In the evening of December 12th, 2024, an FWC officer was approached by several fishermen informing him that a man was actively spearfishing and without a dive flag. The officer witnessed him return to his van, store his spear gun, and retrieve a large cooler, then walk back to the water where he pulled up a stringer with three fish on it. Recording. No, you did understand cuz that's why you hid the fish. Yeah. That day the man was charged with resisting arrest without violence and obstruction of an FWC officer. Partly because he attempted to flee and discard evidence. He was also charged with a few misdemeanors. Harvesting snook by prohibited gear because you can only catch snook with with a hook and line in Florida. He was also charged with possession of three undersized snook and going over the bag limit. Florida only allows one snook to be harvested per day and he had three of them. Sorry for not posting for about a month. After focusing this past year on entirely FWC and watching 400 hours of their body cam, so much so that I can probably identify officers just based on their voice, I'm burnt out. And to be honest, I don't release half of the videos that I watch. Either the videos are too dark or the subject matter is too mundane. And after some of my videos have started getting millions of views, I've noticed officers muting their cameras even more, which totally defeats the purpose of even having them. Anyways, next month or so, I'll be focusing on other departments, not in Florida. Because honestly, it's too easy and oversaturated. And after spending 18,000 dollars on records requests last year, I'm sick of channels with AI generated voices ripping my videos and putting them in their compilations.
