yes 91 so when they pull now just let him know this is as much as he may not like it this is law mm-hmm his only recourse would be to maybe attend elections and hope somebody else would get elected either though maybe maybe not even telling them this is a civil right it is a criminal Curtis misdemeanor just let him know that this is an order from the mayor or from the governor through the mayor that he is considered non-essential should not be open and if we bought up we keep coming back and we see him open he's gonna get another ticket and also he runs the risk of getting his business license revoked by the city dealing he won't be able to open at all so that's it's kind of curtain I don't like it it is what it is we don't make the law we just follow away I'm just putting on essential for violation on non-essential violation I wouldn't put that foot open business a violation of emergency decree open business and in violation of emergency decree [Music] okay so we're not the ones who make the law enforce the Constitution United States so the governor has ruled your business and on essential I don't determine what's essential and what's not I just fall to LA okay you're not so what I did was I decided you for being open okay I didn't give you failure to ID which is a charge I could have gave you but I didn't okay but if you remain open you're gonna be continued to get decided okay and there's a chance that you can lose your business so I'm trying to help you out by letting you know you're not supposed to be you lose your job that's fine that's what you want to pursue then by all means okay what I do right now is just your signature on that black X it's criminal yes it's a class three misdemeanor press hard there's five copies well I'm not agreeing to this I know you don't sign no I just need to say you can fight this on the court all the wood may know you're not admitting that you're open okay so I just need your signature you can go explain how your essential yes so right here gives you the address I don't need your permission because when I came in there when I came in in there we were conducting an investigation as to why you were open so if you were failing to give me your identification during an investigation I have the right to place you under arrest for failure to tidy yourself under the state of Arizona so if you want to subpoena me to court and we can take it out in court that's fine that's total your right your wife's got it on camera we've got it on camera so I don't know what else to tell you man like I'm trying to be fair with you like the direction we were given is issue citation if you continue remain open as we drive through on when we see you open it's another citation it's another citation every time we drive by and we see you eventually you'll just end up going to Holbrook there will be no more second release that will be even though sit in jail for 24 48 hours the reason we're not now is because I have no reason to subject you to a county jail for this okay the man is looking into businesses the mayor is because his Proclamation under the governor which is authorized by our country you know what I I'm not allowed to talk politics well I know but up till you know this is what to you one thing well any every mayor is going to have to follow this and show them I showed him my license you did when I took a picture of it it will be included [Music] in the the law says I can sell this and I can sell anything else along with it okay this is the law let me finish your license was issued on the 24th that's the date that's on it you were told yesterday the 10th not to be open yesterday that was on the 24th and last month right and you were told yesterday not to be open by a lieutenant yeah so that was after your license was issued therefore you've already been able to know this let me finish so you have been given a warning after your license was issued what's they didn't have to do which he would not sign your ticket yesterday so what the mayor is looking at is if everybody keeps staying open and they're not supposed to be their only recourse is to start towing business licenses that is something you run the risk of there's losing your business license which means you can't open it happen that's just a guess but it's not because you keep violating state law I did not violate it you just gave you is a state law that license it's not a that's fine that's fine like I said I gave you a court date bring that with you yeah so can explain to me Holly mr. pretty pretty simple right here on the side issued 324 it is now 411 yeah so your license was issued 324 days and weeks after that my license but you don't qualify I do qualify yes why is the men No okay up compliance to your violation
