you see the lights pull up in the cars right no right away I didn't cuz that's when we heard he well he heard it first before I did what we heard like a popping sound like a popping sound he'll tell you as well we heard a we we heard a popping sound and we that's when I looked cuz we smoking a cigarette before we walk you know what the popping sound might have been I think it was the other person that was fleeing from the vehicle was being tased so other person you heard the popping sound okay then did you see anything else did you see any law enforcing other vehicles no right away no no right away no you didn't see me pull up directly in front of you with the lights on my car was right here on that side yeah when you were walking with him on that on that side on that side you been right talk to you guys and detain you reference the stolen vehicle you fled at the site of law enforcement and when you fled from us it's resisting okay then when I go through the bag that you have on your her a few days ago weeks ago she got out what she's got out a few weeks ago oh she was in jail yeah so I don't know because I don't have a direct line of two week so how do you think stepmom's paying was the original rent for uh a week a week and this was back in November right so a week from November and you thought she's been extending it since then it was like mid November is so yeah I thought she was I really thought she was extending it I wasn't aware that she wasn't we got one in yours yeah I'm take him and uh all right stand up with me so I'm being arrested yes it's not the craziest thing in the world it's just failure to return a least vehicle that's all it is but of fortunately when they report a U-Haul stolen and we catch the guy that's with it I really don't have much discretion on it because we got a victim saying they want to prosecute and some things went down I will tell them that you're you're telling me everything you're telling me and uh hopefully we'll sort
