them out so the the main altercation was between the two guys or so the first what you saw hitting hands was the two guys yeah the two guys he was defending his um his girlfriend oh yeah he was defending his girlfriend cuz he gotten his girlfriend's face and then he also apparently supposedly put his hands on the uh the wife I never saw that part they were find the mom of the wife was hitting him punching him in the back of the head he wasn't putting his hands back on her he was staying chill about that so she was hitting him yeah the lady in the pink hatat yeah the oldest lady is she in a pink hatat yeah she was punching him in the back of the head saying don't touch my [ __ ] daughter they were all going to him it's more of a so matter than it is our matter but we're here sorry in the moment kind you're good I didn't know what to do yeah no you're fine I wasn't breaking out those two big boys white Nikes let me see how I'm going to do this can can I step right currently married living in the same house in the same house yes all right and you said so you guys were on the boat tell me what happened we were well you were out of the boat at first when he his rain he lost his rain he has had a lot to drink and when he does drink he has anger issues so he gets really upset that he was upset about the drink and so so um he was sitting over there and I went over there to go to talk to him and he got upset because he said I'm on their side okay I'm just moving closer I I'm I'm having a hard time hearing you all right go ahead okay so when he was over there he kind of like pushed me to the boat and um that lady like was like don't ever do that he got mad argued with her and then she heard it and she got upset was talking to him and he tried to get get in her face and then um we got up on the boat and then my daughter was trying to talk and he was all up in her face and then she was yelling at him so thatch he said I was hopeless yeah just what you saw okay and so he was getting up in her face and she was getting upset about it and she was getting upset and he was trying to get in her face and he was like you know he was like I'm going to punch her and he's like Oh no you're not going to punch my my girl and so he got up and H his face and then that's when they were AR youing he's like I'm hit you and he's like no and then [ __ ] happen okay and do you guys have you guys ever had this kind of issue before he said he has a problem with anger we are we do have you ever called law enforcement before yes law enfor La has what's that law enforcement has been they have been in your house couple times all right have they done anything in the past with you guys she didn't press charges no I don't press charges I mean we we just are we argue so it's it's not against the law to argue and yell and scream at each other okay it's healthy marriages usually involve a little bit of that but it's it is illegal for him to do anything in a threatening manner towards you like touching you hitting you striking you you shouldn't have to put up with any of that okay okay um with that being said where did he push you was it on the shoulder the sides like my body like he trying to grab me like he was trying to grab me to him yes he did cuz that's no that's how I felt that's how I felt okay cuz he was upset with me so he went like this so he grabbed you by the side yeah but I got and he pulled you yeah but I I hit the boat though okay you told me earlier he pushed you well it was kind of like a like like a it wasn't really a push because he grabbed me cuz I was upset okay I was upset were you pushing away yes maybe he helped push you away I was pushing away cuz he was mad at me I was like he grabed you by the sides yes all right do you mind if I look to see if you have any marks in you at all oh yeah you can did he grab your arms or did he grab your sides do you mind uh picking your shirt up just so you can stay sitting down I just need to see if there's any kind of red marks on you all right so can you tell me what happened okay I was sitting on the boat and then she asked where he was so I said he was over there and he was mad because he lost his drink but doesn't mean he gets physically touch her and this happens all the time they always argue I always hear it in my room and then whenever I try to stop it cuz I'm like so sick of tired of it he gets in my face and says that I I can f i can that okay I'm going to say it cuz I'm like sick tired of it he's like he's like you can yourself you you can go move I don't give a [ __ ] and he says say what happened to B so AR the arguing and then he comes on the boat starts yelling at everyone and then he went up yelling at what did you do what did you see what he did to your mom yes I saw half of it he pushed her okay how did he push her like like you pushed her like that like into the boat okay and then Mya went over there cuz that's that's that's her daughter and she was trying to she was trying to stop it kept on Yelling kept on arguing back getting into his face getting into her face and then got on the boat and then he was yelling at her threatening to punch her and she's only 18 and I was like what the heck and then Rowdy got mad and was like I'm going to defend her and I know he did go over and try to choke him and did choke him but didn't fully but and then he got mad and then he got up I told him to chillax and he's like you you're homeless and then I just I'll tell you he was like you you're homeless you don't got to you don't got a home no more you can go bubble you live on the streets okay saw like a little bit of it not much we just saw them like exiting behind the boat and the lady was like this is what happened she said that D shot her mom into the boat and then y was like going to step up for a kid she was like yeah that's not going to happen and he was like she was trying to talk to like um that's my kid why you what are you doing what are you doing and then was like that's my wife I can do whatever I want and so that was a whole thing they started fighting I don't remember what they were saying but they started fighting and I was like hey what's going on and then D got my face I was like okay no so I walked on to the boat they started yelling again and they started walking like this and we walking all the way over here and just cussing at her and like getting like up to here like to Y and I saw him push I saw him sh so I'm going to jump into to your story here um he said he was going to hit her yes what did he do he said he going punch her in the face he got into her face he make any kind of action movements moved his arm like a aggressive but so you say aggressive did did he ball his fist he had his fist ball okay raised and ready throw fighting stance I'm not really too sure I his face okay he said he was going to hit you and then all of you intervene I intervene as soon as he said he was going to hit her I said you can that's when you two went at it yeah I said you can hit me he's like I'll knock your ass out and then he brought his hand back so I didn't let anything happen so I got you lunched and then at the very end when uh they didn't this at the very end that's when the captain called yes and then you guys kind of that's they drug me off I captain started he said never happened I never train none of them he me and pushed me look get your driver's ass out first and I'm going to get I'm going to get your story all right yes sir but I need your driver's license I need know who I'm talking to that's dere fton got many felonies anything else bad background but no I have no warrants no nothing like that no warrants no sir none at all okay but I did not tell either one of them I punch her or him arguing over we're going to start from the very beginning of the the when you guys were on a boat yes sir all right yes sir so when you guys came out here in the island you guys got off at Nora point up here at the beach yeah all right so you guys off you're off boat tell me what happened from there we got boat whatever we're all hanging out chilling whatever and my hand obviously was swelling CU of salt so I just spin my ring and I spin my ring it came right here and I spin my ring I'm like oh that feels better you know and fell so I got C and the lady beside us look for my ring we're diving diving diving diving diving whatever looking for my ring our ring Falls our wedding ring Falls so we're looking looking looking and then we look for like 30 45 minutes whatever and then my wife goes around cor we're talking she like babe what the [ __ ] happened I'm like you don't care my ring don't fail I do care she said but you call me my mom dumb asses I'm like back there at Crab Island yeah cuz y'all want go look for sharks there ain't no damn sharks to look at I said under my breath I'm sit up here I was like you dumb asses me there ain't no damn sharks was I talking [ __ ] to myself yeah I was talking [ __ ] to myself I'm going stay up here I'm the only D whatever so she's back there whatever drama and so we pull up what we're over there talking me and her and we're talking and at one point me her argue whatever and I turn when I turn I turn too fast into the boat like we're between the boats mhm and I go from Deep like here to like here I turn and she hits a boat or the L next to us was like hey you don't do L like that I'm like I didn't do l no way myad bad she like no you don't [ __ ] sling sling away that fast I said my fast I've been drinking I turn too fast my bad her husband's like you've been drinking it's acceptable you [ __ ] yeah you turned too fast dude like so you turned too fast I turned in the water yes so went from Deep to shallow so you you went from deep end to shallow in yes was your wife in front of you she was in front of me sitting with me in front of me she's sitting with me talking to me right here in front of me holding on to me and I turned when we were talking and we went from Deep to other cuz we're right there on the beach so when you turned she bumped the boat and this lay next door so help help me piece this together cuz if I'm standing next to you like this okay and I turn you don't you're not moving no so we're in the water like this you don't have to you don't have to touch me just kind of explain it to me we're right here in the water correct uhuh and we're arguing whatever I turn mother so I turn she SP like here jumps on her ass like hey you can't turn leave that fast B my bad was like babe calm down whatever so we here we like oh my mother-in-law comes up she like I'll punch you D I like Mom calm the [ __ ] down we swim out we're talking whatever come around everybody gets up on the boat talking I come up here they're talking [ __ ] so I'm like [ __ ] y'all [ __ ] you I guess we're getting divorced cuz I couldn't find my damn ring so it's over this damn ring that I [ __ ] spell on my finger cuz finger was swelling okay so it's all over drama of nothing so I come back there and I'm talking [ __ ] to my wife and my motherin-law starts talking [ __ ] so I'm talking [ __ ] to my mother do then my daughter's like shut the [ __ ] up so I talk [ __ ] to her at one point whatever I'm saying to her he gets he grabs me and he throws me to the side he damn near throws me off the boat I wrap my leg around that thing right there I WRA my leg around that thing right there he has me off the boat like I got my leg wrapped on like this like I'm like I can easily grab him whatever but I'm not going to I'm like I'm like dude like what the [ __ ] I didn't threat and punch nobody I know that for a fact we're talking [ __ ] about Ring about this woman over here talking drama is all this happening okay so and he grabs me cuz I guess at one point whatever I might said talk [ __ ] to his his his his girlfriend my oldest daughter mhm okay did I ever said I was going to punch anybody no I know I did not say I was going to punch anybody cuz those are my the ones I love I protect that I'll die for all day long you know what I'm saying I'll die for any my family period he grabbed me every AG yeah I grabbed that seat and we almost went over yeah I we're going over so at no time you I swung or no I did not SW anything no I could have swung but I did not iwing have I have statements from other people saying that you were swinging it uh just your I grabbed him hold him I'm holding I'm holding cuz I'm going over were you just allowing them to hit you though yes sir you weren't hting back at all no I did not swing sir okay so in the boat in the water in the you said that you were from Deep the shallow end no one swung down there nothing happened I understand that when you spun you grabbed your wife and spun her to the boat I SP back this way you pushed off you you pushed off from your wife moving her away from your mother-in-law no my mother push the boat my wife was already this way and my motherinlaw came this way try to see she said I'll swing on you I'll punch you in your face I said Mom I push my wife this way I said Mom get out of my face bye I said no I said I could easily drain you if I want right now I said that would not happen I said I would not do that [ __ ] mom I said why we going to do that why we talking [ __ ] right now Mom I said I swm I swim to the ladder and that's how I got up here all right and that's your wife uh Amy yes when did you guys get married we got married back in November November what you remember what day November 10th too fast in the water and she hit the boat and that one true hey you can't handle your life like your wife like that I said my bad I've been drinking I turn too fast was like Hey chill out he's moving too fast so that that's why the lady that's why the lady tripped out cuz I so your wife hit the boat when you turned when we turned this way yeah cuz I was standing like way steep but we're turned this way and she is like right here so when I turn when we're arguing cuz I see motherinlaw come this way so said babe I turn when I turn this way we hit the side of the boat which is right here the Sands go steep right right there on that little island you know and then the Sands go straight up like cap was right up on there so like I turn from here from here it goes from here on her it go from here to like here so my turn is just water and she hit the boat and that's when that lady tripped out the lady next door to me was like hey you can't move your life that way I said my bad she like apologize for her I said babe my bad she's like babe just get away I said that's fine my bad I turn around mother wall was right there in my face all right that's when dramatic happened drama all the way drama happened all right go and take a seat yes sir I got some follow-up questions for them and I'll be right back with you yes sir so take me back to when you guys were in the water so he was mad that his okay and I was trying to talk to him well he's had too much to drink so he has anger issues and he gets mad so when has he ever hit you or done this before no no okay he's got me um when he grabbed me I didn't want to be grabbed okay because he was already bad and um I didn't want to so he he grabbed you he pulled pulled you into him yes he pulled me into him okay but I I hit the boat so you hit the boat so he pulled you in did he pull you in and twist you at all towards the boat because he was right next to the boat so he push what part of the boat did you hit I mean on your body oh I just barely hit my like my head in my back but it was barely it was like a like a bump it the the the back of your head where did it hit you mind if I I feel your head real quick do you have any bumps do you know of I don't have any at all no cuz it was all like real quick and then that girl said that my mom my mom be okay yeah cuz you're [ __ ] [ __ ] so you just di okay like I'm done with you make sure my dog gets to me too cuz I'll come get my dog I'll follow for my dog both my dogs and my home okay you can't you can't pay for that home you can't pay for that home this is what got you in trouble buddy let's let's leave let's leave it alone hey I heard you I hurt you really I hurt you you're [ __ ] a [ __ ] dude I physically try to hurt me how's that work we talk to people what's your question he Tred to physically hurt me who the youngster my my 18-year-old daughter's boyfriend try to grab me and try to throw meal where he grabbed me by the throat and tried to throw me over I didn't touch nobody me and my wife grabing water lady said something but he tried to throw me overboard he tried to hurt me that's not fair that I'm in trouble for something but he ain't in trouble nothing when he tried to throw me overboard and the only reason I'm up because I wed my leg behind that sea or we both been over we both been over water quick in a hurry fre in a hurry went over that water back gra my leg behind that seat he hurt me is that fair I don't want I don't want nobody in trouble but why am I in trouble I didn't hurt nobody I didn't hurt nobody that's my wife me and her arguing that turn yes that turn yes and she bumped the boat and lay next to her trip yeah we did but I physically try hurt her no I did not did he physically try to hurt me yes he did that was crazy I'm in trouble for what like dead ass honest I meant to me drinking n drink in the end the man was charged with battery specifically domestic and the occupants were escorted back to
