This officer is driving on the highway, when out of nowhere a Toyota passes her at a high rate of speed. At first the suspect isn't stopping, but when he finally does pull over, the situation doesn't go quite as planned for the officer. At first, the officer does a good job at keeping the taser away, but it only takes one wrong move and the suspect can easily gain the upper hand. The suspect was found to have blood alcohol content twice the legal limit on this arrest. As the officer walked up to the door, she noticed that the suspect had his hand on the gear shifter.
