was very Cooperative offering clear and thorough responses to the officer's inquiries how you doing I was that the huh I was that when okay so I was in there and I was ringing out a customer okay my um coworker tredy to help me I told him I don't need your help I didn't ask for it please let me do it okay and he goes to my manag he goes I'm going to beat the out of this B okay and then after the customer starts walking out he go ahead and slaps the out of me all right so I start hitting him back so selfdefense okay and that's all that happened but he broke my glasses okay and I went to play charges on him all right hello did you talk I I did okay what did you see happen so all I know is he kept telling her to leave her alone and she kept like taunting him and saying stuff to him as he was trying to bag my order okay and next thing I know like they went towards the bag and she like shoulder checked him okay so he pushed her off of her and then he she grabbed a metal I guess it was like a pizza dish one second I'm with the police it was like a pizza dish it was circular she hit him with it is he all right I think so but he's pissed okay can I see your driver's license real quick I'm just going to have you added in as a witness I I texted my manager for that video proof his K I texted Caleb okay cuz he's the only one that can um get the information okay where's your manager at one of my managers is inside she's in there with the other person cuz I just want I just separated I just came outside I didn't call you guys all right the officer noted that the female was giving every small detail related to the incident she believed that by being so thorough and Cooperative with law enforcement she could avoid facing charges her detailed account was likely an attempt to demonstrate her transparency and willingness to resolve the situation okay by him back I am older than 18 all right how old is he I'm not sure I think I know he's younger than 18 but head back in officer began questioning the male suspect separately Who provided detailed information about the incident however the officer did not seem to pay much attention to his words what the what happened jump on me and [ __ ] so then I get to I'm pushing her away pushing her away mind you I got a chain on she grab my chain she do this so then I push her into the fryer like and she still trying to hit me so I hit her like I hit her twice and then I let go of her and she's still trying to run at me and my manager grabbed her and I just ran I just like walked casually to the back and started calling my mom and my man trying to tell them what happened yeah why is she put her hands on a minor like did did she hit you with anything uh she tried to yeah she tried to hit me in the head with a uh uh a dining tape like tray okay is that the one that's on the ground then y the met one the police initially suspected the male suspect of lying because the female was cooperating very well however when the male revealed footage of the incident it became clear to the officer who the actual suspect was i h the also break my glasses and they're very expensive mhm so I need to know what is going to happen for that CU I need them how much are your glasses they were over 500 bucks there these are glasses I forget what brand it is it's all Versace glasses Versace yeah so you're bringing customers out he came over to ask if he can help if he can help you no he started telling me what to do this and then I tell him I don't need your help okay and then he walks away goes to the manager Alicia yeah he walks by her and say I'm going to be the of that and then he comes back around and slaps you mhm all right does he say anything to you before he slaps you or just no all right where uh what throwing her hands up is yelling at him she pushes him they like walk past each other and he pushes her back and then they kind of go into the rail area yeah and then if that's off the camera you can't see it but that's in there there's a one of those silver tray sitting on the floor that's door Das she so talk to Door Dash door Dash has her being primary for it but it sounds like mutual and getting back and forth uh I will say that we do get complaints about her I probably talked to her about three times she's on close to a final WR episode right yeah that's probably why she's trying to swing the story in her face yeah I to me just watching the video she seemed like she's the instigator yeah so uh the officers briefed their colleagues about the female's actions leading to an immediate decision to arrest her during the arrest the female began to resist making the process more challenging did you give my uh partner your information yes sir okay how old are you I'm 19 you're back runs at him punches him uh he then they come in here yeah they should have for him I already cleared it they're going north [ __ ] he then whips uh he then whip North from here sorry he then whips salsa a couple salsa or whatever at her she then grabs a flat tray and hits him with it and then I think everything scooted back to the grill where no one could really see it told me that's what faced multiple charges including assaulting the employee resisting arrest disorderly conduct and providing false information the court proceedings aim to address these charges and determine the legal
