[Music] welcome back to the Donnie Rapture Channel where I always bring you fresh neverbe seen body cam footage today's body cam video takes place on August 23rd 2024 FWC officers were conducting an unrelated vessel stop when they were approached by another boat the occupants reported that an older white male on a yellow jet ski had offered to take a female passenger for a ride nearly 2 hours later the woman returned visibly distressed she provided a statement to the police alleging that while alone with the man on the water he engaged in inappropriate behavior and threatened her to remain silent about the incident out of respect for the woman I have removed her entirely from the video and Ed degenerated voice to describe what happened in limited detail I thought we were going to go fast for 10 minutes and come back he had me drink from his bottle a few times it was like vodka I think and he stopped at one place and then he was like trying to kiss me and I didn't want to kiss him I don't know how long I was gone it felt like forever I was like I just want to find my friends and get back home and every single time he'd be like yeah just go this way go this way go that way whatever and every time he kept leading me into the wrong direction as we were pulling up to my friends he was like what are you going to tell them I was like I'm not going to say anything it's cool we're good it's whatever and he was like if you say anything he kept threatening me after some searching Treasure Island py was able to locate the subject at 12 Third Street boat ramp in Treasure Island where he was observed sitting in his vehicle driver's seat with the vehicle running and jet ski on the trailer hey how you doing hey you remember me yes how you doing I'm sorry what's going on they're going to talk to you about some stuff and then we're going to go from there okay yeah I just have a I have disabilities you just what I have disabilities so what the you got a real strong odor of alcohol coming off your breath okay the charges violence I guess I never touch her in my entire life she uh H me many times we got divorc eventually but I never press charges on her I should have didn't so that was so she got arrested too uh it up uh okay that's fine are you so you're still willing to do the breath in your sample i' rather do that I know the test I have ad U ad okay so it's a yes or no do you still want to do that Ur breath and urine okay fine okay it's uh 08 correct um but so just just so you know regardless of the outcome you're still under arrest and you're still going to be going to jail I understand my son a police officer um if you can just go up there and I can get the boat out and I'll meet you up there um if I I'm under 08 then afraid to go no no no tell me all right tell me what you're you're you're placed under arrest right now because of your you're showing signs of impairment regardless of the outcome of your breath and urine sample you're still going to be going to jail so you have to give me a breath sample and a urine sample okay then what happens then you're just going to get booked in jail so regardless of if you to jail so no you're going to jail no matter no matter what you're going to jail okay no matter what I have a lot of anxiety disorder anxiety disorder that's not going to be very good for me I got a dog at home that's by himself okay um I thought that when you say I rather just do the test if I prove that I'm that's not that's not how it works unfortunately in Florida no maybe in other states but not here in Florida no so I I'm just asking are you going to be willing to give me a breath and urine sample both and what happens when I do that if I pass they're not they're not they're not pass or fail you're you're you're going to blow whatever that number is you're going to give a urine sample that'll go to the the lab and then from there you're still going to get booked so you can below you can give a urine sample you're still going to go to jail you can say no and no and you're still going to go to jail either way you're going to jail no matter yeah that's how it works I'm not drunk that's not how it works nope nope so what's the other other option so you can so I'm asking right now I'm requesting you have a lawful sample of your breath to determine its alcohol content I'm also asking you to give a lawful urine sample for any chemical controlled substances that might be in your urine are you willing to take both of those tests I have UCI right now that has absolutely nothing nothing to do with what I'm asking for okay so if I did that hand test that you talked about pass that they're not pass or fail you performed everything poorly so are you going to be willing to give me a breath in urine sample yes but I've never been to jail before well you're I in jail is going to Mo you're you're going to be in you're going to be in jail for minimum of 8 hours all right so if I do the breath and urine uh sample and I prove uh8 or less or less than point8 M then I don't get DUI no no no you're still getting charged with DUI I am yes regardless of the outcome you are still getting charged with DUI I didn't know that my God I I didn't know that I thought if you're not drunk you're not drunk if if uh nope all right so do you want to give a breath inle or do you not want to give bre in your sample cuz if you don't want to do it I'm going to read you a different form so do you want to do it regardless you're going to jail tonight for DUI the the only difference is determine what's going to happen in front of a judge then he sees you're not intoxicated um then you get out no you're you're going to jail for DUI regardless regardless of if you blow if you don't blow test they're not pass or fail you perform poorly so I lose my license if you say you don't want to give a breast sample I will read you the I will okay all right so in that case we'll get you we'll get you R onto the Jailer the man was booked for DUI and provided breath samples of 0.11 and 016 and at this point in this video panella's County Sheriff's Department took over the remainder of the investigation regarding the woman's claims and I hope this video serves as a warning to anyone thinking about boarding a vessel with a stranger be safe out there [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music]
