okay I know I don't I know you you don't you don't have to on March 26th 2024 in Florida an officer conducted a routine traffic stop on a vehicle due to an expired tag I stop right when the officer approached they initiated contact with the driver a man to inform him of the reason for the Stop and requested that he step out of the vehicle for further questioning you do yeah you have so you have it with you hotel somewhere so it's in the hotel somewhere right all right there no okay but I'm just going to search it for what as the driver began to cooperate a female passenger seated next to him became disruptive she started arguing with the officer loudly expressing frustration and using offensive language which quickly escalated a simple stop into a tense situation the officer attempted to deescalate the situation by calmly asking the female passenger to lower her voice and refrain from creating a disturbance however she continued to argue and raised her voice even louder resisting the officer's attempts to maintain order cuz I have suspicions while I'm going to the store so let me ask a question you say I stop you while you go to the store you followed me followed me I L stop right you didn't stop us the officer's initial objective was to carry out a simple traffic stop and issue a citation for the expired tag but the woman's actions forced the officer to shift their attention to the disturbance she was creating to manage the situation the officer decided to take action by first securing the driver who though Cooperative initially became upset by the escalating tension the officer temporarily detained the man to prevent him from further involvement given that he also began to protest and argue out cuz I I'm asking you to for what cuz I'm ask we already came out just being detained right now you're not under arrest right bro I'm going you stay in the car I a tell you get out of the car yet if you if you throw if you throw it if you throw it if you throw it then now exited the vehicle on her own and sat down on the road she continued to use abusive language and show aggressive behavior yelling at the officer and refusing to comply with any requests to calm down despite mult multiple attempts by the officer to diffuse the tension her actions only worsened the situation the female passenger's Behavior signaled a complete disregard for the officer's instructions as she seemingly assumed that her actions would not have consequences all right I'm just have a step out the car and I'm asso did you yeah I need you step out the vehicle you can leave you're going to be placing observing her persistent disruption and refusal to cooperate the officer had no choice but to proceed with an arrest the officer approached her and informed her of the arrest but she immediately began resisting she yelled even louder screamed and attempted to physically struggle against the officer's efforts to take her into custody due to her resistance the officer was compelled to use additional restraint measures to ensure her safety and that of everyone involved after a brief struggle the officer successfully managed to play her inside the police vehicle handcuffs I don't have to do nothing you get y resist get get she she need to relax relax Rel relax relax get relax bro look what you want to go to jail for something she resists she resists calm down by the cam while she continued to scream and use offensive language the officer temporarily left her in the vehicle to gather additional information from the mail driver as part of the initial traffic stop investigation the officer then released the driver with a citation and a warning for the expired tag as he was no longer deemed Central to the situation the female passenger who had created a serious disturbance throughout the stop was subsequently transported to the station and later presented in court all s the bumper relax she turn she turned a simple ticket into going to jail no yes bro that's what it is your body was on the whole time my body cam was on the whole time it was on the ground it fell off it was on I told your other officer your body cam was on the ground okay what does that mean I'm letting you know that okay so then why make it difficult so why I wasn't making it difficult I you see he seen how she was acting she was already irate when you pulled the car over she was already upset I get that and I what can I do as the driver trying to talk to the officer and explain everything that's going on the whole situation what situation she sat down what what's going on smells weed and so he made a traffic stop it smells weed it wasn't a traffic stop how was it a traffic stop if I came to the store he literally followed me across the street let me ask came from over there that hotel over there did you drive that car from here to here yes all right then so you where he came from doesn't matter where he came from the fact is you the car pull me over for my tags okay I understand you said you know you know what listen pause pause pause when you turn in there listen you when I turn about right there right and then guess what I ran your tag and guess what it came back I came here follow you I could do that that's allow bro I'm just doing my job bro when she sat right there selling a cur bro we could have left her right there but all she wanted to do was sit right there and do her thing this is the thing this is the thing understand you're the officer of the law I know you're the officer of the law I told her very clearly I told her very clearly that know she oh but that's something that you got get control of it how can I get that in control I'm like this this General you can't tell me how to tell another grown person how to act it's not it's you're right you're right she's going to have her own actions but that's her problem that's her fault not yours not mine the simple the simple request I had for her was you could use your she could be mad at us you can be mad at us and all that other stuff but at the end of the day your and her actions will let you guys let you guys me not him not her you want U give her ID yeah let me
