me do you do do you want to talk yes okay you need to make me a promise though that we're gonna sit here and talk like two human beings okay I'm Not Gon to yell at you you're not gonna yell at me listen to what I'm saying listen to what I'm saying me up listen to what I'm saying every time I try to trust y'all this is what y'all do can you bring me a chair George please this is what y'all do to me every time tell you the truth I did this with d and they me over all right I don't care I going to ja I don't care no more I'm sing this all yall do every time anyways I a do nothing to get locked up take me to jail take me to jail I don't care I'm used I'm used to it what's going on you need to make me a promise that we're going to sit here and have a conversation let's have a conversation okay do you have a Miranda car yes I do [Music] sir all right for me to just talk to you I need to ask you a few questions okay or read something to you you have the right to remain silent do you understand you have to say yes or no yes yes yes okay anything you say can be used can and will be used against you in court in a court of law do you understand yes you have the right to talk to an attorney and have him or her present with you before and during questioning do you understand yes if you cannot afford afford to hire an attorney woman will be appointed to represent you at no cost before and during questioning if you wish do you understand yes you can decide to at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements you understand okay so this is what this is the situation that we have going on here you said you were on your way to work right I was in work yeah so you went you went you went to airide one to the to the LA Pizzeria right famous famous Familia yeah then I had go okay how did you get from wherever however it is that you got here to work explain that me through the um I walked through the lugage area where they have security and I kept going which which luggage area you are you talking about I walk through the security and then spop I W so you went through the exit is what you're saying yes cuz everybody at my job walked through the exit so because everybody walks through the exit you just went through the exit you weren't scream like you're normally supposed to be screened right is there a reason why you did that you said because everyone doesn't because wasn't there didn't come come quick enough and I need all my I need all my money okay I get it I get it we all have struggles sometimes I I run I run late for work and I got call my supervisor and tell them hey this is what's going on but if if I mean if you're late you're late I mean because the thing is that then we we run into situations like these right because now we have you know you going through into a secure area without being screened and you know that this is an airport right yeah you know that there's a sec there's there's secure areas there's a sterile area and there's a non-sterile area right so you know that once we go past security everyone has been screened that's considered a sterile area correct you you're familiar with all this from from taking the side of badge test right yes am I get we I have to talk to the officer over here to figure out what what actually is going to happen but I'm telling you why it is that we're here talking to you why you're sitting in the chair that you're sitting in okay now if I have your cooperation then maybe we could handle this differently but if you keep acting up the way that you are screaming I get it that you're frustrated and you're upset you say you're innocent I get it I get it but the thing is if you last almost lost my life why you expect me to that and y'all ain't doing nothing about I call y'all like what about that you don't nothing about that bro but y woman did I show did I show up or did I did I speak to you on on that occasion was I the one that showed up I'm sober I ain't on no medic I'm asking you a question simple question were was I the one to show up when you called the police no did you speak to me for that incident you can't you can't make a generalized statement and treat and treat everybody the same you can't treat everybody the same because we're not all the same we're different people I'm here talking to you like a person right I'm talking to you too okay and I appreciate that okay so I need to talk to the other officer see what's going on and then we'll go from there I didn't spit on him if he say I spit but I mad because y locking me up I still got to be what if I would have pissed on myself I'm be trying to hold yeah I'm be trying to hold it so I have been having use the backround since I've been catching the bus I like use open bathrooms I like to wait till I go home no I trust me I don't like using these bathrooms either I don't like using these bathrooms either but hear me out so once listen JN I need your cooperation so that we can figure all this out okay okay I will tell you everything but promise me please just take the cup and shut the door Len I can't make these promises but you're the thing is list promises why you can't make me no promise am I getting locked up I can't make that determination right I need to talk to everybody else and see what's going on okay talk to everybody else and then I will answer all the questions that y'all need because I didn't do nothing you know I didn't do nothing y came to me while I was approaching I'm trying to talk to you so that I can gather all the details so I can talk to the other officer and we can work this out lock somebody up for no reason just get paid I ain't did nothing to y'all people bro you think you think I get paid extra because I yes you do you do you do get get paid extra for locking you can look up my my pay stuff and see that I you get you get a bonus for locking somebody up all right you get a bonus so once once you once you got to your job you put your backpack away I put my backpack inside my locker the Checker backpack with nothing in it right I put inside the I went I went up there to the cash register and I was getting ready to work I said sir I got to go use the bathroom I went to the bathroom that's where y'all approached me at lock me up I ain't did nothing y'all just put your hands behind you who was the one that approached you you remember what do you remember you and the white officer it was you and the white officer the white officer with the hair who drove the C that we was in okay you know who that officer is right what's his name so when the first when the first officer his name what's his name that wasn't the officer his SE though he didn't show later no he was right there I'm not a fool I don't know who you think you dealing with I'm not on drugs I'm not on I'm not saying that you're on drugs I don't know what you think I who who do you think I am sir I think you're human just like I that was right there that locked me up with you so when the first officer approached you why did you don't play no games with me I'm not playing games I'm trying to ask you a question but you keep you keep diverting the question I went to work sir don't y'all all know that I was at work so I did not do nothing I'm at work right now sir yeah but you went to the B bathroom right yes to pee and I still got a pee and y'all lock me up why why did you why did you challenge the officer when when he when he told you to stop because I had to pee I still got to pee I'm trying hard I'm pissing his seat right now okay so you want to use the bathroom we can no I just had a baby on Christmas I can't hold my bladder like that I cannot so why did you why did why did you resist the officer that that because I don't understand why I'm being locked up he didn't tell me what was going on I didn't you get locked up for working and walking job walking into your job so you resisted him because you didn't know what was going on what you're saying right I didn't resist him I turned around when that man told me to turn around if I didn't turn around I would have ran away and that would have been resistant I turned around and I asked y'all what was going on y'all didn't tell me and that's why I got upset and then who was the one that spoke to you me right I've been the one to be able to communicate with you the most right you just I've been the one to speak to you the most out of everybody that was here right right you are but not like that sir please don't sit here let me talk to this other officer see what's going on let me see what's going on over here give me like 10 minutes okay if you need to use a restroom we can work that out is that what you need yes I let me go talk to an officer mys pleas I'm I'm going to tell you right now okay whatever is going on right now we can we we have the ability to work through these things out but the thing is you start damaging Police property I didn't touch no Police property stop if you if you urinate right here you will damage police property if you keep knocking this table into that wall and you make a hole that I understand and I told you you a told me that we are waiting for another person to show up because I can't these are me tight as hell these tight as for what I'm handle you I can't do nothing with y'all you know you I'm call down now but that's f up that's up how y'all act bro and y'all supposed to be superheroes and this is how you treat people you do what you do these CS Hur my y nasty what Ty of police bro y supposed to be superhero supposed to be here to help people y here people like you pigs that's what was doing it I see you here trying to me and this lady this nice lady up here trying to but you don't give I know but you see how tight is but if you do that it's going to be tight it's really tight ma'am it's tight it's tight period no matter turn my it's all right okay you got to go to the bathroom right am I going to jail that's all I want to know it's a likely it's likely that you are I'm be honest okay because when you ran through that and you asked for what's going on let me tell you what's going on when you ran through that checkpoint just now you didn't stop and get your bag scream that's why the airport shut down the whole a side I know you don't know this but I'm telling you behind the scenes the whole I know so the whole they stop all the transs so what did I did as a crime though off no I didn't resist if I'm in how did I resist cuz I could have ran and got away I ran I ran track I got away so how am I resisting them they approach me both of them approach me at the bathroom before I went in there and used to restroom how is that resisting officers they told me turn around here I go both arms behind and back did I not do that sir please don't lie on me I wasn't there you was there you you don't lie no sense oh my listen man you don't
