In the end, Scott was charged with five counts of possession of undersize crawfish. After an initial plea of not guilty, he later played no contest to all charges and his adjudication was withheld. He was sentenced to a total of 12 months of probation and 48 hours of community service with the option to buy out at $10 per hour.
