on April 18th 2024 officers were called when a woman decided to go ballistic and attacked her boyfriend while he was trying to leave home after an argument he asked me if I Wasing I said yes I had two be and we got into it because I wasn't here to unlock the door the door was locked yes all right what's your name Phil yeah that's me all right man got to talk to you man no all that's why you're here that's exactly why I'm here he is he the one that called yeah I'm trying to help get his stuff out but she just went crazy she just went crazy it's not the first time first time I've called first time you're called you you've been sweating just just getting your trying to get your stuff moving or yeah and she's been attacking me what okay how long you guys been together eight months nine months eight months eight nine months you guys know other children yeah you guys know your childhood you know you got each other since childhood and been have you guys been living together the whole time or how long you guys been living together pretty much the whole time I take her in the house so you guys have been living together and you're trying to move out what what's been going on today well I got saw it on faceb face so were you you guys FaceTiming him he called me because he was trying to get out I'm her mom he you're her you're her mom yes I said I'm on my way just get out of the house and wait for me to get there so nothing goes down why she why he was doing that she was attacking her so I told my daughter let's just go cuz I got a granddaughter here mhm d i take care of the bills here M I got you I work in syusy okay I work from 9:00 in the morning until 7:00 mhm and then I come here you don't work and you want to do this I'm done with this bro like this makes no sense I got I you're on facetimeing with her mom she ends up punching you across the face and throwing stuff at me she just a can of uh cholate covering raisins right at my head and bro like okay when when she was punching were they close Punch or were they just kind of like both it honestly it they they hurting you when she was punching or no I'm not going to listen if I don't want to press any charges or do anything all I want to do is get my stuff and go whatever her mom and that ends up doing with the baby that's on them is it her baby yeah that's her baby it's her not nothing I'm taking care of but it's not nothing with you no okay the only thing she just did was just punch you and as far as I know and I feel right now she okay obvious obviously you're sweating is that's just get all my too okay another TV okay your hands your arms real quick I got hand scratches how those happen cuz he was trying to grab me trying to grab you what was he trying to do by grabbing you because he was I I was trying to explain to him that I wasn't drunk and I was like okay and he shoved me and I shoved them back and did anyone throw punches or anything he choked me out choked you out those I see a mark there and a mark there almost to believe him because we grew up together we're family friends and I okay I'm just trying to understand this whole thing I know were you on the phone with your mom he called my mom was he FaceTiming your mom yes I didn't call her car anything I was trying so when he was on the phone with your mom is that when he put his hands on your neck and tried to go after before before this whole thing happened yeah okay it was like well I would to say it was after and that's when all that Happ been and I guess my mom was like well we're coming and then my sister called the police okay I prefer to be here than not okay okay I don't I know this sounds to me bad but I don't call police I I believe in trying to break things out naturally but she called the police on me and they want to believe him because trying to get to the bottom I am natur I am a recovering alcoholic and they tried to tell me that I was drunk and like I explained to you earlier I did have two beers they are 9% beers I had two them and that was it I came home I was going to make dinner for us and he made a big deal about it because I was not here to unlock the door for him he said you're drunk you're this you're that blah blah blah and I should explain to him I said like I told you via text I had two beers and that was it and he have been trying to attack my character since we about together okay he then tried to take all of his stuff all of my house I said that's fine that's what you need to do then go he shoved me and I shoved him back and that's when this happened that's when this whole thing happened and he had he called had he called your mom yet at that point he had called my a little bit after and when I tried to explain to her that he choked me out and then he grabbed my arm and shook me she was like you're drunk Elina I already know it my mom and I don't have a great relationship but his mom and my mom were best friends so that's kind of how we go each other okay all right okay one second I'll be back with you so I'm just trying to get to the bottom of this whole thing so did you call them as soon as you got home or how long no I called them as soon as she started tripping out and then she she the first thing I grabbed was my TV to unplug it as soon as she said I'm about to break it I called them boom so so she you get home you know you say she's drunk she starts she gets upset she starts slapping you punching you you she says she says to leave the house you I'm leaving you're leaving grab your TV then she says I'm she broke the TV too she said she was going to break the TV so then then you called Mom she did break the TV she didak while they were on the phone she broke the TV okay well fortunately TV when you when you live it with somebody it doesn't matter that's not something that unfortunately we we determine you don't care about that I don't care about that I'm just so you you're tell you didn't hit her back you just said were trying to restrain her keep her do just like this doing all my da but I I know my daughter all she did was keep coming at me keep coming at me I'm on the stairs getting my [ __ ] down she's throwing me she's pushing me she's doing man the baby was crying so first thing I did was get the baby out she's with the babysitter now so we can get her you can get her baby yeah she's with the babysitter okay all right um so I know you said you don't want to do anything right do whatever happens to her in her life after this that's he just wants to get his stuff I understand that butfor I'm dealing with a little bit more than just stuff if this so once hands start getting thrown it changes things quite a bit as opposed to just someone collecting their stuff things start changing so do either you or you want to make a written statement as far as what you guys saw over FaceTime I just saw my daughter just pushing him she was throwing stuff he was trying to get down the stairs she wouldn't let to go down the stairs she just started hitting we can hear the hit and me because the phone dropped okay and the hitting was she was just going off just hitting him hard enough that you can hear him over the phone yes and then we heard her friend came out and we was trying to let him go out cuz he was already leaving and she just when I came out she he was out here already getting his stuff off the grass she came out and she was just kept going and going and going just yelling at him or she punching him she was yelling yelling trying to hit him I had to get in there she came over me she came over her sister she was just pushing me trying to get to him yes push her sister pushed her her friend and I told her friend just grab my granddaughter this is the second time it happen Okay unfortunately I can't do if if I'm if I don't know about it I can't do much so I'm I'm just out there do you either one of you two want to make a statement as far as what you guys saw heard on the phone you I mean she's my daughter it's hard but I I I get it this is not the first time I've been through this with her no I get it I'm just trying to when she DRS she's not she's not very nice she's very violent vulgar Okay and like I said she pushed me she was just she need yeah and she was pushing you to get to him she yeah just pushing me pushing everyone I she's going to fight pass charges I just want him to go I don't even want my family here he called my mom because he always tries my mom and I don't have a good relationship and his mom and my mom are best friends so right right that's going to be a thing for her and she's always kind of my dad's my real dad's technically a drunk so she likes to blame that on me and like I explained to you before I have had difficulty with drinking but like I explained to him today I said I had two beers they were 9% beers I literally went to the store I got tried to get food to make dinner for us today he went upstairs and made a problem because I wasn't here he got here to unlock the door and have a key for my door they said I apologize I was at my friend Nana's house she lives on up the road I tried to go to ALDI they were closed it closed at 9: I got there at like 8:02 I went to Walmart I got the food for the dinner and came back and that's what we got into it okay I could literally show you guys text messages on text messages how how he is towards me okay we're worried about tonight I just want him to get [ __ ] and go I don't care about what happens to him afterwards I don't want to press charges I don't even like going through Court I just want him to [Music] go as long as my daughter's here with me I don't care I'm not drunk like I said you can test me you can breathalyze me you can do whatever whatever you need to do I don't care but I'm not drunk he likes to he likes to put that on me because I have struggled with it in my past but I have not at this point in time okay when you call my mom because my mom's a Christian his mom and and my mom are best friend and that's what they like to do so they don't want to foul statements no I just wanted to leave that's all to do they saying they can hear clearly hear punches being thrown they get here and Mom is basically having to get in between cuz she's attacking him yeah after after I'm not going and I told you I I did sister basically had stop her from attacking any further yeah once we were outside they didn't see none of that [ __ ] inside they defensely go so far I do one request other I don't know if I I can I can run it through I think I that's what I do so what we have right now is at this point based on everything that we've heard is you are going to be placed in custody for domestic violence okay so all right so you got to put if you can turn around put your hands behind your back you guys got do that unfortunately yeah State takes over charges we don't get a choice in this matter you're a puss piece of [
