on December 3rd 2022 officers were called to a home in the Ohio area where a woman got into an altercation with her daughter both of them denied starting the fight so the police made an attempt to figure out what really happened I made contact so what's going on she wants to argue with me when I pay rent here and I asked her for privacy I didn't even do anything first off and she literally pulled my hair okay sorry about the dogs as long as they're friendly and not biting me I don't care about dogs no I asked her to get a job cuz she hasn't had a job in forever and she needs one anyways is she is she in there yes she is okay and she don't respect me at all and I've been taking care of of her forever and her dog all right we're going to need to come in and talk to you guys and figure out what's going on here okay it's fine it's just literally it's stressful and I asked her for to help me and she don't understand what that means okay I I understand your mom's got some struggles I I'm but we need to figure out what's going on this morning okay that's are the dogs going to be okay with us I have another dog in the living room that I he he's nice but like he's not talk anything dude are we able to are we able to put him away um you can turn right here you want but he's in the other dog Lucian can't we have a dog day okay Lu is he going to jump over that n yet no we should what kind of dog is it uh his husky I just don't want to get bit or have to hurt them this is Nadia sweetheart lucian's in the in the under the couch I think Mom sorry it's kind of mess you're fine fine trying to clean up asking for a little bit of respect are you guys are you guys staying here or what's going on with the little I pay the rent here but my uncle owns the house mhm okay you can uncle's and it was in the process of possibly being mine okay what's going on with the other house uh that's part of what we was okay negotiating so what's what's going on today today yeah um she thinks PL plans have changed CU she has this new boyfriend been here and who's the boyfriend I don't know Kane something Kane yeah I don't know his last name he's in there a Kane oh yeah I think that's his last name I think he ran out the side door you think he left yeah I'm pretty sure he did gotcha sounded like it it looked like it yeah they keep threatening me because they know I won't call the cops because I have issues and so I finally you said you think his name is oh it definitely is not that he mentioned the last name cuz he said he was related to in Greenhouse yeah definely 31 station can you check K go on she say I don't give her privacy and that's an issue I do I respectfully like you know they I do mhm although they don't give it back okay I do so did what you're saying that she hit you today I I cuz we we we need to figure out something like today we can't just leave you if you guys if you guys are going to be fighting we usually don't like unless you know unless her words back up and she can't she can't back up she acts like she didn't OU I had a cigarette burning when they happened we had liquid you had liquid what do you mean a a trying not to spill this stuff but she always comes at me I said do you want to fight let's go like you know tell me and we'll arrange it let's go not com at me out C you know side like she does okay did anybody else see this that's not how you do to anybody let alone your daughter is there before I go back in there is there anywhere you can go now to get away from this situation until everything cools down not really like you don't have any friends in town no family any I no my family is what about the other house it has no electric no gas I mean I could go in the dark in the cold I had plans on going over there um later anyway to try and you fix things up CU part of the deal was like we were trading okay with my uncle this go ahead just hold on I'm not sure if he's even here anymore he's not R there's another door on the other side of the house yeah he ran like a little all right just hang out hang out out here for right now they keep threatening me they think I got still and in the house who is it K crackett okay um I think they said he went out the side door and left but what what is she saying saying that Michelle grabbed her hair like poked her in the chest she tried to walk away Michelle grabbed her the hair drug her to the ground and then she got up and pushed m [Music] okay you Budd she's kind of saying that she attacked her so we're getting another one of the uh he said she he said she said thing so she said she was I'm sorry hold on what what is going on Chloe yeah did you know the two puppies are in your car destroying it in my car yeah just so you know yeah I was in the middle of doing stuff just letting you know she said she was going to go back over the old house a little later anyway to try and fix things up so I don't even know what to do here so she got hit she got punched or she just get hit she got punched clear it up a little bit when uh you said she hit you was it like a closed fist open hand like how was it closed closed Fist and she hit you wear out again oh it all happen so fast definitely here okay um inside okay I don't know I don't know okay all right could believe like okay you didn't hit her at all no I did not never hit said fight I get arranged it I couldn't do it unless she got me 10 times then I finally would now if we can't figure something out on this you said that you you have nowhere else that you can stay around here you can't go and you said you can go to the the other house I mean yeah people that I've been trying to get away from I can easily go there but I don't want to don't need to be there okay no not really the problem is we can't have we can't have you both in the same place obviously right now she has places to go she has friends okay we're going to try and figure something out I'm trying to get both both people to try and uh cooperate here so well I go back and think about if there's anywhere else you can go for right now you're what uh can I go back in can I go back out there with you can go back out there for now that's F she kind of changed up where she got hit at so I don't really know if if it really happened she got originally it was her lip and her left side of her face then she's like well definitely on the nose then over here she woke up with red eyes well we she's it's hard telling because of the extracurricular what marks are new and what are from from those so um we got to figure out where people can go I we take her and if she's adamant that she got punched in the face then we'll charge her and we'll let the court deal with it no F I don't want it's a domestic I don't have a choice okay I punch her in the face okay I I'm just saying she only called you guys to talk to me and scare me that's what she told me when she hung up she thinks it's funny okay we're hey then came after her tackled her to the ground and she got up and shoved her off of her shoved her back okay and then who was the original caller Michelle okay okay so we're taking her for TV uh she's going to she's so all right at this time I'm going have you place your hands behind your back for what reason you're both going to be charged with domestic violence I did not touch her whatsoever you guys you guys are doing this thing you're pointing back and forth at each other she say saying that you did you're saying that she did you're saying that you got punched in the face me though I understand but you always have marks on your face from all kinds of different hey hands back all kinds of different things both of us can't like do this with the dogs like thisen this is why I hands together she's going to be charged you're going to be going to jail because I need to separate you two I need to separate you two all right and that's decision that's that's fine that's what we were doing then let me leave let me leave no you're believing her over me I'm believing both of you as much as I your hand back can leave please put your hand back here I'm trying to fight with your jacket right now because this doesn't work with you it just doesn't work I will leave and not come back I had told him I was going to go over there and to my house and okay if this was it this is my way of ensuring that you two absolutely canot will I guarantee but I can't I can't ensure that you want me to take your word for it you can't ins sure because if I come back then you can arrest me that's because she was coming at me like that this is what I get have man she's saying the same exact thing about you you're both back my hands but next time because because of because I understand but because next time I'm not going cuz you won't hear me out you you guys need to you guys need to remove yourselves from this situation definitely that's that's what there's no inside pockets on the jacket do clearly okay but she is my daughter and I will talk to her again it doesn't matter that or anybody else when they're coming at me for now I'm going to call for now you can't come back to this house and you cannot talk to her until you're ordered by a judge okay that's fine okay just and that's bull crap because I wasn't the one that did that okay I was supposed to fix my other house and now now I can't go over there I had told him I you can go to your other house you just can't come here right I had told him though that I was had plans going over there to fix things did I not sir did I not say that sir I understand but things happen here can can sir I you did say that okay so we that since we were disting going to have one in custody it's Michelle it's not the reason it's not because we could place to go yeah that was I said if if it comes down to it where is there that you can go and after speaking with her again she's saying it's it's both ways both people are in trouble no but I had on over there to after hearing his story I said you're both getting it you're both hers listen Michelle Michelle stop stop the can you talk that for a second you're under arrest for domestic violence talking to him I understand when I was outside what he had told me I'm trying to so you guys you talk to me for a second Michelle can you talk to me for a second well we what's the big deal then I can this is why we don't like to talk to you because communicate with us I am listening it's a one let let me before I heard Chloe's side of the story I was making a decision if nothing comes back on you and you can leave I need you to go somewhere but she's saying the same thing that you're saying that you attacked her you're saying she attacked you she place to go you're both you're both going to get a domestic is that what she was saying we're arresting you both okay is that that is what I'm saying you're both getting arrested for all right put your foot in the door she was charged with domestic violence do you think she should have just left the house when the police arrived and gave her the opportunity to go somewhere else after hearing both sides of the story
