Kids played in the sand while she clutched a bottle of vodka in one hand and yanked her shorts down with the other. Parents gasped, children stared, and cops rushed in. The scene kicked off with our tweaker bell, swearing her shorts just fell down on their own. Sadly for her, the officer's eyes and her body cam caught her yanking them off like she was auditioning for chaos. The deputy, cool as a cucumber, wasn't buying it and let the silver bracelets do the rest of the talking. >> We're watching it about rather you take her. Yep. >> I don't s in jail and be out. So, I went over to go make make contact with her when one of the families came up to me and when I went to go make contact with her, she was in the middle of doing it again. And then she saw me and quickly pulled them up and tried to play it off that they were just falling down. And I said, "No, they weren't." And then I grabbed her vodka, poured it out, and she kept calling me, went to go put her in handcuffs. She began resisting. And then you saw it. As if flashing kids wasn't chaotic enough, Tweakerbell leveled up by running her mouth at the cops. Getting her into the car turned into a circus act, and that wild kick she launched smacked the poor officer's body cam straight to the ground where it sat filming the madness from floor level. In the end, her tantrum didn't win her freedom, just bonus charges stamped onto her record. Lisa was charged with indecent exposure, second offense, obstruction without violence, and battery on a law enforcement officer. Nine months later, on July 6th, 2023, a jury found Lisa guilty on all three counts. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail, but credited with 265 days of time served, meaning she had already overserved her time by the verdict. After release, she was placed on 18 months probation.
