you I'm 38 all right you know they have nothing to do with the police right you're not going to give them no hard time they just want to help do damn okay they just want to help you what nobody call but his ass and he said what y'all doing in I was at this time I am placing you under oath by virtue of my being a certified police officer of the State of Florida are you aware that it is a crime under Florida State statutes to knowly furnish false information while under oath yes all right please raise your right hand all right do you solemly swear or affirm that the statement you're about to give is the truth to the best of your knowledge and abilities so help you guys I do all right would you please State what knowledge you have concerning what happened here today I was babysitting my grandson and I have cameras on the exterior of the house an alarm went off stating that somebody was coming into my property I immediately turned on my phone to look at the tape and I saw two people which I thought were two black Bales walking into the driveway and one of them had a scooter slung over their shoulder I followed them for as long as the camera could then I hung up immediately and called 911 non- emergency to get the police to come by and investigate okay so when you say um the house what which house are you referring to this is my home yes ma'am all right and you said you were uh watching them on your cameras so when your camera went off right away you knew that no one was supposed to be on the FR correct so when you opened it you said you watch the cameras and you follow them on the camera meaning you visually were watching them not you cuz you were not physically on the property at the time right watching them on the camera so you were able to call on emergency West Palm PD was dispatched uh what happened from there um I said I'm babysitting my grandson I'm not at home but I see that there are two people on my property who shouldn't be there could you please try and send some officers over as quickly as you can clearly they're up to no good I would say within 45 minutes I then saw on my cameras the one police officer enter my property and um about 5 minutes later I got a phone call from one of the police officers letting me know what was going on okay so the two people that you saw on your property have you ever seen them before no okay they ever at any point have permission to be on your property no okay as far as the cameras go I know I saw some of the front of the house were there any cameras in the rear of the home that would yes there are cameras in the rear of the home and I saw one of the individuals in the backyard come in clear view of the camera and I froze the camera and took a picture of it and your other police officer emailed it to himself so he has a copy of that photo okay when you saw them in the rear of the house what did you see them doing standing around sort of scoping the property looking around trying to figure out if there was a blank that I could tell okay so we have two uh individual uh units on your property we'll call the one furest East the main house and the coess okay which is just just west of the main house y um did you see them enter either of those two properties no okay is that because they they out of camera at that point right no camera vision okay um so now that you've returned to your home and you've been able to do a walk through with officers um did you find anything out of place missing broken anything extra remaining on the property yes I saw that my husband's Workshop had been broken into possibly the door was left open I'm not 100% sure but they were in there rumaging through his tools things were out of place things were a skew um I don't believe they got away with anything however I think think that the officers got here in time that they didn't get away with anything okay when you say things are skew What specifically are you referring uh his electric blower his saw a couple of uh the his tool cabinet was open a couple of the bags that he keeps his Tools in were out of their place he's very orderly he keeps things in order I'm sorry I don't know the names of the tools but tools is fine his tool bags were out of place she was charged with obstruction resisting arrest battery on an officer and burglary do you think after this vigorous experience she may
