here is 45 it's a three lane road it's with red lights intersections people pulling out of shopping plazas this isn't like just a road out in the middle of nowhere and there's nowhere like people aren't around this isn't a highway so this is why it's super dangerous because if you hit someone at 80 it's going to it's going to be bad it's kind of like u a baseball a baseball weighs a few pounds pitchers can throw the baseball at 80 miles an hour if you got hit with a baseball at 80 mes an hour that would hurt now imagine getting hit at 80 mes an hour by a 4,000lb vehicle that's a bad day your court date is you have to show up to court or you have to have an attorney show up to court on your behalf but you'd have to hire one obviously yeah okay so because this is mandatory I just need you to sign and because you don't have your license on you I just need to provide a right thumb print all right please be careful okay yeah and uh do you have any questions on the the court information or do you understand it so you said in the mail how long do that it'll probably take about a week to two weeks if you don't get something in the mail within 2 weeks I would call one of those cour houses right there in Brower those in the blue paper on the front it talks about all the cour houses in Brower County whichever one's closest to your house i' call just let them know hey I got a citation for going um yeah 30 over the speed limit it's this is your citation number right here I never got noticed in the mail when my court date was that's you're probably not going to have to do this I'm just let you know if it happens which is very rare okay yeah um yeah but please please slow down because you're almost going like you're moving I was like got 35 over it's fast you know so citations why for speeding and for careless driving okay oh no yeah good 104 so you have three ways to take care of it though okay you can pay it you can go to traffic school or you can go to traffic court whichever option you choose though you have to comply within 30 days all right but I'm not a careless driver actually you are a careless driver careless driver yeah because you're going 15 miles over the posted speed limit plus you were following cars too closely and improperly changing lanes by rapidly changing lanes that's the definition of a aggressive careless driver all right so we need to make sure that this doesn't happen again the court is here brow or for be no it's in Broward so if you want to go to court you can show up to court in Broward or you can hire a traffic attorney and then they would be able to go to court for you on your behalf so they'll take care of everything I don't have any tickets for more than 10 years please never do it again please be safe you're free to going westbound the eastbound Lane so if I wasn't paying attention which I was paying attention we would have caused a head-on collision I could have hurt her she could have hurt me it would have been her fault and we just we can't have that it's just very dangerous driving on the wrong side of the road she told me that she's been thinking about a lot of things going on in her life family members in the hospital that's why I asked if she needed someone to come pick her up CU if she's not in the right state of mine to drive she shouldn't be driving on the road right now she's not paying attention so I'm missing you a citation for driving on the wrong side of the road you have three options though you can pay it you can go to traffic school or traffic court But whichever option you choose you have to comply with in 30 days all right the other thing is just a pamphlet about back to school and you know Brower County they just started school a couple weeks ago so it just talks U-turn while the lights red can't do that in Florida I don't know if there's any state in the United States where it says uh red lights at a left turn you can you can do a U-turn or you can turn left now in Florida if you're in the right turn lane and there's a red light as long as you stop you check both ways the intersection is clear you're allowed to go through on the right side unless there's a sign that says no turn on red which some intersections have that because they're engineered by Traffic Engineers who deem that it's safe to do or it's not safe to make a right turn when the light is red maybe because of the angle you're at or the amount of traffic that passes through but in Florida there's no area where you can make a left turn while the lights red unless you're directed by a police officer because the lights are out or like there's a crash and you're directed by law enforcement then you're fine but there is no cop over there police officer saying anything so I'm missing a citation for the red light we you have three options on how to take care of it you can pay it go to traffic school or traffic court But whichever option you choose you have to choose one within 30
