Officers with Florida Fish and Wildlife responded to a call in reference to an individual trespassing and fishing on Blount Island in Jacksonville, Florida. Hey, it's Leroy. I'm Officer Berry. The fishing license citation was later dismissed and he played no contest to the trespassing charge. He was ordered to pay $303 in costs and fees, which after failing to pay were sent to collections.
