femil the officer do it and I'm still not okay with it the fact that he's been touching me as much as he do on August 10th 2021 officers responded to a call reporting a serious incident involving a highly intoxicated female driver who was recklessly operating a vehicle on the road the caller indicated that the female was driving at excessive speeds and had already caused significant damage by colliding with three different Vehicles before coming to a stop the severity of the situation and the potential danger to Public Safety required immediate action by law enforcement who's in this car over here you all right what happened I'm coming from work I just got off of the breakers I'm coming westbound here yeah and uh I had full green light I mean I was coming down it had been green and like M Mr gity just you know confirmed he was behind me running on the bridge you know she was coming I saw her at the last moment that she like crossed into the intersection and I just jumped on where was she going was she going north she coming Northbound here on flag yeah okay no problem and you kind of like T-boned her or Prett much yeah that way yeah no this thing protects you boy let me tell you the knee pads everything come out cuz I was like you know it's funny cuz when I saw to the last second and I'm like all a sudden I realized she's in the intersection we're going to hit right and I you know I tensed up a bit but fine she's the one was a little woozy okay the other ones are okay you were driving this one okay was there anybody else in the car with you can I grab your license and I don't know where my purse is my purse is right here and it's not here did you talk to her I'll talk to her yeah does she seem yeah she seems she's looking for a vape right now what's that she's looking for a vape right now she's trying to find her purse oh cuz I need her driver's license and all that here I found okay upon arriving at the scene of the incident the officers encountered multiple victims who had been affected by the driver's Reckless actions these individuals were present at the scene and provided the officers with initial details of what had occurred their accounts helped establish a preliminary understanding of the sequence of events leading up to the collisions the officers diligently gathered information from each person ensuring they had a clear overview of the extent of the damages and the behavior of the driver prior to her eventual stop so you want what do you need license driver's yeah license and your car registration and proof of all I asked was where you were despite repeated attempts by the officers to calm her down and gain her cooperation the suspect continued to interrupt the investigation and refused to engage in a meaningful dialogue when questioned further the female suspect denied being involved in any criminal activity she admitted that the collisions occurred but attributed them solely to her carelessness rather than any form of intoxication she also explicitly claimed that she was not drunk a statement that contradicted the observations of the officers and the behavior she was exhibiting at the time her repeated denials and refusal to take responsibility complicated the investigation as her argumentative demeanor disrupted the officer's ability to conduct their duties efficiently trying all you have to say is where you work that's all and all I'm trying to do is explain to you and you're completely disregarding me as if nothing I say matters I'm trying to explain to don't you think if I take the female suspect into custody however the arrest process was not without challenges as the officers informed her of their decision the suspect became increasingly argumentative and resistant patrol control vehicle the officers transported her to the police station for further processing upon arrival the officer instructed her to Exit A Marked police vehicle to which she refused and had to be physically removed once outside she sat on the ground yelling and screaming another officer arrived to assist she refused to walk and had to be carried by the officers during this process she kicked the other officer and later Str uck the reporting officer in the groin with her heel and it omitted from her breath and the way she's acting once she get the that's not alcohol I she get drunk when she get the body camera you could see the way she was acting prior to you coming here we actually had to calm her down she couldn't answer any questions like everything I told you on the phone but that's what I said that's like the last we're doing right now we have to take her number one to the hospital we have to take her to get breathalyzed okay so that's steps follow her everywhere we you're not going to be able to go into the hospital because she's yeah of course you can follow her but I'm not sure if they're going to the station first and then the hospital okay station they do an observation I don't remember how many times cuz he's a DUI officer he goes to a special school for that so they do an observation and then they have to do everything else all righty so when can I get her out she'll call you from the from the jail the last thing this kid need she has gone through so much in her life do you think that's maybe something happened today it's possible I mean she's got a piece of [ __ ] for Mom there might have been something stressed her out today or something but maybe like I said the last time I had to I put her in for checked everything after about 8 hours whatever it was and they ran every drug test known to mankind on her and nothing came back yeah and they never did find out what it was he the doctor diagnosed that's what caused the something stressed her out and that's what caused it got you so I mean getting her a DUI for this is ridiculous kids already yeah but now what would have happened if she would have killed somebody you know oh I understand that she totaled three cars I understand that but I know I think it was just an accident I mean yeah I had a car sitting I'm going to move my car right now I had a car sitting a red light this morning pulls out in front of me I'm pulling a truck in a trailer fortunately I'm a good enough driver I was able to evade it and not hit her in the side yeah but I mean it happens she left from a red light to my green light M all right well um you have a card do I have a card no but I could write my name down on one this other cop takes lessons on how to treat people from you come off as being an arrogant from the get yeah I will I apologize for that yeah some cops just they my brother a son or my grandson it's pretty soft yeah yeah let me right you okay back there Mickey oh I'm I just got exposed to it I don't know if it should be now or later or should or it should be when I am actually drunk and should be actually arrested for drunk driving cuz I'm actually drunk I don't
