on October 4th 2023 at approximately 1:17 a.m. a deputy with the Monroe County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to a private residence in response to a domestic disturbance upon arrival a man was spotted outside his residence waiting for law enforcement here are the events as they unfolded oh okay tell me what's going on tonight um ever since my mom got arrested for duy and biting a cop she's been crazy have you step up back there for me okay oh I'm sorry that's all right what do you mean she's gone crazy what was that um just crazy which I don't blame her she's been going through cancer and stuff but okay you know I mean y y'all can ask me anything search me you can do whatever you want where's your mom at is that your mom right there she's uh no that's my daugh okay Havey stay right here with me Zach stay right here with me so do you live here with your mom I live here with Freddy who's Freddy the owner okay so who is Freddy to your mom uh her boyfriend okay so you live here with Freddy your mom and then your your daughter no my daughter just bus I'm sorry she's busy oh okay let have you step over here all right seriously yeah it's just better to keep you all separated for now and uh well my sge talks to them and figures out uh so your mom got caught a charge I saw that that uh but what does I have to do with tonight the ability for her to over exaggerate do stuff and I said well she said I hit her with a pillow okay what pillow I I don't know you tell me man give me a faor I'll feel a little more comfortable you just have a seat okay while I'm in there your favor sit right in that chair for us all right all right yeah let me grab a beer you're going to have a seat now or you can go in handcuffs so you can be in the back of the car either one you can have a seat there in the nice chair or I'll I did what hey I'll put I did what you understand I don't know what you done what did I do right now I'm asking you to sit down and stay seated what am I doing and if you don't sit down and stay seated you're going to be seting in the back of the car you understand okay all right we good that's all man that's it I'm just trying to figure out what's happening because I got to go ins inside that house to talk to your mom real quick and I'll feel a little bit safer if you stay seated in that point okay we good thank you brother I appreciate it can I at least grab a Black and Mild that I got over there not right now bud not right now there there's a time and a place for it and you know [ __ ] ridiculous this something that goes on often with you guys yeah just kind of ever since you been going through cancer she's [ __ ] flies off the handling I'm the a pillow I didn't hit with the pillow my daughter's in there okay it's just a all right well we we'll get to the bottom of it best we can has there been anything physical between you guys before or always just verbal I mean she says you know some hateful things but I mean nothing too bad okay so just verbal yeah just verbal yeah she might call me a piece of [ __ ] or something like that yeah okay you've been drinking at night yeah a lot more than usual about the same as usual or less than usual no really I think I've had about six beers is that kind of normal for you yeah i' like to have six beers at night okay no I'm trying to engage where you think you're at yeah yeah I'm not cuz I can smell it on you that's the only reason I asked I ain't going lie to you no no you're not driving you get to be at your house and drink beer that's the truth the only thing is that really upsets me she took I was I'm doing decent mechanic class and she took oh out of the college yeah okay and she took my laptop and I was trying to get in there to see what my midterm scores for all right most sometimes I'll sit up you yeah it's just you know you're just doing your job bud so true so true understand so walk me through what happened tonight when did it kind of start leading off I called her out on um on her taking and drinking wine and suffering my daughter and then it just she just got mad at me calling me a piece of [ __ ] [ __ ] worthless I mean I was just sitting outside okay but of course I'm I'm the kidding me yeah why would she say that you did something you didn't do though does she have does she because she's a drunk okay she's a drunk she's mixing her cancer medicine with sleeping pills and stuff like that like I still love her she's my mother but she's a Dr we're go back we're out with the now how long has she been fighting cancer maybe 4 months 3 months okay so this is a new thing yeah that's got to be tough I can't even imagine I wouldn't wish that on anybody what kind of cancer does she have nothing even serious I lost both of my graines to brain herone cancer she had breast cancer she caught it it's done she just uses it as an you know like an excuse to hateful I didn't do anything I don't know what she's talking about a back clothes they can search anything you can search me I mean I don't care like I have nothing to hide I got you I got you what your daughter present for the argument she was in the bedroom okay how long was the argument tonight was it just quick or was it sort of ongoing for a while oh her being aggressive and oh D she just bit a cop a week ago she that's don't yeah I mean we don't uh that was in her past and that's something that she's going to deal with but I'm talking about a week ago okay I deal with it everything yeah I deal with the HOA I deal with the trash I deal with the recycle do with everything okay M you got ID on you or anything what I need to give you ID cuz I'm here investigating a domestic disturbance so do you have an idea or driver's license I'd have to go inside you told me to sit yeah no that's fine you can stay seated you got his name and date of birth and all that yeah uh the okay so what happened tonight um to be honest with you I think with her mixing wine and S and they were trying to put a wall between me and my daughter didn't like it and then she said I hit her with a pillow yeah was somebody coming over for a gun or something like that no I was just showing okay it was your buddy your buddy was coming over yeah I was just sh antique it was a yeah I got you it was a beautiful what time was your friend coming over it was here what time was it there about 2:00 a.m. I would probably say 11: okay I was going to let him stay here so he can catch the bus at 6:09 so did did something happen between you and your mom with this no that's did she try taking the gun you or something like that no sir I sat her down out at then she buing yelling at me a piece of [ __ ] this that M and U then I just went outside I said call the cars it's fine I got you what about the bag of clothes bag of clothes the bag of clothes that's in there there's a garbage bag I don't know if there's clothes in it I'm not going to show it to I'm not going to show it to you there's a bag in there and supposedly you hit her with the bag okay so I hit her with a bag of clothes but you won't show me the my clothes no it's inside I'm not going inside to grab it I'm asking you about this bag side can't you just ask her to show you the bag no I saw it I saw the bag what was in the bag well I didn't look inside the bag I said I wasn't sure if it was closed or not I haven't looked it doesn't matter it's an object I'm asking you did you hit your mom with an object no come on now I didn't hit my mom she says you didn't your daughter saying the same thing yeah because before we got here she us BR her ear you don't understand what's happening well you tell me what's happening well after she F the cop and got the DUI and everything going through cancer and everything she just she's not herself anymore okay and no I did not hit my mother I sat outside that's God's armest Tru I just sat outside I even walked out twice to let y'all in and your way here me yeah I got you I got you well here's the deal man supposedly there was some something about a you had you're trying to show your friend you woke everybody up in the house your mom wanted to take the watching a movie what do you mean woke yeah I'm telling you what they told me man that's it all right I guess I say do matter well I got to say you're a little more confrontational with me than they are that's I mean yeah I would imagine so why you're not the one being accused of [ __ ] that didn't happen I'm just asking you to tell me what happened man I just you know telling you the truth man mhm I sit here I've done everything that you've asked you won't show me the bag give me one second what time did your friend leave when she came out cussing me out just now like when this incident all started taking place came out cussed me out call me a piece of [ __ ] where' your friend go he left on foot and on the car he left on foot he said I'm sorry I'm leaving I'm sorry I'm sorry he left okay and then she cussed him out while he was leaving and then I let him out the gate okay where was he going to go for the night I walked down a couple of times to see if they were if yeah know the address was a little strange to find um so I don't I don't really understand like why I'm the bad guy I I think we're finding good and bad guys we're just trying to figure out what happened and stories are conflicting you know yeah but also when you have a grandmother telling an 8-year-old what to say when the cops get here me s it were you in there when she did that or you just assume that that's what happened no I was in there okay so what did she tell her to say a lot of things what a lot of things like what like um that's sound your dad you should be scared of them know what I mean about the incident cuz apparently my my sergeant said that your your daughter corroborated your mom's story yeah because she told her to say what she needed to say do you not get that no I do I'm asking I mean I'm I'm just saying do you not understand I do I that you guys took I think what was it 20 minutes I waited and waited I wanted to talk to you all and you don't think that she was telling her what to say I don't have an opinion I'm just saying have no idea just a general idea you don't think that's possible I don't I have no idea if it is or not I don't know them is there any Mars in my mom i' haven't been inside man I've been out here with you the entire time is there a bag of clothes that I hit her with again haven't been inside been not here with you the entire time exactly so I have no idea what's in that house I tell you what if your partner Serv she's going to be more me what do you mean by that CU she got wine all that stuff what she does that's not you can possess wine that's not a problem if she's got a prescription that she don't have from the doctor is that illegal I mean it depends on if she's got a prescription or not if she doesn't have a prescription is it legal you can no you cannot possess controlled substance without a prescription I can't even smoke like a mom you what I'm sorry I said I can't even smoke black them out not right now not right now how in the world am I the one in the wrong when waiting for y'all and going out to the gate open the gate do like how am I the bad guy nobody's called you the bad guy we're just again trying to ascertain what happen and yeah no I don't let people smoke on my scenes that's just it's a thing I don't do I can't believe somebody that bites a car injures a c gets pulled off your DUI and then calls me and then I'm the one that has to sit in a chair and I can't time you sit right now man just to you know put you in a position that you know we can control a little bit better if we need to I I I have no intentions of hurt okay but you know it doesn't I don't know that things can escalate things can deescalate it's just easier if you just sit in the chair then we know you're being comp I'm telling you the truth okay and I you know I've had people you know be honest with me I've had people lie to me straight to my face and say they tell me the truth so we're going to just take it one step at a time we're going look at what the evidence you know is what the Witnesses are there no evidence okay again that my Sergeant's in there figuring that out and you and I are just out here I don't think you remember me I think I uh I took you to jail once that might have happened yeah dwls issue I think so what so you a warrant maybe you had a warrant J not at all man because you arrested not at all I feel like you got body Camp cuz I'm I'm bringing all this [ __ ] to court what everything that you're saying so you arrest me now you're thinking that I'm guilty because you arrested me in the past nope you got it all wrong man I'm just saying what am I wrong about you just said it no I said I don't think you remember me did you arrest me I'd have to double check but I remember going out with you and I think you had a warrant or you had a you driving a warrant okay well then maybe you're driving with a suspended license that might have happened might have okay I just I remember the name you have a very dis very very very distinct last name and I used to work I don't have any warrants no okay I don't have any I don't have any vience CH no no I just remember having conversations with you you're driving like a silver then why why isn't my mother out here in the chair and you asking her stuff cuz we separate the parties cuz I don't have any violent charges I get I've never heard of cop I've never done anything says did man no one says that you did stand up stand up congratulations now your time to stand up you put your hands behind back are you serious being batter show me proof what are you talking about I've been outside outside are you kidding me I haven't done a damn thing okay can you no I'm done talking me dude can you at least show me what I supposedly hit her with can you at least do that you can't happens the female RP and his daughter come home from being in town about 9:30 they go to bed and they watch a movie they end up falling asleep they wake up to him [ __ ] around in the Attic he's in the Attic the dog start going crazy so both his daughter and the mom come out of the bedroom and they find him he has this his hand it's in a it's in a holster there was no thre but he's he has he's going to show a friend the he says you're not showing your friend this time so she goes to grab it he grabs a bag it has two pillows in it he grabs a bag swings the bag at her hits her in the face and says something like you know go die [ __ ] or something like that daughter backs up the old when she was right there she watched the whole thing um so we'll go talk to them real quick I'll let you get their version of events that way you have it and yeah I just lock cares and Mom want suppress charges oh yeah duh just like to ask though that that's just like to ask you good yes 2 one mail on board to USG cup stting and what I'm we in charge with again second 36022 once again 36022 unit 1847 wow ah you're going to get charged with domestic battery and what proof what proof does this open automatically oh there we go um what that'll all be including your report somebody in charged with hitting my mom with a pillow that's what your charge is I want to touch a strike of a oh God God damn and both of your badge numbers will be on the uh the police report right yes okay okay good have badge numbers we have read just whatever I can get on you and and him because usually I would imagine if somebody's getting arrested there would be proof not the guy that walks out twice looking for you and to talk to you so yeah I need y'all's information after this I don't have to finish my diesel class this young somehow I knew she would do this to get me away from my daughter I knew she would F out the way but it there supposed to be like proof with somebody being hit or something like is there supposed to be a Mark or something like that off and it like you know wouldn't that make it a char there's no no damage no proof nothing no bag of clothes or whatever or a pillow nothing or you just getting quota you're not much of a talker you know one thing I don't care if that been every last penny I've got you mother okay what if I would been the one that that called her when she smacked me in the face would she be in jail or should be me oh that's right y'all didn't ask y'all didn't look at my eye did you no you didn't do that you know not once did you ask me if I had any wound or anything you didn't ask me one time she didn't have a mark on her did you look at my eye no you didn't look at mine cuz it's convenient so you can get arrested on assumption is that a thing now cuz all your body Cam and everything's going to have to be shown so just assumption that's worthy of ruining somebody's life just assumption all right I forgive you I know you're a miserable person and maybe one day you get a boyfriend oh they I got a lawyer on Deck come on fat [ __ ] do your job there it is no all you got to do is open the door bring me in the booking I mean I know rocket science I'm getting your m& number so then we get up there they can identify you a little easier it expedit the process [ __ ] they're going to set me in holding until before I go to population so let's quit the [ __ ] getting charged for the crime with no proof off your recording keep recording y arrest to me y'all are recording me that's fine initially facing a battery charge all allegations were
