were patrolling near Jennings State Forest in Clay County what starts as a routine trespassing investigation quickly spirals into chaos recording over there in the tra my 218 okay we're just trying to you see who that is we got the whole thing on body camera the whole thing on body camera you providing your name with the wrong date of birth okay all right man well at this point you're under arrest okay you're under arrest for trespassing you're under arrest for fleeing in the Looting um there will probably be more charges pending because you drugg my officer with your side by side and you ended up running over his leg so yeah no it was you and it's definitive I mean it wasn't me it was you stop it was you it wasn't listen to The Lieutenant I'm listening it wasn't me it was stop with that I'm took off and I was crying because I didn't know what was going on and that's my story okay but I was under my control CU I wasn't under the wheel obvious okay all right give me just a second well we got him he's 10:15 in my truck right now um Brennan's still at the hospital but Bradford so got him before you know I could get back to Brennan so I got a logistics issue he's got to go to Clay we're in braford but guy with the violation occurred in clay so we fell in fleeing and alluding and trespassed of course he denied it um but we I mean we have his body cam footage I showed the guy the body cam footage he looked straight at his picture and denied it so uh Miranda is the girlfriend and she basically told us everything so so anyway um we don't they got him coming into his residence so I don't I mean we don't have room for his crap at the compound so I don't I'm not going to seize any of this stuff but I took pictures of the side by side yeah yeah yeah yeah um but it's anyway it's here off of 229 and Stark near Pleasant Grove but I just got a figure out logistics it's going to be a super late night and Brennan's probably not going to be working for a few days I imagine his
