On July 27th, 2024, police were called to a hotel after a babysitter lost control and became extremely angry when her employer refused to continue working with her. I thought all we can do is stand up. When the officers arrived, they immediately took the woman into custody. However, her continuous resistance and shouting had disturbed the entire hotel's peace. The woman was unhappy about being arrested, which only increased her resistance. This behavior made it difficult for the officers to control the situation and complete their duties smoothly. Were you You're involved in all this? Yes. The woman quickly became a complete nightmare. The officers wanted to remove her from the hotel, but her screaming was disturbing everyone's peace. Could the officers have calmed her down? Nothing had any effect on her. What happened? So, we were up there and they were like going at each other. And we could see their faces all bloody and stuff. And we're like, "Oh, shit." And uh we separated Mike and the other dude separated and we're trying to stay in the middle. And she's she's cussing at us, threatening us, all kinds of [ __ ] She started charging us, so I was just like, "I'm backing out of there." And she went after him and grabbed him. I'm like, "Okay, this is out of hand." I reached out, grabbed her up behind one arm, grabbed my arm and just slid her down laid her down and cuffed her. And she was kicking her planner and they grabbed her legs and we were like Well, I guess we'll wait here for till the cops come. Were you hit or bit. You were bit? Yeah. She's like, "I I can't breathe." So, I let go a little bit. I was like, "All right." And then she tried to reach and bite and she I felt her grab and I pulled her by her hair off. Where did she bite you at? Right here. The EMS is like, "Yeah, go to the hospital." I wiped it down with a bunch of alcohol and [ __ ] They're like, "Yeah, go get checked out." Do you want to pursue criminal charges? No. Can I get Do you have an ID? So, you guys responded up there. Oh, yeah. And they were like in the middle of the hallway. She was just screaming at him. It was just cursing at him. She want money. You owe me I need 10 grand or some [ __ ] [ __ ] I'm looking at both their faces like, "Wow, this is physical." We got a call saying it was a domestic dispute. It was physical, but I was like, "This looks a little bit more than just a little physical." Yeah. So. We tried like I said, we tried to separate them. And then she just kept going at You were involved, sir? Maybe. Okay. So, who is she to you? She is our uh nanny. Nanny? How long have you How long has she worked for you? Six months. Four months? I hired her right before I started going to this school for my PC. So, it's been about four or five months ago. So, um Do you want to pursue criminal charges against her? I'm going to reach out to my attorney in the morning to see if she wants to Okay. I got her in the back and called her, but we'll be fired. I know. Yeah. She's She's going to jail. She got her leave out. I just want to But, um I want to talk to my attorney at this point. Just for your friend to say about to give a good truthful truth and nothing but the truth. Yes. So, what happened here tonight? Um she like then um friend came and going to get a charger out of the truck that are behind you. Um she approached me and tried to sort of get sexually active. Um I shared that experience with my wife and it escalated to where she was I guess trying to prove that it didn't happen and my wife obviously doesn't believe her and thought I was lying and and she kept getting more and more and more upset and uh yeah she started actually hitting me and then she started going after my wife for some unknown reason. It was extremely important for the officers to gather every possible detail related to the woman, no matter how small, so that she could be punished according to the law. Nothing could protect her from facing the consequences of her actions. She had to be held accountable and justice would surely be served. They started hitting me again and started throwing which you'll see in the room. Throwing things like that I had my wife and her friend leave and I tried to detain her until the police got here. And then Baby, do you have a phone charger? No, I don't. Um at that point I obviously got to the point where she was being so aggressive that I couldn't really leave the scene. So I had to wait What exactly did she do? that What exactly? I can see that you have injuries to your face and you kind of explain a little bit She was throwing things and that, you know, um I have a black belt so I'm fairly agile and dodging blows but she she got one in. So Okay. Is that this you stopped the nose You stopped my nose from bleeding. I did try to de- uh de-escalate the situation. Okay. And would you like to pursue criminal charges against her? If I could wait to answer that question, I do want to reach out to my attorney. Um my number one concern, and I've already looked at my wife, is if she gets out, is she going to come She said already said like she wants to fight me now. And I've done We done everything for this girl for She's lived with us. She's been taking care of our baby. Every meal she's had for the 3 months last 3 months every bit of It's been 3 months now. I said 4 months, okay. I think it I mean it might be more. I got four kids. I don't My days run together. But everything We've done everything everything for this girl. Everything. We've been paying her $75 a night to stay with the baby. I've never seen her act like this. We go downstairs get a charger come upstairs and whether he was he was wrong she was wrong I don't care. I don't care but she laid hands on my husband. And that's why we're here and that's why I'm asking him if he wants to pursue criminal charges cuz I don't have anything to do with that. The officers were gathering all kinds of information from the man. However, the man also wanted to involve a lawyer to ensure the woman received a harsh punishment. Or did he have another plan behind this? All the evidence was clearly against the woman. What could have been the man's true intentions in involving legal help? I saw her throw throw the glass across the room talking about she he owes her money cuz we pay her $75 a night, but her car is [ __ ] so we were trying to save up the money and give her everything she needs in the meantime to try to get her a new car. Okay. Not a new, you know, a used $4,000 car or whatever we can get. That's That's what the plan was. We didn't owe her money. We pay for all of her stuff. Okay. And she was a good She's been a great great help. A great help. And now I'm [ __ ] I don't know how I'm going to take care of all of these four kids. We'll do what we can. I get it, but I'm mad now. And she was really mad about it and started throwing glass and I'm the type that if that happened we need to talk about it. I wanted to go home. I wanted to leave her there. She's clearly drunk as hell. I mean, she's my lady. I've never seen her that drunk in my life. Yeah. Like it's She doesn't drink. But um I was like, "We're going to leave her here. I'll come get her in the morning. We got to go." And she started chasing my husband out the room. She was going ass. She laid hands on him. And like I said, we This girl lives with us in our three-bedroom like com- tiny ass two-bedroom duplex where I have four children. I put a bed in my room like in the girls' room for her last week. So, she could have a room to sleep in. And she takes care of baby every night. Like it's not somebody that I would have thought But that's always who it is. Okay. So, you just see Tanika punch your husband? She punched him. Punched him. She threw glass at him. Right when we were walking out the door, I mean, you guys see the video. I don't know if you could see in the room at that point. When we walked out, the glass was thrown. He She chased him in the hallway and we left. And he He him He wants to protect me. That's his whole I said, "Why didn't you run?" He said, "We couldn't have got out of the elevator as fast as him." I said, "I could have gone down the stairs." You could be mad. I was running out breath though. I haven't ran in a long time. I felt like I was a me honestly cuz that [ __ ] was scary. I don't want to do that again. I want to go home. The woman also provided the officers with enough information to help complete the investigation. Accusations were pouring down on the woman from every side. And now, no miracle could save her. The evidence against her was overwhelming, leaving no room for doubt about her guilt. That's my guest. Okay. If you just want to come over here with me real quick. Do you have an ID on you? I'm like just going crazy. And then she like started going crazy and saying that she they owed her money and stuff and like she started punching him, slapping him, and throwing things. It's like and me and her took off running and we were trying to get him to run with us but you know, he was trying to keep her away like Um but that's pretty much it. We ran down here and Okay. Was uh hotel security notified? Uh no, we didn't get a hold of them. We just called them as we or called y'all as we were running down here. Okay. So, they weren't up there when you No. Okay, I'm just trying to get a time on everything. Yes, sir. So, you saw her hit or Tanika hit the gentleman there? Mhm. Okay. Okay. 3:30 When the entire investigation was completed, she was transferred to jail. However, even during the journey, the woman showed no cooperation. She should be kept in jail for as long as possible so she can learn to deal with others properly. This strict approach was necessary to ensure she understood the consequences of her actions.
