on March 30th 2024 officers were called when two women got into an altercation when they tried to get the main aggressor side of the story she was very defensive oh my God can I help you yeah the because she choked out her girlfriend no she did not the bruises come from under neck then well nobody wants to tell us what happened so I got one one she choked out her girlfriend right yeah okay and have marks on her neck she wouldn't out her girlfriend okay so what she would not choke out her girlfriend I'm telling you a girlfriend's got marks on it and said she up it's her 21st birthday okay that doesn't she wouldn't up her girlfriend well that doesn't give you the right to be physical because it's your 21st birthday she wouldn't her girlfriend well she did and she didn't apparently want tell her side of the story before she kept slamming the door in our face she went up girlriend well okay she's going to jail don't follow us I'm telling you right now your friend's going to jail okay I already explained this to you ma'am it's stupid okay well nobody wanted to cooperate so we're going off the information that we have it's stupid okay well apparently the amount of alcohol you all consume tonight is stupid okay okay now the girlfriend explains her side of what happened how's it coming along good I'm doing all right you got ready to cramp yet or yeah I definitely did working correct that's what I kind I kind of figured she wasn't very Cooperative so yeah which one Alexis or's not very Cooperative either Alex is kind of like her her sidekick at everything so I'm not surprised she wasn't so um down here what I'm going to have you do on this line is just sign your name and then date underneath okay all right the officer that his handle on your face I thought was going to swing back up here after he was done and kind of explain some things to you um so I will tell you this okay did get arrested tonight um these kind of things you know we take this very serious especially like the marks on your neck I don't typically see those for like a day okay so like I don't know did you lose Consciousness or anything like that you just had you couldn't breathe yeah I just couldn't breathe for a while she trying to fight her off of me okay what that that was when you guys were on the on the ground though right she was just like was she just like over top of you two-handed um or just one hand I can't remember if it was one hand or two I think it was two hand I remember putting both of my hands up and then I couldn't get her off with my hands so I put my knees up on her arms to try and push her off that okay okay um in light of new laws uh I have to give you a victim's right packet we kind of it's kind of lengthy so I'm going to leave this Cy with you okay these are all the state of Ohio required just now oh perfect see there he is I was just uh just explaining the Marcy law packet we're going to need one of those uh her written statement's done her medical release is done perfect that's my cboard you can't what's that you okay feel okay did you explain all this or no we didn't even start I was kind of hoping you'd get here yeah it's a lot it's a
