[Music] welcome back to the Donnie Rapture Channel where I always bring you fresh neverbe seen body cam footage today's body cam video takes place on St John's river in seminal County and I won't be starting today's video as usual you know right as the officer stops The Vessel instead we're going to be watching FWC officer nuls as he speaks with other water-based Patrol units completely unmuted which is actually pretty rare for FWC officers since they're Allowed by policy to use the button as they see fit and this conversation just shows how absolutely horny these cops are to getting arrest and after hearing this conversation I would love to know in the comments what do you guys think about the mute button should they have one yeah so far how's it look down there they're to Cle out huh Rose Wing is clear they're starting to leave dang I thought it was going to be heavy today it was all day but uh they like start yes sir yeah probably hang out for a few hours and then head back we [Music] got anybody looking like all right know they are but yeah we got we got got one yesterday to the day before so hopefully we can keep it up this weekend you know this last day got got one well Jay um I was with wild we got one yesterday and I was by myself in our um on the lake in Orlando and I got one yeah he blew he blew twice the legal limit you know so it ain't worth it you know he had a nice boat too and um he was just like hey I'm not I'm not drunk I'm not drunk I said you know the problem is a lot of people don't really understand when they're impaired you know and so we are able to tell with the eyes and so one doctor said no you're not that's not how you do it I'm like uh what are you he's like I'm a doctor I'm like how many times you you check that I checked that plenty of times I'm like hey man um what do you know anything about nag missing anything a nothing just shut your mouth and sit down thank you for your input you know so but but other than that um the guy refused to blow um that one and so I'm like well you know he refused to blow that's on you you know still you're still going to get hit with a refusal but the other two they they decided to blow you know so it was not too bad you know but other than that met you before yeah um my my name is n Ben Ben Danny yeah nice to meet you yeah we're part time homicide unit really just out here for free overtime man easy easy easy money Easy Money Man easy money you know and and that's the thing you know um I heard some of them they made it actually a 208 you know so I'm just like dang how come we can't get it you know but I decided you know maybe just um pop around a little bit out here I guess some of the um we almost put one in here cuz yesterday um he's talking about he I need a search warrant to to do an inspection on his boat yeah so I'm just like you do not know what we do do you he we play my favorite game in the world theoretically and realistically so um he was drunk man and I'm like oh good lord you know so hopefully it's quiet today and pretty mind down no problem yeah but but you know I'm going I want to get that last straggler you know that that one that just drunk a little bit too much and then um there yeah bu end up taking them to seminal you know yeah he told me I can't get uh I can't do an inspection because he's been inspected I'm just like who told you that because he's been inspected before and he got a sticker but I said you know safety sticker yeah but I'm like who those things I never understand I don't have yeah they they asked us for it but like tell you the truth personally we supposed to give them out I don't I don't unless you're like a real cool character and you have your stuff like in the first minute you have everything together I'll probably give you one but if you have to be looking for stuff and everything I'm like yeah I'm not going to give you one like they had two kids on board and each one of them were um under under 70 lbs and so I'm like those life jackets are for 90 and up we're the kids life jackets and they had to start looking for it so I'm like that's a problem all right bro I'm out of here yes sir I'm going to pop around let me know yes sir we'll do dang y'all deep out here I didn't know man I would have stayed off the water all right later yes sir how y'all guys doing fantastic man listen if I knew it was this many of cops out here I would have stayed off the water yes sir yeah I would I would have stayed off I I would probably hit some um Orlando Lakes forgot y'all do have that headache um you know the problem with it is in Orlando there's a lot of money and so it's like that Daddy's kid got a lot of money and then they I arrested one two days ago oh you know what a whole bunch of money man and he's just like no you know what my dad is such and such and such he knows the governor I'm like yep um yeah turn around place your hands behind your back because I'm pretty sure if the santis would have knew this stuff he will tell you to put go handcuffs you know so it was been pretty cool man I'm looking to see if I can get one man they said they clearing out yeah and I want to hit one I want to see if I can get a straggler who's probably a drink too too much a little bit you know that that'd be a good stop right there I don't know I'm looking for the drinkers yeah so we'll take take a look check it out yeah yeah yeah y'all were out here yesterday or no yeah I was yeah man um man I wish I would have knew I would have went to Clear Lake or something man I don't know I guess I'm going to have to start picking out boats yes sir well I'm going to head on it there see if I can make a case and get back safe holler at me if you need anything all right later looking at the Blue Boat yeah yeah I was out with them earlier that's why they came in early um what about him is he does he look like he been drinking he didn't an hour okay yeah because he got out he staggered a little bit so so I'm I'm trying toate mhm I'm going to take a look see when he come back yes sir how's it going ma'am good how are you I'm pretty good this going to M if I conduct the quick safety inspection no you y'all we're at the what rope swings yes [Music] sir how much you had to drink today uh just a couple all righty um you mind if I do a quick few task you know make sure you're good oh well I'm just going to pull it up on the on the thing but well you can you can tie it off I want to conduct a few tasks before cuz I seen you pulling into the boat ramp with kids all righty you mind if I get that done yeah no wor all righty so um I'm going to have you sit on my vessel set at the front I'm just going to do a few tasks make sure you weren't driving impaired and then if everything's good let you on about your wear all right all right all right grab a seat on my [Music] boat go ahead what thisat here don't even I like this boat yes sir no I'm good I should be good all right what I'm going to have you do is place your um sit into more in the center of the boat right here place your hands to inside I'm going to have you to your head in a 45° angle and I'm just going to run a few tasks make sure sir you follow my stimulus with your eyes but keep your head still all righty yes sir all right all right yeah no I'm not mhm hey Daddy but yeah you go so far it's like ah yeah that's man so short like I don't want to look too like that N I drank three or four beers but we ate hot dogs and hamburgers out there before left so all right that should be good that was three four hours ago all righty I'm not that stupid yes sir all right so the next uh task I'm gonna have you do is you're gonna make a fist with both hands okay extend your end um your index finger towards your and your palm forward like this all right my index towards this way yeah your index to like this okay like your index finger out like this okay and your palm outwards okay all righty um remain in this position while I explain the test do you understand yes sir all right when I say begin tilt your head back to a 45 degree angle and close your eyes all right when I tell you you two touch the tip of your nose with the tip of your index finger and immediately return it to your side do you understand yes sir begin okay left left right left right right left all right make a fist with both hands place your left fist at the center of your chest with your right fist against your left fist all right like this Center of your chest remain in this position while I explain the task all righty when I say begin you must perform four tasks all righty the first task is to count out loud from one to four while moving in a step-like fashion making contact between your fist at each step like one two three four right all righty the second test is to memorize the position of the first test after you have counted to four clap your hands three times and return your fist to the memorized position all righty so I got to clap my hands three four one two three okay all righty um the third test is to move your um to move your fist in a steplike fashion in Reverse count out loud from five to eight and returning your left fist at the center of your chest all right five six 78 all righty okay the fourth task is to open your hands with Palms down and place them in your lap do you understand it now yes sir that's easy all right go ahead okay one 2 3 4 One Two Three 4 one two three and then uh dude I'm so bad and forgetful oh my God well no that's the fourth one I know the fourth one all right the third one's what I'm having a hard time it's okay man I'm so sorry I'm not used to this it's been a while it's okay now the next Tex the next test I'm going to ask you do is turn around place your hands money um what you're going to have an opportunity to do is I'm going to take you to Simo County and then you're going to have a chance to blow all righty you're going to um but that's um that's if you want to right if you want to or not I can't make you blow yeah I don't I don't I mean I mean I'm not saying I'm drunk but I don't want to I I chance to get out man I cannot tell you boys I got two boys I got to take care of man I cannot tell you what what what you can or can't do but um it's your choice all I'm going to say is you don't have to I can't force you to blow so the thing that catches people off guard is a lot of people feel like being impaired is falling on they stumbling over that's not the case I know people who are who blew twice the legal limit and able to walk fine no issue but it depends on how much you are you a are you a do you consume alcohol normally your normal Drinker I drink like two three beers a day you're a normal Drinker you know so a lot of people are able to but you know what your eyes can always tell your eyes always show it my blue eyes yeah no not blue eyes man in anybody's eyes Man true man listen you know and that's the thing what sucks about the job is cuz you know you out there with the girls and your family but my our job is Safety First it is what it is brother it is what it the man was eventually transported to seminal County jail and
