[Music] Welcome back to the Donny Rapture channel, where I always bring you fresh, never-before-seen body cam footage. Today's body cam video takes place in Barb County, specifically the Holy Land Wildlife Management Area, where it has been recently closed due to a high water closure. Upon arrival, officers would observe several young men fishing as well as loads of shell casings. You guys see the signs and the cones in the road? Well, there's three cones in the road back there. And there's about two signs that you pass saying that this area is closed. We came. You came behind two cars. Uh-uh. That's why the cones and the closure sign. There's the only people allowed in here are construction workers and us. with a boat. Oh, I I'll get them, too. But uh All right. I'm going need to see everybody's uh driver's licenses and then your guys' fishing licenses. But you guys got to pack it up completely. Yeah. No firearms, no weapons in the car, right? Any weapons in the car? You have a AR in the car? Okay. It's in the passenger seat. Okay. You mind shutting that passenger door for me? All right. So, where's the AR at? It's in the front passenger. Is it loaded? No. No. Who is it? You shooting out here? Okay. Yeah. [Applause] All right. [Applause] [Applause] Okay. Pistol counts as a firearm, too. Is that in the front seat or in the front seat here? I'm going to have you come up here and show me where it's at and grab it. Or is it underneath the seat? Is that where you put it? Here. Step off to the side for me. All right. So, that's the only two firearms in the car, right? No other firearms are in this car. All right, guys. Um, who owns the Glock? Uh, I bought it at a gun show. You bought it at a gun show? Yeah. Well, let me let me talk to you for a second. Okay. You're not in trouble. I just got to talk to you. Okay. I sit right here. Um, first I got to read you Miranda rights, okay? Because I'm going to I have to ask you some questions about that gun. Okay. Uh, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against your court. You have the right to consult with an attorney and have an attorney present during questioning. If you cannot afford an attorney, one can be provided questioning at no cost. Do you understand these rights? With these rights in mind, do you wish to speak to me now? With these rights in mind, do you wish to speak to me now? Continue. What? Uh, continue. Say again. Continue. Is that it? Yeah. No. Do you wish to speak to me now? Uh, okay. Sure. Okay. Um, that that Glock came back stolen. Do you know anything about that? No. I bought it at uh the West Palm Gun Show. Mhm. Uh, early September. Do you have like any sort of paperwork stating who you bought it from or any of that? I have cuz I bought the uh AR around the same time as September cuz my birthday is uh September 2nd. Mhm. So I just turned 21. I still have yet to get my uh concealed carry license, but I know in Florida it's uh Yeah. Yeah, that's right. So I've been like really snacking on it. So you bought it at a gun show? Yeah, there was a gun show. Okay. Now, was it like a uh a transaction like okay, here's 150 bucks and then they gave you the gun or was there paperwork involved? It was 250 bucks. It was 200. No, I'm just throwing it out there. Yeah. An example. I'm just like saying so like you gave them cash. Did they give you anything? I pay for it to max usually. Uh yeah, they run. Yeah, they run different prices. Uh did he give you any paperwork on that? Uh I showed that at my house. At your house? Yeah. Okay. Um showing you who you bought it from. I was it a vendor? Was it like a like a person like set up with a booth and something like set up at like the gun show or was it like dude was just walking by I'm trying to sell this right here for X Y and Z. Yeah, pretty much. His name. So he probably didn't give him paper. You just gave cash and then like a bill of sale. Oh, he gave you a bill of sale like I so and so sell so and so x y and z. Okay. With his name and everything on it. Correct. Um, it had Did you write his phone number and everything on there too? No, just like first name and that was it pretty much. Okay. Um, so you said what was it? September like September 4th, 5th and all. Okay. Palm Beach gun show you. Yeah. Okay. Do you remember what he looked like? He's like 59. He looks like me. Okay. His gun. Okay. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. It's a tiny face that anything looks going on right now. I'm still going on a couple things, right? So that gun just came back stolen. So like not right now. It's unfortunate. It's unfortunate stolen firearm. We're going to confirm that. Okay. Did my uh rifle come back? Rifle's fine. Yeah, rifle's fine. Your your rifle rifle's just a pistol. Um yeah, if it is 100% stolen, we give you a ticket. Okay. Um that that's why we're asking you the questions on where you got it from because of the reason why and how it was. Okay. So basically, what do you think of a month ago or no? Two months ago, right? September. So about two months ago, you went to the gun show, spent how much you say? 250. 250 cash on it. Yeah. The guy wrote like, "I sell so and so this and signed and that was it." Okay, good. Um, you mind giving me a sworn statement of that? Okay, cool. I I haven't just saying that basically exactly what you just told me. Um, it just it just helps with with the gun so that it doesn't really try not to come back on you. So, we're trying to help your case out. Okay. Because the gun is is possibly stolen. All right. Uh, is it a chance that it was stolen to me then reported it and stolen? There's always that chance, but from the information that we're gathering, that gun's been stolen for over two years. Count off. If you're honest with me, I'll work with you guys. All right. Was everybody basically shooting out here? Was it just one person? You guys are honest, I'll work with you. All right. But everybody was basically target shooting right here. Okay. No, I I get you. I get you. But just you were target shooting pretty much right here at it. Yeah. On the side. Okay. Okay. All right. You were honest with me. All right. So, I'm going to work with you. Okay. We got multiple issues here. Okay. All arrestable. arrestable as in each and every one of you go to jail today. All right. Not we're not gonna do that. You were upfront and honest with me about coming through the signs. Upfront honest with me about amitioning the guns and everything. Okay. All right. So, I'm I'm going to work with you guys. All right. All right. First thing what we're going to need, right? All the casings in here need be picked up. All right. So, pick up all the casings. Grab the uh the metal that you were shooting at. Put it in the car. All right. Well, I fill out a couple things, right? And then I'll be with you guys and explain everything to you. But just so you know, right now, like you're not going to get arrested today. All right. Being out here target shooting, right? It's a huge no no. Yeah, it is. Especially with no backing cuz your bullets are traveling. Even if it's shooting into the brush right here, it's skipping. We're shooting like it like 10 yards. Even at 10 yards, those bullets are traveling through the grass. You don't know what's in that grass. Remember, you're in a high water closure. So, there's no saying that there's anything right there. You get what I'm saying? All right. So, all the brass right here needs to be picked up and then uh the metal you were shooting at, bring it into the car. Yeah, that's fine. There's no other weapons or anything in the car, right? Okay. All right. Knives. I I don't I don't care about the knives. It's just the firearms. Mute off. All right, guys. This is what what we got. All right. I know you already know. I got to take the firearm. It It's stolen. Um it came back. It's been stolen for almost two years now. All right. Unfortunately, I understand your situation, but there's nothing I can do about it. Okay. Um All right. Now, for the group. All right. You got multiple violations. Okay. First one, you're in here doing a high water closure. Pass three cones, two big white signs that say closed. Okay, that's number one. Number two, nobody's got a fishing license. All right. Number three. All right. We were shooting here off the levey. All right. All right. Number four, the ammunition over here on the ground. All right. So, you guys are cooperative. All right. Answered all my questions. Right. So, I'mma cut you a break. Right. Shooting off the levey is a misdemeanor. Restable offense. All right. You're going to get a warning for that. Okay. the ammunition on the levey. Okay, that's a littering ticket. It's $150. Okay, I give you a warning for that, too. Thank you, sir. All right, everybody today is going to be issued one citation. It's going to be like a parking ticket. All right, for not having a fishing license, okay? It's a $70.50 ticket. Okay, once it's paid, it goes away. Okay, all the information on how to pay it is going to be on the bottom of the citation and a contact with the courts. Okay, sir. Everybody here is also, okay, going to be issued an NTA, okay, which is a notice to appear. You're going to have to go to court, right, for being in here during a high water closure. Okay. I decided to cut you a break. Instead of hitting everybody with shooting AR-15 and pistols off the levey, just simply in here, okay, it'll be up to the courts at the end of the day, but you guys have a clean record, so they can be lenient. Okay. All right. Okay. So, what I'm going to need uh from you, I'm going to need you to sign the property receipt. Okay? And I'm going need everybody to sign their uh citations and NTAs. All right? Signing them is not an admission of guilt for the uh fishing license ticket. It's just saying you'll get it taken care of in 30 days. If you court, you can. Okay? All the information at the bottom. Same thing with the NTA. The NTA is going to be uh signing it's not admission of guilt. It's just saying that you will show up to court. Okay? The courts will get in contact with you, okay? On a uh on the set date, okay? If you don't hear from them within two or three weeks, I do recommend just giving them a call. Okay. I do have one question because I am here visiting. Yeah. From Texas. It doesn't affect you. Basically, you would have to show up to court. Sometimes they do have Zoom. Okay. To where they can they're very they they're cooperative, right? Um and they work with you. Okay. So, what I would recommend in for your situation, right? Um give them a call in a week or so. Okay. Because that's when everything will be put into the system, right? explain, okay, that you're from Texas and everything, right? If you can be able to do Zoom. All right. Um, I've heard in certain situations where that has happened. Okay. All right. Magazine, right? And then I'll just give you There's all the IDs back. Okay. Thank you. All right. Like I said, we'll wait you guys back up out and then that's it. Okay. Say fishing. I can't bring just fishing. I can't. No, you can't. I mean, you can have it on illegally. You're allowed to open and carry the state while you're fishing. No, you can. Fishing license for instate like $17.50ish fish. Uh, fish hunting fish Florida. Okay. Also, do you know any estimate of supposedly they're saying December, but I'm not 110%. Yep, I see it. There's your app if you want to look. Yeah. Oh, no. If that's if that's that's them on the boat, where you will be stopping them, that's for sure. Yeah, you're fine. You're good. [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] [Music] [Music] Heat. Heat. N.
