Put your hands behind your back. Stop tensing. Stop tensing. Hold on a minute. You came into my home. Stop tensing. Why you arresting me? You came into my home. Why you arresting me? So you're trying to chase me around town, huh? You got something on me? You don't like me cuz I listen to hip-hop? Cuz I was a black person. Huh? You must not like black people in America. That's okay. Arrest me cuz that's your that's what you did to hip-hop. That's why I disappear. Huh? On October 16th, 2022, officers were called after two parents got into an argument that became physical after the father didn't like how the mother had their kids feeling afraid of her. What's going on? Look, she's bugging out, man. She just attacked me. I came to get my son and and she's really bugging out. Look, she need she needs to go. She in there. No, up there. It's open. It's open. Hey, how are you? Good. What's going on? Okay. Can you talk to me? Yeah. It's my weekend with the kids legally. My weekend with the children. It's my weekend with the children and I have my children just fine. He said he was taking my son to a baseball. What the complaint in the subject? He went to he came to pick up my son. He I sent my son outside like I was supposed to out of courtesy cuz it's my weekend. I have to keep him for my weekend. But as courtesy, I gave my son to take him to the baseball game. He came up to he he was in the car. He was like, "Jo calling on my daughter. Come here." I said, "No, no, no. She's sick. She can't come out right now." Because I knew that he was going to cause a problem. So I said, "Joile's with me. Units can slow down." I said, "J for me. She's sick right now. She can't calm down." So he started being belligerent, yelling out the door. Whoa, whoa, whoa. She's my daughter. So she ran up here and was like like expecting to come into my house trying to get in very very forceful. So I was like you can talk to her from there the gates there and I knew I was afraid because that's how he is. He tries this every weekend that it's my turn. He's trying to come up with a problem in the courtroom so that he can eventually take my children but he's a ped and he's the abuser and I have proof that he's a ped because he said it before. Okay. He starts from when they were little. I opened cases on him. Two cases. I've been through two cases with DCF because of him on two different case plans um different years. So, I know my way around the system because of him. I'm the abused one. And when you look at the paperwork, he's the abuser. I'm the victim in the domestic violence case that we've had on since 2013. There's there's a whole lot going on, right? A whole lot. The point is that this is my weekend today from Can I just reiterate what I understand you saying? It's your day or your weekend for having the kids, right? For having kids. When are you supposed to return them to him? On Monday. In the afternoon. Afternoon. Today at 1:00 or later. Okay. And are you supposed to take it take them to a location for him to pick him up? Drop him off at his house. Correct. Okay. Um and he lives elsewhere, not in this. He's like 10 minutes from here. 10 minutes. Okay. And so when did he come here trying to get into the door right now? He was like, "Let me in. Do you see him?" Okay. I was like, "You can talk to her from there." He was like, "No, let me in." Forcing me to let him in the house. Even though I was afraid. So then I'm like, "Okay." So I'm like, "Um, I opened the gate and I was like, he was like, "Jo, come here. I'm going to talk to you outside." I think that he had something planned like to grab her and run inside the car or something so he could stress me out so I can call the police and I could be like the one yelling and screaming and panic because he's doing these things like abusing me psychologically in front of my face to to to make me get I raped. But you you opened the door to I opened the door to him. He was like, "Yo, come here." I was like, "No." I was like, "She can't she's not going." He said, "I'm not going to take her. I'm not going to take her." He said just like that. He said, "I'm not going to take her anywhere." So I was like, "Okay." So I said, "Well, come in." So he comes in. He comes into the house. Hey, can you talk to the to the guy and get his story for me? Um, white beard. So, he comes into the house and I'm like, "Okay." I'm like, "Um." So, he starts getting he's like, "Uh, what did he say?" He was like, well, he was like, "We need privacy." And I was like, "Okay." I thought at first I thought he was talking to me and him. So, I'm standing there and he sits next to J. He's like, "We need privacy." And I'm like, "Okay." And he's like, "No, me and J privacy. I need to talk to her." And he was like, "Can you go to the room?" And I was like, "In my house?" Like, "You want me to just separate myself from you and my daughter in my house? Go to the room." Like, what did you do then? I was like, I was like, "If you need to ask her something or talk to her about something, you can talk to her here. You're in my house." And he was like, "Go to the room." Like being real disrespectful. And I was like, "Okay." I'm like, "Are you are you going to talk to him about me negatively in my house like behind my back?" So, so you stayed in the same room? Yeah, I stayed in the same room. I told him, "I don't talk to the kids negatively about you. I don't do these things to you. I don't want barge myself into your home and say, "I don't even talk to the kids about you." I don't do things like that. And I definitely don't try to abuse him psychologically or domestically abuse him in front of the children. He does that to me constantly. So, he was like, "Why? Why are you um" He started looking for his tooth, but he couldn't find anything. And I was like, "Do I touch you sexually? Do I hit you? Do I scream at you?" No. No. No. Those are the answers to those questions. So I resent him try to question them like if I'm abusing them when I have never in my life touch my kids inappropriately or hit them I don't hit them or even yell at them understood. So I'm a great So he's he's asking your child trying to make up things to stress me out to make me get into a fight with him and that's what happened. So basically he's like I'm I'm going to record he starts recording like he wants to make up a fight or something right? I should have known that he was going to start fighting, right? So this is what he does. He turned on the video camera and he started recording me like, "So, why are you uh being abusive? Why are you abusing me?" And stuff like that. Like literally the opposite of what he just said. Like, this guy's from this guy's from New Jersey and he's a Dominican and he's a ex gang member. He's an ex Latin Kane. So, he's 40 years old. He's had a lot of experience. He's been locked up for a year in a in a in prison and he's he since he was like 16, he's been in chases, police with cops. He's been caught drug trafficking, all types of stuff. But for for today's incident, while he was recording, what then did you do? While he was recording and abusing me psychologically, um, mind you, I just want to tell you his child record criminal. I've never had any type of problems with the law. Um, I've never been in jail for any any drugs or any drug trafficking or anything like that. He has he's been to prison. I have and and we'll we'll read up on been through two cases with the state. They found both times that I was a that I was a great mom and that there was no question in my mothering. So, I just want to say that as well. Okay. Two two different case plans. I've been I've been uh told that I was a good mom and that I had just had PTSD because of his abuse. That's what they came up with. All counselors, mental health counselors and psychologists that I work with in the past and laws from court. So, he's in here and he starts recording me and then he's like he all of a sudden says, "Jo, let's go. job like to leave the house with after he just said he wasn't going to do that. So then he starts walking out the house. So Joel, go to the car. Like he's making an exit like kidnapping her in my face and he's like, "Joe, get in the car." And Joel's like, "Okay." And she starts walking out out because she's all confused. She doesn't know what's going on. So then she's walking out and I'm like, "Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa." And I'm like, "Stop walking out." So then I'm grabbing his phone or I'm trying to grab him. Trying to grab his arm and then he's like, "Were were you trying to grab his phone or his arm?" His I think his phone at first when as soon as the kid stepped outside and he he grabs me and he literally threw me to the floor. I fell to the floor. Then he was about I thought inside there, right? You're still inside. Okay. I thought he was about to stomp on me. The way he came over me like this and his anger I I swear to God I thought he was going to stomp on me but he didn't stomp on me today. But I got up and I was like, "Call the police. Call the police. Call the police." So then I'm coming to the door and then he shuts me inside my house, right? And gets like this in front of the door while the kids go out. I was getting in the car and my son's here and I'm like trying to open the door and I'm trying to put my I'm trying to open the door so I can go like this outside, right? And then he caught my knee and my arms with the door. I'm screaming saying, "You you have my knees. You have my arms. Please let me go." Right? And I'm like, "Let me go outside. You can't lock me inside the house." Cuz I'm thinking of all types of ways to defend myself from this perpetrator. I'm sorry. I'm trying to think about different ways to defend myself from this guy who's abusing me domestically and kidnapping the children on my day. That's two illegal moves that he did today. And I'm still getting questioned and I'm the victim in this domestic violence dispute. Right. And I'm questioning you because I just knew the whole story, right? No, no, I know. He has nothing against him. No, no, I know it's not. Every single time that this happens, I get questioned. He gets questioned and he never gets pulled into jail and I always got to show up in court. So, I'm not really too impressed with any of your protocols, but I need this I need this uh reported today what he did. He came into my house forcefully, told me he wasn't going to leave with the child, then forced the child to leave by screaming at her, then locked me inside my house, got my knee and my arms in the door, hurt me and my knee. Can I see your knee and your arm just to and all all the proof? So there Yeah. All the proof is in the Ah, I was yelling and I was saying you're not the house. You got my knee and my arms. This whole thing is on the recorded 911 call. So, I need that on the report and I need the report today so that I can bring that into court and fight this battle in court, which is to maintain our um half and half custody. That's what we have. We have 50/50 custody. So, it's supposed to be 50 for him, 50 for me custody. That's on court record. Well, well, that that'll be something that you'll have to sort out. No, no, no. That's already sorted out. But this problem today will be sorted out in court. That's correct. Right. Right. So, um, real quick, because those are fresh marks, would you mind if I took a photo for evidence purposes? Okay. Just this side of your leg. My arms. Yep. And it's it's my day with my daughter, so I should be able to keep my daughter and take her back to his house later at 1:00. That's the That's on court paperwork. I'm I'm need to have him until Sunday at 1:00. That's what it says on the paper. Sometimes we do it. Do you have the paper with you? No, it's it's on court record. It's on court paperwork. Yeah, I just pick him up. I'm going to help. She yelling at him. He come downstairs. He comes downstairs and I see that my daughter trying to flag me on the back of the door. Did anything? Yeah. Look, she jumps. She really So tell me what happened from like just the point in time before things got until they got Yeah. So I came to pick them up, got a baseball, come downstairs. When he comes downstairs, I see my daughter. She's like worried. She's dragging me down in the back of her. So she's like, "Um, she's erratic. She's bugging out. She needs to go to the hospital. She's already been to the hospital for a long time." So I could tell that she's not kind of all in. My daughter, she's like, "Who?" She like flagging me behind her. You know what I'm saying? So I I look at her and I say, "Jo, you all right?" Uh, she's like, but she's talking, but my daughter goes like this back and I'm like, "All right, all right. Let me So I get out the car and stay in the car." I'm like, "Yo, come downstairs. let me talk to you cuz I don't want to go up there. So she she's like, "No, no, you're not talking to me about it." She starts yelling at me and she start. So I'm like, "No, I need to speak to her. You don't let me talk to her right now." I swear to God cuz I already know she [ __ ] like, "No, you're not." So she call like, "Okay, you want to talk to her, then come upstairs and talk to her." So I walk inside your daughter and and and so I sit down and I sit down and I see that my daughter's like frozen. She don't want to say nothing in front of her. She stands right there in front of her like, "Yo, please give me some privacy." I need to go to outside right outside of her door. I just want to ask her something and she like she talk about me and I'm being honest. I'm like, "Yeah, but she I'm worried about it right now, but she doesn't want to tell me anything." So right there she got up and she jumped on me like she starts crying and screaming. I'm like, she's trying to I'm like, "Yo, get on the thing." I throw a phone myself. Yeah, just get him started. No, no, no. Put your hands behind your back. Hold on. Stop tensing. Hold on a minute. Stop tensing. Put your hands behind your back. Stop tensing. Stop tensing. Hold on a minute. He came into my home. Stop tensing. Why you arresting me? He came into my home. Why you arresting me? He came into my home. Stop tensing. I mean, I don't have like I don't like hear voices saying um they're bothering me or something like that. But by the proof of what I see like the harassment and the arrest that I get is the reasoning I use to say someone there is bothering me. That's the only thing that I can say. I I I assume that someone is bothering me. But no one no one no one in your head is trying to tell you these things. No, I don't I don't do No, I don't hear any voices. I don't see anything.
