Anyway, the defiance didn't stop here. It actually carried on all the way to the county jail. [music] By the next morning, she was standing in front of a judge pleading not guilty to three counts. public intoxication and two counts of resisting arrest. Now, even though the restaurant decided not to press charges for the unpaid bill, the state is still moving forward with the rest of the case. As it turns out, she was already under a court agreement stemming [music] from a 2025 domestic battery case out of Delray Beach. Now, you might be wondering why this new arrest didn't immediately trigger a violation of her previous deal. The catch is that while the officers charged her with disorderly intoxication based on her behavior, no formal [music] breath or blood testing was done at the scene. Without that scientific proof, the court can't technically confirm she broke her no alcohol rule, [music] at least not yet. That's likely why the judge in this new case placed her right back on supervised recgnissance. She's back to random testing and strict monitoring while both cases remain active. One mistake now could cost her the deal on her first case and her freedom on the second. Of course, it's important to remember that these are just [music] charges. She is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. As of right now, both matters remain active and pending.
