on February 12th 2024 authorities were notified of a trespassing incident upon arrival they found a white male detained by Carnival security and an off-duty officer it appears that the man managed to circumvent peer Security in his attempt to board the ship what's up Greg this guy was uh this guy got passed somehow now we're trying to figure out how cuz none of us saw him but he's wet skinned up and we don't know if he came up from the water or something but he do belong on the ship he's from C he's got an ID very smartass and uh he got into to try to get in the ship and that's when these guys came out to us brought him to us and said that he do belong on the ship so he got inside so we want him arrested for trespass um we may be calling Coast Guard to deal with the breach side of it but uh don't know where came got theat but he's wet how the heck did he get on theat his bag wet he wasn't I don't remember seeing this guy at all cigarettes are wet there's no way he came to us he interrupt me and explain to him one one arrest 1015 that white male Mr Todd got here a week ago has been staying at CS in fact he asked me to drop him off there when we came over today he has a slight drinking problem was drinking a little but he's not intoxicated decided he wanted to go aboard the ship he walked over to perv bypassed the front with the signs you remember all the signs and say trespassing no trespassing all that stuff any who he walked down there got in the group got in the right hand side of the line and they passed him through correct well you know how they have they have two spots to check people in check IDs at the where sometimes they have a third one cuz it's a lot of people correct Mr Todd he just walked through he W well he walked through over here Mr Todd he walked through and then got on the cruise ship have a seat right there to where they said where's your ship's ID and he said what did you say to him when you asked for the ship ID Mr Tod I get person so he said nothing and they checked for his ID and he wasn't a ship he faced charges of trespassing to which he pleaded no contest after paying fines and serving 25 days in jail his case concluded
