on April 10th 2024 officers were called after a woman warned her brother in an aggressive manner to not show up at her house to get his belongings without her being there since she kicked him out of her house yeah who's inside they're both right here who's the one inside kicked him out oh there's no one in the house oh okay who's in the front seat the huh is it just you two yeah her her little brother's in that car well so what's who what's your namey Dylan I'm her boyfriend Dyan what got as the phon I can talk to you see what's going on I I'm going to come around to the other side you guys can stay in the car it's raining Ashton right yes Officer Walker friendly P so what's going on tonight uh he recently who's he my brother my little brother who's that what's his name Bryce Bryce okay so Bryce little brother yes and I so about a year ago they recently lost their place to live my mom and him you live here yes this is my place okay and uh I've lived here for about two years now I let them move in they lost their place to live and Bry and who else my mom is she here no she's not I don't even know where she's at because she has a w out for her rest and that same day she that's why we got to ask yeah the same day she moved out I have no she even left her dog here and her dog attacks my dogs and nobody will take her so like I'm dealing with that I recently kicked him out because he hasn't paid a single Bill how long has he been kicked out for for about probably about a week now okay he moved out willingly like he left willingly now he's trying to get back yes he said that he would have his stuff out in two days cuz he went MIA for 3 Days didn't tell me where he was where one second what's that yes right here it sounds like Andrea is not here so yeah and so I said you just got to go cuz he also kept on asking for his girlfriend to move in and I said no I'm not doing that that's not my that's not my kid I already took on responsibility of taking care of you and that's not my responsibility and like how long did uh Bryce live here before he moved out last week prob about 6 months and then then probably before that he lived a couple months before that but then he moved out because of the same problem okay so when you say he moved out a week ago or last week what day it's Wednesday when did he move out last week or when did he [Applause] leave okay so it was Friday not a week ago it was Friday at so about four days yeah okay so I'll be honest with you he lived here for six months and he just quote unquote Left 4 days ago he he has unfortunately established residency there's nothing that can keep us necessarily from keeping him from going inside the house unless you evict him um once you've established usually about generally two weeks I never said he couldn't go into the house I just said he's not allowed there when I'm not there and I just got paid today I got I got dog f in the back I'm about to go to the grocery store like um was there any physical altercation between you two tonight uh over the phone no physical anything physical so verbal yeah anyone threaten anybody with physical harm no I just said if you keep on saying what you're going to say and you step up to me I said it's going to end in an altercation I know that's you beat his ass specifically saying I'll beat your ass no okay okay oh any any mention of um Firearms or anything like that no hi what's going on pretty good how about you what you doing right what's going on man I came here literally to come pick up my stuff okay and used to LIF here or something yeah my sister my sister didn't even give me a 30-day notice but I wanted out out voluntarily she kicked me out I left voluntarily but I wanted to come pick up my stuff because me and my sister have been sideways uh the past couple weeks okay or this this week and I'm kind of in a rush because I need to go home get clothes washed cuz all my clothes in there are dirty I got probation I got to go hit up tomorrow I got an interview tomorrow I got a whole entire room to clean it's just like um I got a bunch of stuff to do and then I'm trying to get job to be able to get my own house out makes sense and she wants to get all I wanted is my clothes but now simply fact I want to just get my stuff out of this house because she threatened me because my sister is my sister okay I mean like that's who me and my sister always had our fight but she never sat there and said that she's going to put hands on me like that what did she say specifically well she what she said get off my property before I be your ass think she beat your ass yes she would she will put physical hands on me I know she will okay because she's already CU she already came close to putting hands on her boyfriend because he cheated okay this is biological sister blood sister this is my blood sister this is your guys mom proba andury as your guys' mom yeah you guys should know her I do yeah she still live here or no honestly I don't know where the crap my mom is at she wasn't here to witness anything like that no my mom has been gone uh about a week I think she left like a week or two even before me and my sister sister were in in this fight okay gotcha so no one no one else here to witness this was were these two ladies present these two were right here when I was on the phone call on speaker the beginning sure we watch so about a year ago my mom I don't know if we have to go that far more just would happen now today so I get I get off at work at 2 p.m. yeah and I take like a little nap he texted me and said that he wanted to come over come get his stuff I said okay all right you can come over and he said around 5 and 6:30ish well I got paid around 4:30 between 4:30 and 4 4:45 and I told him that I was going out I had things I had to do so I will call you when I get home and then he texted me he kept on blow it up my phone and like I'm busy so I'm not responding and then when I finally get to look at my phone he's accusing me of being Mom and I don't like being compared to my mom she with you guys or she moved out I so the day that she was supposed to go to court she never went like I even let her she even took me to work and kept my car and she never went and that was the same day that she moved out I even have her dog oh yeah oh that's surprised I know she Lov that dog yeah trust me yeah and so I called him and I was like you got to watch like who you're talking to I was like seriously brace I said I'm not pulling a mom I said I'm busy I said I'm doing things I just got paid I paid bills now I'm doing I said I just got dog food that's your house right you just let everyone stay there essentially yes I let because they all they all got kicked out they lost their home so and if it was the other way around I would hope they would do the same so and it's my little brother and it's my mom so and so then we just started arguing and going back and forth and he kept on calling me that I was spoiled and that Dad spoils me and Dad gives me everything and it just escalated from there basically it just kept on going back and forth between that and then he said he was going to show up at the house and I said you're not going to show up there without me there like I don't I don't have an extra cage I have ilila running out like all that other stuff I don't want her to get out I don't want him to like you know be moving things out and then a dog gets loose and or any of my stuff to be ruin or anything to be taken because he has sticky fingers he's stolen stuff from me and I still I let it go because he's my little brother and I know like he wants those things and he just recently got a job he hasn't had a job at all and I don't know okay U one of the things I was told to me is that you said you were going to beat his ass and I have two people that wrote statements stating that they heard you say it did you ever threaten the only thing I said is if you step in my house without me there and you step up to me like how you are talking to me on the phone and you keep coming at me I said it probably will end up into me beating your ass because any time that you have stepped up to me in a face t- face altercation I said it's it's almost went to that because I he's bigger than me and I'm not going to back down I just don't feel like I should if I feel like I I don't know I don't know how that works um so the reason we're here where we are now is based on those statements and the comment about beating his ass and him genuinely feeling like you would um being that that is technically his residence still because he has property there as well as you being biological brother and sister if it's the C sexual domestic violence so making threats essentially to a family or household member so uh I don't know the severity that I don't think it's as high as a regular domestic V things like M4 um but because that you do get taken to jail and you do have to see judge before you can be released so being that it's Wednesday more than likely would happen tomorrow or Friday the latest okay you said you know phone numbers off the top of your head do you know do you know your work phone number what do you work it's TR it's the we make carpets for for the cars if is thatly put in front of you though am I allowed to go my dad he didn't talk he know stop your head written down yeah we'll talk with you about making phone calls once they get there and take process done and then make a phone call okay only ask this ask it to every single person IDE is there anything talk to in place you would find your normal search weapons guns drugs explosives nothing like that okay there's anything on they find the jail fony charge I'm just making you wear everyone else wear the same thing okay nothing thing you want to disclose okay we walk back to the room she was charged with domestic violence do you think they could have just
